For all u people that go to dairy Queen Dont go, the place is full of rat traps cause they have rats I found a dead rat in the girls bathroom and they have ants every where I have no words for that day that I saw the rat I called an in expector so they can check the places out and I found out that dairy Queen had fail all inspections seen they open also the people that make the ice cream Dont know how to make correct olders and the management are really disrespectful the other day I went there I talk to some old guy called Alejandro I beilive that he's name he was so disrespectful to me and my husband, then we talked to this 2 girls I believe one was called Romi she was cover with tattoo's dirty uniform and she roll her eyes to me so I left I have nothing to say about that places I hope they close it down soon

The burgers are very good. The lines are super long though. Well worth it if it's your first time at the grill and chill.

LOVE Dairy Queen and I am elated that its so close to home! Service was excellent. Soft vanilla cone with chocolate sprinkles was on point!

Ice cream is great!!!!! The food is good but the drive thru is really really slow. I have never waited less than 10 minutes unless I'm the only car. But totally worth the wait for any of their ice cream :)

Spicy burger is delicious, do not do drive-thru, only eat inside. They are super slow and they make mistakes. Told manager but didn't notice improvement. I eat here at least twice a week. Need major improvement with service and errors.

Since my last review, I have received updates that this location has had a major change in staff. My love for ice-cream and love for ice-cream right now kicked in and we made another trip to Dairy Queen! I was pleasantly surprised to see that the new staff was warm and welcoming! I was greeted right away, a manager was floating around the restaurant, and I was glad to see that the supervisor that helped us with previous mistakes was still there as well. We had a sweet, young man at the cash register who took our order and he was new so there was a minor mistake, but only time can perfect that! But the ice-cream was fresh and delicious and it was backed up with a pleasant smile and a big thank you! We are glad to see that our "Family Headquarters" is back to the standards it started at! Keep it up, Dairy Queen! You've brought back quite a few of your regulars.

I usually do not frequent fast food establishments, but I was craving ice cream and I figured, might as well get a burger while I'm at it. So I ordered the double cheeseburger combo w onion rings and an oreo chesecake blizzard, go big or go home right lol, anyway. I finally get home and I sink my teeth into my burger and I bite into a piece of bone......I was so pissed. Besides the fact that it hurt my mouth, I now have to call dairy queen to tell them they are assholes, as if I dont have better things to do w my time and the retard manager thought that offering me a refund would remedy the situation. FIRST AND LAST! I was just reminded of why I hate fast food places so much. This place SUCKS! 0 STARS!

Unless you only want ice cream don't come here. The food is nasty tasting, but the ice creams are good.

Good food, great ice cream....drive thru not so much. I've had one too many instances where either I don't get part of my order or I get the order incorrectly so if you use the drive thru triple check.

I witnessed my burger get microwaved through the drive thru window, and it tasted horrible. When I got home I brought a small flie with me that came out of the bag. Not the first time I visit this place, it's always awful. I will never go again. This restaurant will not be open for long. One star is as low of a rating I can give. Good luck if you are eating here, and you should feel even luckier if you survive after eating the food.

I'm a huge fan of DQ, but this one is making me have a sad face. I've been holding out and hoping that they can improve but it's just issue after issue each time I come. They can't make a proper banana split blizzard. Either it's too soupy or its not mixed properly that all the fruit is still up top and not mixed in or they are missing the main ingredient, bananas! One time they had some crazy nasty chunks of like chocolate nuts in it! Even the shakes are not to par! Ugh! They need to tighten up over there. The attitudes of the employees suck major reindeer balls. I don't mind driving all they way to Perrine DQ to get a proper blizzard or shake.

I have never been disappointed. Most fast food gives me a stomach ache, this place has never done that. The blizzards are super thick and take a while for them to melt. The lunch deal is very worth it and the food in general is absolutely delicious! I don't go too often but when I do, it's my first choice.

This is the worst DQ ever. Safe yourself the disappointment. Every time I order food, they always get it wrong and to top it off they take for ever. Never going back to this place again. I got my identity stolen and the investigators said DQ might have been involved.

Why oh why did I try this awful place again $17 down the drain for disgusting blizzards for the family. Lesson learned this time I promise. Kids wanted DQ and all went in the garbage. Not to mention that they gave me some nasty peanut butter concoction that I didn't order and had to remake it. I hate the fact they go into some back room to make them. A bunch of kids who don't care in there. I feel sorry for the franchise owner who paid money for that crappy place. Instead of fooling around, dancing, flirting with each other and EATING, how bout cleaning up the nasty mess???

Been here several times in last two weeks, haven't been disappointed at all! Wife and I have tried several blizzards, sundae, waffle cone, and the ready made take home sundae-esqu deserts. Food is surprisingly good considering DQ is normally regarded as an ice cream venue. Chicken tenders are excellent, burger was good (if a little dry, but I prefer that to dripping in grease), fries remind me of the kind you bake in oven at home. Definitely worth a stop!
