Went here two years ago and liked it a lot. Drove by a few times and I think it's close now. It's never open any time of the day. No hours posted on the door.

I have no axe to grind, but my experience here was poor. Lousy food and lousy service, simply put. I got my first indication of what I was in for, when the girl brought a bucket of beers, and the bucket was literally covered with what I hope was just muddy dirt...very unappetizing to start off this misadventure. ..what kind of waitess, and what kind of place brings a filthy beer bucket, without wiping it off first? I'm not exaggerating...

Funky seafood restaurant under new ownership. Great service. The Ollie Fellas are to die for. Broiled oysters with spinach bacon and parmesan cheese.

Nice lace to sit outside near the water. It is next to a little river and not the beach area, which is fine because the beach kind of sucks here. The waitress, Odie, was really super nice. The beer special was dollar drafts and we ordered oysters. I prefer the raw oysters, but their specialty is the "dressed oyster". My dad enjoyed them since he hates raw stuff, but I thought they ended up just tasting like the topping and there was no point having the oyster there. It's great for people who are a little squeamish about seafood, I imagine. Had a nice time and a good bang for the buck. How is everyone in the part of Florida so friendly? I feel like every dining experience was a great one.

Live music and cold beer along the water is always a good thing!

This has to be the nastiest place. Inside the building everything is covered in filth. The food is terrible, ( all 5 of us hated the food), and the waitress dumped a tray of beer on me.

Great atmosphere, cold beer and friendly staff. They have docks for your boat and have the relaxed atmosohere to go with the surroundings. My dog, buddy, is always welcomed. As soon as we arrive they bring my canine water and they cut his chicken dinner up into small pieces for him. My wife and I tried the live entertainment Friday night and had a great time. We will go back again when this ragae band jams again. There was nice energy all around the large outside area. The crowd is usually a wide range of types but we always find everyone friendly at this place. If you are a fancy type this place might not be for you.

This wretched dump gets two stars because it's nice to see that the lowlife trash of Hudson have some place to hang out and chug their beer, other than the 7-11 parking lot. The servers are nasty trampy illiterates and they are more interested in blabbing with drunken vagrants than attending to their customers. My waitress smelled bad, like she really needed a bath. The oysters are nothing special, served too warm. The dressed oysters are really a waste of money, if you got dragged there as I did, you may as well drink their draft beer and bring your own bottle of salad dressing to drink. The tables and chairs are dirty and the sanitary conditions sketchy. The "music" is too loud and destroys any pleasantness from it's proximity to the water. Too bad there isn't a good noise ordinance in this beach area location, and a dirty drunken dirtbag ordinance too. UPDATE: I have received several rather insane threatening messages from a yelper who goes by the name of Bob P., who "knows people" and took exception to my comments on this bad experience at this establishment. Normally, I would not even comment on the nature of the clientele a restaurant caters to, unless as in this case the nature and quality of that clientele and staff contributes to ruining the dining experience. I did not even go into detail about the things I observed, for example such as the servers with no regard for food safety, shucking oysters and leaving them on the counter in the 90 degree plus heat the entire time I was there, awaiting orders. (And that was not even the worst of it). There's also a loud, weird old guy with a scraggly dyed beard who thinks he's a pirate, makes inappropriate comments to women, and tries to get people to pay for rides on his dirty old boat. The place is a real creep-magnet. My review is just expressing my opinions regarding this and one other specific experience. Drop by, and see for yourself if you think conditions are different, and give it a try. By the way, as of this review, this restaurant had 17 health inspection violations, see here restaurantinspections.lo…
