This is for the condo 312 rented via pelican executive suites. Many issues with the rental agency. Firstly when I called to make the reservation the person on the phone barely understood english and made me repeat everything 5 times before she was able to continue to the next part of the conversation, made a 10 minute phone call into a 45 minute plus phone call and at the end she couldn't confirm my information was taken down properly or not but had somehow charged my card since I received an email during the call that my card had been charged by their company. She told me she would email me and call me back with more information within 15 minutes. I waited an hour then called them back the same person made me repeat what I was asking for multiple times then I finally received an email with just an invoice. No information about the room, address, or any type of identifying information. The rate quoted on this site is signicantly lower than the rate they charged me and they charged me for an extra day that I expressly did not ask for multiple times. When I tried to get the rates/date changed to what is advertised I was transfered around multiple times to different representatives and they all kept telling me they would call me back and send me an email regarding the wrong amount being charged. On the day I made it to Miami I called again to get the date/rate fixed and refund the overage. Again I was given the run around. I was finally able to get the condo address and code to get inside but was unable to get resoluton to the refund issue at that point. The condo itself was fairly nice funiture was okay kitchen was nice and the bathroom was okay. The common room couches had cushions that were falling apart with white fleks of dust that would get all over your dark clothing. But otherwise it seemed okay. After the first night we stayed there my girlfriend and I noticed with had some small red bumps on our legs in the morning which seemed odd but we ignored it the first day and proceeded to go about our day. The second morning we noticed the red bumps and become more prominent and there we a lot more of them on both of us. At this point we decided we'd had enough. The bed had bedbugs the management company had horrible service and I still hadn't received my partial refund for the rate/date issue. In summary do not stay here, you'll be over charged, underserviced, and you will put yourself and your significant others health at risk.
