Bdubs, iconic for their wings and multiple big sport screens that span across the restaurant. I've been eating at bdubs ever since I could first pick up a wing. In high school my friends and I would make a 30 minute journey and eat there every Tuesday. Any bdubs arena you enter throughout the US will not disappoint you in their wing selection with their tasty sauces. My favorite being Caribbean jerk. Don't be a wuss and go boneless. Get the traditional and eat them like a boss. If you leave without using more than 5 wet napkins you're not doing it right. This specific wing eating arena in river city market place is a nice one. It's clean, great outdoor seating, it is a newer restaurant, and always seems to be bustling with other wing-goers. I don't go here for your average food, other then the potato wedges with cheese and sometimes I even get the chili con queso dip. When you enter this place you should have nothing else on your mind other then who will be eating the most wings that night...

I've always loved this place, bartenders at the bar use to be so friendly, but this lady Jess, i believed was her name, it took her like 6 min to ask me what do I want to drink, after 10 minutes she asked me if I wanted something to eat, I told her yes, gave me the menu, and she never asked me back what I wanted, so, after 25 minutes waiting to order her my food, drank my only beer and took off. Worst service I've ever had, on a Thursday, really!... The bar had like 5 chairs free so we cannot say it was crowded.

One of my friends birthday is today, so he wanted to go here. There were 10 people in our party. Wanna try the absolute smallest wings ever?? Disappointing to the highest degree, the size of these wings. The sauce was good, the iced tea was cold. Did I mention that they have the smallest wings Ive ever seen?? You would think a place with the word "wings" in their name, they would actually have wings. I've seen bigger wings on Cornish game hens. For real!!!! I didnt know full grown chickens had such tiny wings??? Baffling!!!! I have my tape measure in hand. They were all of 2 1/2 inches large. AH HA!!!! Now I got it!!!! They have TV's everywhere!! So you can look at them, and you dont have to see how small their wings are. I also had the worst server in the building. I think I seen her at my table all of 3 times. But she did spend a lot of time at her boyfriends table. Screw me once............. thats all it takes

I was driving through Jacksonville on my way from Miami to Virginia, and stopped here for dinner with my family. The food was great and the service was great as well. No delays, a pleasant server, and a nice atmosphere. The kids loved it as well, and the waitress was nice to them. But what really set them apart was their responsiveness after we left. My wife left her wallet on the table when we left, and we didn't notice it until the end of the next days driving. We were near home in Virginia at this point. We called the manager the next morning well before operating hours. He picked up, found the wallet in the safe, and assured us he'd mail it right away. We offered to pay for this, and he declined and then overnighted the wallet to us so we had it the next day. She had around $150 in the wallet, and it was all there when we got it. It would have been very easy for him to tell us the money had disappeared before his staff had found it, but he didn't. So, great food, good service, and an honest staff. What else is there?

Went in for dinner with a co worker and we each ordered 10 wings and a beer. My wings came out wrong and the sever said that she pressed the wrong button. Honest mistakes happen an there was no harm. The mistaken wings were taken away and replaced with new wings. After the dinner I received a bill that showed both sets of wings. I called the server back over and she fixed it. Once again could have been an honest mistake. I pay the tab and leave. I always keep work expense receipts for documentation and within a few days I saw a charge for over 9 dollars more than I had paid. Luckily I was back in Jacksonville and stopped by to talk to the manager. The host by the door did not seemed shocked when I told her I had an issue with my bill. The manager on duty took down all my contact information and made a copy of the receipt. She was going to have to look into it. I received no apologies nor did she seem shocked or stunned by the situation. I had to ask for a business card. She told me that they would call me if they had any questions. Within 10-15 days I saw a credit for the excess charge. Never heard from them. Never received any apologies. At least I received my money back. Not going to go back ever and if you plan on going please check your bill, keep your receipt and cross check the charge.

This bdubs location is better than some others I have been too. The wings were a good bit better here. The service wasn't that bad for me. Keep in mind though this location is large and in a very busy area. So service might not be as speedy but of course it doesn't excuse the rudeness others have pointed out. 3 stars because its decent but it's a chain with nonspectacular food.

TV's galore and in every possible direction! Food is, eh... you never know what you are going to get. Place was clean for as busy as it was on Sunday Football. I normally would have given this a 3 star rating, but because our server Jacklynn??? was so pleasant and johnny-on-the-spot, I give it a 4 star rating.

