OK so a few times I was here I wasn't I impressed. This last and final time the cashier was completely rude and we had to repeat ourselves. I hate the fact that I cannot pick my sub toppings like at Publix. For the price, the sandwich was mediocre. Blah.

I used to love their subs but the quality is slipping, if you can't afford the tomatoes take them off the sub, or charge extra for them. But don't claim you sell a quality product then place micro sliced tomatoes on my sub, even Subway has more sense than that. No surprise it was the driest sub they ever served me, no thanks.

The food was good but the customer service is hit or miss. I told the cashier the information for on my sandwich and she still asked me again anyway. Plus her customer service was robotic to say the least.

I love Firehouse and this is a good one. It always seems extremely busy, but the workers are efficient and thorough and the wait time is very minimal. Definitely within reason. In fact, you most likely will spend more time in the parking lot than you will waiting for your food to be prepared. The place is very clean and smells good. While there are no waiters, there is a worker who delivers the food to your table if you choose to eat in. The same worker also buses the tables and cleans up afterwards and does a good job. I've never seen a dirty table here. As for food quality, it is the same as all Firehouse Subs, excellent. The owners should be applauded for their tight rein on their franchises, I haven't been to a bad one yet.

We love Firehouse Subs, and when in JAX...we just HAD to, of course! Had the Hawaiian Pork Slaw sandwich (YUM) and had super fast and friendly service here. I love the Freestyle Machine, too!

I always have the steak sub with mushrooms. It's always great! My husband likes the Hook & Ladder, but got a corned beef one this time. He said it was loaded with meat and yummy! Keep up the good work Firehouse!

I was glad to get here just a few moments ahead of the lunch rush. This place gets jam-packed fairly quickly, but the staff seems to get everyone out in an orderly fashion.
