I wanted to try this place for a while since it's so close to my house, but they close so damn early I can never make it. I went there this weekend finally and it was just a sloppy disappointment. I ordered a tuna salad, but they had run out of tuna so I obviously couldn't get that...I ordered an cappuccino and a lox bagel, it cost close to $11...I waited for my lox bagel for 15 MINUTES, finally went up to the register and asked them about it. Seems that they had forgotten about it and started making just then... One bad experience is enough to keep me from visiting again.

Loved the fact I moved nearby and finally wouldn't have to drive forever for a bagel if I wanted one. Turns out I was wrong. I'll drive an hour before going here again. Been twice and each time was a failure. First visit: stand at the order counter for 10 min and the solo person behind the counter says to go to the pay counter to order. I stand there another 5 min and no one comes. Then I notice a girl walk in and someone comes out of the back and takes her order. I say "we were here before her" and the guy can merely say sorry. Figured just a bad communication situation and decided I would give another shot. Went this morning and ordered a garlic bagel and specified it not be toasted. The order taker confirmed twice that I didn't want it toasted and cut it and set it on the prep table. After waiting 10 min and seeing the guy who came in two people after me get his breakfast sandwich I finally hear my name. I grab my bagel and notice its warm. Asked the girl if it was toasted and she said yea. Nothing on the order board said to toast it because I checked it to see where I was in the order of things. Looks like I'll have to drive further to get good customer service but it'll be worth it.

    I love the lox bagel.

I have been coming here every Saturday morning for the past 4 months. Like other people have mentioned, the bagels are like round pieces of bread with a hole. Nonetheless, still delicious. I have ordered the same thing for months and can't speak for all bagels but the service here is great, the staff if friendly and have great recommendations.

I don't go often unless it's for a simple bagel with my fave sundried tomato spread. However, after a doctor visit for my pregnancy progress, I decided to grab a lunch here being so hungry already. They have a new toasted sourdough bagel sandwich deal for grilled chicken Philly or gourmet dice cheese. I went with the first choice. You get to choose your bagel spread (it's normally the plain one, but I went for the Sundried tomato spread) then they add mozzarella and provolone with grilled chicken and cooked veggies (red pepper, banana peppers, and onions). It was filling and delicious. They were out of fruits as a side so I had to get some chips instead. Oh well. I drank their blackberry lemonade. Too sweet that you'd taste the high fructose corn syrup. It already had the other sweetener, like sugar. Why did they have to add those two together in there?

I had to give it a star because I had to . I am sorry to say this is the dirtiest restaurant I've seen.and also I must add the staff and the people that work there were very rude, specially the girl taking the orders. They had some regulars , but I'm shocked they make a penny. Dirty floors , sandwiches bagels with no meat , very little and also very little food. I've eaten in other Einstein bagels and they don't ration the food like this. Wow, bathroom horrible, and the only person working was the guy on the register.i called the manager promised a refund never heard from him. I called corporate to complain , they just took the information. The owner of this restaurant is an embarrassment to the restaurant community. Horribblleeeeee the worst.people touching food with their hands . And the chicken salad gave me stomach virus , it was watery I told them they said it was like that. My fault for eating it but how does a restaurant get away with cutting cost, and serving slop.

Had a problem one time that I went there. I spoke to the manager, and he was nothing but pleasant and helpful. I will support this store. They are fantastic! Thank you!

I am not a huge fan of their bagels. They're not really bagels - they are round bread with holes in them. I DO like their challah rolls and I love the Spicy Elmo sandwich!

not a bad place to get your morning started.there quite convenient within walking distance of me. there bagels are quite expensive and not as good as offerdahl's. but i still go there..

I agree with Mark, who posted below. They're not really bagels. "Rolls with holes" is what I like to call them. They're not necessarily bad, just not really what I would think of as bagels. The whole experience is a little too cookie-cutter, big chain for me. Having said that, I do find myself going there from time to time, so I guess it isn't all bad. They offer a lot of variety, the muffins are good, the people who work there are always very friendly and it appears to be clean. If you're hungry and you're near an Einstein Bros., stop in. If you're hungry and craving a real-deal bagel, find someplace else.

