RIPPED OFF from this location. Make sure you all check your bills. We were clearly overcharged and extorted by a particular server. ( Eve was server name ). After finding this out made the corrections. Also when ordering drinks and sodas. One of us ordered a ginger ale. Eve then continued to bring refills. When the bill came there was an extra 12.00 for soda refills on ginger all. They even came from the soda fountain. ( NOT INDIVIDUAL BOTTLES ). Maybe she should of said something ? This is complete Exploitation. And it's illegal Also the servers seem to have to put make up all their tattoos which looks even worse then seeing them. What I can't figure out is they cook in the kitchen with a full long beard hanging all over the food! So cover tattoos and let the hair hang lose in the kitchen is the game plan! The restaurant is run very unprofessionally. I will be contacting corporate. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!

Family boat ride from Black Creek led us to Hooters for lunch. I have been to this location one other time (& several others over the years) so I knew what to expect...greasy wings & cute ladies in skimpy clothes. Did I mention this was grandpa's lunch choice. We docked, walked in & were seated right away in a corner booth. 1 nacho app, 2 kiddos, 2 orders of fries, 3 adults, 10 naked plain wings, 14 sweet teas (it's hot outside), 10 Parmesan garlic naked wings & 40 naked mild wings later we left stuffed with extra wings to go in the cooler. The tea was cold, sweet & never ending. The fries were curly and hot. The parm wings were a nice surprise. The nacho app was a bit to spicy for myself and the littles. The wings were nice and hot but I felt like they were a bit gummy in texture. Next time I would ask for them to be a bit crispier. Our server was friendly and efficient. Won't be craving it or in a rush to get back there but for a lazy day boat ride it was a nice stop.

Ocaisonaly get Jones for buffalo chicken sandwich and tried here. This one had rubbery undercooked feel - wasnt undercooked, more like it was chicken pumped full of brine to stay big or not dry out. Fries flat sucked. Slow service not very busy Cute server waited to turn on the fake friendly to push the 2d round and dessert - 18 yr old me maybe fallin not so much now.
Worst Hooters I've been to, almost everything was bad, the slow service was bad. The breaded wings (which have been 100% good at every other location) were terrible. The "daytona" naked wings were good and the pretzels and beer cheese were good. I won't be back and you should avoid this place if you like Hooters food and normal good service.

Exceptional experience! Staff and food are outstanding. I recommend the Mahi and spinach (not on the menu but available ) Great service and atmosphere. Staff is great, especially recommend Evyan or Kaolyn.

Well, I swore I would never step into a Hooters but since this location is the only Browns Backers Bar that doesn't allow smoking I find myself a regular here on Sundays. The bad outfits aside, the staff is pretty good about coming around and checking on the customers to see if they need anything. This is also a nice location right by the river, but you can't go outside to enjoy it because the deck is filled with smokers. Sigh. The food is ok, typical bar food for the most part.

My husband and I were in town for the holidays and needed a place to watch the Saints game, we wound up at this Hooters. The staff was great, loved the location and the food was pretty much the same as it is at all other Hooters. A few days later we were looking for a spot to watch UFC fights and headed back over. Thankfully they were not overflowing like every other place and we easily got a table. Same positive experience this time around. We had a fantastic time and will be back next time we are in town.

Avoid this location on Sundays for Jaguars away games. They cater to Cleveland Browns fans and won't play sound for other games including the Jaguars. We were lucky enough to get a seat on the side outside where they finally accommodated us after asking a couple times. Other than that, this is usually my favorite Hooters, but this was pretty disappointing since it's in Jacksonville.

This is one of the worst lunches I have ever had. I ordered a Rum Runner, which the bar tender couldn't make because he didn't have the ingredients. The draft beer was broken. The appetizers were delivered with utensils for 3, our party was 6 people. My garlic Parmesan wings were poorly tossed in a garlic gravy. Totally unappealing. My husband's sliders came as a salad. The waitress was terrible. The air conditioning vent has enough lint and dust to show it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. All the menus had grease and food on them. I'm not sure why anyone would come here, except to gawk at the servers.

Worst Hooters I have ever been to. Every time we went here the food and service was just a mediocre. However, when you get that Hooters craving...you have to go. So we went again and both my fiancé and I got food poisoning. We will not be back to this location. I recommend you go elsewhere if you want this kind of fare.
