Our first time here. Food and service was really good. We ordered pizza and salads. Both were good. We like the thinner crust. You can taste the toppings better without eating a lot of dough. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive.

Mmmm delicious Italian food! I had the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and the hubby had the lasagna (recommended by the owner) and were both delicious! We had the cheese bread for the appetizer and now I'm hooked! The service here is so friendly! Family owned; awesome people! Definitely recommend:)

Been here a few times since moving into the area. The pizza is good but last time I had a stromboli it was a little under cook. Didn't even finish it. Mental note to self. Ask for all calzones & stromboli to be well done.

I'm not sure why so many bad reviews? I have been here several times since I have found this place and the food is always great. Strombolis, pizza, wings, subs and all have been excellent. The owner and workers are always friendly when you come in and they deliver locally! Awesome place and they will continue to have my support and business!! Keep up the great work.

While they were renovating this place I watched two workers one being the look out dumping chemicals down the curb drainage. Was to dark to record but people saw you idiots.

Ordered delivery, wanted to give the new place a try. They answer "Hello", I had to ask "Is this my life pizza?". Delivery took over an hour, driver called and didn't know my name or address and needed that info. Pizza is not terrible but definitely not that great either.

Do not go there. Waited 55 minutes to have appetizers forgotten to finally get an ok Pizza. Service sucks. Go somewhere else.

I erased my original review and now feel compelled to write a more accurate description of the place. I really wanted this place to succeed. I truly did. I live west of Oakleaf town center and was excited that something new was going in. The manager and owner of the place are awful. I've heard the "manager" screaming at the staff for reasons that can be handled WAY better. The food.....well when they have it in stock.....went from ok to bad in just over a month. The quality of the ingredients being ordered are inconsistent and cheap. I was served a burnt Stromboli that was made incorrectly from the way the menu described it and it was the OWNER who made it. Really??? There seemed to be a few people who knew what they were doing in the restaurant at the beginning but I'm guessing they have systematically taken them out or they realized they were already on a sinking shipped and bailed. I give it 6 months or less and this business will fail by the standards they are already setting. sad. I over heard staff talking about the dishes not being cleaned from the night before, paychecks already bouncing, and not being paid on time. I also over heard that the owner doesn't shower....gross! NO THANKS! I'm done!! I eat out for lunch and dinner at least once a week each.....but trust me I will not being to a place that doesn't value hygiene or their employees.

The food here is great, I was really excited when this place opened. I ate there the first few times but after the terrible customer service, I either order pick-up or delivery. Everyone that works there seems to always be in such a foul mood, and seem very uncaring about their customers. It's almost as if your bothering them by being there. It's sad to say but I receive better customer service from Mc Donalds. As much as I love the food from My Life Pizza, my trip there was my last. They need to either re-train their people or start fresh with a complete new staff.

We visited this place on a Sunday afternoon, the place was not crowded. Our server was very attentive, unfortunately that did not translate into the kitchen being the same way. For starters, we ordered the Calamari and the portion was small for $8. The pizza sub was bread, pizza sauce, pepperoni and imitation mozzarella cheese; the same was for the pizza. A shop that has pizza in its name should not skimp on quality ingredients; especially the cheese. Also, they were out of Chips that come with the subs; this was at 12:30 in the afternoon. The final straw to this horrible meal was being told they were out of chips, 30 minutes after we ordered. This place isn't going to last long with bad food

Horrible! There should be an option for no stars! The waitress looked confused every time we asked a question. When we place our order she repeated it back in question form as if she didn't understand what we were saying. I expected shoddy service after reading previous yelp reviews but was still willing to give the place a shot. The mozzarella stick are clearly frozen and weren't even heated all the way through. They have one guy making pizza with absolutely no sense of urgency. After 30min of waiting for our pizza, I asked the waitress how much longer. She said she thought it was in the oven but would check. I watched her go ask the cook. After 5min when it became clear she wasn't coming back to our table, I went to the counter to pay for the drinks & frozen cheese sticks. She apologized and said all she does is put in the orders. The open style kitchen gave me a view of the cook, who was just now beginning to assemble our pizza. 30min after we placed the order it wasn't anywhere near ready! We will NOT be going back. I doubt this place makes if another month.

This is a great dining experience. The stromboli is out of sight! The pizza and subs are wonderful! Everything we have ordered has been very good and the service is very good also.

The food is good but the wait staff are beyond slow and inattentive. Get more professional staff.

Let me start this out by saying that I don't normally write reviews on Yelp, I prefer Urbanspoon, however this restaurant doesn't have a page on Urbanspoon yet. This restaurant needs to work on their advertising because for starters as I tried to look up there website as I sat there waiting for my pizza to come out...absolutely nothing came up. No Facebook, Urbanspoon, Twitter... Now for the restaurant...I'll put it this way, there isn't anything bad about the restaurant but there is NOTHING that stands out to make it great or even above average. For starters, the pizza isn't even the feature when you open up the menu (on the back page w/ the drinks). The menu although only a try-fold it is completely full of googled food images with a broad spectrum of food. My wife and I were excited to try this place...we had tried to go on Friday night and it was very busy. We decided we would come back when it was a little less busy so we wouldn't have to wait. So we decided to try it out for lunch on Saturday. This restaurant has a hostess stand complete with seating chart which is completely unnecessary because they only have about 20 tables. We were greeted right away and seated in a booth against the wall by the kitchen. At the time we were there they had 2 servers and about 3 tables of customers. The server sat us and gave us the menus. Shortly after that our server came back to take our drink orders. My wife asked for lemonade to which the server replied that "we just ran out." (now keep this in mind...Its 11:30AM on a Saturday and they opened an hr. ago) Tip#1 Make sure you have enough of your supplies in stock to get you through the day whether it be food ingredients or beverages. We decided we would try an appetizer, so we went with the Pesto Cheese Bread, to which we were told by our server was a good choice. It took a good 10min to receive the cheese bread, we ordered our pizza at this time. The Pesto Cheese bread came out looking less than impressive. It was a large french bread sliced down the middle slathered with garlic butter and canned pesto...and the cheese was barley melted and wasn't even stuck to the bread. Many of the slices were soggy. Tip#2 If your are going to be a pizza place...BUY A BETTER CHEESE!!!! (the cheese they used had to have been a low quality cheap cheese.) I understand it is a newer place and they are trying to cut costs in certain areas so they can make a profit, however as a pizza place cheese is not the place to cut costs!!!! 15min later we received our pizza and it was nothing special, we didn't even receive silverware. And, for their dine-in guests they give you paper plates to eat off of ( cheap plates). There was nothing about the pizza to set it apart from any other pizza that you buy or order. There were no seasonings on the pizza, sauce, or toppings. I feel as though I could have made the same pizza myself at home for less in about the same time. We had finished eating the pizza and another server saw that we were finished with our food and she asked if we needed a box & check. She yelled to our server that we would like our check. Finally our server came over with our check and asked if we wanted any to-go drinks and left. All in all I would love to see this place succeed, but I don't see them lasting more than 6 months if they don't make some drastic changes to their service and food quality, when I go out to eat I want something special not just food any home economics student could make. They need something to make them stand out from all the big food chains out there. I may be back 1 or 2x this year, but would not make it a weekly place to dine in.
