This was an okay experience. Being this close to the ocean I expected better quality. Especially for the prices they are charging. I recommend going to the pier on Jax beach. This is more of a sports bar. Not for some "good ole" seafood!

I love the seafood. Always fresh, always amazing. Service is great, except when it's busy (obviously). Just be patient because the food here is worth it!

Food is EXCELLENT! I bought my in-laws to this establishment because they wanted the best seafood Jacksonville has to offer. After ordering a bag of crab legs and spicy crawfish they knew what I already Know, Boiling Crawfish is the business!! You get a huge portion for a decent price, food is seasoned perfectly and always served hot. I Love this place and will definitely return!

Amazing food!. We both got the 1lb bag of crawfish with potatoes, sausage and corn with house seasoning and mild flavor. Can you say delicious!!!! We were greeted with a friendly face. Our waitress was amazing, she kept the drinks coming and constantly checked up on us. I'm from Louisiana and this place is a close 2nd from crawfish boils back home.

The atmosphere is sort of a sports bar setting but the noise was minimal. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, I truly enjoyed my crab legs!! In my opinion, NO ONE compares to them! The food is slightly over priced BUT VERY WELL SEASONED!!! This is the first time I've tasted crab legs in a restaurant that taste like they were cooked at home! HOWEVER, on the down side, the portions, I am told, have drastically decreased. If on my second visit the portions are increased, my review will EASILY be 5 STARS!

    Mediocre seafood and semi-attentive staff.

If u like cajun seafood this is the place to be. I recommend the mild for their "spiciness" level as it tends to get a lil hot. The food is really good as I eat here weekly. Their platters tend to be a Lil pricey but worth it. Check it out...

Alright, so I absolutely love craw fish! I got myself addicted when I tried them at China Buffet on Blanding. After a holocaust of crawfish, I decided to find out where the source is. Turns out it's New Orleans. I planned a trip, I came, I saw, and I conquered. I have wanted to go back ever since. Fast forward to a couple days ago, my friend tells me: "Have you heard about the new crawfish place opening in Jax?" I'm like "Hold up, here? Where?" I put the Grand Opening in my calendar and today is the day! I had extremely high expectations for this place, but prepared for worst! ***Pros*** - This place is really nice, it's like a classy Ale House (see pictures) - The waitresses are wearing tight, booty spandex shorts and a small top revealing their tummy's, most of them were hot! - The crawfish was pretty good, It's as close as you can get to New Orleans without going to New Orleans....I would rate it a 3.5-4 -They also have Dungeness/Snow/Blue Crab, Oysters, Shrimp, Clams, Mussels and Gumbo ***Cons*** - It is $9.99 a pound for live crawfish and $6.99 for frozen, that is pretty expensive - but when you factor in they fly it in from Louisiana and you can't find cra fish anywhere in Jacksonville like this, the price is right. - They didn't have an Old Bay based flavor, I asked them for some and sprinkled it on myself! Old Bay is a must! ***Tips*** - It is tucked away beside the Winn Dixie on Normandy, My GPS took me in the opposite direction! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So yeah it's pricey, but I love crawfish too much for price to be a factor. They should have a day where it's discounted a pound for live craw fish! I'll be back!!

Great service! Amazing food! Seafood was seasoned perfectly! We had a large party on Sunday evening and they were able to accommodate us quickly! The two for one daily happy hour was a bonus too! Definitely will be visiting this place again!

Where do I start? I was excited when I heard and saw of a place opening that served a Crawfish boil. Then brought them to you in a bag with seasonings and you could get them hot. Just like Hot n Juicy Crawfish in Orlando and Vegas. I know this place is brand new but they CAN NOT cook much right. We ordered 2 lbs of medium heat (the wife is a sissy) and 1lb of shrimp. Well everything came out looking fine. That was the highlight of the evening. It went down hill faster then a fat kid on a skateboard. OK the Crawfish were pretty good but needed to soak longer maybe 10 minutes or more. When we opened the bag there was Crawfish, 1 potato, and 1 piece of sausage about 1 1/2" long. That's all. The shrimp were in the boil way too long. I mean, "can not peel them too long". We sent them back and told them try again. So the new shrimp bag arrives and the shrimp that were not raw were overcooked again. Oh yea I also ordered a extra piece of andouille sausage. Making sausage myself this was not andouille it was summer/smoked sausage trying to play the part as andouille. So now lets go to the waitress. How about when I questioned where the extra andouille was she didn't know what it was. Then she refilled my diet coke with regular coke. She didn't have 3 other tables when we were there. Her saving grace was that she was very nice and wanted to know out feedback. Specially after hearing that we have been to this style of restaurant. Well all I can say for Boiling Crawfish is with enough soft openings maybe they can learn how to cook what is on their own menu. Cause this trip Sucked.

