Ordered from here the other night and wanted to take some to work for lunch so I put half in a container and saved some for the next day. Well after warming up my lunch I sat down to eat. I'm eating away and as I'm taking my last bites of my vegetable lo mein I bite on something hard. I took it out of my mouth to examine it only to find that it looks like the tip of a finger nail...wtf I take the container back to China wok after work and showed them what I found and they tried to deny that could have come from them. They stated "oh we make sure our employees cut their nails. Seriously?! Then they said "maybe it was from the suppliers" I mean seriously wtf?!?!?! Shut this place down!!!

I've lived in this area since 2006 and this place just keeps getting worse. The soup is not edible... It's made with tap water so it reeks of sulphur. It has too much corn starch in it so it gels up and gets gloppy. Lo mein noodles are mushy and had no vegetables in them. Egg foo young is a grease bomb and the brown gravy is disgusting. I really wish they would get their act together because everyone needs a neighborhood Chinese place. We have eaten here over 20 times in the last 8 years but never again... Please don't waste your money or stomach.

I have ordered from this place three times. Each worse than the first. Basic fried chicken wings were over cooked and dry. The crab meat rangoons have no crab in them. Decided to give this place one final try and asked about the rangoons and was argued with. When my food came over 2hrs later my pork fried rice had no pork, the tso chicken had no flavor and crabmeat rangoons were one again with out crabmeat. There are too many other options for Chinese food in the area. Choose something else, something better, something good.

Literally your run of the mill Chinese food restaurant and don't expect anything more, if anything don't expect to stay long as there are only 2 tables with wobbly legs located in the vicinity. Bathroom was rather filthy and not much to really speak upon other than hey, it's Chinese food. Service is pretty moderate with one cook from what I've noticed, to go orders seem to be more of a priority and definitely nothing special that makes this specific location 'pop'. Located in between Publix and 1-800 Flowers, it's definitely easily missed, but if you are a local and have a taste for Chinese food, look no further, but I definitely wouldn't waste my time here again, as I exceeded my lunch break waiting on 4 pieces of chicken for literally 30 minutes. 2/5

Sure, the place is run down, but it's solid, no-frills, tasty Chinese take-out. If you want fine dining, go somewhere else, but if you want cheap, quick, and convenient, it gets the job done.

My expectations were not very high, but these strip mall Chinese take out places will do in a pinch. However, even considering my low expectations this place disappointed. The place looked dirty, the food sucked, and what kind of Chinese restaurant doesn't have real hot mustard (not that crap in the packets). Bummer.

Tried this place last night, they were very busy and for good reason. The "dining" area (4 tables) was not super clean, but the kitchen area looked good to me. I will be coming back as I have not found a place as good and with such large portions.

I have eaten here many times but never tried the Egg Foo Young (Shrimp, Chicken and Pork), I really enjoyed it! I am not sure if it was the different taste that I have never had before or the amount of spice I added later that made it so good. The prices are good and they are very quick with the orders. Only problem is that you can't modify ANYTHING! Typical of a lot of Chinese restaurants.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
