This location is always very busy.... The employees are very slow... It takes forever to get a drink refill... I understand I should wait in line to get a refill, but can you speed up a little bit... The drive-thru is very fast... Would it kill the lobby employees to move fast as well?? Everyone is very friendly... We will be back for my wife's Chick-Fil-A fix.

I hate to complain but seems service is a lost art these days. Don't go after 8pm if you want lemonade because they don't make it. They sent me a coupon to get me to come in and wouldn't honor it. They messed up and made our milkshakes larges so they made us wait and made smalls instead of giving us the larges. Thing is one was supposed to be a large anyway. I was done by then so I didn't complain or ask for money back. They used to be one of the most consistent places around. I guess that has changed. Food was OK.

I really hate to give any Chick-Fil-A a not so good rating because it is my favourite fast food chain and they are known for their outstanding customer service. But... here it is... only 2 stars. I've actually had a problem with this Chick-Fil-A since they first opened and here are the reasons: 1) Tiny pieces of chicken on the buns. Always. Compare it to other Chick Fil A locations and you will be able to tell the difference. I can't count the number of times I've opened up my sandwich and had to take it back to the counter and ask for another. It's so common that when I'm at the drive-thru, I always open up my sandwich and look at it before I pull away. 2) They are ALWAYS busy. They do not handle this well at all inside the restaurant. The lines are horribly long and the employees, through friendly, are horribly slow. 3) When dining inside, they are so busy that it takes forever to get a refill on a drink. My husband is polite and will stand in a line for 10 minutes to get a refill. I, however, am rude and will walk right up to the side of the counter to get a refill. Be damned if I'm going to wait 10 minutes for a refill. :D 4) At every other Chick Fil A I have dined in, even if they are busy, they have at least one, if not two, employees walking around the dining area asking if customers need refills and offering to take their trash away for them. They don't do that here. Maybe they need to hire a couple of extra employees? Or since they are ALWAYS extremely busy, perhaps they need to put a couple of extra employees on each shift? Ok... I think those are all the gripes I have. Now for the good things. 1) If you're utilizing the drive-thru, they are super, super fast. The line can be wrapped around the building, but you will not be waiting long. Seems to me they are more concerned about the customers at the drive-thru than the customers inside. I think they need to work on this. 2) The employees are super friendly. They all still say the usual, "My pleasure." 3) The managers are super friendly and always extremely apologetic each time I have to hand then back a chicken sandwich with a puny looking piece of chicken on the bun. As I said in my opening paragraph, Chick Fil A is my favourite fast food establishment. This location is the closest to my home, so even though I have issues here, I won't stop patronizing the place because I absolutely MUST have my Chick Fil A!! Hmmm.... Maybe I should get one of the managers email addresses and send them a copy of this review? Yes... I think I may do just that.

Very disappointed. Unsanitary conditions first time ever seen at a chick-fil-a. Management did nothing to stop people from bringing their long-haired pets into the dining area. One child holding a long haired lap dog was swinging it around all over the tables right where we were eating. disgusting.

Didn't think I'd ever find a bad ChikfilA, but this one did a terribly job at handling a busy Saturday. Long lines, poor service. They deleted our order and we had to go up and ask for it. No refills either. Bad experience all around.

been on a road trip for the last two days and have stopped at several fast food establishments and gas stations along the way. they have all had unfriendly/unhelpful staff and slow service (totally not helpful when on the road) and dirty, I mean REALLY gross, bathrooms. stopping for dinner at this establishment tonight after a long day of traffic was the most refreshing thing we could have done. the drive through line was quite backed up like it is at all chick fil a's but they were moving people through fast. though the restaurant was crowded, we had no problem finding parking. when we walked in, we were immediately greeted and were helped fast as they had many registers open. they took our orders, asked us our names, we paid, and were off to find a table. we sat near the registers and when our orders where ready and they called our name, the nice woman delivering the meals actually brought them to us at the table. the food was extremely fresh & yummy all around. I had the charbroiled chicken sandwich and was surprised to find such yummy tomatoes in there in December (yay for being in a place with warmer winter weather)! as we were completing our meal, a nice staffer walked over to our table and offered us free ice cream cones. I don't know all about it, but they are apparently doing a 12 days of Christmas giveaway that is different daily. what a sweet bonus! how did they know that one of my friends I was with had just been talking about wanting to get a milkshake. staff was busy wiping down empty tables around us which was really nice. and the cherry on top of our visit to this location was the phenomenally clean restrooms. thank you, thank you, thank you. finally a restroom I didn't feel like I would catch a disease from, first one in two days. this location lived up to the awesomeness of chick fil a and may actually be the nicest venue, along with the best staff, I've had at one, and being that most chick fil a's are pretty great, that says a lot!

Pit stop in here for lunch while driving down from S. Carolina last week. As always, fast & friendly service is numero uno at this fast food chain. Had the grilled chicken meal. Very good. The fries however, was a bit softer than I'd remember it to be but alright.

Regardless of the bad press this company has received, no one can say that they don't have great customer service. For a fast food "restaurant", the servers always have a smile on their faces, and regularly go around asking patrons if they need anything. I have had them come and get refills for my drinks, get my children ice creams, or even hand out hand sanitizing wipes. Over all, good food, great customer service, great place for kids to play-you can't complain about that!

Chick-Fil-A is the ONLY fast food restaurant that gets a rare 5 star rating from me! I have yet to eat any any of the Chic-Fil-A restaurants and been disappointed in the food, staff, and clean enviornment. The restrooms are clean and fresh smelling. And, the food is good and the service is really fast. The Tuesday night famly nights are great, and the many "school nights" that they sponsor is great for the kids and schools. Last night, a hungry car full of pre-teens, wanted chicken sandwich and milkshakes. No other place came close to pleasing everyone. I enjoy the option of lemonade with my meal as well as the good old fashioned creamy milkshakes with real strawberries or chocolate not "jelly tasting syrup". This particular store is close to our home and shopping center so we come to this one more than any other, and it is always busy and the staff seem happy doing their jobs.

I did several large carryout orders and they did a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly. They were very accommodating with large trays of waffle fries and fruit. They will also deliver if you spend $250, but you have to order 24 hours in advance which unfortunately I didn't.

So I'm driving down Airport Road East and there is a big FAT COW waving at me! Not really, it wasn't a 'fat' cow but I was at that point where I wanted fast food but what kind of fast food? And there was that cow standing in front of Chick-fil-A waving as I passed by.... Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. Not only do they serve white meat chicken, but you can pick a side that is not starch! Get a fruit cup or slaw instead of french fries. Their staff is friendly and very very polite. When you say, "Thank you," they reply with, "My pleasure." Well, isn't that great??? This feel good place is also my favorite place to "PAY IT FORWARD." At least twice a month, I'll pay for the next 2 cars' food tab when I go thru the drive thru. It makes me feel good and I'm sure it makes the next 2 cars feel good too! I found out on Tues nites, from 5:30PM - 7:30PM, this Chick-fil-A has a Family Night. I love eating here! Super quick service, extremely friendly and professional people and the peach milkshakes! You must try the peach milkshakes! Thick and creamy, just the right sweetness level and little bits of perfectly sized canned peaches. The bits are small enough to make it up the straw. I am convinced that there will be this same milkshake in heaven along with krispy kreme donuts! Lol!
