I love, love, love Chick-fil-a. They are my favorite fast food joint. Everything is tasty and the employees are usually very friendly in every location. This location is no different. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious. The only bad thing is that I have to try to not eat here so much!

My wife and I have become fans of Chick FIl-A since our son was born. They have good quality food at reasonable prices, and their service is impeccable! It's really great that they always say, "It's my pleasure" when you say thank you! I love how they realize that when you have a toddler in one arm, it's difficult to carry three people's food on a tray, so they are very gracious about delivering it to your table. I also love how they police the dining room asking if anyone would like refills on beverages. Their training seems to actually produce genuinely kind folks who have a sense of urgency and are truly nice! It's really refreshing, since we usually go there when we are harried in our day, and need a quick place to eat. they really take the stress off by being so nice! Don't forget, Tuesday is kids' night--they have music and activities that are fun for all ages, in addition to ICE CREAM FOR KIDS! Additionally, they sometimes run free food promotions for things like wearing sports attire or other fun activities. It is widely known that Chick Fil-A is a "Christian, Family-Oriented" company, and I have to say, if more Christians behaved like Chick Fil-A employees, there would never be any need to criticize them! It's a little inconvenient that they are closed on Sunday, but given their record of great service and delicious food, I'm willing to let it pass. 4 stars, only because I find it strange to give 5 stars to a fast-food place. Otherwise, they are awesome!

I must have had food here 10 times in the last few weeks. The spicy chicken sandwich is so delicious. There is always a lady walking around greeting us while we eat. She usually provides a purel hand wipe, which really does come in handy. Of course, I'm also a sucker for the arnold palmer with half regular lemonade and half unsweetened tea.

Yep, another great Chick-Fil-A. I have yet to meet a bad one; although, I have heard about a bad one out in Cali from a fellow Yeep (*waves to Rohlin*). I must say I was shocked too because that is so not the Chick-Fil-A norm. But I digress... I'm reviewing this particular Chick-Fil-A. It's at the Town Centre, so it gets more traffic than some of your other Chick-Fil-A restaurants. Then again, everything at the Town Centre gets more traffic. I'm impressed though because even though the drive-thru lane often wraps around the building during peek times, they keep it moving quickly. Fast and friendly service at the drive-thru. I've also eaten inside here. Food is also fast and friendly. Served with a smile and a "My pleasure." Love that they have free Wifi. Even though they don't have waiter service (it's a fast food place), the employees do come 'round and offer to refill your drinks and offer to take your tray if they notice you are finished with your meal. I think that's a nice touch. It's also really cool they keep fresh flowers on the tables. I think that's also a nice little touch... even if a certain friend of mine does like to take a flower or two with her (*smiles at Jennifer*). LOL I was at the counter ordering the other night and telling my friend about how good the soft serve ice cream is here. She'd never had it. The guy behind the counter was more than happy to get a sample for her. BTW: If you've never had ice cream from Chick-Fil-A, try some on your next visit! I often go to Chick-Fil-A just to get ice cream b/c I'm craving it. Restaurant is clean inside and out. They have free WiFi. Closed on Sundays (as are ALL Chick-Fil-A restaurants). I know.. they have certain religious policies they adhere to and apparently certain political things going on (I don't pay attention to politics) and I know a lot of people have a problem with Chick-Fil-A because of it. But it's a fast food restaurant.... so whatever. SMH

This morning...well most mornings are Chick-Fil-A kinda mornings! This particular location is always crowded but they move pretty fast! I promised my self no more fast food restaurants and I've done pretty good with the exception of Chick-Fil-A, Pollo Tropical, and of course Subway but they hardly count as fast food! At least in my book. At the end of the day, they are way more healthier options that those other popular fast food joints and let's face it, they taste better!!! I'm not really a calorie counter but for those of you who are, they have some relatively low cal choices like the following for example: 3 count chicken minis (280cal) Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich (290cal) New Chicken Tortilla Soup (230cal) Well this morning I wanted something with a little more...it was just that kind of morning so I got a chicken biscuit! Yep, that's right a buttery and delicious Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit that I love with honey, and a small cup-o-joe with lots of cream and sugar! LOL! OK, OK, OK...so on a day when I put forth the effort to preserve my "girlish figure" as my boo likes to say, I go for the Yougurt Parfait w/ granola! This is a delicious option if I can say so myself! I actually choose this option more than the biscuit but like I said, some days ya just want the fat!!! This parfait only has 290 calories if anyone cares to know! Eat more chikin!!!

