As usual, the food here is great. I have to admit I only order breakfast items, so I cannot vouch for other types of food. Bob Evans is known for breakfast. Service here is generally slow, but today was a whole new level of crappy service. The waitress was absent with the exception of taking our order and bringing our food. The latter required 6 trips because she kept forgetting items. Never cleared glasses, we had to ask for refills on numerous occasions. The restaurant was only half full - no excuse for such pathetic service. If you end up in Kari's section, move or go to PDQ.

Now the quality of a poor cafeteria. Our take out order recently included very stale rolls. The one our two year old was eating had MOLD in it! Thankfully on the other end he hadn't touched yet. I called and the manager showed zero concern and more or less accused me of lying. Corporate never responded to me email. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Eat at your own risk.

Contrary to others' experience here, our family had a great meal! You really can't go wrong with ordering their breakfast specials: think crisp bacon, juicy sausages and creamy grits. However, the hotcakes need work. (buttermilk please to make it fluffy!) I love the hospitality that we got from our server: "honey, may I get you something else?" or "Is everyone satisfied with their meal? please let me know if you're not, so I can make it right" If I can get the good service I got here, at say, a Denny's or IHOP in California, I would probably frequent this place often. I was warned that it can get CRAZY here especially after church on Sunday with long wait times. I guess we lucked out!

Okay, you can shoot me but I like the Bob Evans restaurant. It is kind of a no frills Cracker Barrell with a lot of different choices. I mean, you get two stars for me if you just serve breakfast throughout the day. There is not really much to say, but the food is good, service is fairly prompt and it is near our church, so it is a good fit for us.

I like Bob Evans - it is easy, consistant, and not very pricey. That being said it is a chain and you get what you pay for!

I had never stepped foot in a Bob Evans restaurant before so I didn't really have any expectations. This location is brand new and we happened to be in the area so we gave it a shot.... The restaurant is clean inside and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So far so good. Now for the food.... Cheese Bites appetizer: mozzarella cheese in a fine corn meal batter then fried crisp. Comes with marinara dipping sauce. It was good but not great. I prefer cheese sticks. Country fried steak: This is one of their signature dishes so I thought it would be a good choice......wrong! The steak was very thin and didn't have very much flavor. The batter around the steak was also fried to the point that it was hard. Might be the worst country fried steak that I've had. The mashed potatoes/gravy, and the green beans on the side were good though. Dinner rolls had a funny taste that nobody liked. We usually kill the bread at most places and we only ate about one and a half of the rolls. Chicken pot pie was quite good. The filling had good flavor and it was not short on chicken. The crust also had good flavor. Portions were adequate. Turkey dinner was also good. Served with mashed potatoes and stuffing. The turkey wasn't dry and had good flavor. The gravy complemented the potatoes and turkey. Stuffing was just average. Ice cream sundae had fresh strawberries and good ice cream. Simple but delicious. The service was good. Food was served fairly quick. Prices are decent and they offer food to go. I would try it again if in the area. Don't get the country fried steak!

I'd come again. Brand new restaurant so it's clean in & out and the staff is really friendly. I've ate breakfast food at all sorts of places. I had the sausage biscuit bowl. It was a good portion (only ate half) but it was a little too salty for me. My group of friends enjoyed their food tho. When I come again, I'll try something different - maybe my review will change.

Food was good. This was my second time there and my second time with the waiter getting the order mixed up. He at least took responsibility.

Good coffee (with a pitcher on your table so no waiting for refills), good pancakes & sausage, you can't go wrong with a cinnamon blossom as a side, and the service is very friendly. Check this place out for breakfast.

One star is more of a compliment I'd like to give. Boyfriend and I sat down immediately which is always good. But our waitress, Amy, was too busy making sure her male friends across the table were happy. She went to their table atleast 3 times before she decided she was ready to take our order. Then in the middle of me placing my order, she walked away to service one of those men again without saying excuse me. My jaw dropped. I could not believe how rude she was. we waited almost 10 minutes before we decided to just leave because she never came back. I've never been to Bob Evans before and i don't ever want to go back. To this location especially. First impressions mean a great deal in businesses and i think they should work on their customer service some more.

Went on a busy Saturday morning, and were sat within 15 minutes (party of 4 and a baby). The food was hot, fresh, and just as we had ordered it. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy. They were accommodating to our need of a spacious table to fit the baby stroller, as our little one was asleep and we did not want to wake him up to put him in a high chair. Bathrooms were also clean and well stocked. Waitress was very nice and helped me make a great choice when I was struggling with their extensive menu. Would definitely visit again.

Just awful!! Don't both not worth a dime. Potatoes raw, gravy cold. Good sat in window a long time. Cook touching face and not changing glove. Managers making fun of customers.

This was our first experience ever going to a Bob Evans restaurant. We had always seen them and were curious. So we decided since we all had the day off to go to a nice breakfast and try it out. First off let me say I don't expect much from LARGE Nationally known restaurant chains. That being said every location will be slightly different as well. From what I gather is a cheaper (price-wise) version of IHOP with a bakery like Perkins. So that's what the combo ends up being like. It's really a mix of all the breakfast places though because it has a feeling a little like cracker barrel as well with the decor. The food was decent. Nothing special, but not horrible like some of the reviews I have seen here. That being said...I don't know if I would go out of my way to go back here, but i wouldn't stay away from it either. The only part of my meal that was extremely memorable was the Mac n' cheese. Now this is a side item and I would normally expect the main part of the meal to be the STAR of the meal, but let me just say this mac n' cheese was especially creamy the way I like it. If I did go back I would probably get some generic breakfast food such as eggs n' turkey sausage with a side of mac n' cheese. It was that good! By the way our server was amazing. She was extremely attentive and very nice. She even made sure (without us asking) that we had to go drinks! Who doesn't love service like that!

This restaurant is your typical diner type food. The service was slightly slow but there were a lot of people there since it was a Sunday morning. The prices are fair and the food is decent but nothing to write home about. The portions are ample and all in all we had a good experience. We sat at the counter which was interesting because we could see the kitchen. It was entertaining. :)

Doesn't even deserve a star. I had the worse service ever an didn't even get a chance to order or have a drink. Was seated shortly after I walked in. After looking at the menu after 10 mins our waitress Amy decides to come by ad say hello and get us drinks. She comes back shortly after and leaves our drinks on the table next to us and serves another table. She talks with them for a few and leaves again to bring them back something. She leaves again and comes back to serve our drinks that have been sitting there for a few minutes. She then begins to take our order and turns to talk to the other table while we order and leaves before taking my order with no excuse me or anything. Needless to say we left too.

Food portions were pretty skimpy especially the potatoes where the hash browns on one order were cooked within an inch of their lives (as in scrapped off a skillet). We also paid for extra cheese on an omelet and we didn't even get a regular amount. I won't be back to this location.

We have eaten at BE on Sunday mornings and we get there around 9 AM before any church rush. We were seated right away and waited on promptly then things went down hill from there. We waited almost 45 minutes for our orders (4 in our party) to come. Food was great but there only seemed to be 2 waitresses working. Every time we go in they seem to be short handed which affects customer service. Still like their breakfast though.
