Hate the location, but it's a good place to grab a bagel and coffee. Staff is friendly.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on a Thursday night. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Clean restaurant, though the restroom was a little yucky. Ordered at the front counter and food came out in about 5 minutes, same great Panera quality. Eyed the desserts on our way out and one one of the cashiers was more than happy to help. $3.50 is a little much for two cookies, but they were delicious. The bill or a "You Pick 2" and a salad was about $17. Would be 5 stars, but that price is a little much for what you're actually getting. Def not some place you could go every single day on a budget.

While on a recent trip to the Town Center, I was in the mood for some lunch, and decided to pass on the many sit down restaurants in the area, and I stopped in here for a sandwich. Thankfully, I timed it right and just beat the lunch rush, as this place gets BUSY. I like the feel of the place, it's almost like a local coffee house, just without the hippies and douchey college kids. Upon walking in, you place your order, and are given one of those buzzers to let you know when your food is ready. There are tons of sandwiches and paninis available, but also muffins and fresh fruit, if you're looking to grab a snack with your coffee and head out the door. I decided on a chicken ceasar sandwich with chips and a drink, and after placing my order, grabbed a seat. The food was ready surprisingly quick- maybe 3 minutes. I was very impressed with the look and taste of the sandwich. It's obvious that everything is fresh- fresh baked bread, sliced right before they make your sandwich, fresh cooked chicken, and fresh veggies and toppings. The sandwich was delicious, and was very light, but very filling. Overall, I was very happy with the food, and glad I made the choice, even though there were a lot of great sandwiches being eaten around me that I may have to try soon. Only thing keeping this from being five stars is the price of the food. I'm all for great service and fresh food, but paying ten bucks for a sandwich, chips, and a drink is a bit hard to take. Although I don't mind it as much, seeing as how everything seemed to be made right when you order it, and it is very fresh and tasty, unlike what you'd get at most other sandwich shops. Definitely recommend this joint to anyone looking for a good lunch, or a quick breakfast or snack, however be prepared to pay a bit more than expected.

Panera is also a great place to go an catch up with friends. grab lunch or study. I have done all of these at this location. It can get rather busy since it is in the Town Center right in the middle but I rather enjoy it. I had had a conflict with one of the managers over a breakfast sandwich after 10:30 (they are very strict on that time.) but other than that, no issues. Their Togo is super fast and convenient for me. Yes this location doesn't have a drive through so a quick in and out with parking could be a problem but I usually park in the back anyway. Be sure to use your rewards car to get pastries and drinks for free. My favorite meal is really the most simple: their Greek salad and the broccoli and cheese soup. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I have gotten that combo so many times. Breakfast sandwich wise though: hands down is the Mediterranean sandwich. It has egg whites, spinach and sundried tomatoes with a pesto sauce. Delicious. But of course there are so many options these days. Oh last but not least, DOG FRIENDLY! One of the hardest things is trying to bring our dog places. If you sit outside, as long as your puppy is calm and doesn't cause a problem. I've gone to this location and the one in St. Augustine and didn't have a problem.

Food and staff was good today first time being at this location. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled.

Food is always good but every time I get a cinnamon crunch bagel it tastes like the onion or the everything bagel. It's always a disappointment

It's been a long time since I've been in a Panera Bread. And you can color me impressed. This store has definitely had some upgrades since the last time I was there. They've added 'Fast Lane' kiosks (I'm assuming) for self-ordering, but I'm not quite sure how that process works. So I ordered the old fashioned way at the counter. When my cappuccino was ready, the server came right to my table, so it led me to wonder if they installed similar GPS location trackers like they have at Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom. Something I did notice as I enjoyed my breakfast, you can order your meal online while sitting at your table and they'll bring it right to you. For my breakfast I went with the Spinach & Bacon Soufflé; definitely a new menu item to me. I don't know if soufflé was the right name for this dish, but was tasty nonetheless. The eggs & cheese were blended just right with the main stars and the croissant 'crust' added just the right amount of sweetness. Next time I want to get out of the house to work, I know where I can hang out.

It is a chain restaurant, so there's no need to rave about it. But, this location is in the center of town center, which is convenient. Great place to grab a quick lunch/dinner with a friend or coffee and study. They also ample amounts of space and seating, so you'll always have a spot. Free wifi too!!!!

Love this Panera! Really one of the best in town. The portions are always just right, the staff is courteous and the location is always clean. The back half of the seating is often self designated for students/business professionals and their laptops. Take advantage of their free wifi (you have to open it then log in through their proxy server and agree to their terms). Two notes of discontent at this location: 1. Parking. Park in one of the outer lots and walk in - the parking lots are very much packed and during peak times you want to just park further out and trudge in. 2. Watch out!!! My friend had her purse stolen from here while she was sitting at lunch. Keep an eye out for your personal belongings. While this is not a reflection on Panera, it is something to keep in mind.

