Last night I stopped it longhorn steakhouse to have a prime rib with salad and baked potato. The salad was great, but it went down hill from there. I ordered prime rib medium rare. It came almost raw. It was the proper cut of meat but it wasn't prime rib. Not sure how they attempted to cook it but it wasn't a standing rib roast. It was chewy and fatty. I will not go here again.

My husband and I eat at this location all the time. I ordered a 7 oz flos filet on our last visit and I couldn't believe how much pepper they but on my steak. They took it back and brought out a steak with no butter or seasoning and it was awesome. Order your steaks without the seasoning and you will love it.

Love this place. I have ordered take out several times and it has been spot on every time. My to go orders are always ready at the time they say and cooked to order.

I've been a fan of Longhorn Steakhouse for years (YEARS!) seeing as I worked for the company back in high school. Recently my husband and I stopped by for dinner and we both ended up with delicious burgers. I had the Gourmet Burger (bacon mayo, hello!) with fries and he got the Primetime Burger with fries. Both were cooked perfectly and delicious! We will definitely be coming back again soon.

So we arrive at 8:30, decided to just sit at the bar since there was only one person seated eating and one waiting on a to go order. First off, the bartender does not have the personality to work the position. He seemed to have an attitude and when he finally decided to bring us menus (after we asked twice), plates, menus and silverware were slammed down. We almost left right then, but we stayed. 10 minutes in we finally got something to drink. Our appetizer (wild west shrimp came out 40 minutes after we sat down. We had to ask for bread twice and finally got it 45 minutes after we sat down at the bar. Ordered a couple renegade sirloins, one with mashed potatoes and the other with baked potato. Mashed potatoes were great, baked potato was hard and undercooked. Steaks were supposed to be medium rare and they were actually rare which is fine. They had a good sear and the flavor was nice. But the 8 oz steak had about 4-5 ounces that could actually be eaten. It was so full of connective tissue, it could not be cut with a knife. Also had to ask for more tea as my glass was empty when my food came. The bartendeder finally told us they were short the to go order person at the end of our meal and took the crappy steak off the bill. This was just an all around poor service staff and it makes no sense that the FOH manager was no where around helping get to go orders prepped.

I have to give this a 4 star review because the service was excellent. The prime rib was suculant and divine. High qaulity sides. And the bread was unresistable!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a longhorn. I was with a group for a birthday and we were there from 7pm-9:30pm. The server was very attentive and very polite, however she was not responsible for the lack of attention to everyone else. We waited 40 min for our food with management suppose to follow. Management never showed up and food was cold and not made to what was ordered (medium rare steaks were hockey pucks). We have never experienced bad service This longhorn until today.

After reading some moderate to unfavorable reviews, I decided to try this Longhorn Steakhouse out anyway since it's so close to my hotel. For the service, I was met by three indifferent young kids working the door, two of which were waiters spitting their best game to the hostess. I decided to eat at the bar and sat down to a vacant barkeep but the manager was sitting down the bar going over the day's numbers and promptly poured me a drink and offered to take my order. The bartender soon emerged and took my order after I decided and was spot on for the rest of the night. Onto the food. My salad and bread was brought out nearly instantaneously and both were excellent. I got the 11oz ribeye with a loaded baked potato which arrived fairly shortly after. The steak was overcooked slightly from my medium order but was acceptable and still delicious. The baked potato was also very good but I was unable to finish it as the entire meal was very filling. When asked about dessert, my stomach nearly popped. Overall, the actual service and food were both very good and I would recommend this Longhorn Steakhouse to anyone looking for a good steak. Can't comment on dining seating service but if you eat in the bar, it's good!

Went here with family and friends to celebrate a birthday. Will never do that again. It was a Wensday nite so its not like a weekend crowd. We had to wait over an hour for our entrees .. the waitress explained that with the rush of people the kitchen went down , and that a manager would come talk with us. Yeah that never happened, instead they comped our parties 2 appitizers for our party of 7. Then two of the orders were cooked wrong or other items too cold to eat, but we were too hungery to send them back. Our waitress should have been more attentive to the fact our order was taking too long. And to make an excuse for them clearly missing our ticket was inexcusable. Futher is a manager says they are gonna come ... they need to anything less is unprofessional. We won't be back.

Came here for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised t how nice this one was compared to other LongHorns we'd been to. My steak was really ood and the baked potato was excellent . The server Justin was very attentive to our needs, and very friendly too. We will definitely be going back to this location again.

We stopped in here for a light lunch and ordered just a half size salad and soup. The french onion soup was okay but not a lot of depth to the flavor. Hubby had the potato and bacon soup and totally loved it. When they bought out the 'half' salad we thought they had made a mistake and bought us the full size but they assured us they were the half size. For a half size it was HUGE and there was no way we could finish it all. The service was awesome and the staff were helpful and friendly. Just make sure you are very hungry when you go.