I always enjoy a meal at Chick-Fil-A unless it is on a Sunday and they are closed. The food and service are always top notch for a fast food restaurant, but I personally ask to have the waffle cut fried well done as most f the time they are undercooked.

I must say, for a fast food joint, this one takes the cake. The service was amazing. A manager came over to check on us periodically, took our cups to give free refills and offered us little candies for after our meal. The establishment was clean and cozy. The food was even better than I've had at other places. The chicken club I had was moist and juicy and full of flavor. I got the grilled and it was cooked to perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh and my fries were crispy and yummy. Overall, I'll definitely come here to eat again, especially after lots of shopping. Beware, it does get packed in the drive-thru line and the lot is a little tricky when that happens. Plus, if you're reading this, you're probably too big to play in the kids area, but your kids will have a great time in this clean atmosphere.

This was an ok chic fil a. The girl at the Wendy wasn't as nice , she seemed mad but overall it was good. Food was hot and the lemonade was very good.

It's harder to find a bad chick-fil-a than a good one :) They do an excellent job at staffing, and their customer service at this location showcases that. Because they are near UNF and FSCJ they used to do an AWESOME college night thing where you buy a $10 wristband and get unlimited refills on nuggets and french fries. Needless to say, I lived off of those nuggets for days! lol And despite the insane crowds they had that night, the staff was unwaveringly kind, calm, and helpful. They even offered to take pictures of the fort we made from the boxes! :) That was the coolest "college night" Ive ever heard of any restaurant having, let alone a chain. They really do an excellent job. Some tips: 1) they have a text club that you should join if you like to snag a deal. They'll send an alert to your phone every time they host some kind of event like the one mentioned above, and theyre usually phenomenal. Look into it! (you don't even need a smartphone!) 2) They DO get pretty busy... and parking and the drive thru can be downright insane at times. I would suggest planning ahead or parking next door if you see the long line of people, because finding a spot will be a nightmare.

Who knew fast food could be such a pleasure. They are so nice always smiling. They gave me sauces with out these outrageous charges. While we sat inside they gave us mints and hand wipes. I was surprised and never experienced that before. This the first time I would ever give a fast food joint 5 stars. The Town center location is the best.

You can't go wrong with Chick Fil-A. This is my family's "go-to" fast food restaurant because of so many reasons. Good food; good and polite customer service; clean facilities; and a play area that is always kept clean. It doesn't matter that you don't agree with the theological view point it's CEO and founders are (it is a Christian business, so expect Christian values as the backing of their business outlook), you cannot deny that it's not a bad place to eat. When I go here, I know that I will be greeted with, and served with, a smile; that the employees will NEVER give you an attitude, and that the upper management work alongside the regular employees, and will walk around, making sure all their customers are happy. I also like that the toys they include in their kid's meal are educational. They give you the option to trade them in for ice cream-and sometimes we do, and sometimes we keep them (especially if they're books, books on CD, comics, etc). There are no other fast food chains that will give you that choice.

The 13 other reviews of this Chick Fil-A are spot on and it really doesn't make much sense for me to review this place because I'm going to reiterate what they're saying. I must reiterate it because what they're saying is absolutely true. For starters, no matter what you order, the chicken on your dish will be incredible. This place (and every Chick Fil-A across the nation for that matter) does chicken extremely well. The chicken sandwiches, the chicken nuggets, the chicken salads, everything is beyond fantastic. Moving on, let's talk about how busy this place can get because it's so close to a university and inside the St. John's Town Center. Despite the crowdedness, this location remains clean, orderly and efficient when it comes to fast food delivery. I've been to this Chick Fil-A twice now and both times the place was packed. However, I didn't wait for my food as long as I expected. Say what you want about this company's stances on social and political issues, but when it comes down to their food, Chick Fil-A does business the right way.

I love Chick Fil-A & i normally always experience great customer service at any location i go to no matter what city im visiting but the service i recieved recently was very sub par. The drive thru attendent didnt speak,smile or say thanks for coming or anything, she just charged my card handed it back to me and rudely closed her window this is not the service im used to at Chick Fil-A.

Best Fast Food in similar category , Great peanut oil for frying keeps me happy. Try the Buffalo and Polynesian as a mix. Good place to let the kids run wild and service is a cut above.
