I've lived in the general Cooper City/Davie a long time and have tried pretty much every chinese restaurant in the area. Asia 1 is by far the freshest, most delicious chinese food i have had in a long time. When ordering take out, they are super friendly, very fast and are very nice when you pick up the food as well. I've started ordering there about a month ago and have ordered several times already. Always consistent. I highly recommend!

Delivery was fast, only took about twenty minutes when they told us 40, so of course I was happy about that. The general tso's was awesome, not too spicy, but I LOVE spicy so I might be biased. The girl got the Bourbon chicken, again, not too spicy. Portions are great, and the dinners come with a side. I'll be ordering from here again I'm sure.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Gross with a capital G. They have that weird chewy chicken and even their egg rolls are inedible. I was incredibly disappointed. Delivery is faster than most but that is probably because they are slow from lack of repeat business.

Great food and friendly service. This family run restaurant is a real gem. Clean friendly and delicious. I love this place.

Literally every Chinese restaurant in the area is better. Don't get me wrong, it's not inedible, but.. honestly go anywhere else. The one redeeming quality this place has is a smart delivery driver who was probably the second ever delivery driver that didn't need to call me to find my apartment.

I ordered delivery of 1 egg roll, 1 shrimp tempura, 1 moo shu pork. Delivery was fast but the food sucks. The egg roll wrapper was very hard as though it had been cooked twice. The shrimp tempura had a breaded coating rather than the traditional tempura. The moo shu pork had a burnt taste. Most of the food was just fed to the garbage can. Never again!

We have ordered from Asia 1 for about a year, the food is always fresh and hot. Pick up is quick. Delivery is usually pretty timely too. Last time my husband called he couldn't remember what entree I ordered and the girl was able to pull up our order history via our phone number. Nice save! He would have been in trouble if he ordered me the wrong dinner! Lol They even make special requests, like pork fried rice without the onions. The crab ragoons are super yummy triangles, nice and sweet, crispy outside. General Taos is a winner too. All other Chinese restaurants in the area take too long for food to be ready. Also check the health inspection reports of those other places.... Dirty. But not Asia 1.

I don't generally order from random places...if you know what I mean..but I was pleasantly impressed. The delivery time said 40 mins to 1 hour but I swear the food arrived quicker than that which was great because I was starving. The driver was very friendly. The food was great. It was hot and fresh. Now I'm a fan of NY Chinese food & nothing I have found in Florida compares to that but for Florida restaurant it was very very good. I use to frequent another place nearby, China Pavilion, but last couple of times the rice was so stale & the food didn't settle well with us. We stopped eating Chinese food for months. I had a craving today & I think I've found a new place. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was well...you know....NY.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