4.5 stars. All our entrees (Fried oysters, by the pound mussels, mozzarella sticks, teriyaki wings) were all very good & taste fresh (the main criterion for excellent seafood). The only thing I could complain about is the fact that the 12% service charge is not given to servers! Instead, it is added to the restaurant revenue which I think is unfair to the waitstaff & is misleading to the customers, who would most likely assume that this charge is part of the tip

Service was fine here on a Thursday night. We were seated and got our drinks quickly, and we had our order put in less than five minutes from our arrival time. The waitress checked on us several times throughout our visit, and everything went smoothly. We had been here several times, and the seafood here were always of good quality and well seasoned. This time was no exception. We ordered two clusters of snow crab legs and two pounds of crawfish with the Cajun seasoning. We also got the sweet potato fries as an appetizer. The snow crab and crawfish were both clean, fresh, and cooked perfectly. They both tasted wonderful, and the Cajun sauce was great. We also really enjoyed the sweet potato fries! My wife said the crab was a little too salty, but I think it tasted great! This is the only place we depend on for consistently good quality crawfish and crab in Jacksonville.

The only reason I don't give this place a 5 star is because the waitresses don't check up on their tables as often and as quickly as they should! I used to work in the reaturaunt business and we said 2 bites or 2 minutes. It was a good whole 10 minutes before she checked on us and it wasn't even busy. The other time I had visited it was packed so I cut the girl some slack! On a more positive note this place is absolutely delicious! I love to get a combo and share with the whole family! When you think of it that way, the food is extremely reasonably prices! On average for each member of my family it's about $13.00! What a steal for shrimp, crab, and crawfish! The food is cooked to perfection and the sauces are amazing! The corn nuggets are to die for as well. All in all this is a family favorite of ours and we will always return no matter what because we enjoy the environment and the food!

My girlfriend and I came out to Boiling Crawfish to have some, crawfish. It was actually my first time trying these creatures. They had a pretty extensive menu ranging from bar food to seafood. In the end, we ordered crawfish, oysters, fries, shrimp, and chicken wings. I was reluctant to try the crawfish as it was my first time eating them, but surprisingly, the crawfish were delicious! The Cajun seasoning that topped them was flawless! I was impressed with the amount of flavor each dish had, even the fries were seasoned. I highly recommend trying the crawfish here even if you're not a big seafood fan. If all else fails, they have chicken wings!

Came for date night. Food good. Seafood expensive but I got the choice two for $11.99. 5 fried oysters, wings & fries. My got shrimp platter for $29.99. They put the tip on your check if service good or bad. The waitress dont check on you that much. The only thing I didn't like.

The beat seafood I had in a long time, seasoned perfectly and cooked just right!!! The next time I'm in Jacksonville, FL boiling crawfish will be my first stop.

I hit the 3 stars on the Yelp-a-meter as the suggested "A-OK" best suited my feelings. I really wish I could give star halfsies as the food was good but nothing will blow you away. BC doesn't try to be more or doing anything to stand out from other one of these types of places. The atmosphere is pretty standard fair, giant TV screens with various sportball programs, brightly lit and layered in a wooden panel facade, you feel like you're in a Sonny's. Our party went through ten pounds of crawfish, a BC #4 combo, two buckets of Corona's, and two pounds of shrimp. All the orders come in bags and we mostly ordered the medium level of spice, this is a solid choice for those that want some heat. Even though we did get one bag of crawfish at the spicy level, it really wasn't spicy. I barely noticed a different, a bit disappointing. That being said, the favors were great and its the sole reason to come to BC, its a great balance of butter and bay space. The crab legs were exceptional in the combo, as were the corn and potatoes. The shrimp in the combo was a bit overcooked, I think they cook everything together at the time, that and the low number of sausage was another sore spot for me. Don't get me wrong though, I did like my experience at Boiling Crawfish, hell we had a blast, the server was great and attentive. Thank You to our host Tony for inviting us out and treating us to dinner.

