Get the rewards card! Free stuff and discounts! We had $5 off if we ordered online or mobile app. We went in, grab a table, ordered through the app. And food was brought to our table in about 5 mins. We had turkey chilly, very good. It has a little kick. The steak and white cheddar panini ... I didn't like it. It has a horseradish sauce that was too over powering. Will not be getting this again. Bear claw, it was free cause it was my bday... Like I said, get the rewards card! It was so good! Highly recommend it! Panera has such a big menu for all taste buds. Try different things, you never know if you'll love it, or hate.

I've been coming to this location for almost five years now and while I can't say I've had the best experiences every time, I can certainly say that they are usually good ones. They have recently adopted a kiosk ordering system which can save you time when they are busy (weekend mornings, especially Sunday can be brutal) that gives you an opportunity to order and pay so you can skip the line and just wait for your food at the pick-up area. The last experience was especially great: I called ahead to order a special loaf of bread my wife wanted for sandwiches. It was around five in the afternoon and they can sell out so I figured I'd check before I drove there. The lady on the phone was great and offered to slice the loaf (it was their last one) so I could just come in and pay and leave. I get there and she tells me the slicer malfunctioned and sliced the bread wrong so it would be free. The funny part is that is that the bread just got sliced down the middle and was great. Free bread is always nice. The Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwich is great and I do like their pastries as well.

This Panera is one of my favorites. I love that I can order from my mobile app while driving from Orange Park and by the time I get over the there, my order is ready to run in and grab. The service is usually good. If there has ever been s problem they have fixed it. The store is usually busy but clean.

This was take out, not dine in. I ordered three bagels, one honey walnut cream cheese, and a scone. I paid and was told to go to pick up to get it. No problem. They called my name, and the girl said "2 bagels?" And I replied it was three. After a minute she added the other one, I looked into the oversize bag and asked where the scone was. She went back to the bakery counter and brought me a scone. I did see in the dark bottom of the bag cream cheese, so I went home where I found plain cream cheese instead of honey walnut. Plain cream cheese is always in my fridge. There was no line, and no one waiting for pick up. This was not an isolated incident. I've had friends say they go out of their way to the other Panera a few miles away. This used to be a favorite of mine, but there have been too many mixed up orders for me.

No bagels usually in the afternoon, came in and they only had a few plain, French toast, and cinnamon. Tables and floors are not cleaned by staff and very dirty - clean your own table basically. Pretty bad for a nice area too of Bartram Park.

So, ordered the Rapid Pick Up and waited by the cubbie for My food. It was fast. Too fast. When I got back to work, my Italian combo looked as if it were thrown into the bag and the bread was ripped up on one side. Really Panera? Check out the pic. Do not order to go. Rapid Pick Up = customer won't see it until they are stuck at work, so let them figure it out.

Just your average Panera bread. Delicious food. I like to visit here for lunch. I have noticed that this Panera is quite dirty each time I visit. (Especially in the outside dining area). I normally get the 'You Pick 2" combo, with a bacon-turkey bravo sandwich and chicken and wild rice soup. Perfect for a light meal for lunch. The customer service here isn't the best for the cashiers, I've noticed. I've had better at other Panera locations. I will say that their new pick-up app and online ordering functions definitely do help with waiting in that terribly long line.

I think I've tried everything at Panera, their soups are excellent as well as their sandwiches. And of course the breads and bake goods are delicious. I also loved the hibiscus tea, delicious!

I really like having the option of ordering at the kiosk when the line is long. They've got 4 kiosks and frequently no one is using them but the line could be out the door. It's great to use the kiosk, order, grab a cup, get your coffee and find a table and wait for your food to be brought to you. I've never had a bad meal here.

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Still love Panera and this is the closest one to my house. However, out of cinnamon rolls, out of cinnamon crunch bagels, out of wheat baguettes, and out of croutons for my French onion soup. Pastrys on a Saturday night are hit or miss but still a pretty negative overall experience since these items are a staple of our normal order. Anyway, we made do, but wish things would improve because we really do love Panera.

