I went to this place this morning with coworkers to get breakfast and took them FOREVER to make 3 sandwiches. The girls took forever just to open some eggs and then they baked them in the microwave!! While one girl was slowly making the eggs the other one was just staring at it. Not happy at all, specially when you are in business hours. Food was OK, I did not try the smoothies tho! I have been coming here since it opened. Actually, my entire family has. We are all big fans! My personal favorite is the strawberry banana - beware, it's super sweet... I ask for no sugar or sweetener and it still sweet. Love it! My mom is addicted to their PB and J. Their prices are fair, the service is fast and I love their frequent buyer program :) I can't say much about their food as I have had it only a couple of times throughout the years.. but their smoothies are the best ever, MUCH better than Smoothie King.

I've been coming here for over 10 yrs & am a major fan. The frequent visitor cards are great, the ingredients are all fresh, & their service is quick. The wraps are huge and very nutritious (although you should watch your portions). As far as smoothies go, I am a strawberry colada lover. The smoothie is so big it is easily a meal replacement. The coconut, banana, strawberry blend is DELISH. They have lots of add-ins & supplements that I have never tried, as well.

This place isn't the most updated place in town but the 1 smoothie I've had here is very good (Strawberry banana). I just wouldn't say it's the healthiest one though because the strawberries that i see them put into the blender look like they are mixed with a strawberry syrup which probably also means the strawberries aren't fresh. One thing i do wish is that they had smaller sizes because the regular size can really fill you up and that's not what I'm looking for when I just want a snack. Which keeps me from coming to this place at times. They have a stamp card which can get you a free smoothie for free after buying several ones. I've never tried the food but I do hear it's very good.

I stopped here during a bike ride and right before the gym. Looking for something that would replenish some energy before riding to the gym. I asked the guy at the counter which smoothie was their most popular one and he replied with the #3. This smoothie had pineapple, strawberry, banana, papaya, blueberry and a good amount of protein. When i tried it, I really didn't taste everything that it mentioned was included but it was good. The smoothie tasted fresh and healthy unlike the ones at smoothie king. They did also have some healthy food selections but I did not try any. I will say that the smoothie I had was a bit overpriced since i paid almost $8 for a 20oz, which i believe is regular size. I will probably give it another shot and even try one of their food selections.

So perfect! I actually happened to walk in when the owner was working and he was so pleasant. The staff was young polite teens and the place itself was kept so professionally and neatly. I'm a big fan of this place - forget Robeks and Jamba Juice! I used to come here religiously after my Saturday workouts and sporadically throughout the week about two years ago. Then I got preggy and smoothies grossed me out, so I stopped coming. Now I'm finally back and this place is still great! Not only do they have smoothies, but they offer wraps and other "healthy" foods. I usually skip all that and go straight for the Strawberry Colada - coconut, bananas, and strawberries! So friggin' good! My particular pick costs a little over $6 after tax, but they give you a really good serving (looks like a 16oz. cup) unlike a lot of these other places that charge you an arm and a leg for an 8oz. drink. They also have meal replacement smoothies and you can add supplements to your drink for like 99 cents. Come here! You'll love it!

The staff are not usually as knowledgeable, but they are always friendly and apologetic when they cannot answer a question. I've only ordered delivery once to our office, which took over an hour and the wraps arrived soggy, so I wouldn't recommend using them as a delivery option. Price is on par with other smoothie places, about $6-8 per drink. I would love it if they could get some greens (spinach/kale) to put in their smoothies, which is the reason I still make the long drive to Robeks to get my smoothies during lunch.

I love smoothies, but it's hard to find a place that has a good, customizable variety and other healthy snacks. In the Miami Lakes area, Supreme Smoothie is your best bet. The Miami Lakes store is located in the shopping center off of 826 and NW 154th Street where the KFC and Bank of America are. Supreme Smoothie is all about custom drinks and even sandwiches. The shop itself is small but it's clean, and that's what matters to me. You'll surely find the local business crowd stopping in around lunch time. There are even 2 or 3 tables to have a seat if you don't want to eat on the run. Their smoothie menu includes over 20 combinations. They have a variety of supplements like protein powder, spirulina and even royal jelly to give your drink an extra boost. You can ask for your smoothie without turbinado sugar as well to cut down on calories and keep the health benefits. For the juice fans, Supreme Smoothie also offers fresh carrot, orange, apple, and grapefruit juices to which you can add garlic, lemon, parsley, etc. Yes, they also have wheatgrass shots. If you need an extra snack, the shop has packaged organic cake slices, a variety of pita chips and meal replacement bars, as well as a sandwich/salad bar if that's what you fancy. I haven't had any of their breakfast options, but their tuna wrap isn't bad, and of course, you can choose the bread or wrap you like. The owner, a former body-builder and personal trainer, is very courteous. You can check out some of his pictures on the wall. Supreme Smoothie also has a punchcard- your 11th smoothie is free. The drinks usually run at 3-4$ for the regular size, and supplements increase the price, but if you don't mind paying that or more at Starbucks, then why mind it here? The drinks are very refreshing, especially in our hellish summers. I recommend you check out the website, supremesmoothie.com , to have an idea of what you want to order beforehand. Otherwise, you may need a few minutes before you order!

