Wow what a great place its been awhile since I've been here and that's my fault lol. its not like I live that far only 20 minutes away. There's two Chilean restaurants in Miami and only one in Broward this one. I mean compared to other Latin restaurants for example Colombian , Cuban, Venezuelan , Peruvian, Mexican, Argentina and Exedra so on you have a lot more options of restaurants to choose from And I'm always such a big Fennec on authentic food. I started off with the mest empanada. So delicious and even health wise is baked very hardy ground beef onions raisins olives Egg. fair warning just an empanada can fill you up lol. I also had Pastel de Choclo. This as well as an appetizer but it is hardy it will fill you up and so flavorful. A typical Chilean summer dish. Ground corn and meat, chopped onions small pieces of chicken, pieces of hard boiled egg, olive, raisins - baked in clay or regular oven. Similar to a shepherd pie. Recommend this place highly

Review is for food - decor is okay, plastic flowers, etc but it is a small no pretentious frills type restaurant in not the fanciest neighborhood, so it was appropriate for area and price, but food and service was good. Had the king clipper and some nice wines, husband had that yummy corn/raisin/ meat dish. We had it the day after too, was so plentiful, sweet almost like desert.

I had the cheese and meat empanadas. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. I also hd the Churasco (steak) sandwich. I loved it. The wait staff was attentive and was very nice. My family is from Santiago, Chile and this is the food I've been raised on and can say that this restaurant is quite on point with keeping the culture in the food. I would definitely come back again.

Chilean food? Never had it. Thought this fresh looking, newish painted, quaint place seemed inviting. It had been recommended by our hotel concierge. The inside was a quiet, nice open space, and it was late afternoon. It did look more like a bar than a restaurant, and we were the only patrons at the time. We started with some chicken and beef empanadas. The beef was a healthy size and tasty. The chicken not so much. When my beautifully looking churrasco arrived, it looked scrumptious and was cooked to perfection. The issue was under-seasoning. This was the same for the chicken dish my wife ordered. It definitely needed some flavor, which I was able to get some pepper sauce. Both were generous portions. I think I would have given 4 stars if the meats didn't lack flavor. Our server was very sweet and prompt. I'd definitely consider giving this place another shot next time I'm in the area.

Great local family owned restaurant. Good food at a great price. Empanadas are very delicious and the steak sandwich is my usual lunch option!

I ordered takeout from here. My husband picked it up and said that the employees were very welcoming. As for the food, we ordered the fried fish with the Chilean salad, the churasco sandwich with fries, a side of mashed potatoes, and the cheese empenadas. The fish was fried and seasoned nicely. The salad could have used some seasoning. A little salt and pepper goes a long way. The steak sandwich was okay, but would have been much tastier if the steak was well seasoned. The fries could have been cooked a bit longer and the mashed potatoes were okay. The empenadas were yummy. Overall, I would say this place has potential. I would try them again, especially for the fish.

I ordered take out by calling in and putting my order in and a reasonable amount of time to wait for my order so I wasn't going to starve. I ordered the cheese empanadas and the churrasco sandwich. One order of empanadas come with 3 for $4 so pretty great price and what's even better was the empanadas themselves. I haven't had delicious ones like those since I ate some in Ecuador, where I'm from. The churrasco sandwich had erfect ly cooked steak, I'm not the biggest fan of avocado/guacamole and this sandwich gets smeared BIG TIME with it. So, if you happen to like that, then perfect..order it and you'll be 5 star satisfied with that..the decor inside is pretty nice and ample parking outside. I've passed by it many times and I'm happy I finally decided to go in and try it..if anything, I would definitely go back for empanadas there.

So... I went to this place for the sixth time this year today for the celebration of the independence of "CHILE". I arrived there at at 5:00pm for the celebration. I was told that the outside patio celebration started at 6:00pm. So I decided to start my feast inside to kill time. My wife and I ordered the empanadas de queso and beef, barro locco and two order of their churasco with a bucket of beer. All of what I ordered was on the spot delicious. So, by the time I was finished it was 6:30. I went outside to find that it was already about 1/4 full only. I went ahead and paid my $20 for me and my wife, so that we can continue our evening. We found a table that was occupied by one couple. FYI, the table sits 8 people. I asked if they mind us joining them and the said sure have a seat. So the wife and I sit down and ordered some more drinks while we waited for the band to show up. Not even one minute pass after I've order my drinks and we are approached by one of the employees telling us that the table is reserved and we needed to get up from our seats. The only table that was mark reserve was up front to the left of the stage. We where the way in the back near the entrance. I explain to her that we have been waiting since 5pm and that the table had no signs of reservations. But she insisted for us to get up. She said that people where holding seat for other people. So basically, this place chose to kick a couple of people that are already there enjoying them self, spending money with the hope that the so called other people would show up and spend there money as well. The difference is that I've been spending my money since 5pm and the so called future customer will only start to spend their money later on in the night. This is poor business ethics. This is so unprofessional in any business. Why would you pass on the money right in front of you, in hope for future money. This tent was set up as a first come first serve scenario. Because of this I will never come to this pathetic little place again. Keep in mind that I drove 57 mile from Royal Palm Beach to enjoy myself. So I'll be fare. The food is delicious, but their people skills SUCKS!!!!!!!! If they don't want my money, I rather drive the extra 20 minutes and continue to take my $$$& to PAMELAS or SABORES CHELENOS all the way south in Miami, where they know how to treat their customers and where I have been going for the past 10 years. I thought I found my favorite Chilean restaurant much closer to me. Boy was I wrong.... I wish you guys the best in your Resteraunt endeavors.....

Ok a second review and what a shame it is that I write this. I honestly feel that the food and feel of this place is not off the mark by much, that being said, the food which should be the draw to this unique restaurant isn't. I went back got actually 5 empanadas 1 beef, 1 chicken and 3 cheese, I also got the Pastel de Choclo. The empanadas are a good size however off the mark, the Pastel de Choclo was missing some basil I think. I had better empanadas at the Copec gas station in Chile off the I5. The food isn't cooked with the same love as the restaurants in Chile, or at the tita's casa etc. etc. I truly believe for this 3rd attempt of this restaurant even if by different owner's this food has to be cooked with the love of bringing Chile to Hollywood Florida and it is not. I may stop in one more time because I do still want to enjoy this place however it is in doubt that I will enjoy it! I would rather drive to Miami and enjoy a place that truly makes me feel that I am back in Chile without the flight then go four minuets down the road for disappointment again.

I tried this place out for the first time tonight and the beef empanada was real good but the chicken empanada was so/so. I got here 30 min before closing, which shouldn't be an excuse. Next time i'll try it out earlier and see. It's def worth a try. Check it out.

OK I was ready to bury this place with a bad review. But the food was very tasty. Fresh and quality. The atmosphere is lacking, but it is clean. Bad lighting. .. needs to replace the office lighting with something nicer. Good fort lunch.

I found this place by accident and honestly its amazing!! I loved all the food and drinks I tried; Pastel de choclo, empanadas of chicken and meat, ceviche, and pisco sour. The staff is very friendly and I cant wait to return and try more Chilean specialities.
