    I'm not a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A, but when the wifey wants a chicken sandwich this is where we go. The food is what you'd expect from Chick-Fil-A...fresh, hot and served with a smile. This location, like most Chick-Fil-A's is kept very clean... It's not surprising considering there is almost always someone cleaning the lobby.

    Excellent customer service, food, and quick. Very good about throwing in free promos if they think you waited to long and they have dog biscuits on hand for your fur babies. They get my order right every time, and I can honestly say no complaints.

    Politics aside, CFA locations are always very well managed and operated and this location is no different. This location has quick, reliable, and very courteous service. My only complaint is the LONG lines at most times of the day. They seem to do all they can to move people through, but be prepared to spend several minutes waiting inside or in drive thru.

    Why did I give Chick-Fil-A a 4 star rating???? Well, for one, of all of the fast food restaurants I've ever been to, CFA restaurants have the most courteous people working. Every time one says, 'Thank you,' it is followed by a friendly 'My pleasure!' You can't beat that. My friend and I sat in the dining room during lunch and one of the staffers came around and offered us a dessert menu. That was unusual and since we were full, we had declined. Chicken mini's??? They should be served ALL DAY LONG!

    This Chick-fil-A is close to where I work so I visit there occasionally. I have always received exactly what I ordered, fast, and served by a courteous employee. They stay busy which can be a pain when you have a short lunch break but the place is always clean and the food is good. Worth waiting for if you ask me. Give them a try!

    I just don't get the hype of this particular chain (politics aside). Yes, they are friendly; yes, it's clean; yes, the food is fresh. It's just not all that tasty to me. I've come here off and on over the years, and I always have the same reaction to the food - never "wowed". Yesterday, a little after 3 pm, I was having a bit of an emergency and needed something to eat fast and this was the closest place. They were getting ready for something called "mom & son date night" (?) and had totally rearranged the drive-thru and parking lot with orange cones, so you had to navigate a maze to access anything. (Frustrating and brought back stressful memories of high school driver's ed.) After many twists and turns, I finally arrived in the drive-thru and ordered the 8 piece nugget meal. Took very little time from ordering to paying/receiving food. The chicken was very fresh, piping hot and tasted OK. (I don't care for their spices, very bland.) I was very disappointed in the waffle fries. They were hot and cooked, but just not cooked enough so they were limp. The size and portion was good, just not crisp. Limp waffle fries are sad. Yes, the food took care of my problem, but as always, I was left feeling rather unsatisfied. I really should have just drove the extra 1/4 mile and gone to KFC in the same shopping area.

    WORST CHICK FIL A EVER!!! I am so disappointed in the service and quality of this Chick-Fil-A . I have been to this location well over 5 times and have not had a single sandwich that tasted fresh! Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I never once complained... But today: Tuesday// September 14th 2015 I made my way to the drive thru with a coupon saying that I could get a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich with a purchase of a medium fry & drink... Considering that I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of my sandwich every time I simply asked if I could get chicken nuggets instead ? The employee rudely responded "No, you cannot do that!" I was definitely in shock, not because of her response, but because at every Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to, the customers satisfaction is most important! (apparently not for this Chick-fil-A) I will not be wasting my money here anymore! Sincerely, a very disappointed customer

    The best chicken sandwiches and nuggets! I also love their lemonade and ice dream (what they call their ice cream). The ice dream really is a dream... it's the best soft serve I've ever had. If you haven't tried it... do so immediately! Shakes are also wonderful... must be because they make them with their ice dream. Restaurant is clean, service is outstanding (as it is with every Chick Fil A I've ever visited). Drive-thru gets very busy at peak times of the day, but they somehow manage to keep it moving very quickly. If the line is almost wrapped around the building, don't fret, you'll have your food in no time and it will be hot and fresh. When dining in, even through there is no official waiter service, I love how the employees still come around to check on you. They get you refills if needed, napkins, sauces, or anything else you might need and they do it with a smile. They also will take your tray and empty it in the trash for you. Nice touch, Chick Fil A... nice touch!

    My boyfriend and I come here after his class and before his practice, so during lunch hours! It's alwaysssss busy of course but no matter how busy they always serve you quickly. It's way faster to go inside than to go through the drive thru!

    I am a big fan of Chick Fil A and in fact will often go out of my way to visit versus any other fast food option. That being said I guess I have a higher expectation when it comes to food and service for them. This one stinks. I have visited multiple times in the past 6 months and each and EVERY time they manage to blow it. Sometimes the order is wrong, other times the warm food is cold and the salads warm. I have yet to have a single employee go beyond when something wrong was pointed out. Nothing beyond a curt 'Sorry' and more than once I've been ignored while I waited at the counter. I've watched and listened as a supervisor took food off of the tray and instead placed in a bag for the drive thru customers explaining, in a not so quiet voice, to the other employees that Drive-thru has priority... Good to know, right? But since their current failure rate is 30% to get orders right it is gonna require you to come back anyway why not try inside first. The irony is out of 4 wrong orders in 6 months (just mine not counting coworkers) never have I received more than what I ordered just the wrong item(s) or been short changed. I was also fortunate enough to stop by one afternoon when a staff meeting was scheduled. Despite the fact I was already sitting and eating since I was in the area where they regularly hold theses meetings I was asked politely to move to the other side of the restaurant. I wished now I had said no just to see what the response would be. The trademark "My pleasure" response every time you say thank you to an employee almost comes off as sarcastic depending how busy they are at the time. The straw that broke the camels back and made me write this review was when an employee who was going off shift cut in front of me in the line rhetorically explaining all they needed was a refill on a to go cup and didn't want to wait while I ordered. Seriously?? Best part was while the counter person is filling her drink they decide to discuss tonight's activities and who's doing what with whom, etc for 2 more minutes after the drink is filled despite a lunch crowd waiting to place orders. Is it clean? Yes. Is it edible? Usually. Is the service good? No. Take my advice and visit The Avenues or the St Augustine locations. They ROCK! This one- meh. Heck, the KFC/Taco Bell a block up the road has better customer service and when's the last time you heard that?
