Had a group so we were able to try many different fries. The Cajun spice with remoulade sauce was a good choice. The spice had a nice kick but the sauce seemed to have it's own style which was fine. The taco salad fries were a choice by my fiancé. I thought they were good but not a choice I would pick again. My nephew ordered the baked tater which had a better name than flavor. The best was the country fried chicken fries which was wonderful and it came with small chunks of chicken with white gravy. This is the one you need to order when you go! I would definitely go back for the country fried chicken fries!

Okay, okay, so this is a small kiosk that is usually manned by teens and marginally service oritented teens at that, but the real draw is the assortment of fries and they themselves are fantastic. I normally try something different each time I go and the latest time my daughter chose "Cheeseburger" while I chose "Himalayan Salt". We ended up switching because she was not enamored with the mustard. We both got the medium size and we both did not finish our portions. Good, fun street food and my service, while not professional, was friendly and quick.

Don't waste your money on these fries. The fries are no where near the taste or flavor of say a 'Five Guys' or even ChicFila. They are like a shoestring French fry from a frozen bag of fries with a seasoning salt on them. It is a small little place that is operated by teenage kids who are careless about how they prepare your food and prep it. Just not worth it.

Ok, I've had time to cool my jets about the teeny bopper with the horrible attitude that served me inedible fries on my last review, that being said today I had the Canadian fries which were surprisingly good and the guy who took my order and served me was very pleasant! On the other hand they're still using those flimsy thinner than printer paper fry cone holders! If you can even call it a holder!! So my rating didn't go up that much as I still had to take them to go to ensure that they didn't create a mess. Also still no seating.

Small, medium and large, piping-hot regular and sweet potato fries! The toppings list is extensive with items like Garlic Parmesan, Malt Vinegar and Loaded Potato (cheese sauce, Ranch and bacon...oh my!) Plus sugar-coma-inducing sweet potato delights with toppings such as Nutella and marshmallow fluff! Great kiosk with a great concept! Look for this heavenly snackery just caddy corner the Coach store! The owner is often found working this crazy-cool carbo spot, so be sure to give him a high five after trying one of his tasty tots, as he is one of Jacksonvilles nicest business owners...IMHO!

Nothing beats walking around the corner and seeing this place. I am a huge fan of french fries. The fries are a little pricey, but are very good. My fiance and me ordered the garlic parm fries, which were extremely hot and fresh and the sauce was awesome. Definitely a nice snack for the kids.

Every trip to the Town Center includes a stop at French Fry Heaven these days. Canadian Angels for me, Island Thai for her and the kids join in with and order of Thanksgiving Saints. Please open more locations soon....

I LOVE FRENCH FRIES! So the name of this food stand already won me over! But seriously, a million & one toppings for your fries, salty OR sweet. Putting sweet stuff on my potatoes? Who knew?! Except I didn't try the sweet ones because we came here for an appetizer stop. I tried the garlic parmesan and my friend ordered the french quarter (cajun spice & remoulade.) The owner (I think?) even suggested additional toppings to partner and complement our choices. (For an extra price, so not sure if that's hospitality or being a salesman getting more money...) The fries come in a cone-shaped container with the topping sprinkled on top. At first, I was very skeptical. My fries at the bottom aren't going to have flavor! WRONG! I guess they put enough where the topping does trickle to the bottom, eventually. I don't know.. miracles in french fry heaven! Anyway, our fries were so great that we wished the stand would grow into a restaurant to serve gourmet burgers with these fries. You could mix & match your burger & fries! Maybe I'll start that myself...

These fries were tasty but also filled with lots of grease that your tummy will be angry about later. We had a Groupon for this little cart or we probably never would have stopped. They told us that we couldn't use the Groupon in its entirety during our visit which is dumb and not in the details of the Groupon but we weren't going to argue with the 16 year old kid running the cart. I doubt we will go back to use the rest of the Groupon but the Parmesan fries we tried were pretty good.

We went to the vendor in the avenues mall and I had never even heard of these before. They had a ton of choices, between regular fries and sweet potato fries. I tried the caramel sweet potato fries and they were probably the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. We also had an order of regular plain fries and those were good as well. Definitely go for the toppings it was very creative and ill definitely stop by again!

I just had the plain fries with ketchup. They were good! The paper cone really holds up (something I was skeptical of) I want to try the sweet potato fries with nutella next time.

Heaven for French Fry Lovers or Is it an Oasis of Potatoes? It Matters Not! All I know is that I was able to meet some of the most savory and sweet combinations of my two favorite carbs. YOU MUST try the GARLIC PARM (lots of garlic and parmesan cheese drizzled over your white potato fries). If you have the "SWEET" tooth, please try the Saint Smooth (you WILL need wet naps). Going back again to try more Saints (sweet potato). Price is soooo convenient and the packaging your fries come in is pretty cool too. Love the Fry Forks, really neat! You do have to pay extra for cheese and other none listed condiments, but LOVE is always free (ketchup). I never knew guilt could taste so good and be so filling!

I didn't like fries before I ate here and thought I would give it a try anyway. I tried the canadian angels, (supposed to be like poutine I guess) It wasn't "cheese curds and brown gravy" it was a salty cheese flavored light brown sauce. Agressive salesman tactics to try and convince me I needed ranch dressing for them. I said I would try it but wouldn't be paying for it (I am not a fan of ranch on fries). He called my bluff and gave me a free ranch so I did dip one in it. Tasted just as I thought. Verdict: still do not like fries and still do not like them with ranch. Other problems; Address is wrong on here (facebook page has the right one I beleive) No signage that you can read from a car. They were closed when I finally got there because they ran out of fries temporarily and didn't bother with a hand written sign or a open window or anything to explain why the employee inside was ignoring us outside.