So my husband and I ate here last week with a couple of friends. Service is still on point and the crawfish did not disappoint. The only thing that did not meet our expectations were the sweet potato fries. We ordered sweet potato fries as an app, and they were not as crispy as they should've been. Other than that, everything was great. I still prefer the crawfish here to the crawfish at Hot n Juicy in Orlando :) Also, they changed the auto grats from 15% to only 12%, but they don't tell you before they seat you anymore.

When I say this is the best boiling seafood! They must be from Louisiana! I was here last week visiting and I had to bring my Boo back with me this week. They have a roux that is to die for. But now that I've tasted it twice, I have it down pack.

Good food but over priced for food that comes in a bag. We ordered an appetizer and it came with our dinner,we asked the server and he said I should have said we wanted it befor the entrée,really the point of appetizer is befor dinner not with it. BEWARE in small print on the bottom of the menu a service charge of 12% added to your bill ,most would not see it until you get your check and they sure wont tell you befor you eat I did not see it untll I got home, service charge for 2 people??

Went on a Sat evening, place looked very busy but seem to be a few open tables. Hostess told us wait time was 30 - 45 min, possibly 1 hr. I told her it was my first time here and asked if it was worth the wait, she said yes. I gave her my cell # so she could call when a table was ready. Said to stay in the area. It was about 3 mins after we left went I received the call to that our table was ready. We ordered chicken wings, kids meal crab legs, a combo platter. The seafood boil was fingerlicking good!! The combo was pretty big and good for at least 2 ppl. Kids meal was expensive but portion big as well. Service was great. I didn't see any dessert on the menu which is kind of strange since most places have at least one if not more. Our first time, definitely not our last.

Everyone I know has raved about Boiling Crawfish but nobody could get the name quite right. One day on a whim my boyfriend took me and I was very surprised at the restaurant it's self. The decor and layout is amazing and not over did. Our waiter was super funny and very knowledgeable about the menu. We definitely had a great experience with him. Everyone their seemed so bubbly and full of life, and that's always great to see. I ordered buffalo wings and fries and my boyfriend got two pounds of spicy crawfish and half a dozen or so of the oysters. The wings were amazing, simple yet very memorable and the crawfish were large and seasoned to perfection. My friends say everything on the menu is great, especially the shrimp and crawfish. The bar also makes pretty good drinks. If you're anywhere near Boiling Crawfish you definitely owe it to yourself to try it out. Happy Yelping...

The food was great, the seafood was seasoned with a special seasoning/sauce then you could cater to your taste with mild, medium, or hot. The food is served in a bag including the corn, sausage, potatoes, and the seafood you ordered. We had shrimp, crawfish, and snow crabs. ....it was all delicious. We chose the special house seasoning with mild seasoning and it was perfect.

OMG! This was our first visit, but will not be the last. We ordered BBC #4: snow crab, Dungeness crab, shrimp, crawfish, clams, potatoes, sausage, and corn $39.99. There was enough to feed four. Those who say the place is expensive, go back to Capt D's. Food was great. Didn't hear one person complain. Staff was awesome. Only digs. if your not into some of the modern music, u won't like the music. It didn't bother me, but more of a mix would be more advised. I If u sit towards the front, the sun blinds you starting at 5. I will be back and I recommend it.

As we arrived in Jacksonville my fiancée and I stopped by on Sunday thinking we would have crawfish only to see they were closed until Monday so we came back on Monday and it was pleasant. We requested to be sat outside, it was a beautiful day. We both ordered a pound of crawfish and Cajun seasoned fries. We sat for 5-10 minutes and a waitress brought us garlic bread, being our first time we thought it was a free bread type of thing and dug in, then a waitress took it away because it was served to the wrong table. Anyway, the crawfish were delicious and juicy and the fries were hot and spicy :) all in all a good crawfish seafood restaurant. 3 1/2 stars.

So first time here and the food was great but a mistake on the waitress's part really jerked my opinion in the opposite direction. Ordered crawfish and ordered 1 lb, she put in two in the computer so when food came out what was handed to us, assuming it was 1lb. Check came out and we noticed two lbs. Asked waitress about it and she said she misheard and will take it off. Manager then says since we ate it all we can't discount it and we have to be charged for it. On top of that, waitress says we should of known it was 2 lbs. It's my first time here!!! I just bring a scale around with me??? Or can magically weigh food before I eat it?... Customer service is everything to me and sorry I won't come back even if the food is good. Make sure the waitress gets ur order right because you may have to pay for whatever he or she decides to put into the system.