I have never eaten at a Panera with such unsanitary conditions. Most of the tables were covered with dirty dishes just waiting to be cleared away. We had to wipe our own table off because it was filthy. To top it off they gave us plastic utensils to eat with. The only positive thing I can say is that the waitress who brought us our food was nice.

Been to this store many times. Today, no more busy than any other Saturday morning. My wife ordered a sausage eg and cheese ciabatta it only took 20 minutes to get it. And when she got it it seemed like it was made and then dunked in hot water. I took the sandwich back and asked for another one to go. The person behind the counter said ok I got it. 20 minutes later she checked on the sandwich they asked what sandwich. Very frustrating. Most other days the experience is quite pleasant but today we and other customers received food late and without the standard quality they provide. Today was disappointing. I will give them one more chance but another day like today we will go somewhere else.

At times this place is perfect, other times not so much. During the mornings & lunch it's usually solid service. On nights and Sunday nights to be exact it is always disappointing. But it's usually because they are under staffed. The food is mostly always delicious no matter the service. The staff is great

This panera location has definitely picked up their game!! They get my order right every time (unlike San jose location) food is always warm, and fresh. Staff has a good attitude!!

It's funny to me that Panera consistently gets 5 Star reviews. I have been here several times, and it's just OK to me. Granted... I am a little biased towards "chain" restaurants... but the food here is good.... but not great. They few visits I have been here there is always a lot (more than a few) noisy kids. They (Panera) seem to be the only option for "fresh" bagels in the area... and they are just "blah" to me. In my opinion, I can get a much better (and larger) sandwich next door at Publix.

I've always had great experiences here and their food is never a disappointment! I will probably go by there later on today as a matter of fact; craving a broccoli and cheddar bread bowl!

I'm a Panera fan in general, but I really love this particular location. For one it doesn't seem to be as chaotic and overrun with people as the San José location in Mandarin. The atmosphere is calmer and therefore makes eating there a bit more pleasant. It also seems to have an impact on the quality of food being served. My order seems to be prepared with a bit more care instead of the slapdash rush job that they do at some of the other more popular locations. My favorite things to get are either paninis or the typically delicious souffles. I say typically because I once had one that was overcooked and dry, but the manager graciously replaced it with a breakfast sandwich of my choice, so all was well in the end. I love the little rewards that I sometimes get when using my member card is sometimes it's a bakery item, sometimes it's a few bucks off, and one time it was a free frozen espresso drink, which was unbelievably delicious (and fattening :D) One thing I will say is that while you don't see as many senior citizens and church groups here, you do get a lot of stay-at-home mom's with their entire child army in tow. If you are as sensitive as I am to the visual/auditory chaos of children there's usually enough seating available to just head to the opposite side of the building!

I have never had a bad experience at Panera. Food is always amazing, fresh, and doesn't seem to take too long to prepare. When there is a line, I have seen employees and even the manager jump on a register to help out.

When things go right it's expected, so when things go wrong it gives a business a chance to shine. This Panera wrote my take-out order wrong but when I called, there was no argument, no questions,, just "We'll make it right." And when I drove back to pick up my half sandwich, it was a whole sandwich with cookies thrown in! This just shows the integrity and quality of this restaurant and its staff.

So far we've been to this place a couple of times and always had good customer service and fresh baked goods. Sandwiches are really good for lunch too. Only if they had this place closer to us.

20 minutes for a coffee and sandwich? Yes that's how it seems to go here. Stopped in for a quick breakfast on a Saturday. After waiting for 20 minutes at my table, I figured something was wrong. I got up and went to the same cashier who took my order, she directed me to the service window, and there it was, getting chilly. And without my coffee. Had to get somebody to go find me a cup.

This Panera Bread is pretty damned good. I have eaten there maybe ten times in the last few months while I was buying a house in the area. Meeting my realtor and now just grabbing breakfast. Sauage Egg and Cheese Asiago Bagel Sandwich is awesome by the way.
