This is a pretty friendly Panera. Its a good spot to have lunch if you are headed to the airport. They have a wonderful outside seating area as well. I enjoyed the Thai chicken salad. I would return if I were in the area.

Let's see... Where do I start. I love this place however this was the worst location I have ever been too. Got there at 6:45am there were a few customers there but apparently the staff was still sleep. Trash by front door. Ordered: Green smoothie- spinach grapes etc... Yuck it was water down Egg white turkey sausage- their turkey sausage is mixed in the eggs & was the worst sausage I have ever tasted. When in town for work I will not return here.

Come here a lot to study. Food is ok most times. They never have a full assortment of bakery items. They made a mistake on my salad & put tomatoes when I asked for none. They gave me no romaine lettuce instead.:/ When I sent it back the "considerate" cook just took the tomatoes off and gave me back the same exact salad (full of tomato seeds...). I was so hungry just ate it....I'm glad i don't have an allergy or anything or I would have problems here! I've experienced much better.....smh

I quite like it here whether to fix a sweet "tooth", grab a bite, or have a meet & greet (a fave for this). It's a very nice addition to River City Marketplace on the Norf-sigh-eed. LOL! It helps in providing the welcoming suburban feel of having nearby amenities which has been needed for sooo long on this side of town. This store is always neat. and clean along with friendly staff. I'm not sure if it has all the latest upgrades (such as kiosks) that I've seen elsewhere but, if not, they should be available soon....may even be present but overlooked by your's truly. (00) Their food selections have enough variance, and quality...sandwiches, soups, salads, flat breads, baked goods, and drinks all in a inviting setting including a patio area. I really like the look, feel, comfort and location. This Panera gets a double Fonzie (old Happy Days reference) thumbs up! :)

These stores are all mirror images any where you go. The good news there if your in a strange city if you come to Panera the food will taste the same as it does at home. They do have a nice assortment of breads and pastries and in the morning I am quite fond of the individual souffle. At many of the stores there is a drive thru option but it takes what feels like an eternity.

I love panera, especially due to the for they don't use relish in their chicken salad! However, this location isn't very impressive as compared to its sister locations. The staff weren't very friendly with customers picking up food and seemed to be getting frustrated with complaints about an order for pick up that was not made correctly.

I have never had a good experience at THIS location. They have always been out of something critical like bread (for a sandwich), or lettuce (for a salad) or a myriad of other items you would expect to find at Panera. I'm not talking about going in just before closing, but at 5:00pm when they are out for the day already. I posted a picture of one of my most disgusting $10 beef sandwiches...really Panera? This is acceptable to serve a customer? I have complained to the operating partner, who gave me his cell phone number and asked me to call him the next time I had a bad experience. After doing this several times and never receiving a return call, I got the message that Panera simply doesn't care about their customers. How can I make such a broad statement? Because I called corporate to try to get a response and never did. I reviewed this place previously, but for some reason my review is no longer on yelp. Not sure how review get deleted, because it was an accurate representation of my experience, but here's a new review with nothing better to report.

Most reviews hit the nail on the head with this location. Frequently out of multiple menu items at the same time. If it were always busy I could probably understand this, but the few times I have been its sparsely populated. The worst thing is how they will lock their doors two hours before their posted closing time and just shrug and shake their head through the window when you try to figure out what the hell is going on. I'd say don't bother going, but really it just needs to be shut down.

Service took longer than I felt it should since they were slow. When I got my sandwich and took a bite it was all bread, lettuce and tomato. I opened it up and found most of the meat not separated and just thrown to one side.

I tend to be picky, so I grab food as I can. The menu was lacking for my tastes, but the panini I got was fantastic! Initially, they hadn't heated it much, so I started walking back up to the counter to get that fixed. The guy who brought it to me originally stopped me, grabbed the food, and told me he'd take care of it; which he did! The breads are amazing, the pastry I had was quite tasty, and the chocolate pastry I got was awesome! Definitely will go back. The staff was kind and seemed to actually enjoy being there! Thank you!

Fresh and tasty. I enjoyed a chipotle chicken sandwich and a refreshing sweet ice tea. Panera was very busy, but it only took them a few minutes to have our meal ready. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating area is covered to protect everyone from the hot sun. The cashier was very patience with us and took the time to answer our questions. My sandwich was so fresh the bread almost fell apart. It was nice to do our shopping and have a fast, yet healthy meal. I tried their chicken soup and it was good. They had freshly brewed sweet-tea, freshly brewed iced sweet-tea, and tangerine tea ! The restaurant was extremely clean. They had muffins,cookies and other pastries. I will be looking for other Panera Restaurants to try!