Lies lies and lies. If you expect fish then flip the coin. I been here about 4 times and it always advertise to be fresh. It been also serve from frozen instead of live by the small and the texture. They were great but has fallen. Good luck when you visit this place if you expect fresh.

My husband took me here today to celebrate Mother's Day since I'm a huge seafood fanatic. The place was packed we waited 30 minute to get seated and an hour to get our food. When I tasted my spicy seafood boil, wow!!! The crawfish, potatoes, shrimp, sausage corn and crab legs was an A+ it was a seafood party in my mouth. Even my picky husband was wowed. Staff was great considering how busy the place was and honestly I can see why so many people was there. We've been to New Orleans and never had a seafood boil like that before. It's not a fancy restaurant however it is a seafood gem. We definitely will return for more, overall I had a great Mother's Day...thanks

This place is DISGUSTING. We had two different seafood combos and they both were awful. The seasoning that's used is far from Louisiana style. It's tastes like it is precooked and then drowned with a nasty seasoning blend afterwards. This place is way overpriced with a 12% service fee regardless of how many individuals are in your party. Not to mention, we got extremely sick afterwards. Avoid this restaurant!!!!!!

Horrible customer service my husband made reservations for a birthday party for me a week in advance. We got there tonight along with our party of ten and was told that there was no reservation for us. The manager Jen was not remorseful at all. This would have been our first time dining there and I was looking forward to enjoying their food but after this experience I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR and will tell everyone that I know not to go there

Crawfish are my life. These were more than delicious. I got a pound (apx. 11-15) for $9! We also got a side of Cajun French fries to match the Cajun fish. Can you say YUM?! Service was good. It was mine and my fiancées first time going. While we were sitting there waiting for our food, a waitress brought us garlic bread. We figured it was sorta like free rolls at Texas Roadhouse (those are to die for btw.) Anyway, after about 3 minutes and two bites later, she comes back and says this wasn't for you and asks why we ate it in what seemed to be a jokingly matter, but then proceeded to take it away. Okay?! Mine as well just let us enjoy some free bread if we had already taken a bite right? Oh well. This wasn't the same waitress we had the whole time, because she was fabulous and very friendly. Even left us a pitcher of coke to refill ourselves. (When they say Cajun, they mean it.) We'll surely come back here when we visit again! 3 stars only because the whole bread situation was awkward and made us feel a little stupid. Lol

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Nice people. Ive been here about 10 times already. I can't get enough. It's a seafood/sports bar I think, but they don't serve any liquor. I'm kind of used to bars serving liquor if I go to watch a fight or a game. Anyways, two for one beers though so not too bad I guess. It's the best crawfish place in town and the price is fair.

  • Susan S.

Prices have been lowered, and my second trip in for crawfish yielded two potatoes, several pieces of sausage, and two pieces of corn on the cob ... thanks for listening, BC!

  • Terri P.

Delicious rather expensive and a fun experience. Portions are pretty good sized seasonings are wonderful they are a bit stingy with the sausage though ;) I love their Shrimp, their Boil and Mudbugs one of these days I might save room for dessert but I doubt it ha ha Enjoy I think they also have chicken wings and with the spices HOT is HOT! Sports Bar so TV's everywhere on Sports stations :) Lots of finger foods so dress up at your own risk :)

