Me and my sister took our mom out here for her birthday. It was a pleasant experience all around. We were seated right away. Our server (Amanda) greeted us, was very friendly, and prompt. She took the time to answer my mother and sister's questions about the food they were ordering. Our bread and salads were on time. And our dinners arrived a short time afterwards, cooked with no mistakes or flaws. Again, our experience was great.

Typical outback. Wait service was not up to par for most out backs. Food was good and typical for an outback.

I have to say I was very disappointed at this location with the food and management.Lets start with my wife's order. My wife and I went in and she ordered the steak and mixed vegetables. She wanted the steak medium and the vegetables done or steamed longer (not crunchy) Her steak was beyond well done and the vegetables were hard as a rock. My steak was cold. Both steaks went back for a reorder and the wait begins. The manager came to the table only once to deliver the second order never once apologizing for the bad meal. My wife's second steak was just as bad as the first. She gave up and said to forget the meal and take it off our bill. The manager never did come back to our table and asked how everything was or to apologize. What is sad is that I notified corporate as to the problem and no one ever contacted me.I believe that I will no longer visit ANY OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE !

Our service was excellent and our food was delicious. Anna, our waitress made sure water stayed full, checked on you to make sure we were enjoying our meal and it met our satisfaction. She get all 10s for her customer service and attention to details . My fiance steak was cooked perfectly medium well it was tender to cut, seasoned to perfection and juicy. The salad was served cold and crisp. The bread was warm and soft. I didn't like my drink and Anna got me another drink to my liking without any hassle or going to get a manager. Will visit again.

Wow! This place had some serious growing pains! We went 3 times spread over the first 3 months and had so many troubles each time ... I hope they have had a chance to fix everything. Food is always great - when you finally get your food. Very slow service and when you finally get your food, it's not what you ordered. :(

I'm not sure if it is just because this is a new location, but I have been here twice for lunch and both of them took longer than it should have. The servers seem to be on the ball, the issue seems to lie in the kitchen. I'm not a huge fan of the food here, it's all basic "chain" food but it is still better than other chains (like Applebee's). Hopefully they can get things running more smoothly!!

Excellent service...good food. Hostess brings around appetizers while you wait...nice touch...I recommend baked chicken on the barbie for main course.

Food is . . . Standard Outback cuisine. The management is atrocious! They are clearly understaffed and it shows. Not for lack of their staff doing their best and giving good service but for lack of simple management. Whoever is fiscally responsible for the for this branch is clearly taking short cuts and it shows in every step of the dinning experience. Blooming Brands needs to tighten up!

This new location is so freaking slow..2 hours for 2 dinners.. I think they under estimated how popular this location would be-its small and packed out! This results in slow service all around. But outback is good, always is. Hopefully when this location gets it groove, itll be more efficient.

Painfully slow service, food takes forever and it's not even prepared as ordered! But alas, let me share some details. First, there was not a wait so we were seated almost immediately. Not so bad...yet. Unfortunately, we were seated in the bar. My #1 pet peeve is being seated in the bar area, when I've come for dinner. But let me be honest, I have several #1 pet peeves and I think this location managed to nail them all. We sat at our table for in excess of 10 minutes before even being greeted by anyone. Check, another pet peeve down (that's 2). When we were finally acknowledged the greeting started with "I'm sorry" and ended with "I'll be right with you." It's like a tease when really it's either "I'm far too busy and management has no idea how to run a restaurant", or "I am not a very good server." We were finally greeted and allowed to give our beverage order. Our beverages took more than 15 minutes to be served. Are you adding minutes yet? Pay attention because this will come into play later. But check off pet peeve #1, complete lack of attentiveness (that's 3). We did get to order our food and the server was gone. Our expectation was that soup and salad would be coming out shortly (I'm sure their standard is less than 10 minutes from ticket time for soup/salad) but 15 minutes after ordering we were lucky to get some bread...followed by a promise that our salads would be right out. Another 10 minutes pass and our soups and salads are served. We have moved well into pet peeve #1, unacceptable ticket times (that 4, but it gets better). Over an hour after we were seated, our entrees arrived. Unfortunately, my medium $20 rib-eye steak was cooked so well, there was not a bit of juice to be squeezed out of it. It actually looked dry, like old leather. The server asked if she could get us anything else, and I asked if she thought my steak might be a little over done. She offered to take the steak and left we with my baked potato. Pet peeve #1, food is not served as ordered/described AND pet peeve #1, someone in the party has to wait to eat because of an incompetent kitchen and management. 14 minutes later the manger comes out with my steak. I'm sure you might imagine that I'm ready to let someone have it, but it's a holiday and I don't want to create tension at our table. The manager asks if the steak is prepared correctly, and fortunately it was. I got another baked potato...it went to waste. So, here I sit eating my steak that took an hour an a half to get to me, while everyone else in my party twiddles their thumbs and watches me eat. You know what? Yes, pet peeve #1, someone in the party has to eat their entree after everyone else has finished because of an incompetent management and kitchen. We did order dessert. It was fine. For whatever the reason, it came out in just under 10 minutes. I had received a gift card from someone at my work. It exceeded the purchase amount by almost $10, but I did present it to pay for our check. I was a little bit surprised that because our meal was less than the gift card amount, for whatever reason they do not give back the remainder of the gift card balance (on the gift card of course, not as cash). The server was so kind to point this out AFTER our transaction was fully processed. Okay, so at this point I just want to get out of the restaurant. I choose to leave a good tip because it's this weird thing of mine from my days as a server for several years during college. Many things were not the server's fault, although there were some areas for improvement. It does NOT take 10-15 minutes to greet a table. I don't care what the excuse, this is simply too long. My beverage should not sit empty for in excess of 15 minutes. If it's empty just replace it with a refill, or be aware enough to ask if I need one. If a customer's check is less than the amount paid, always return the full change. If this is not going to happen, tell the customer in advance so they do not feel like they've been the victim of a theft. And finally, if you have too many tables, tell the host/ess and the manager to slow seating down. It's better to have fewer tables with happy customers, than to have all of your customers unhappy. Believe, no one in our area was happy with the service nor the kitchen. If other reviews are an indication, the management needs to be replaced. This location has been open long enough for the kinks to be worked out. The manager did not offer to do anything for the kitchen's mistake with my entree. Of course, with an incompetent kitchen and management, I really didn't expect anything else. I will tell you that I have never had a positive experience at an Outback Steakhouse, and this was one of the more notably poor experiences. Oh, so pet peeve #1, management does not acknowledge a problem brought to their attention and make a concerted effort to win back the guest. Check! I have more to say, but alas yelp has no more space!