I simply have never been able to get enough of this place. Ever since I was a kid, I've been coming here for the Berry delicious with Peaches and a chicken Caesar wrap. The service is impeccable and the quality of the food is superb. Plus they have all the supplements that you could ask for. Mix that baby in with a smoothie and you got yourself a tasty treat! The owner here is so nice he's always present to make sure everything is running smooth. Sometimes I drive to Miami lakes just for this place. Plus if you get their rewards card, every so often you'll get a free this and that. Parking is definitely not a problem because there's plenty of spots. So come on in and enjoy a wrap on one of their many flavors offered. I love this place and I'll be back again and again!

They also have meal replacement smoothies and you can add supplements to your drink for like 99 cents. Come here! You'll love it!

I appreciate that they use fresh ingredients instead of mixes like many of the big chains. The owner has always been helpful when asking about ingredients and how things are made. The staff are not usually as knowledgeable, but they are always friendly and apologetic when they cannot answer a question. I've only ordered delivery once to our office, which took over an hour and the wraps arrived soggy, so I wouldn't recommend using them as a delivery option. Price is on par with other smoothie places, about $6-8 per drink. I would love it if they could get some greens (spinach/kale) to put in their smoothies, which is the reason I still make the long drive to Robeks to get my smoothies during lunch.

I love smoothies, but it's hard to find a place that has a good, customizable variety and other healthy snacks. In the Miami Lakes area, Supreme Smoothie is your best bet. The Miami Lakes store is located in the shopping center off of 826 and NW 154th Street where the KFC and Bank of America are. Supreme Smoothie is all about custom drinks and even sandwiches. The shop itself is small but it's clean, and that's what matters to me. You'll surely find the local business crowd stopping in around lunch time. There are even 2 or 3 tables to have a seat if you don't want to eat on the run. Their smoothie menu includes over 20 combinations. They have a variety of supplements like protein powder, spirulina and even royal jelly to give your drink an extra boost. You can ask for your smoothie without turbinado sugar as well to cut down on calories and keep the health benefits. For the juice fans, Supreme Smoothie also offers fresh carrot, orange, apple, and grapefruit juices to which you can add garlic, lemon, parsley, etc. Yes, they also have wheatgrass shots. If you need an extra snack, the shop has packaged organic cake slices, a variety of pita chips and meal replacement bars, as well as a sandwich/salad bar if that's what you fancy. I haven't had any of their breakfast options, but their tuna wrap isn't bad, and of course, you can choose the bread or wrap you like. The owner, a former body-builder and personal trainer, is very courteous. You can check out some of his pictures on the wall. Supreme Smoothie also has a punchcard- your 11th smoothie is free. The drinks usually run at 3-4$ for the regular size, and supplements increase the price, but if you don't mind paying that or more at Starbucks, then why mind it here? The drinks are very refreshing, especially in our hellish summers. I recommend you check out the website, supremesmoothie.com , to have an idea of what you want to order beforehand. Otherwise, you may need a few minutes before you order!

I simply have never been able to get enough of this place. Ever since I was a kid, I've been coming here for the Berry delicious with Peaches and a chicken Caesar wrap. The service is impeccable and the quality of the food is superb. Plus they have all the supplements that you could ask for. Mix that baby in with a smoothie and you got yourself a tasty treat! The owner here is so nice he's always present to make sure everything is running smooth. Sometimes I drive to Miami lakes just for this place. Plus if you get their rewards card, every so often you'll get a free this and that. Parking is definitely not a problem because there's plenty of spots. So come on in and enjoy a wrap on one of their many flavors offered. I love this place and I'll be back again and again!

This place isn't the most updated place in town but the 1 smoothie I've had here is very good (Strawberry banana). I just wouldn't say it's the healthiest one though because the strawberries that i see them put into the blender look like they are mixed with a strawberry syrup which probably also means the strawberries aren't fresh. One thing i do wish is that they had smaller sizes because the regular size can really fill you up and that's not what I'm looking for when I just want a snack. Which keeps me from coming to this place at times. They have a stamp card which can get you a free smoothie for free after buying several ones. I've never tried the food but I do hear it's very good.

I stopped here during a bike ride and right before the gym. Looking for something that would replenish some energy before riding to the gym. I asked the guy at the counter which smoothie was their most popular one and he replied with the #3. This smoothie had pineapple, strawberry, banana, papaya, blueberry and a good amount of protein. When i tried it, I really didn't taste everything that it mentioned was included but it was good. The smoothie tasted fresh and healthy unlike the ones at smoothie king. They did also have some healthy food selections but I did not try any. I will say that the smoothie I had was a bit overpriced since i paid almost $8 for a 20oz, which i believe is regular size. I will probably give it another shot and even try one of their food selections.

So perfect! I actually happened to walk in when the owner was working and he was so pleasant. The staff was young polite teens and the place itself was kept so professionally and neatly. I went to this place this morning with coworkers to get breakfast and took them FOREVER to make 3 sandwiches. The girls took forever just to open some eggs and then they baked them in the microwave!! While one girl was slowly making the eggs the other one was just staring at it. Not happy at all, specially when you are in business hours. Food was OK, I did not try the smoothies tho! If you are on a hurry just call ahead.

I have been coming here since it opened. Actually, my entire family has. We are all big fans! My personal favorite is the strawberry banana - beware, it's super sweet... I ask for no sugar or sweetener and it still sweet. Love it! My mom is addicted to their PB and J. I've been coming here for over 10 yrs & am a major fan. The frequent visitor cards are great, the ingredients are all fresh, & their service is quick. The wraps are huge and very nutritious (although you should watch your portions). As far as smoothies go, I am a strawberry colada lover. The smoothie is so big it is easily a meal replacement. The coconut, banana, strawberry blend is DELISH. They have lots of add-ins & supplements that I have never tried, as well.
