Their burgers never disappoint me. These are no fuss, no muss kinda burgers; not Picasso burgers. The burgers and little burgers are made fresh to order and most of the toppings are FREE!!! :) I especially like the regular fries (the cajun fries are too seasoned for me) and the complimentary peanuts still in their shells!

Wanted to get out of the house to get a bite to eat and wasn't really sure where I was headed. Started thinking about burgers and decided to hit up Five Guys since it had been quite a long time since I had been to one. It was after the normal lunch rush and there only a few people in the restaurant so I didn't think it would take that long to get my food. Well the people in the restaurant must have gotten there shortly before I did because it still took a beat for the food to come out. No biggie; that's what smartphones are for. I went with the Little Bacon Cheeseburger & the Little Fries. Even with the 'little' fries they still dump the customary 'extra' in the bottom of the bag. But now that 'little' is an option, it's just the right amount. The burger was cooked well & satisfied the burger craving I was having. Unfortunately this location is the closest one to the beach, so I really have to be in a mood for Five Guys to drive this far.

Made fresh to order everytime and they beat out all the burger joints in the area! The staff are always super friendly. Fries are great and it's fun to see where the sacks of potatoes came from each visit. Complimentary peanuts to munch on while you wait. Always nice and salty! Everything on the menu is great so you can't go wrong. Hot dogs are yummy if your not in a burger mood. Enjoy!

Outstanding burgers, great dogs, abundant French fry orders (my wife and I split a large and still have plenty left). Coke Freestyle machine. Plenty of seating. No frills environment. Super customer service. Very clean.

This is my first time at this Five Guys. This place is very very clean. The service was excellent which is normal for almost any Five guys. A excellent place to dine on a high quality burger. It is kind of hard to see this location from Beach Blvd though. Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix was playing as I was waiting for my order. Awesome.

Worst service ever!!! 20 minute wait on a SLOW day with no explanation provided! Ordered a little cheeseburger and a little fry... A GROUP that came in after me received their food 10 minutes before me! Wtf? First and last time visiting this location...

I had never been to Five Guys before. I was suprised to be so disappointed! I found the burger bun & meat to be dull - barely better than Wendy's(!) from what I can remember. I did not expect a burger as superb as those found at the best steakhouses, but I certainly expected something with a decent beef pattie and a decent bun. The hot dog was ridiculously mediocre for $4. I could see that it would not be char-grilled, but I had hoped that this relatively pricey hot dog would have more snap; again, the bun was utterly low-grade. The fries were very good, on the other hand! Clearly my opinion goes well against the grain - Five Guys seems to be a very popular chain.

I'm here ridiculously often -- the burger's expensive, no doubt, but the quality is so consistently excellent that I can't resist. For me, the clincher is the fresh jalapeño -- the pickled ones are lackluster IMO, but fresh they're indispensable as a burger topping. (Really, once you get roped into the combo at whatsoever craptastic fast-food joint, you're paying as much as you do for the double ("regular") burger here. An easy choice for those of us with functioning taste-buds.....) My one complaint is the lack of a small-sized order of fries. Five Guys' fries are delicious, but the amount they serve is overwhelming, so I never order them when I'm just picking up a burger for myself. (I must vehemently disagree with a previous reviewer's Cruisers comparison -- to me, Cruisers doesn't hold a candle to Five Guys. Nostalgia is the only explanation for that preference that comes to mind.....)

Not much to add about this location-it lives up to the standards you'd expect from Five Guys. I will say this location is pretty large compared to the one in my neighborhood and actually seemed slightly more organized [at least during the lunch rush, our food was done fast]. The burgers are delicious... definitely one of my favorite burgers in Jacksonville. You can get a small burger, which I recommend, or the regular, which is misleading and is really two patties. Then you choose from a large assortment of toppings. I usually get cheese, pickles, and LTO. The standard cheese burger. MMM MMM. The fries are also awesome, hand cute from potatoes right there in the joint. If your out in that in-between area between the beach and downtown, don't forget about this place. Always fresh, always good. [Always artery clogging, haha.]

Not much to add to the other reviews of this chain. Really just wanted to put this location on the map for other burger fans, since it's tucked into the shopping center and not always obvious from Beach Blvd. They did a nice job. Much better than the Five Guys outside Philly I tried a few years back (the one that also left me not eager to return). The food is fast but fresh and I like the fries, even though a regular order packs in more fries than you need. All that said, I could just as easily get a burger at Times Grill, Chili's, or a few other places, so I'd go back, but it's not a fanatical thing. Four stars.

Awesome burgers and fries. One of our two favorite burger places in Jax. The burgers are messy and flavorful and wonderful. The fries are not my favorite, but very good. I prefer their cajun seasoned fries to the regular ones. Only complaint I have is that it is always very loud, but they do have outdoor seating to avoid that, as long as the weather's decent. The guys and girls who take your order are always very pleasant and friendly.

Please skip past my review. I don't eat beef anymore, but my pregnant wife was craving a burger. She said it was very good, and I enjoyed the fries. Everyone loves this place, even the President, so go and enjoy.
