This place is fantastic...I have been eating here for the past 10 years, the waiters are friendly and attentive, The food is delicious!!! Every time I go I have a great time.!! Def. go and try it... FYI: Do not go to the other location in Hollywood is horrible and the service is bad..

I was charged for an item that I did not order. Waitress was extremely rude and refused to remove the item. I asked her to call the manager but she mentioned that it would not make a difference. Needless to say, I will not be coming back or recommending this place.

I'm very dissapointed at this Restaurant, we ordered take out last night and it was HORRIBLE. the countainers leaking all over the bags, the cuban food was really, really bad, 3 meals in the garbage and they refused to refund our money. Was just a waist of money, could not even take a second bite.. The Ceviche de Pescado was awful, the beans hard, rice uncooked, meat dry, and the Shirmp was just AHHH!. We are a family that eats out...Never going back. I belive that if you cannot take a second bite of your meal you should be given a refund, i would of given them a second chance but doing that they lost a customer....

I'm very dissapointed at this Restaurant as it used to be a great Place for its food. Was my favorite peruvian rest. The Ceviche de Pescado was awful, the cau cau had too much potatoes and lacked flavor. The Service was ok. I would not come back again when Iam in town.

As a lover of Peruvian food, I have been to this restaurant approximately 4 times. I always do my best to give a place a fighting chance, sadly, this one just kept getting worse. I've had the Arroz Chaufa, which lacked authenticity, but most importantly, tasted OLD.... This is a MAJOR, Major NO-NO in my book of good food. I've also ordered the sauteed beef dish, which was eh... Not bad, not good. Definitely; NOT FRESH! I've ordered the grilled chicken with rice and beans, this was ok as well. Nothing to speak of in either way. In my final visit, ordering ceviche, with particular type of fish, it ended up being another type of fish with an unpleasant texture, smell and taste. Shared with waitress, who tells manager who proceeds to tell me that if I didn't like it, I didn't ever have to go back. I was in utter disbelief (and still am to be honest) I paid for the meal in full, out of respect. And as suggested by the manager; have never been back since. The unfortunate lack of customer service aside, the food is simply sub-par, not fresh, the ambience is dismal, the place is in URGENT need of an INDUSTRIAL Kitchen Steam Cleaning.... It's just an all around sad restaurant.

I have eaten here several times. The food is ok. I would go there very often. However depending on what time you go, you may get very RUDE waitresses. Last night I stop by. I was the only customer there. When I asked for salsa. The waitress started literally arguing with me saying she did not now what "salsa" is. A Latin restaurant that doesn't know what "salsa" is?? whatever. She was RUDE. I got up and left to go eat somewhere else. Good luck with the customer service when you go there. It maybe great or you may get the waitress with the terrible attitude.

I am not sure how we ended up here or how we found the night of live karaoke (all of which was in Spanish), this place is in a random strip mall where I am pretty sure you could find guns or a small baby rhino being sold out back. The food however was pretty good, the service was spot on, but the bathroom look like a scene out of Hostel IIII bathroom revenge. If the nature calls, the Hard Rock is down the street you just have to drive up 78 floors. (see facetious Hard Rock review)

This a great Peruvian/Cuban spot just one block over from Hollywood Blvd in downtown Hollywood. The food was good, but I had chicken, rice and beans which tends to be good most places. From the consistent inflow of patrons coming in for take out, I assume that the other things on the vast menu were good as well. The absolute best part about this place was the price. I got a half chicken with rice and beans for $6. For the quality of food your getting, the prices CANNOT be beaten. I will be going back!

I was disappointed in this place last night because I have eaten at the Cabo Blanco on Cypress Creek Rd. in Ft Lauderdale and it's really good. Everything we had at this one was sub-par. Must be the chef. We had chorros a la chalaca (mussels) and the salsa on top (onions, cilantro, tomatoes) looked like it was from the morning. Also, the peruvian corn was kind of hard and rubbery. My arroz chaufa was bland and not anywhere close to as delicious as the fried rice I've had at the other Cabo Blanco. My lady's steak was OK, but the beans that came with her rice she said were terrible. Service was OK and they had a guitar player singing some songs, but with the food this mediocre, I think I will stick with the Cabo Blanco in Ft Lauderdale and avoid this location.

I came here for the lunch specials. Though the chicken's a little small, but for the price you can't beat it. It's in downtown Hollywood which is conveniently located from all the major landmarks.

I went to this restaurant in February 2012 when I was visiting Florida. This was my first time trying Peruvian food. It was pretty good. We ordered the Pescado al Ajillo which was very garlicky and came with a heavy thick yellow sauce. We had the half chicken (using the Yelp online coupon) and the Ropa Vieja (which was probably my favourite). One of these mains came with chicken soup but it was too oily for my taste. The service was friendly and I liked the background music. If I was in the area again, I would probably go back to order to Ropa Vieja and maybe to try something new.
