The new guy is slow and told my sister she was speaking too fast.. She had to repeat herself 4 times. Then he asked her to repeat herself slowly so she enunciated, then he understood. Perhaps it's the fan from the a/c it's constantly on. It sucks feeling like you have to yell to be heard. He's not friendly like all the others I've came across but I'm obsessed with frappucinos.

Overall: This Starbucks (like most) has incredible service and is a nice place to relax and escape for a bit. The Experience: Not much to say here, it's Starbucks! The experience is really good, and the friendly staff adds to this by being very attentive and helpful.

This Starbucks is by far the most efficient Starbucks that I have been to. I know that seems impossible because this location is in Hialeah, but the baristas here really do know how to get you in and out. I come here at least 5 times per month because it is en route to my office. Both the drive-thru and the store line move quickly. I don't think I have ever waited in the drive-thru line for more than 8 minutes with 5-6 cars in line ahead of me. They always get my order right and their original oatmeal is never watered down (yay!) I'm not one to go to Starbucks and hang out; I just want my morning tea and oatmeal and this location gets me in and out at an impressive speed. 5-stars for efficiency... a rarity at most Starbucks locations.

Every time that I have given this Starbucks the benefit of doubt, that maybe today will be the day that they can get my order right it never happens. But unfortunately that is the only Starbucks in the area unless I want to go to target which is 15 minutes away. There used to be another Starbucks on 49th St. but they ended up closing down and putting a Krispy Kreme there. So my only option is going to target, and get a coffee from there hopefully they get their act together and they're able to start pleasing the customers.

One of the better Starbucks in the area, well since the Starbucks on W 16th Ave closed its just about the only location in the area. I like this location due to the fact it has a drive thru. When I am on the go and in need of a coffee fix, there is nothing better than a Starbucks that has a drive thru. The line can get big, but the staff knocks it out quick. The inside of the store is also very spacious. Perfect for study groups or a work meeting. There is also outdoor seating as well. The barista's are friendly and always help you create new and interesting drinks. They also have spunk and make you smile or bring a laugh to your face. If your in the area and want a hot or cold drink swing by.

Last night was my first craving for a pumpkin flavored latte of 2013; so, I went. No complaints here neither. Employees have always been nice and as efficient as possible even when busy. For a regular latte, I prefer going to one of a myriad of Cuban/Hispanic restaurants in the area instead where for a large you should pay no more than two Dollars. Also, at any Starbuck's, whole milk is available upon request only. There is a difference in the taste. PLEASE NOTE: As of this review, west 49th street is under construction making it a challenge at times to enter and exit this section of Palm Springs Mile, drive safely and use caution.

I actually enjoy coming to this Starbucks. It has everything a typical Starbucks would have with the added bonus of a drive-thru. But the real reason why it's to enjoyable is the excellent service. I honestly have not experienced such service in any other Starbucks location. If you pull up at the drive-thru at night you are bound to get an animated greeting from William. He is so great and is so welcoming, that it makes it a pleasure just to drive there. The rest of the staff is great as well with a smile on their face and always very helpful.

I am a coffee drinker and I only come to this Starbucks because it's the closest to me when I am at work or on my way home from work. However this Starbucks could shut down their Drive Thru for all I care. The service is horrible lately. By lately I know 2-3 months. The wait is extremely long and my order has been ruined a couple of times. My coffee has been so horrible occasions that I have not even drank the coffee I rather throw it away. I really appreciated this location before, but I am currently disappointed.

Had a great experience at the drive through, with the sweetest young man. (He must be new, the Hialeah consumers haven't tainted him yet). He is the best barista I have ever encountered. Wish I knew his name. He was working the window at 2:20 pm July 16. The closing staff rubbed me the wrong way a while ago. They made me feel so unwelcomed the last hour of business. I started going to another Starbucks. Maybe things have changed and I'll give it another try. Thanks dude for making me like this Starbucks again.

This location has a very good location for people watching or to just sit down and read a book. One of my favorite spots especially on a Saturday afternoon!

Almost corner location gives you a nice view of the 49th street flocking birds in the fall. The service here is fantastic even for a Starbucks. I have no idea why there's a Starbucks, 6 blocks from another Starbucks though. No drive-thru. For a Keto friendly coffee go with sugar free vanilla and add heavy cream.

This is the best Starbucks in the universe. Sure, it's in Hialeah, next to 49th street, and you never really make it there, unless you're visiting your parents, but forget about that for a second. Julio the manager makes the best chai lattes, ever! The staff is always friendly, attentive, funny, and ready with suggestions on how to spike your traditional drink to make it extra-delish. Their drive-thru is efficient, and you always get what you ordered, without mistakes, and with a smile. Also, bonus points for staying open late and providing a place for socializing with your Hialeah friends. :)

Just what the Doctor ordered A Starbucks in Hialeah. When this place first opened I along with the rest of Miami thought really come on now but hey it works. I feel I can't give To much away but there is a pretty cute guy that works here. Free Madelaine's anyone ? The prices here are pretty much the same as else where. Though this location looks big it's a little cramped inside with only about small tables an a few chairs scattered Round outside however there is plenty of sitting. The staff is friendly and open to any questions one may have and seem to have a great moral amongst them. Be warned though since this place is open as late as 12:30 weekend nights ; it seems to turn into Club Starbucks People even bring out dominoe tables and all.

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Miami. They're quick, friendly & most importantly, the drinks are made the RIGHT way. Plus, there's a drive-thru... everyone's best friend. The only flaw: I wish there was more seating since this place tends to get busier every evening. Sometimes, you're almost forced to leave because there's nowhere to sit.
