This is the 2nd time to this location. We are in oak leaf and this is the closest one to us. Both times there have been a long wait. 45min +. We ordered our food only to get frozen mozzarella stick. Cheese was not melted. After that mistake. We got our food. A child's silver 5. It had bacon instead of the sausage and once again uncooked food. This time it was the runny scrambled eggs and uncooked pancakes. Now when i received my food. I was missing half my food. I ordered a breakfast sample. Except I was missing my bacon, my ham, and my pancakes. When I told the waitress she took my plate and said I'm sorry. Now 30 min later m waiting while I wrote this review.

We love IHOP. Now this IHOP? We have a love hate relationship with this IHOP. It is always hit or miss. Some days the service is great; others I just leaved pissed off at the staff. Today was an excellent staff day. The food? Same thing - some days good, some days not so much. The crowd here gets a little scary at night when the 2am crowd shows up. One good thing is they have call ahead seating on the weekend. This place is convenient so we will keep coming as long as it doesn't deteriorate.

Not my favourite IHOP location, but it's the one closest to my house, so it's the one we visit the most often. Generally we only eat here if it's in the middle of the night. Thank goodness for IHOP being open 24/7! Everything we have ordered from here, whether it's been from the breakfast or dinner menu has been cooked well and is always tasty. Our food always comes out quickly once we place our order. I really like the fact they have sugar-free syrup as an option. And for whatever reason, IHOP has really great coffee! I don't generally order coffee from restaurants because they make it too strong, but IHOP does it perfectly (at least for me). The reason this IHOP only gets 3 stars from me is because of the service. It can be really hit or miss. Sometimes service is exception and other times we get a server who is completely inattentive. We've even had a couple of servers who act like it's a horrible chore to get us a refill on a drink (which we had to ask for). Maybe it's because we come in the middle of the night and they are just irritated because they have to work the night shift? I don't know. They are slow at night, so if it were me, I'd be extra nice because I'd want the tips because I would know I wouldn't have as many tables. It just makes no sense. But whatever. We'll continue to eat here because the food is good and they are open 24/7. We'll just ignore the bad service when we have it and tip accordingly. I have no problem at all not leaving a good tip for horrible service.

This place is just a HOP skip and jump from our home so we have dined here a couple of times now. We have enjoyed fast service and very good food. Eggs were cooked just as we ordered, and the crepes were wonderful! Our server was very friendly, attentive, and efficient (she was also generous in getting all the extras we needed). Very pleasant dining experience- even for dinner!

Considering it was a freezing winter inside and a warm spring morning outside I gave it 4 stars. Good waitress, saw our refills quick. Only 4 waitresses for a packed house seems like not enough. Food was good, but it was too cold to really consider coming back. Especially since it was the same the last 2 times.

Long wait people came in after us and where seated before us ..... Finally got to our table where I ordered coffee and got my coffee only to find chunks of coffee bean in my cup I'm very disappointed

Long wait, staff is horrible, food is terrible. I took my family there and had to turn my kids food back because it was burnt so you can tell the servers dont even pay attention to the food they are bringing out, I am allergic to mushrooms and asked for no mushrooms and sure enough it came with it the manager shows no care about the service or his customers. This place is horrible

The food at this location has never been the problem; it's the service.... It's like they pick and choose when they're going to provide good service.... Most of the time it takes longer to see a waitress than it takes to get our food... It's a little baffling.... While it's not in the best area of town we haven't had an issue as of yet.... This one is worth at least one visit.....

Eh this is an OK place. Its so cold in here like the frozen tundra!! Thank god for free coffee refills to keep me warm. Took forever to get our order in and to get our drinks. Food is OK but I ordered the strawberries and cream crepes and got two when the menu picture showed four of them. Will I come back again? Not sure. The waitress was nice but was in a rush due to handling a lot of tables. Reminds me a lot of Denny's which I'm not a fan of either.
The IHOP off of I-295 near Jacksonville is one of the better ones I've been too. The food was served piping hot and everything had by all was good. The service was very attentive and friendly (just the way I like it.) And as I stated in my "tip", the place was clean. For the quick stop that we had on our way home after an evening of driving, I was so glad we ended up here.
When I got here there were 24 people at the restaurant we sit down and order drink and food right away it took 15 minutes for her to bring the drinks I timed it, it felt forever and the food came out the same time which I think is pretty fast for the food after that I drink my drink in less than a minute and them it took her another 25 minutes before she came back to the table and ask if I need it anything I'm just going to stop coming to this one and go to the one on blanding which it has better service.

