We stopped into Panda Express because it was convenient to our shopping outing. There are so many better fast food/take out Chinese places in town, and I would have much rather we went there. The food is OK. My big gripe was that what we were served (orange chicken) was the last of what was in the pan, and it was going to be several minutes till they bought more out. I didn't want to wait. The portion seemed a little cheap to me this visit.

Food was good, customer service was not. Employee Danyell was rude. She packed my food to go, and I explained that it was for here, she then handed me my to go bag anyway. I asked for one of the forks from behind the counter and she told me I could go around the corner to get one of the forks from next to the drink station. She is not the kind of person that should be working in customer service and it would behoove the company to let her go.

Love this place. The price for the amount of food you get is so reasonable. We get takeout here at least once a week. Two people can easily eat and maybe have leftovers for 12-13 bucks. If they are running low on something, no worries...they are always replenishing. The shanghai steak, broccoli and beef and chicken with green beans are good. We always add on a kung pao for a hot spicy kick. Friendly, fast and convenient!

There's not too much to say that hasn't been said about Panda Express. If you go in expecting a high quality meal, you're going to find yourself disappointed. If you're craving something fast, saucy, and grossly filling, you'll find it here. I've stopped into this location a few times now and while the service isn't anything to write home about, it's sufficient in my experience. I've also seen quite a few people mention this location being out of items but I've not had that experience myself. When I get a craving for orange chicken (that will undoubtedly make me feel like I'm dying a few hours later), this is the place to find it.

Everybody is guilty for indulging in crappy, not so high quality fast food. I have to admit that Panda Express is my guilty pleasure. Food from the mall food court is the best and now I don't have to go to the mall to get it. Score! Panda is very reasonably priced and you get a ton of food. At the bottom of each receipt, you get a free entree item if you take a survey. I'm always game for ways to save money. So the fried rice and chow mein aren't that great, but when slathered with sauce from your entree... Who cares. They have a good variety of entrees. Orange chicken is really good and packed with flavor. My husband loves the sweet fire chicken. It's chicken with red peppers, onions and pineapple swimming in a sweet and spicy sauce. I really love the mushroom chicken. It's a light dish with chicken, mushrooms and zucchini in a brown sauce that's delicious. The food at this location is usually pretty fresh. Even if there's food sitting on the hot bar, sometimes they'll fire up fresh hot food in the wok. As long as you're expecting fast food Chinese, you shouldn't be disappointed. If you go into this place thinking you're getting high quality gourmet food, well then consider yourself stupid.

I'm reviewing a chain, I get it. I promise I won't compare the kung pao chicken here with the one on Argyle. In reviewing chains, the main comparators are the cleanliness and quality of service of that particular chain. I feel compelled to review this location because there was much improvement to be had. Plus, I don't want another diner to go walnut-less, napkin-less, etc...(read on): We came here on an early Sunday evening (6PM). There were a few other diners there and the selection of food available at the counter was surprisingly limited. They may have just been making dishes to order, so who knows. I ordered the 2-entree plate of Honey Walnut Shrimp and the Orange Chicken with Chow Mein. (Note: it costs $1 extra to have a shrimp entree) The Honey Walnut Shrimp did not have walnuts, and the guy behind the counter did not say anything until we pointed it out. His explanation: they ran out. We got our food and went to the utensil and condiment area, which, much like the food counter, was devoid of a lot of things such as napkins, plastic knives, and soy sauce (which I later learned they stingily kept behind the counter, handing only one packet if you asked. Specify an exact number to save you some time). We informed the cashier what that area was lacking, and later she came by and handed us two plastic knives, with her thumb touching the blade. Yuck. We thought we can just go back to the station and get another set of knives but everything remained empty. A flurry of diners came in and we just accepted the fact that she could not be bothered, so we ate knife-less, napkin-less, and soy sauce-less. This particular location could definitely use more organization, planning, and service.

I was in a rush over holiday's and was very hungry driving by this particular Panda Express. I have not been to one so I thought it would be fast, and good to try it. I think they copied the culinary recipes, and prep from Chinese prison camps! This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten took a few bites, and threw it all in the garbage!

For a chain restaurant this place does very well in decor, quality of food, and customer service. It could only improve by extending hours. You'll walk out feeling like a fatty but will swear you were eating healthy. Trying to make healthy choices at panda express... should consist of which gym you're heading to after. But the change to brown rice forces a healthy option to the regular white rice.

We popped in here late the other evening after a night of shopping. We've been to many other P.E's before so we knew what we were getting. In general, the location at Town Center seems to be bigger and cleaner. But this location wasn't too bad. As we were glancing through the many different choices, we did notice that most of the dishes were either near empty of just old looking. But we did find a couple of choices that looked good. The food was typical PE good. Hard to go wrong with the Orange Chicken. Beijing Beef was also good. So while the food was good, the choices really wasn't that great. Again, this was late in the evening, so it could have been our timing. Given the choice, I'd go up to the Town Center location next time.

I love the Panda Express at Town Center, so stopped here for one day thinking it would be the same. I had to stand around for a couple minutes before someone would walk out of the back room and acknowledge me. There was only one other family eating lunch. Here's the strange thing: The food is not nearly as good as the Town Center location. It tasted somewhat stale. I rated this location with one star because I will never come here again.

I'm from the D so I never seen a Panda express that wasn't attached to a Mall. I love there food any way but clearly if you come right before the Lunch rush.. the Noodles will be a little hard and you will wait for Orange chicken Longer than Usual. The food is good but catch them on a great day when all the stuff is not old but fresh... should htey have a quality check ever Hour or so.. Geeze

Not bad for a Chinese restaurant chain. This location is very clean, and never busy. The food choices are limited, probably due to the poor business, but if you like lo mein and orange chicken, then your set! The mgmt. here is very poor, allowing the employees to park right in front of the building, on my last trip I had to wait on the cashier to get something out of her car? Wow! I gave it two stars, since I do like their orange chicken, and the price is reasonable. It is also a quiet place to go, to use your IPAD or smartphone.

cheap price but premium quality chinese food that doesn't make you feel like you ate a bag of concrete 15 minutes later.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
