I've read the other reviews and I'm a little bothered,Hector wrote a scathing review,way too much hate- I'm a regular here for some years now,wings are top notch,there was never a charge for xtra sauces,service very good,very down to earth local people work there,I always get blue cheese on the side,was never ever bad,wings are Jumbo- Habenero lime/ sweet chilli is Da BOMB, they will mix up sauce combos for U to order- all sides are fresh and tasty

I am not in love with this location. I recently moved, and was used to the North Miami Beach location which was consistent, and our order was always perfect. Since moving, we have been to the Taft St location 4 times. Every time I call, I'm concerned about my order being correct. It might be that they have new people answering the phones all the time. They always sound very distracted. I'm never convinced that they understand what I'm saying, and most of the time they are difficult to understand too. That being said, my orders have been correct so far, but not necessarily very good. It would help A LOT if they would adopt the same system as North Miami Beach, where I would call, they would recognize the incoming number, and ask if I wanted the same order. This made things so easy! This location apparently does not have this feature. 2 of the 4 times our order was ready on time. This past weekend, I was told 14 minutes (which is the usual amount of time). My order was finally ready 40 minutes later. There was nobody eating in the restaurant at the time, and while I was waiting, 3 people came in to pick up takeout. I don't know what held everything up. And, this past experience was unfortunately our worst, as far as quality, we have had so far at any Wing Stop. Half of our order was over cooked and inedible. I might have to find another location :( Wing Stop as a whole: Love the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper. Hate the fries. I always stop at a drive-thru somewhere else on my way home from getting the wings.

I have always passed this place and stopped yesterday. I ordered 50 wing pack and everyone of them were overcooked (very dry) and didn't taste fresh. The fries were OK but definitely not what I expected. Based on other reviews I see this location has many problems so I will not be bookmarking it and keep it moving as I search for a better wing experience.

OK so my rating here is going to need some explanation. I used to love this place. I even had a couple of events celebrated here (birthdays, work-related). At that time, the food was pretty decent. Wing flavors were awesome. The wings themselves were a little on the small side (not much meat) but they were passable. I'd usually go for the boneless wings instead, all meat and pretty tasty. But then something weird happened. Not sure if it was new management, new business policies or what. But the quality of the food dropped drastically. It started with expired bleu cheese sauces (the bleu cheese was rotten) and then the soda was old and not carbonated. Then they were hiring new employees constantly that didn't know their menu or lunch specials, which caused orders to take forever and often would get overcharged and mixed up. Then one day the chicken wasn't cooked. Like I literally bit into completely uncooked, raw chicken, with buffalo coated on it. And on top of that the bleu cheese was bad too, AND the fried were cold and stale. That was the last straw. Not only would I never recommend this place to anyone, but I will never attempt to go back here again myself.

This location is very friendly and helpful. Location is in a rundown plaza but wouldn't say the same about the inside- it is on the small side though. I've ordered in person and call ahead and have encountered nothing but amazing service. My orders have always been correct, hot and yummy! BBQ wings are awesome. Fries are also awesome. At the end of the day, if Ricky Rozay cosigns something food related, don't question it.

I'm a fan wingstop but this location is terrible they need to just fire who ever back there cooking the wings n fries. The fries are stale every time sometimes barely cooked. They don't put no seasoning on them unless you ask and when you do they have a attitude and give a stank look. Ordered boneless lemon pepper today and they messed how do u mess up on lemon pepper. I have to drive all the way to the wingstop in north miami beach to get everything right and cooked well with way more better customer service. Just close down your location your disgrace to the wingstop name. How do you mess up all time!!!!!

There are wings that are greasy and taste good and then there's a clean taste wing your favorite sauce to make it that much better, and then there's wing stop. Definitely has a great lineup of wing flavored and great Idaho fries but the reason why you are here is for the wings. The wings first off, by itself, taste great,clean and not the type of wings where it will make you regret ever filling up your stomach with it o.o....they have many flavors but the one that I recommend is the mango habanero which up until now it is the perfect blend of cry-your-eyes-out spicy and sweet mango which is not overpowering at all. This is not the best place to go with family and friends as this location is small but it's a great place to bring a few friends and to for lunch....just order ahead since they take about 12-15 minutes. My problem with this place is that it is pricey! They are some pretty small wings for its price but very powerful taste. Wing stop I give you a 4 out of 5 and you would get a perfect five if you move to a bigger location for family and have bigger wings for the price!