I dont know why I keep doing this to myself but I keep trying this place thinking maybe one day they will get their act together. They are always out of bagels and you have to take whats there if your hungry., the staff is always rude also and they always throw their hands up ion the air and tell me that they are short handed. to top things off the bagels were stale. Never again, I really learned my lesson this time...

My first time at this location and well... First off I ordered the Nova Lox Bagel with the cream cheese on the side. Come to find out when I opened up my box to spread the cream cheese, I saw lots of holes in my bagel. But overall not a bad place.

The "Starbucks" of the bagels. Not a bad bagel and coffee combo. I have had a better bagel. The coffee isn't to bad either. This place is what it is. Don't come when their busy they can't handle the volume.

Terribly slow. Seems like there is constant turnover of staff but it never gets better. I'd say maybe 2 or 3 out of 10 times they actually get my order right. Unfortunately, it's the closest to work so it's a necessary evil.

They're pretty tasty bagels with lox, cream cheese, capers, onions and tomato. ..yum!!!

Rude horrible service. If you let them toast your bagel or if you get a breakfast sandwich, there's a good chance they will burn it, wrap it up, and you won't know until you get home. I only come here now to buy their blueberry cream cheese. The workers are clueless, management is poor, and it's been this way for years at this location.

Bagels are good, but the staff is incompetent. Store needs to be cleaned. Disappointing. I used to love it.

There are only three good things to say about this Einstein's. 1. Open very early 2. Delicious bagels + coffee 3. Great location (on my way to work!) Negative? Lets start.. Whoever goes in at 7:30am and has on professional attire isn't there to linger or to have a pleasant conversation (especially M-F), most of the time they want to get their morning coffee/bagel and get to work ON TIME. So why is it that when I walked in here on Tuesday at 7:20 Am, there was a HUGE line and the girl taking the orders took it upon herself to have a conversation with every single person in the line as she took their order? Don't you see theres a huge line and people are trying to be in an out!?!?! I totally understand the aspect of customer service, and being an all around nice to whoever you are helping in the line... But when you see 5-7 people in line, all with different orders, wouldn't the smart thing to do is greet them, take their order, and move on to the next person? A visit that should have taken me 5 minutes... Took me 15 MINUTES. Not only was I mad at the lack of common sense this cashier displayed, but due to the unorganization of the staff, my order got messed up.. How do you mess up a toasted asiago bagel and a cookie crumble latte? Oh, and did I mention I was late to work? Never coming back to this place on my way to work, whatever the time may be... If you're in a hurry, by all means avoid coming here.

Nothing much has changed. The hot drinks are wayy better than the frozen drinks. The bagel thin eggwhite with turkey sausage sandwich is delicious. Most of their sandwiches are really good. A little in the expensive side but they are always mailing coupons so we take advantage.

Come with patience. The line is out of the door. Long lines and bad customer service. I asked the cashier if the iced coffee was sweetened and she said yes only to find out that it's hot and unsweetened. Took a few weird stares and whispering before someone refunded my money. Good for breakfast/ lunch entrees. But not coffee apparently.

So I just moved near this place and I've been there on three occasions. Let me start by saying something positive. the staff is very friendly and I only had to wait for about 10 mins for my bagel once, but unfortunately, 2 of the 3 times ive visited they got my order wrong! It sucks to have to check everything thoroughly before you leave an establishment. Good thing I live close and don't mind driving back up there. I would go back every once in a while because its close, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place.

Three stars because the food is pretty good. I like the "light" options, like the pesto chicken bagel thin sandwich. The issue is that you have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right. In recent memory, they gave me the wrong flavor cream cheese, their cooked salmon sandwich instead of the nova/salmon breakfast and someone else's order. I recommend you talk slowly when placing your order and that you check your order when they give it to you.

Service is great, food is good, but PLEASE clean this place. There is dust and dirt all over the service counter. Disgusting!!!!
