What a hidden gem! Some friends were raving about this place so met them for dinner. For appetizer we had edamame, great start. I don't really eat sushi so I went safe with chicken teriyaki hibachi, so delicious! I tried my friends Claire tune fried roll and it was awesome! I will be back for more!

We won't be back. Sushi just ok. Maybe a little mushy. Sashimi was good. Music needs to be more upbeat. Service was great. Very kind. Food ok.

The food here is great, but on three separate occasions I've ordered online and they have not had the food ready when I arrived. They offer no explanation as to why they don't have my order ready and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with how busy they are.

In my opinion this is the best sushi in Jacksonville. So fresh and such a large, creative selection. Located in the Winn Dixie shopping center on San Jose & University, Fusion doesn't look like much from the outside. The inside, though, is clean, dimly lit, with nice modern decor. The service is typically quick but sometimes there is a short wait on the weekends. Have sat at the bar before with the same standard of service. Some of my favorite rolls at Fusion include: Kamakazi tuna, Jimmy Smith roll, Rock & Roll & Monster roll. The fish is the freshest I've had. Dinners come with ginger salad and soup. A great deal! They also occasionally have groupon deals ($15 for $25 worth of sushi). Can't beat it! Plan on becoming a regular to Fusion.

Well... where do I start. I came in for lunch and stood there waiting for awhile before I was even acknowledged. Then when I was, she was very rude and seemed bothered that she had to seat me. I decided to have just sushi. I ordered thr Philadelphia roll and thr eel and cucumber roll. I demolished the Philly then went in for my eel and cucumber roll. I was stopped dead in my tracks. I've never had sushi I couldn't eat. This was some rendition of eel that was gross and inedible. I won't be back. Live and learn, I guess!

First impression: this place is gorgeous! Love the layout and ambiance! Overall impression: meh. While the setting was perfect for our laid-back date not, we weren't particularly impressed by the food. Ordered three rolls, the Diablo, Volcano and soft shelled crab. The tempura batter on the Diablo was too thick, making the overall texture chewy. We thought that the scallops in the mix on top of the Volcano were severely over cooked because it was so chewy...turns out there was also squid in there. Not necessarily a bad thing but unexpected. No complaints on the soft shell crab roll. Added the crab and cucumber salad towards the end but didn't eat it as I didnt expect it to be tossed is a mayo-type of sauce. When I've had it other places it has been in more of a ponzu-like sauce. Overall we were unimpressed and are unlikely to return.

I have been to Fusion Sushi more times than I can count, especially since it id listed with Rewards Dining Network AND Winn Dixie keeps spitting out 15% off coupons. Great food, great people and great prices!

It's been a while since I've had a favorite sushi restaurant, but it's finally right in my backyard. We here at least once per week and the sushi is always extremely fresh and very well portioned. I love all the hibachi entrees, and the protein always seems like a higher quality than other Japanese restaurants.

Great, fresh sushi & sashimi! I enjoy the sushi & sashimi combo, their specialty rolls are great too! Don't miss their specials either, sometimes they get some really unique stuff. We like to get the love boat too- they always add special touches too.

My mother's from Japan, and the food here is as close to the authentic Japanese cuisine as I've eaten in Jacksonville. The food is excellent, the prices reasonable, and the atmosphere is soothing with a traditional room wear you can eat on wooden flooring if you want.

This is the same menu, same food, and same owner as Sushi Cafe in Riverside. There is way more space in this restaurant and there is no difference in quality or price. Great food and very good prices.
