I was driving post and could not pass because of the "hot light! " it was on! The donuts were absolutely Devine. I experienced the drive thru. The building abd parking lot was clean, as always. The representative at the window was very curious and friendly. Need I say more?

Came here because I honestly love the glazed donuts when they're hot and fresh. Also groupon $10 for $20 helped ensure that everyone will be in a sugar coma. I was a bit surprised when the Manager charged me for a large hazelnut latte when I wanted a hazelnut iced coffee (difference of almost $2). When I called him on it, he seemed like he didn't know there was a difference. The location and store were nicely kept and clean when I visited so no complaints there. I do prefer KK to the DD chain but nothing beats my local fave in Arlington. Oh well, the donuts were good as a Monday treat to ease the pain of it being Monday. I'm sure I'll be back--especially when that sign is on.

I love that they turn the light on, "Hot doughnuts" sign goes on when they are hot! My foot wants to hits the brakes every time I pass by and see that sign lit up. I also am fascinated that I can watch them making the doughnuts. They give the kids a hat, when they come in. Welcome to Arlington!

Their OK, but I'm not really a fan anymore whenever I stop in here it's usually to get them for other people. I find them way to sweet for my diabetes.

I come here often for doughnuts either for my co-workers or my daughter. The people are very friendly and the area is clean. It's cool to see how they make their doughnuts. Very fast and tasty!!!!.

DON'T GO TO KK ON MERRILL RD, JACKSONVILLE, FL --- HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGMENT attitude towards customers. DO GO TO KK ON CASSETT- GREAT CUSTOMER SVC AND MANAGEMENT!!! 1st pls be notified I go NORMALLY out of my way to compliment service employees because most people only complain. This being said, I drove 13.5 miles one way to get donuts at KK for my hubby. Got to tKK on Merrill in Jacksonville, Fl. Placed my order, filled by a very polite young man. Got to the counter to pay. Handed him my groupon, he then had problems entering it. He asked the Mgr to come over and help him. She said it wouldn't work, they couldn't take it, told me to contact Groupon!!!. I explained to her this was not MY problem, I gave them payment and they needed to take care of the problem and I needed to leave with my donuts. She went to the back WITH MY DONUTS in hand. Brought head Mgr up who informed me won't take it. IInformed them I had driven over 10mi 1way and this was their problem. Told them I would be on Facebook and corporate with their lack of customer service from management and would make it a point to notify the city of their horrible customer service attitude. Was informed again it was MY PROBLEM and I HAD TO CONTACT GROUPON!!! WHO'S PAYING FOR MY GAS-27MI?? Horrible Cust SVC. Went Cassett KK had no problems taking cert -Great Cust Svc PS called Groupon and they informed me that KK Merrill was in the wrong and should have contacted them and NOT have me leave without my order. DO NOT GO TO KK ON MERRILL ROAD IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! DO GO TO KK ON CASSETT - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Kept my promise and did write corporate KK and am writing review anywhere people will see it to not frequent the Merrill Rd location in Jacksonville, Fl.