I so wanted to like Boiling Crawfish more than I do. They teased me with their opening for weeks ("next Friday"... it was always "next Friday" when I'd stop by and ask) and when they finally DID open on a Friday, I had driven by at lunch, and seen them still working inside, so didn't bother to stop. 4 days later, I stopped by on a Tuesday evening, and found the place "closed for inventory." I tried again the following evening, and was successful in crossing the threshold into... um... well, I don't know. The waitresses are all young, attractive, and dressed to earn tips. My waiter didn't know the menu, didn't know the price of a pound of crawfish (it was crossed out on the menu), and actually had to take my driver's license to the bar to fetch the beer I ordered (he didn't know what was on draft, either.) I ended up ordering a pound of crawfish, and a fried oyster basket. The crawfish came out in a plastic bag, in a bucket. They were warm, but had no real flavor, and there wasn't much liquid in the heads. Either they were boiled in plain ol' water, or they didn't let them steep in the boil long enough, or... something. They were covered with a butter(?)-based sauce; I don't recall ever being served mudbugs that way before. I like mine to be flavorful INSIDE, not outside. A pound worked out to 18 or 20 or so, and at $10, wasn't a terrible value. It occurred to me as I ate them, and pondered upon the lack of spiciness, that my waiter hadn't asked me how I'd like them. The menu lists two 'flavors' and four 'spice levels," maybe I got the default low end. The fried oysters were good -- battered and fried light. A dozen (and fries) set me back 9 bucks. There were no sauces on the table, so I asked for something with horseradish in it. What I got back was maybe a teaspoon or two of horseradish. They've built in a stage, so I'm guessing they're planning on having bands or some type of entertainment. There is an "oyster bar" area, and a drinkin' bar area. Restaurant was about half full the evening I was there, and lots of food items were being sent out. There is no "meal" or "sampler" on the menu, it's pretty much just seafood by the pound, or fried baskets. Corn, potatoes, sausage, mushrooms - available as extras. Oysters are available steamed, roasted, or raw for $10/dozen, or $6/half-dozen. Happily, I was there at happy hour, so my Bold City Duke's was two-for-one. There was a sign on the door (it replaced the "closed for inventory" sign) saying they're going through a soft opening. I'll give 'em a few weeks, and try again, and hope for a better experience. I'd really like this place to make it; they've got some work ahead of 'em.

I wasn't really expecting that much, but this was wicked wicked good. We ordered oysters on the half shell, which were good. But then we got the combination boil with the hot sauce. King crab legs, crawfish, mussels, shrimp, clams, sausage, corn and potatoes are brought to you in a giganto plastic bag and the server says if you keep it in the plastic bag rather than dumping it out, it stays hot longer. We started eating, and eating and eating from this never ending cornucopia of hot tasty seafood. The heat was a good heat- my nose ran a bit but not so hot that you get the hot brain freeze that shoots up past your ears (unlike an ice cream freeze that goes to your forehead) and it was a flavourful/savoury hot instead of a burn out your mouth hot- which I do like but I really enjoyed this. About halfway through, we were slowing down but kept at it like a couple of old boxers staggering around the ring- not wanting to stop even though the top button on the jeans was open and we were stuffed. We finally stopped with about 4 crawfish and 6 shrimps and 3 potatoes left and we really wanted to stick our heads in the bag and just lick the rest up. Anthony pointed out the sauce would probably make a good bloody mary mixer. We spoke to the owner who said he had worked on the sauce for about 8 months to get it right. According to him most people get the medium or the mild sauce. He also said that Thursdays are better because that's when they can get in fresh crawfish as the ones that we had were frozen. I'm looking at the calendar now to figure out when I can come back with some friends. On a Thursday as Friday and Saturday brings on the lines. For me- I like to think of things as buy again or no buy and here it's not just buy- but I'd pay for a friend too to make sure they got some. and I know some day soon, I'll be sitting at my desk thinking. . . . mmmmmmm when can I make it over there again?

Went here the first time with family and it was decent for me, this was about a couple of months ago I would of probably gave this place a 3 star at the time. The menu was very limited and everything on the menu was pricey however I was not paying for the tab so it did not really concern me lol I ordered beer which tasted well, like beer. I ordered steamed oysters about 3 dozens which came out on a platter and I finished it rather quickly by myself because I love me some oysters! I tried their clam also which was also ok but my wife ordered the mud bugs I believe about 2 pounds of it which she swears was amazing and to clear the air it was pretty good. Service was decent, the girls were new and did not know the menu or probably never had a serving job before. Well fast forward; I went to my seafood joint to get something to go yesterday and my wife was not in the mood for what I was getting and we were in the area so we decided to give this place a call for her to place an order to go. You have to give you're credit card info over the phone for them to even start on you're order here otherwise they will start after you pay when you get there, so she paid over the phone for three pounds. When we got home I decided to try one of the crawfish because she was so excited to dig in and once she does I'm sure there will be hell trying to take one from her and man..... It honesty tasted like the ones you can get at the chinese buffet... It was dry and the tail was kind of rubbery, they had their own seasoning on it but it was pretty disappointing. I told my wife that hopefully this did not taste like the first time we went because it was not what I was expecting and I only had one last time also I was for sure not going to eat another one. She agreed with me and said she did not want to come back. I am wondering if they mixed up the frozen ones that are imported with the fresh one or if they still even have fresh crawfish? For $10 a pound? No thanks.