So I took the family to this longhorn steakhouse. After being seated we noticed the dank smell of mildew coming from the carpet. I'm unfamiliar with this franchise, so I needed assistance in finding the correct menu item for my needs. Our waiter aS very helpful in this matter, and I got the T-Bone (medium rare) with fries. Once I received the steak, I immediately noticed that this T-bone was all strip and very little fillet, to my disappointment. Anyone who enjoys t-bone and porterhouse steaks will understand my dismay, especially at the cost of $23.00! After poking the strip with my fork to see if I could locate a portion that was over cooked, I cut into the steak toward the edge. I was excited to find that where I cut was at a perfect medium rare! After my initial inspection, I dug in. The flavor was there, along with the texture. My elation, however, soon turned into trepidation. The closer I got to the center of the strip, the rarer the meat became. Sure I could've cut through the center to begin with, but if a steakhouse who charges this much for a steak says they know how to cook a steak, I give them the benefit of the doubt! The waitstaff took my steak back to the kitchen and brought it back quickly. This time it was deliciously correct. I finished the steak, fries, and $5 bottle of Samuel Adams Summer Ale, and asked for the check. Perhaps it was the red meat, or possibly the dollar amount, but I felt my heart skip a beat! Clutching at my chest, I grasped at my wallet, and With a great deal of reluctance, paid my tab. In conclusion, the waitstaff was very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, although my server reached over my plate a couple of times with his hairy arms. mistakes were made, but they were quick to resolve them. The price I paid for an undercooked t-bone with no fillet, however, was completely out of line. I could've went to Restaraunt Orsay, paid a similar amount, and been served what I wanted. I won't go to this location again. But hey, at least the salad was par!

The Prime Rib was Excellent!! I'm a Ribeye lover, but decided to try the Prime Rib for the first time, Ever! I must say it was Better than I expected! Nicely seasoned, I ordered the 16oz medium rare, and the first bite was so succulent, so tender, so juicy, and so good! 5 mins from home, we passed this place nearly every day for over 10 years, but it was our first time visiting. My wife ordered the salmon, and she didnt complain about a single thing, which says a lot! Among the other items on the menu, there was no room to try them all, but we WILL BE BACK!

Ordered to go. They messed up my order so when I went to go back to return the food and get my money back they kept me waiting for 10 minutes on a manger who never arrived. Instead of refunding me my money they gave me a $10 gift card and sent me on my way. My meal was $15.

Whenever my husband and I are craving a steak we tend to go here nowadays. We loved to share their Porterhouse for Two. They make the sauce table side and it's very impressive, and taste so good I always ask to take it home with me. My meal is always spot on, and I love that they serve sweet potatoes. It's pricey, but worth it for special occasions.

So I took the family out for dinner on Saturday night to this Long Horns because we only live minutes away. We walk in and are immediately seated but not before having one of the waiters tell the hostess that he didn't want to wait on a family and to give us to someone else and let her handle us....COM ON MAN Im right here i can hear you! So we sit down in the back of the restaurant by the bathrooms with plenty of sitting in the entire place normal with kids it happens all the time. We give our drink order to one waitress (Coke, sweet tea with lemons, and apple juice for the kids). Well when our waitress for the evening brings us the drinks she brings a diet coke and sweet tea no lemons. My wife says that she wanted a regular coke and the waitress then tried to convince her to just drink the diet and she will bring a regular on the next round....WTF! No I think not is what the wife responded with. On to the food. We ordered an appetizer and food and she brings wife a new drink and bread....NOTE kids still don't have their drinks. So 10 minutes go by and she stops by and we ask for the kids drinks and she goes disappears for another 10 and comes back with drinks and she's off again.....still no appetizer! So we waited and almost 15 minutes more go by and our entrees show up..Ok cool didn't need the appetizer anyways just don't be on the bill! I order the Outlaw ribeye medium rare and it came out red and bloody closer to rare but I can deal with it no biggie I hate sending back food. That was the only food mess up beside no appetizer! Food was good and alright flavor my steak did have a big knot of fat right in the middle but was good. The sweet potato with cinnamon is really good. The bill comes and it's $93.00 I don't recommend adding the lobster tail for $10 it's tiny! We pay are bill with a $100 gift card and the lady comes back and says we still owe $10 because the card won't charge the full amount because of being able to leave a tip. So I can't charge the full amount to this card and give you a cash tip??? No.... Ok so I pay the rest with my debit and we are on our way. So I called to check the balance on the GC because it was a brand new never been used GC and the waitress could only charge 83 on it so there should be a balance left on it right???? NOPE! 0 balance! So I have to call up there tomorrow and deal with that now! All around nice atmosphere - OK food - sub-par service and way OVER PRICED!!! P.S. Appetizer wasn't on the bill!

Been to this location a bunch of times since I currently live within five minutes of it. It's Longhorn...the food is what it is. It's chain-level steak and the typical fare that accompanies it. Bit, they do it fairly well. Everything I've ever gotten has met expectations. I've always had attentive and friendly waiters/waitresses and the bartenders have usually gotten my wife's martini order correct (it's a bit of a doozie: Kettle One martini, in and out--that's the part that throws inexperienced bartenders--extra dirty--emphasis on "extra"--with three olives and a lemon twist). Anyway, if you like Longhorn in general, you'll find that this location meets your expectations. If you're looking for Ruth's Chris, then you need to go downtown and get Ruth's Chris.

Went on a Tuesday evening and they had already ran out of prime rib. :( oh well.. So decided to try the outlaw ribeye (I think that's what it's called). And I'm so glad I did! It was soo good! I love longhorn! You never let me down like other steakhouses nearby. Service and food was awesome!