Awful awful experience, waited 40 minutes and had one coke, a coffee, and a kids OJ. Our server never checked back in on us, my husbands coke sat empty for 15-20 minutes, yet all around us people were being taken care of. Go to the Waffle House down the street if you're that hungry!!!

This location never... Wows me. But since I nearby, might as well. I walked in and was greeted: "hi welcome to IHOP, someone will be with you shortly" Four times! I was like goodness.. After the 3rd time hearing it, but when I heard it the 4th time I was like sheesh when will someone actually be with me? It wasn't a full house too, only a few tables. While waiting to be seated, the floors and such didn't look so clean. It's lunch on weekday, not expected it to be very busy, so it should be kind of clean right? My waitress.. Oh don't get me started on her. She was so sweet.. but after we ordered we asked for extra napkins. She came back with my coffee and my bfs coffee with out a spoon. We asked her for spoons, and reminded her of napkins. She brought out our food. We reminded her of the spoon and napkins again. And when she came by to check on us (without napkins and spoon) we were we're stirring our coffees purposely with fork/straw. She saw this, and she went about her business laughing with the other coworkers. The food was most definitely satisfying but service wasn't.

Although I absolutely love ihop in general, this particular ihop gets a 1 and should really probably get a 0. I have usually gone for dinner or late night meals as they are close and convenient however the customer service is AWFUL. We wait to be seated for about 10 minutes often and then wait even longer just to have someone bring the drinks and take our order. The last time I was there, my family was one of about 5 of the families in the restaurant and it took well over 20 minutes to be seated and place an order. Mibd you this was after 2 servers saw us waiting to be seated, continued to talk by the register, were told to seat us by what i assume was a manager waiting on table, and me preparing to seat myself. I guess once they saw me walking to a booth they felt it would be wise to follow suit and bring menus. It then took an additional 10 to 15 minutes to deliver the order to the table. Customer service trumps good food every time in my book and this place just doesn't have it!

IHOP is the destination for most of my friends after karaoke or any other night at Eclipse. I finally joined them for breakfast. The waiters and waitresses know most of my friends by name. Upon seeing us arrive in the parking lot, they were already putting together tables for us to sit. I was rather surprised by the sheer number of people that were eating there at 2:30 in the morning. I haven't been to IHOP in a long while so I ordered the simple breakfast sampler. I had no qualms about it. It was quite literally the perfect amount of food. I definitely loved the fact that the waitress didn't assume that everyone would be on the same ticket and did them separately. I do have to agree with the previous reviewer that it was a bit pricey, but when you're hungry and it's late at night, beggars can't be choosers.

We will NOT be going bk here 2 this IHOP in Jacksonville Florida. Even if this was a bad are ruff day for this place, the site and preparation and delivery of the food from the cooks in the kitchen to the waiter to the table, I believe they all failed to be sure they were serving IHOP Quality food and service. I didn't even take a picture of the dessert that I ordered b4 even ordering entrées. I order the Strawberry and Banana Cheesecake with those fruit cut up and all on the dessert. Thr bowl it came in was sticky all aroind the bottom outside edgesof the bowl. Finger Painted Strawberry juice from the bowl was smeared and it was sticky from greasy fingers. The bowl looked totally as if it was just used for the same dessert by a kid and then reused for the same desseet for another customer. This review is making me TIRED! lol. I have NEVER Experienced so much chaos from thus chain. This is all I have 2 say. GO @ YOUR OWN RISK. May God be with you B4 entering this particular establishment. Over n Out Y'all.
