I have been here twice this week. The first time I got the vegetable fried rice and a spring roll. Very good. Today I tried the vegetable egg foo young and a side of vegetable friend rice. The serving was huge, so I have leftovers! I have notice that their food is not as salty as some restaurants. I will be a regular customer!

Ok, just had lunch there. You can't beat the lunch price of $5.29 with drink. However, the portion may, or may not, fill you up. I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken with white steamed rice as I DON'T EAT PORK. The menu said soup or drink included, so I had Barqs Rootbeer. I'm putting a 4 since the portion may not feel you up, but I'm not putting a 3 since the place is clean, the owner was pleasant to talk to.. though she speaks little English and myself little Chinese. And not a 5 due to the place is not perfect, BUT I will be back!!#

Got the shrimp in garlic sauce, with only mushrooms and no other vegetables. It was very easy to make the special request, no extra charge. Food was excellent, shrimp and mushrooms tasted fresh, cooked very well. Spiciness was perfect, not too much and not too little. Sauce was great too, actually had a little hint of garlic and not overbearing - better than most places. Pork fried rice was a bit dry but was still good. Worth the $5.29 lunch price with soda or soup. They should also offer egg roll as an option in addition to soda/soup. Portion is fine for lunch - I was stuffed after I finished. Clean bathroom and everything else looks new. Eat in so you can refill your soda for free ;)

Brand new. Sadly each Chinese restaurant is measured by its ability to make sesame or general tso chicken and tonight I got neither. I chose instead the chicken curry. Decent enough, no complaints. Not enough to write home about either though. Place was very clean, staff very friendly. Service was quick. Willing to try it again at a later date.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
