The macaroni is so damned good that you would say its worth it's weight in gold, and Panera charges accordingly. Everything else I have tried was fresh and delicious but didn't really stand out or have me wanting more -not like that macaroni. I can't recommend the place because I think it's cray cray to charge that much for a tiny cup of Mac and cheese, but I know I will be back again.

This Panera is awful. Firstly, they allow panhandlers to beg for money right at their front door. Then It took two girls to slice bread for the guy before me. Both looked clueless on how to operate the machine. With three people behind the counter, nobody engaged the 3 different parties to see if we wanted to place an order. They just stared at us. The food was consistent to most Paneras but they were out of most bakery items mid day. They are slow to clean up messes because they are still trying to get the basics down. I'd rather watch Olympic Curling for 4 hours than come here ever again.

I got the turkey sandwich and half of the Fuji Apple salad. Both of them were special orders and fixed perfectly. The sandwich was outstanding with pesto and no mayo. The salad was wonderful without the cheese. Customer service was done with a smile. Perfect lunch.

Always good food here never had a problem, probably cuz I get the same thing every time. U pic 2, Mediterranean veggie sandwich and garden vegetable with pesto soup! Mmmm good

Great location near our hotel and thank God for that because of the traffic last night. It was clean and seemed fairly new. The turkey sandwich was great and so was my Greek salad. I'm usually never disappointed at Panera.

Panera can be a hit or miss. They have taken my favorite artichoke panini off the lunch menu but the breakfast bagels are still unbeatable . My favorite is the breakfast quiches. They are losing a star because they have you wait forever for the quiche and you cannot prepay and wait for it until it's out of the oven . Then when I got it the top layer was burnt. Luckily it still tasted fine but if that's a popular breakfast item you would think someone would be monitoring it waiting for it to come out .

Awful place. The spoon they gave had food sticking on it. I returned it and VOILA got another dirty one. When asked waitress says it was not probably not cleaned properly! Well ..... This is my second bad experience ( the other on BayMeadows Rd) and so I am done with Panera.

Today was a miss. Headed over to a meeting and the southern chick in me believes if you're going to make a person work hard on a Monday you should bring snacks. I tried calling in an order for delivery. They won't deliver to a location less then 2 miles away as per the online system. So I call in to the location to get confirmation. Catering orders must be $50+. So I decide on the rapid order thingy online after the guy on the phone confirmed that they have the items I wanted. I sent it out the request and pay for items over 3 hours before the order time. Less than 5 minutes later I'm emailed a confirmation of my order that shows proof of payment. I actually showed up almost 20 minutes later of my ready time. First I was told that my order wasn't ready. Then I was told they were out of the scones that I ordered? Whatever - I roll with the punches and grab other items because I don't want to be late for the meeting. Thinking at least they will apply what has already been paid to the order I'm picking up. Nope. So I have to just watch my account for a return. Staff was friendly but pretty clueless. Quick lane was anything but quick. I've definitely experienced better.

Panera's is our go to place for a quick salad or soup/sandwich combo. Can always count on fresh food and we have our favorites. First is the Fuji apple salad. It has fresh chicken you can have on it as well. Soups are served piping hot and their tomato is my fav. My daughter likes the French onion soup. It's not one I would choose but each to their own tastes. Whole family loves the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with crispy bacon, Gouda cheese, turkey on yummy tomato basil bread. Always good bagels with cinnamon crunch being our favorite. Asiago cheese bagels make great sandwiches too we've found. And to top it off they have sweet treats. Their shortbread cookie is buttery and oh so good. The teenager in our family likes to double chocolate cookie.

This panera seems to be hit or miss, but more of a hit for me these days. I agree with other reviewers that the food can be off sometimes, but that could be due to the rotating staff. This is another nearby business that always seems to have new faces. I frequent here for quick lunch meetings or when I'm craving their broccoli-cheddar soup (don't buy it in the grocery store...disgusting). The staff is always friendly and they are clean. They typically don't run out of my fave morning items quickly. I haven't had an issue with 'panhandlers' (per another reviewer), but wish they had a drive-thru. The quick-lane kiosks are always a good look (never see too many ppl using them...at any of the Paneras).

This place has really good service they have free WiFi so if you ever need a business meeting you can sit down have free WiFi. Have great food. I highly recommend their chicken Caesar salad. And there are Italian combo is really really delicious. I go here quite frequently because I'm kind of addicted to their chicken Caesar salad. So if you're in the mood to get some really high quality food. Check it out. And I will say this during the lunch hour time frame. This place does get pretty busy.