Still not going to eat there unless I happen to be in the area, but the owner cared enough to reach out and offer a free tasting session.

Cardiac arrest, anyone? It's been a long time since I've had anything deep fried, excessively sweet or highly carbonated, so when I stumbled across this little kiosk and read the positive Yelp reviews, I figured it'd be worth indulging in a little guilty pleasure. As much as I wanted to try the bacon/cheddar/ranch fries, I decided to go for something a little outside of the box and ordered the medium Parmesan Garlic, ready for my mind to be absolutely blown. It was kind of a long wait, which I didn't mind except for the hundreds of rude and oblivious teenage teeny boppers running around, tempting me to casually stick my foot out and prepare for a good laugh. But, since my dear mother raised me better than that, I waited patiently for my order. Now, I will give kudos where they are due; the fries were piping hot and wonderfully crispy, no doubt about that. I don't know what I was expecting with the topping, but it wasn't as creative as I thought it would be. It was pretty much parmesan flavored minced garlic (like the kind you can get in the seasoning aisle at any grocery store) thrown on top of the fries. Not wow'd by the presentation, I figured the taste would make me fall in love....not so much. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I'd go out of my way to come back to. Very nice combination of flavors, the fries, parmesan and garlic...but I couldn't help but think "I can do this at home...hell, I can do it better." What got me is when I got to the bottom of the paper cone; there was a decent sized pool of oil and salt staring back up at me. I know, you are probably like "well what do you expect? They're fries for pete's sake!" but you gotta understand: I have all but cut overly greasy and salty foods out of my eating regiment. NOWHERE near being on a diet, but for the past few months I have been (very successfully) health conscience. I still eat what I want, when I want, but am sure to choose things that my body will love me for, without sacrificing the flavors that I love. So when I decide to randomly indulge in something highly unhealthy, I expect it to be orgasmic...and contrary to popular belief, French Fry Heaven just isn't it. So overall, it's a good little spot to grab some fries with flavors you aren't used to pairing them with...but as a Proud Fry Lover, I can honestly say I am not impressed.

I've never been a fry person. Even from childhood, whenever we would go to a sandwich or burger joint I would ask for no fries. There was just something in the texture of them that I didn't like and how when it got cold it was just not pleasing. But when I walked by this place in the Town Center, I was very curious. A colorful sign was catching the eye of passer-bys with a crazy amount of varieties that one can have fries. What? Topping for fries? I thought ketchup, chili, or canned nacho cheese were the only things ever allowed on a plate of fries. Man, was I wrong. We're talking VARIETIES people. Not only can you have just ketchup, you can have fries with coconut curry powder, or wing sauce, garlic and parmasean, Old Bay and Tartar sauce (cleverly called the Ocean Angel). You can top those off with their ethereal salts like black truffle salt or their Himalayan Pink salt. You can also have what they call "SAINTS", which are their sweet potato fries. And like their sibling of potato fries called "Angels", you can get these in a variety of ways also! I'm talking brown sugar and cinnamon, nutella, and my guilty pleasure, marshmallow fluff. My mind was literally BLOWN out of my head. Who would have ever thought of such a thing? Well...the owner, of course. And that person is a GENIUS! So I went up to the window and said, "Hey, what's the best one you think is up there?" The guy working inside replied, "How about the Canadian Angel? It's fries topped with Brown Gravy and cheese." Brown gravy...on fries? Gravy, what? He handed me the cupid (which is the small size) of the Canadian Angel and I dug in. If fries were given to me like this as a child, I would be eating fries everday! IT WAS SO GOOD! On top of that, the worker inside said, "Hey, do you want to try a little of the garlic parm fries?" What, free samples? HELL YEAH! Omg...THOSE were also really good. Sharing with my brother, we devoured that cone of fries. Totally murked it. I really couldn't wait to go back. Second time around we tried the Thai Angel....My gosh....my goodness....Heaven is literally in the Thai angel. You must eat it. That peanut sauce is to die for! Fry Heaven has converted me. I love fries. I LOVE FRIES. And because of that, i would totally give this place a 5, but I give it a 4 because the past couple times I went to get the Thai Angel, there was never enough sauce on it. Only the top had sauce and once you get the top out of the way, you have nothing but plain fries. I guess next time I'll have to tell them extra sauce. I totally recommend this place! This is a must stop whenever you walk around the Town Center.

French Fry Heaven makes the best fries ever. I've only had 1 slightly negative expereince. The staff is always very friendly. This is the best thing at the Town Center. I love adding the ghost chili salt to my fries. I've never tried their sweet potatoe fries.

French fry heaven has so many choices and the staff/owner are super friendly and willing to let you try every flavor you may be interested in! I chose the parmesan fries (?) with truffle oil and they were really good, but after a few bites, I started getting a little nauseous from all the oil. I would still go back though to try the other flavors.

Seriously unbelievable fries. Had them on a recent trip to Jacksonville and couldn't get enough. Tried the Angels with garlic/parm but hoping to check out the cajun topping next time!

I just came back from a vacation in Jacksonville, and boy, do I miss one thing... French Fry Heaven! During my week there, I stopped there at least once a day. That stuff is majorly habit-forming! Just thinking about them now makes me want to start drooling like my dog. I can't tell you which kind to order, because I tend to like things that are savory rather than sweet, but all the spicey flavors were brilliant. When are you guys going national??? I can't believe I have to wait until my winter vacation again next year!
