Great food and service and always so fresh!! I usually go once a week and I'm satisfied every time! So if you want a great burger and service this is the place. Oh and the Cajun fries

When it comes to the fast food burger joint there are way so many choices. Everyone has their preference, and many choose Five Guys. While I'll say I do enjoy their food from time to time I don't go nearly as often as I once did. The issue here for me is not quality, and it's not taste. It's a pretty tasty burger, but the prices are just awful. To get a fast food burger with fries to share me and my wife can't get out of there less than $15-$20. Portions are skewed to bigger appetites so we both get single cheeseburgers and share a regular order of fries because they give you a TON of fries there. It's a fine place, clean really friendly employees, awesome music (classic rock) and fresh food, but for what I'm paying I could go to a sit-down restaurant for similar products.

Great burgers! I love all the toppings available! They are the juiciest most tastiest burgers a little sloppy but who cares when ur enjoying a great burger! Their fries are very large, med was enough for 4 of us. They have the coolest come machine with a multitude of soda options!

Ran in to get a Togo order, they were "swamped". Watched as they scrambled to make my burger. Didn't have the normal cleanliness of the five guys I have experienced all over the US. I have an allergy and she didn't completely close up my wrapped burger. I cringed as she dragged it across the countertop covered in crumbs. It fell open while traveling. Seems like they need to clean up the kitchen and have a plan when it gets busy. Isn't that the goal?

I love hamburgers!!! And Five Guys is like heaven. The cajun fries are awesome. The burgers are juicy and fresh. The taste is amazing. I can eat here everyday.

#5guys #Jacksonville - Ate at the Melbourne location once, this was my second time visiting the chain. I enjoyed my grilled veggie sandwich much more on this visit and found both the vegetables and fries to be less greasy than my first visit. Service was great. As soon as I pointed out the malfunctioning soda machine, someone came around to work on it. I also appreciated the fact that they provide several bottle of the malt vinegar, which allows you to bring one to your table if you deem it necessary. My wife and son each had one of the "little" burgers and both were happy about the size and the medium fries were overflowing. A good meal, decent price, and quick, friendly service always equals four stars.

Five guys is one of the best places in town to have a burger. Really friendly service, huge portions, delicious food, and of course free peanuts! These guys really bust their butts getting orders ready and to date I have never had a poor tasting sandwich. Always juicy, flavorful and hot, plus they give you more fries than you can possibly consume so it's the perfect place to share! Love the Freestyle coke machine too. If you're craving a big juicy real burger skip the drive-thru and head to Five Guys!

I love these burgers!!! I try not to visit "chain" restaurants when I travel, but I was craving a Five Guys burger, and low and behold, there was one around the corner from where I am staying in Jacksonville! Good news for me was that the burger I ate was just as good as what I was accustomed to in Scottsdale, AZ. Had a huge bacon cheeseburger, and the Five Guys fries... all delicious. The funniest part of the meal is seeing the grease leaking through the brown bag my food came in. You definitely do not want to place the bag on your car seat!!!

This was the first beef I've eaten in 2013, and I didn't regret it! The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and enjoyable! The burger was well-made, and tasted great. I love the enthusiasm from the employees! If I was from the area, I'd definitely visit this location again!

This is quite possibly one of the best hamburgers that I have eaten in a long time, and at a great price. The offer many different types of toppings to smother it in tastey goodness, and the fries are also delicious (fries are cooked in pure, no cholesterol, tasty peanut oil!) Nom, nom, nom...

Really friendly service. Even though you order at the counter and get drinks and food yourself there is a staff member who refill the peanut bowls, clears trash and brought ketchup. The food was good like all other Five Guys.