$90 for 4 people. The service was f*cking terrible! They got our orders wrong twice, gave the wrong drinks, the food not good at all. The tried to overcharge me. Everyone there is rude and disrespectful. No one is nice. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks and almost 1 hour to get our food. They have no manners for the costumers what so ever. It's outrageous. I ordered traditional hot wings and they brought me plain wings twice. I ordered muscles and they brought out oysters. I ordered two pounds of crawfish and I got 1 pound I asked where my other pound was and they stood there and lied to my face telling me I only ordered one. Worst place to eat. I do not recommend this place at all. Unless you like overprice meals, slow service and disrespectful waiters. And all the waitresses dress like they belong in the f*cking whore house.

Tell you what. I have eaten a lot of seafood in my lifetime. But the BR sauce they use on the platters is pretty amazing and the quality and portions were pretty good also. The place was packed and now I see why. I understand the 15% surcharge is on the check is because people don't tip and they want to make sure their servers get PAID! I will be back for sure!! It takes time to cook seafood so be prepared for the wait. Our server was below par for that 15% FYI

Grew up in LA and had my far share of Cajun style crawfish & oysters. I love seafood so it was natural to try this new place, once it opened. I've been to this place a few times during their soft opening. The first week they were opened we went that Saturday, it was busy. I ordered the spiciest flavor they had, BC House. The crawfish wasn't overcooked, it was just right. The flavor was pretty spicy but a bit too citrus for me. On the other hand, the oysters were freshly shucked and served on ice, with a basket of crackers and slices of lemon. Although it wasn't oyster season they were awesome, big, plump, and milky. They weren't gritty at all and very clean, so delicious! However, when I went back the third and fourth time, the crawfish was disappointingly not fresh. Regardless of how great the seasoning (BC House) was the frozen crawfish taste ruin your appetite. On top of that frozen crawfish at 8.99/lb is even more upsetting. I gave them another 'second chance'. I went back during their grand opening yesterday, Saturday. The crawfish flavor had improved greatly!!! I'm hoping they keep it consistent from here on out. It's great going to a place that offers good crawfish that you don't having to cook at your home and make a mess in your kitchen. Here you have ppl clean after you ;). Will be a continued customer! Also if you have a sweet tooth you've got to try their red velvet cheese cake, it's good after a meal of spicy hot goodness.

I'm so very disappointed in this restaurant. The food is terrible, the staff is clueless and why in the heck would you blast club music to a deafening level? Not sure what the management/owners are thinking. This place will not last any longer than Bubba Burger did. Be warned, you will not be happy with your dining experience.

Not sure why some people have bad reviews of this place. We went last week after hearing about it and were pretty much blown away. Sucks to have to drive to the west side to get it (wish there was one near Southside), but otherwise was very pleased. Inside is nice, laid out well, Dj playing standard fare. But, the food was excellent and a good price too. We got one of the combos with Shrimp, Crab and Crawfish, plus an extra pound of crawfish ... got it spicy ... and the food was excellent. Food comes out in a bag, which I liked too. So - so marks for service, the girl we had wasn't bad but she did go missing for about 10 to 15 minutes right after bringing us our food .. and we needed something so that was a bummer. But, hopefully that will be worked out. All in all, can't wait to go back. Hope it stays consistently good and we'll be regular customers. If we had ordered same at Joes Crab Shack the price would have been over $100. Very reasonable here.

Went for the second time last night & it was even better than the first time. House crawfish was big & delicious! Can't wait to make another trip here again. :))

I am not sure if it is just me however any restaurant I have gone to were they serve crab legs and lobster has crackers to open the hard shells however when I ask for some they told me they were out, we said o.k. however when one of my daughter's cut her finger and we got to the hard shell part of the claw we again requested them explaining that they were to hard to open with our teeth and my daughter had cut herself trying to open them. I spoke to the Manager and she said they were going to see if they can find some after watching her do everything but that and after 10 minutes of waiting having the waiters not the manager come to tell me they were out because people kept throwing them I got pretty upset so I requested to speak with the owner who was there and he said he couldn't come out because he was busy, mind telling you I saw him walk what appear to be one of his friends to the back. The whole experience was pretty upsetting, the food in this restaurant was actually very good however the lack of customer services from the manager and owner was rather disappointing specially when they charge right of the back 15% on gratuity regardless of the size of the table. So if you want to go there make sure to bring your own seafood crackers unless you don't mind breaking a tooth.