Went in the other day for a pre work meal with the girlfriend, she ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken caesar salad. We sat close to the food window because that was the only booth available, well upon sitting down we heard the kitchen staff talking really nasty about what my girlfriend ordered. It was highly offensive, like honestly who gives a crap what the guest ordered, they are paying to eat your food, who cares. Well since her meal was "too basic" I decided to ask for a manager, in which the food runner proceeds to tell the staff member who was running her mouth that we heard her and then went and grabbed her manager. The manager came over and understood the situation but didn't seem to care too much. then went back into the kitchen in which the female employee lies to him saying "I never said that" and basically called me a liar. Well I had enough of that and got up, went to their food window and put that employee in her place. Restaurants are no place to lie, the customer is always right and she is a liar. I would love to speak to the GM or Area Manager about this situation as it is highly ridiculous no action was taken and I had to handle it myself as a customer.

I do not know what I enjoy more, breakfast or lunch at Panera but you can almost always expect a good quality meal. The souffle is the best choice for breakfast. For lunch there are many great options. Right now the squash soup is my favoirte with a thai chicken salad. The new flatbread sandwiches are really good too.

The Town Center location may have a lower rating because they are consistently so busy. They may be busy and you may wait a little, but there are people there are that are working hard to provide optimal service. My orders are always taken within 2-3 minutes. Then I may have to wait on food, but at least the process is kept going at a maximum pace. At peak times, this location has open registers and all registers running to keep everything moving as fast as humanly possible. The Beach and Hodges location will have 1 register open with 10 people in line. My last visit had a worker verify for accuracy every single order that was being completed. Keep up the good work Town Center guys! Maybe you could provide some training to the Beach and Hodges General Manager.

I can't believe this was the first time I've ever stopped into a Panera Bread. I just never had the time before to just sit around and lounge. The setting is bright, colorful and inviting. It's pretty much a fresh sandwich stop. Looking around you find plenty of students or life learners with laptop and books sitting close to the windows either in deep concentration or lite conversations. It's quiet but not to the point of thinking someone will shhh you. And thank God no strong smell of coffee anywhere. My sister and I ordered. Then found a nice seat around the corner. We decided on roasted turkey, tomato bisque, and a bag of their chips. The bread was incredibly fresh, the soup was well seasoned and perfect temperature - warmed the belly. But those chips were nasty, greasy, and tasteless. And I hate pickles, but that seems to be the staple with sandwiches- at least it was on the side. I left feeling good about what I ate. Really healthy good stuff. But it still seemed a little high for a sandwich.

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered through kiosk. It took them 25 minutes to bring my order. By the time I got it some stuff I ordered was unavailable. So, I couldn't even get everything I ordered. Very disappointed!!!!

After having spent a restless night in my hotel room, I had a meeting at Panera Bread for my first meeting. I'm not a breakfast person nor a "juicer" but I thought I would try their kick start breakfast and their power juice. I have to say I was surprised at my breakfast and the juice. I was even more surprised at the energy I had the rest of the day. Thanks Panera for turning me on to juicing.

Food was great. Management Cust serv was just okay. Mgmt was more focused on the process and not providing proper attentive service to guests. I'm not used to that at Paneras. Team members were spot on attentive though.

What makes this Panera special, and this is really what the company is going for, is the relationships that customers can build over time with the employees, especially in the morning. Our mornings are our most routine part of the day and it helps when part of that routine is the smiling faces that greet you at the counter when ordering your morning bagel and coffee. Andy, the general manager is sometimes a little ferocious about quality and it shows. The place employs many college-aged kids, a demographic among whom a high turnover ratio might be expected. The fact that the turnover there is relatively low and you get to know some of the employees over the course of years lets you know that the employees can trust their restaurant and, if they can, you can, too. To be honest, though, 7 or 8 dollars is a little much for me to pay for a sandwich but if that's in your budget, this is a great place to go. It must be because you can almost always expect a crowd, especially in December, when that whole mall's a madhouse.

There were approximately 10 people in the restaurant when I stopped by for breakfast. I ordered an egg sandwich to go and waited at the pick up counter. I saw several people come and go over the course of my 20 minutes waiting there. I finally decided to ask for an update and they tried to give me the plate that had been sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes unwrapped. They gave me attitude when I asked for a fresh one to be made. Instead of immediately making my sandwich they continued making other orders and it took another 7 minutes to get my sandwich. Fine dining meals take less time to come out. I was never offered an apology and the girl at the counter sort of threw my bag at me. I certainly will not be back to this panera. I have had similar situations at lunch. The manager needs to spend some time getting a better staff and get his store together. I would suggest only stoping by if you have plenty of time to spare.