Sometimes the servers are just plain bad, and the hostesses can be pretty rude. They have special days, but the special prices exclude things that normally come free with their wings like dressing for dip, carrots and celery. I don't like this as I feel like I'm being cheated. The wings are good, but quite small.

For what it is this place is great. Good place to watch the Gator game, never been disappointed with the wings and they have good appetizers. Sure it's loud, but I don't come here expecting a conversation. I've never had bad service here either. They also have plenty of big TV's to watch the game and they are reasonably priced so you won't break the bank.

I'm gonna be honest, the food was just ok. What really made the experience was the kindness and professionalism our host Chris gave us. He was patient, kind and very welcoming. He was able to answer any and all questions we had about food allergies due to my girlfriend being allergic to many different things.

Love Bdubs but wish it was not so loud. Hard to hear yourself and friends. This one is not the cleanest. On wing nights wings are cheaper but the ranch/blue cheese that is normally free and the celery/carrots that are normally free they charge for so it comes out the same or more. I hate trickery.

I'm a huge fan of BW3's. I had many drunken nights at the one near my undergraduate college so the chain has a special place in my heart. This location is giant and the service is great. Super fast and friendly. I love all of their options on wing flavors. Lots of choices depending on what you are feeling like on a particular day!!!

Always the same. I do like the wings here but the atmosphere is that of a loud cafeteria just like all the other locations. The service just the same can be hit or miss. The drink specials hardly worth mention.

I'm a fan of buffalo wild wings, but this rating is specifically for this location. Visited here while on vacation and arrived around 10:45pm. They closed late that night at 1:00am, but seemed like they only had one cook preparing and cooking the food. We had a party of 8 individuals, and our food took almost 1hr and 15 minutes. I understand if we were ordering steak and seafood, but come on everyone had wings. Unsure why it took so long, but thumbs up to our waitress who was extremely attentive and nice. Not sure if i would come back, because the service was extremely slow (aka "the kitchen"). They do have outdoor covered seating which was nice if you wanted to enjoy the outdoors without any bugs bothering you.

It was ok...not the best wing place or restaurant but ok. I was with my prego friend...preggers with twins at that so I go where she wants! We shared an order of fried pickle chips which were awesome! The sauce was like a southwest ranch and was fantastic! We both ordered the wing combo which had 6 traditional and 6 boneless wings, fries and coleslaw. The flavors were great. I had Parmesan garlic and mild. The fries were not that hot and they forgot to bring both of us our coleslaw :( My pregger wanted half parm garlic and half honey bbq but received all pg. Our server was a sweetheart and an expectant m herself. She understood that my friend had her heart set on those bbq wings so she got her 6 togo. We both thought that was really nice! My friend ordered onion rings instead of fries and they were not great. Onion rings should be extra crispy and these were not at all :( Our 4 year old diner was pleased with his nuggets and fries! I can't say I will go back ...just ok!

We have always gotten horrible service from here and after finally noticing the no concealed weapons sign on the door we won't be back. A bunch of us plan get togethers a few times a year here but will be taking our business somewhere else from now on. Rude service, mediocre food at best and now the no carry sign? We've already discussed the issues we had with corporate. Something we hate to do. But for a local BWW to not be up to par. An seen the gradual decline in the past year. Jo an I know they can do alot better. Understand the turnover rate could be high. But without going to details they didn't have much to offer on the night we went. .. To recap they did send us gift certificates an they comps a meal on our party of 4 table. So that was nice of them.

Food was good but service was poor! Our waitress needs to learn how to treat customers! She slammed down nacho chips when we requested a replacement for the chips that were so soggy on the sampler. Did not respond when I thanked her and actually was bad mouthing us to another waitress. Hostess was also less than friendly. Wish we could have spoken with a manager but did not bother to waste our time when we saw him socializing with another table for an extended period of time. It was obvious they were friends of his.

I've been to this location several times and have found it to be exactly what the 3-star rating states: A-OK. Being that it is basically a chain/sports bar/wing joint, I didn't expect much and found it to be exactly like the other 6 BW3 places I've gone. What I do like is that the servers are very plentiful and get the job done, we have always sat outside on the patio where members of our group can smoke and the gals that work out there always take good care of us. The place is clean, the drinks are mixed just-so and the appetizers are pretty yummy. We love the Chili Con Queso Dip and the Nachos. Food and drinks are priced so that you might want to stop by after work for one or two, but should plan on heading home to finish the job.