I usually love wing stop's wings but when I went recently the quality was off. My wings were mostly fat. I ended up not eating half of them. The fries with seasoning are really good though but they get limp very fast so unless you eat there they will be soft. I like soft fries so I don't mind. The sweet tea is good and their blue cheese with celery sticks is my favorite part.

Wow! Sodium City! Everything was just loaded with it from the sauces on their microscopic boneless wings to their fries. If you have high blood pressure and are itching to have a salt induced stroke, then I highly recommend this place. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself a salt headache. The service was okay but they messed up my order twice! Went there because we were looking for something different but I won't make that mistake again. Now I'm going to drink a gallon of water to flush the sodium overkill out of my system and lay down until the headache goes away.

Horrible management !...The night I went, not only did i have to wait almost 40 mins for my order to arrive, they tried lying to my brother and sister in law that there names were called when they clearly were not...A lot of people had there money refunded that night. And as for the food, i'm not picky!, I can eat whatever you put in front of me. However, there was a strange smell coming from my wings ..smelled old..and also it did not taste well , my mild wings was just plain, and stuck in some red oil "sauce" . and they are barely seasoned!

Blah. Tiny wings. Fries were cold with no flavor. The garlic Parmesan were alright not great. The Hawaiian were good. Everything was just bland. Wouldn't order again.

I forgot why I stopped going to Wing Stop. Their wings don't seemed to be seasoned with the least bit of salt & pepper. Perhaps the batter is seasoned, but not flavorful enough for me.

I was debating between ordering from their delivery service or picking the food up and I ultimately decided that since they are located only a few miles from my house, I will go and pick up the food. I ordered the 30 wings family pack and substituted the beans for the fries as well as 1/2 a dozen plain rolls. Twenty of the wings were hot and the other ten were teriyaki. The location itself is kind of rundown and I wouldn't reallly suggest eating there; however, my order was ready on time which is always a plus. The hot wings were very good but I only received a few drumsticks and I hope next time I order from Wingstop, they will give me a few more drumsticks. The teriyaki wings were not great and most of those were deposited into the trashcan. The beans and rolls were excellent and I can see myself substituting the beans for the fries going forward. I have definitely had many a chicken wing and Wingstop makes decent wings. Can I dare say some of the best wings in this area? Not out of the realm of the possibility.

Ordered online for pick up; deducting 1 star because the page takes between 1 and 5 minutes to give you an order confirmation. We ordered lemon pepper wings, substituted the fries for baked beans, rolls and sauces. Everything was hot and delicious. We received the correct amount of sauces ordered and the substitutions were correct. The order was ready in the time promised. We were very happy with the food and service.

Thumbs up. I would not be doing you the reader justice if I did not highly recommend Wingstop. They offer a variety choices here, I haven't had them all yet. It's nice to come in during my lunch hour and catch up on sports, very relaxing time for me. All I can say is, "why are you still reading? Go to Wingstop now!" :). Thanks and enjoy.

My love affair with Wingstop began a couple of years ago. Thank you Troy Aikman for introducing me to this awesome wing joint! I'm really into aviation so I immediately fell in love with wingstop and it's nostalgic aviation decor. I always call ahead to order my food with the notion that I'll be taking it home. I don't think I've ever made it home with the food. Once I get a whiff of the tasty wings and fries I can't help myself and I have to indulge then and there. I've been through many favorite wing flavor phases at Wingstop. At first I started out with Hickory Smoked Barbecue and then I moved on to Cajun...I've finally settle on Garlic Parmesan as my favorite. You haven't lived until you've tried the Garlic Parmesan dipped in some ranch dressing. Also, the fries...simply amazing! Hand cut daily and sprinkled with some seasoning I will call awesome stuff. I love Wingstop and if you ever find yourself in West Hollywood definitely give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
