Chick fil a is my go to fast food. Always friendly, clean and I enjoy their spicy chicken on a regular basis! I always cringe going at lunch hour however they always have a speedy delivery and I'm eating in no time at all. The kids area is awesome, I love how the door is cut short to watch out for those little fingers. The staff is always ready to clean up my trash and refill my cup, which makes this Mommy feel great to get a break. Of course the values of chick fil a make me want to support them more and more. It may be their pleasure to serve me but my pleasure to dine!

This takes away a lot of my credibility, but I will never write a bad review for chick fil a. Customer service is always great, and the food has never, ever disappointed me. Spicy chicken sandwich and the banana pudding milkshake is an awesome combo.

Quality of food here is to be expected of any CFA--super tasty and yummy. However this location only gets 2 stars from me because they messed up my drive through order. I ordered a 12 ct grilled nugget combo, and I only got 9. I know it's just 3 little nuggets, but it's the principle of not getting everything that you paid for. Make sure you check your order before you leave the area!!

You can't go wrong dining in or the drive through at Chick-Fil-A. It's always their "PLEASURE" to serve you. Very friendly staff. They have great chicken sandwiches. My son loves their chicken nuggets dipped in Chick-fil-a sauce with a chocolate milkshake. For dessert, ice dream cone. They have great salads too made fresh daily. Loved their Asian salad [Chick-fil-A® Nuggets, sliced and served hot on a fresh bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and baby greens, topped with shredded red and green cabbage, carrots and mandarin orange segments. Served with Honey Thai Almonds, Chinese Garlic & Ginger Wontons and Honey Sesame dressing (or choice of dressing)]. Their Grilled Market Salad is not bad, but the grilled and sliced chicken breast is cold. It has the same veggies as the Asian salad, but instead of mandarin orange segments, it comes with crumbled blue cheese and a mix of red and green apples, strawberries and blueberries.

I literally NEVER had a bad experience at ANY location even though one time they messed up my order but then sent me out a coupon for a FREE MEAL!! A lot of places should take some notes!

I don't eat fast food very often, do first impressions are everything. Nothing about it was fresh. My sandwich was soggy, and you can tell it was thrown in the microwave by how piping hot it was. There were not enough staff, so they were all running around like they were chickens with their head cut off. They were also loudly complaining and rolling their eyes. Not a good customer service atmosphere. Not going back.

You can expect your typical Chick-fil-a food and service at this location but you should also expect a parking lot full of people who cannot navigate the crowded drive thru at lunch time (or anytime between about 10:30am and 7pm). In the mornings there is typical a line of cars but not so many that you can't exit the parking lot to leave. Any time I've tried to stop in at lunch (there are very few quick, drive thru options this close to my office), I find myself trapped at some point in the experience. The staff knows how to move cars but people have a tendency to block in others despite all of the signage. Usually at lunch time they've got employees out with ipads taking orders down the line, which is nice (as long as you have an idea of what you want). I do like their newly updated grilled chicken sandwich and nuggets but 9 times out of 10, I'll only stop here for breakfast because it's just not worth the madness.

As others have mentioned drive thru is crazy busy at lunchtime. I don't even attempt it any longer. Although much less busy, inside isn't much better. For some reason, CFA doesn't believe in queueing systems. You normally have 10 customers standing around trying to figure out who is next to order. With 10 customers there are usually at least 15 employees, but things still don't work. If the employees weren't so darned pleasant, I'd never be back.

This is the closest Chikfila to our house. They always have great service & delicious food. I love that they host children nights, so if it's pouring or chilly outside -- my son can still get out some energy in the play area, which they keep pretty clean and sanitary. I wish they had spicy chicken nuggets. I also wish they'd stop looking at me like I'm crazy when I ask for no bun on my sandwich.
