    Amazing! They always make great drinks. And if you are not satisfied with your drink they exchange it for something else without hesitation. The employees also have really good memory. They always remember what I normally order. I am a Starbucks fanatic and I go almost every day.

    Biggest problem with this Starbucks is that their service indoor and drive thru is very slow. They take a very long time to take your order and to give it to you. The place itself and bathrooms are well maintained. I'm kind of over the whole Starbucks but since it's close to home I usually come here to get a pike roast or a doppio.

    They never have any of the Holiday food items. Whats the point of advertising new menu options, if I can't order them? Their drive-thru is really slow, and never apologize for mistakes in your order. I always repeat "no whip" when ordering and yet always receive my drink with whip cream! Starbucks is always great, but when mixed with horrible service leads me to rate them a 1.

    So I go to starbucks everyday for my coffee and thought i would write a review. This location is very clean and cozy. As for the coffee, sometimes its great and other times not so much. They get my coffee wrong way to often. I think the annoying part is when they ask if I want wip cream and I say yes but they don't put any. They also always seem the be out of products like for example caramel. Most of the staff is nice with the exception of one kid, he doesn't seem to be very happy to be there. The drive thru usually takes pretty long depending on the time. I would say my favorite thing about this starbucks is the cozyness of it.

    I always love Starbucks but the service at this location is very inconsistent. It always seems like there's at least 3 or 4 baristas hanging around yet it takes 10 minutes to get my drink.

    They accidentally got my order wrong at this Starbucks location. When I brought it to their attention, they were nice enough to fix my drink and upgrade my drink to a larger size. thumbs up for this Starbucks!

    Horrible service!!!! Do not order a frap from here. They are always watery! I've had to get my drinks remade on multiple occasions sometimes twice because it was so bad!!

    I treated myself to a pumpkin spiced frap for my birthday and they made it perfectly! So smooth :) I hate when they're filled with ice chunks! Very friendly cashier too

    I was greeted upon arrival by a nice young lady. It took about 3 minutes for a young man (who was working the drive they as well as the front) to address my order, and it took another 3 minutes to make it, as there was only one person making the drinks (the same young lady that greeted me). The drink was on point, nevertheless. All in all, I waited around 7-8 minutes for my order to be processed and be ready. A little longer than what it should have taken, but I was in no rush... this time.

    This Starbucks is great! They have great customer service and make sure that your drink is always right. However, today (8/26/14) for some reason they were extra slow, and got my order wrong even though they were adequately staffed about 5 people behind the counter from what I could see (I was in the drive thru). My drinks here are usually really good with the right sugar etc. but today it was so bad I threw it away. I asked for decaf more than once and made sure it was decaf and when I tried it it tasted like it had 2 shots of expresso and absolutely no sugar. I don't know what was going on today, it must be an off day.

    I have been to this Starbucks a few times over the last couple of years. I have only used their drive thru and service has been good. Nice and attentive staff. There are two reasons why I don't give this a higher rating, however. One is because I have never been inside the actual store. Second is because their parking lot area is always disgusting (see pictures I have added). If this Starbucks can't keep their visible areas clean and presentable, I don't even want to imagine what their "kitchen" and behind the scenes areas are like. Get your act together, Hialeah Starbucks. You have always been a company that strives in saving and protecting the environment and living sustainably. Put your money where your mouth is. Keep your parking lot clean. Let's protect our planet!And also, dear customers who visit this establishment, use trash containers to dispose of trash!

    I cannot stand this Starbucks. It's the only one near my girlfriends house so I cringe every time I think about going here. The drive thru is horribly slow. The last two times I went it took them 15 minutes to make my drink. I only ordered a peppermint mocha! They never give me my reciept. I thought maybe just the drive thru was slow so the last time I went I actually got down. At this point I realized why the service was so terrible. I was the only person in line yet the barista was talking to his friends on the side of the counter. When I called for his attention he told me to wait and continued talking and laughing with his friends. Then someone he knew came in and he immediately took them to the side and sold them some verrismo coffee pods. After that he finally took my order. The other times I came if I order more than one beverage I know they'll get something wrong. Over all, I'd rather make my coffee at home than spend $6 on a watery coffee drink that takes 20 minutes to make.

    Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been waiting for a total of 45 mins and counting for my salted caramel frapp. The wait in the drive through is completely out of control. By the time I finally made it to the window, no one was at the window. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, this nice young frazzled man greeted me with my completely melted frapp. Then the register did not want to accept my payment via iPhone Starbucks app. He began multitasking which was not working out in his favor. While attempting to ring me up and the inside clients at the same time delayed the entire process by an additional 5 to 10 mins. The manage swung by to check the register and then disappeared with only 2 staffers working the entire store. I offered to wait on the curb while they remade my frapp and he could continue with the rest of the patiently waiting clients. I waited an additional 15 mins and decided to get out of my car and walk in. Half way to the door he ran out and apologized again for the wait and handed me another melted frapp. This entire transaction took a little over an hour!!! I was not a lout to wait again for a decent drink.

    Where do I start. Normally this is my go to Starbucks since all the other ones are too far, but Im starting to think the extra distance is gonna be worth it. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Starbucks and everything they sell and sometimes this one actually gets my drink right but most of the time its just either watery or tastes like anything BUT coffee (plain chocolate milk -- I often order the Java Chip Frapp never the Double Chocolate Frapp). Also they have their days when they "ran out of sausage" or "ran out of java chips" or even "ran out of whip cream"... WHIP CREAM!!! What kind of Starbucks COFFEE runs out of WHIP CREAM. Even at home when I sometimes make my own coffee I always make sure to have... WHIP CREAM! By the way if you like extra whip cream make sure to emphasize on the extra otherwise its like you didn't even say it. Every single time I ask for extra whip cream I ALWAYS have to return it because "surprisingly" they forget. OHHHHH the customer service: Be lucky to catch them on a good day because most of the time they have this ATTITUDE!!! My gooooood... PS I always love this one nice lady at the very morning right when they open I don't know her name but she knows the true definition of a Starbucks COFFEE.

    It's a Starbucks. They are so generic, but as long as I get my fix I'm ok... Problem is I think I need to up the ante, because my high isnt getting the kick is used to. Literally, I think EBar at Nordstrom is now the best coffee in town.

    I have to say I'm not a big fan only because I hate paying $4-$5 for a cup of coffee. However, this location is very convenient since it's right by I-75 and has a drive thru which i love if you need a quick pick me upper. Staff is great and very efficient. Drive thru attendant was very sweet and quick

    I was going to only give one star, but decided to give two because the coffee was made perfectly. I'll start my review by saying that the customer service in this starbucks at 10:30 Am on a Saturday SUCKS! my hubby and I wanted to share a turkey havarti sandwich for breakfast. When I grabbed the only turkey sandwich that was in the cold display I turned it over to check the sell by date and noticed it was TODAY! I asked the young guy behind the register if he could give me a fresher one, he replied with that one is fresh and questioned me on the sell by date, I said today, he said its fresh. I went in to explain that I've bought other turkey sandwiches that the lettuce is wilted and brown and that why I wanted a fresher one. He insisted that one was fine and that they can't throw it out will the evening because of the date. So my hubby and I went ahead and bought the sandwich. Once we opened the sandwich the lettuce much to our "surprise" was WILTED! and brown. We went back to the young man behind the register and showed him what I was talking about the whole time and he was hesitant but said I need to talk to my manager and left to the back, while we waited we were approached by a really nice curly haired young man and asked if our drinks were ok, I said yes they're perfect it's the sandwich and we showed him what was going in with the lettuce. Finally after the manager slammed something in the back he came to the register with an attitude holding the new turkey sandwich hostage behind his back and started to interrogate us!! Yes interrogate I said, because I felt I was under investigation for bad lettuce. Anyway, he showed us the new sandwich and then asked so you want a new one we said yes, then he said but unthought you didn't like the sandwich we said we love the sandwich, but this lettuce is bad and showed him the (paper tissue) looking brown lettuce and then he threw the new sandwich on the counter and walked away!! Incredible. My hubby and I and my best friend and I, will never be back here again. We will gladly go to the starbucks in Miami Lakes!

    I love starbucks. In my opinion the best drinks are the vanilla bean frappé and ask them to add chocolate chips with the chocolate drizzle on top...yes I know it sounds delicious :). The next drink I'd recommend is a white chocolate mocca. I'm yelling at this starbucks bc it's close to my house And it has a drive thru!!!
