excellent food. first time we have ate there and won't be our last !! the service was good. I was a little overwhelmed by the soda choices but it was fun making my own flavors. the free peanuts are a fun touch. I can see why this is a busy location. I would put it up there with my California favorite....in and out burger.

This was my second time in a Five Guys and it is Still a good burger. My daughter and I had the cheeseburger. I like the fact that I can add any topping and no extra cost. We got the large fries and just say we could not eat them all. The burgers were very tasty as I added mushrooms, grilled onion and jalapeño. Oh yeah and you get free peanuts.

5 guys is really good, and this is a good, nice location. It is a little expensive, but it does taste pretty good.

You know when you just grave that burger that when you eat it you have grease running down your arm. This is your type of place then. The burger start out really big and cook down to little grease wafers. Now 5-Guys are really proud of their burger but sometimes you just have to go with your gut not your wallet. I mean 2 burgers and a small fry 20 bucks. Don't get me wrong I will pay for good food but this is a tasty gut bomb. You get to decorate your burger with a ton of free toppings. Even more stuff can be added for a minor charge. You even get to eat on the free but stale peanut of you want. They just don't like you to throw the shells on the floor like they used to. All in all it's a good greasy burger that I grave once on a blue moon.

You can never go wrong by ordering a cheeseburger with cajun fries. My girlfriend is more vegetarian than anything, but once she tried this burger she was hooked.

Today was my first time at Five Guys. I had heard of it mostly in the context of comparing it to In n Out of California which to me is fast food burger royalty. Five Guys was impressive. Taste was great and price was reasonable though slightly more expensive than In n Out even though we were in Florida where prices tend to be lower. Five Guys was better than In N Out in the fried department and in having bacon as an option for burgers. I'd definitely go again. Fresh food and very tasty.

Hmmm, we ordered takeout from here and the burger just wasn't as good as I have had at other Five guys. The fries were so-so as well. I'm sure I will be back here as it is close to my office and I'm hoping I just had a dud burger. Usually Five Guys gets five stars from me!!

I've been here and I'm remiss I didn't scoop up the 'first to review' trophy, but guess it slipped my mind. Thanx to Nadia, (just love her name) it brought it all back to the surface. So why did it slip my mind? I was told I'd love it because it's so much like going to "In n Out Burger". Although they offer good fries and a very good burger, and friendly service, I didn't feel that "In n Out" feeling I was hoping for. I'll blame it all on having someone tell me, you're gonna love a place and getting your pre-expectations all in a dither. I'll go back sometime with a deminished degree of antisipation. Re-review to follow.

Love me some Five Guys and this location is great! I have noticed this particular location does stay considerably busier than other locations I have visited, but maybe that's just because it is so darn good and the customer service is great. I always get the little bacon cheeseburger and it is HUGE. It's always cooked to perfection and it's positively scrumptious in all its greasy goodness! Love their fries too. Hubby and I always order a regular and like all Five Guys locations, they fill the regular size cup with fries, place it in the bag, and then scoop even more fries into the bag. So.many.fries! If there are that many in a regular, I can't even imagine how many fries you get if ordering a large! Burgers are cooked to order, so expect a bit of a wait. I don't mind this because it's nice to know my burger has been cooked fresh just for me. While you wait, they have free peanuts available for you to nom on. They have Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. While I'm not a huge fan of Coke products (I'm a Pepsi girl), I do have to say I like the Freestyle machines. Vanilla cokes are pretty good. This location is at River City Marketplace, so parking can be a pain. They also have very nice outdoor seating. It's a good option for when the weather is nice. Great. Now I'm craving Five Guys. I think we may just have to come here for dinner tonight!

Always dig 5 Guys from when I lived in Detroit. There was a line but the wait wasn't long due to an efficient staff. I ordered the bacon burger with A1 steak sauce , tomato, pickles and mayo, and with the fries got very full. Some may scoff at the prices but the food is very much worth it.

I've enjoyed 5 guys over the years and appreciate having 1 on the Northside. The service here is consistently great and management take customer service and satisfaction very seriously! The food is consistently good, hot, fresh and tasty. The last 2 times I went I simply got Cajun fries. Mmm Mm m! LOL! There prices are a bit high but sometimes I just gotta have it. 5 Guys is well suited for the area and marketplace it's located in. Definitely recommended!

I've heard of Five Guys while I was in San Francisco from a friend. She said it was comparable to In-n-Out. Now I see why.. The burgers are good, actually really good. Especially for the price. It's like the meat to lettuce ratio switched when compared to an In-n-Out burger. The burgers taste fresh and the meat was very juicy :) Now I'm from San Diego and it's probably blasphemous for me to say this, but think the Five Guys burger is an equal and worthy competitor to the In-n-Out burger and I would gladly alternate between the two of them to get the best of both worlds. Now the rest I gave them a 3 is because of their fries. They're too thick and a little too oily. When they were cold, I couldn't even force myself to eat them. Not that they are inedible, they just weren't that great. My advice, get the burger and pick up fries at your favorite fry place for a fantastic quick meal.

Very yummy burgers and great prices too. Awesome place for 'car meets' because of the huge, usually not busy parking lot. Their french fries are awesome too and if you like peanuts and a mess, thats a great attraction as well. Im a burger connoisseur and they def get my two thumbs up.

I have been to Five Guys more times than I can count on one hand. The burgers are quite delicious. The first time I went in, I was expecting something akin to a boutique, and I'm glad I was wrong! It was very down home and the menu was simple. It's burgers and fries, with hot dogs added if beef isn't on your taste buds. I have found that the regular hamburger, with 2 patties, is a little much for me. With all the extra toppings you can add, it can be Eiffel Tower big if you let it. If you want to leave full, but not over stuffed, get the Little Hamburger and share the fries. My favorite toppings are bbq style: grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, mayo and bbq sauce. To Die For! Now on to the fries. Not only do they give you a full cup of fries, but they add an additional dishful to the bag, so you really do have plenty if you decide to share. Being cooked in peanut oil gives them a robust flavor, and you can opt for cajun seasoning if that's your mood. However, if you're looking for ranch for your fries, that would be a big no. You get ketchup, ketchup, or ketchup (or mayo with ketchup). All in all, the service is always quick (I have never waited more than 10 minutes after my order is placed) and they are a great deal. I grew up in SoCal with In-And-Out Burger, and I would absolutely favorably compare the two.

OK, so this is not San Diego, CA and not an In-n-Out Burger...but I've gotta hand it to them...their burgers are fresh, hot, topped with fresh toppings. Fries are good also and friendly service. Can't complain...just wished they'd continue saying, "Welcome to Five Guys!" with a chorus of "Five Guys!" following. We found out their manager told them to stop saying it. Aw....shucks! Still doesn't take away from the burgers tho. Folks, this is as good as it gets around here near the airport!

Yummy!!! These burgers do the trick everytime. The fries are ok, but it's all about the burger!! Love them.

Just stopped by Five Guys today to try them out. My favorite place for a burger is In-n-Out but since I live in Jax I am trying to find something to hold me over till I get back to Los Angeles. The restaurant was clean and I was served quickly. I ordered a burger all the way(ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, grilled mushrooms and mayo) reg fries and a drink. I must say that the fries were ok and the burger was good(and messy)but in my opinion not as good as a Double double In-n-Out burger. I would eat there again and would recommend Five Guys if you have a craving for a good burger.
