This is not a review of the food. For lunch on a Friday afternoon, it was fine. But nobody goes to Hooters for the food. If you do, you're missing the point. The name of the place is 'Hooters', not 'Michelin rated burgers and chicken'. Given this as judging criteria, this Hooters is OUTSTANDING. Thank you Hialeah.

We came in and it sat at the bar and it was almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged, I would understand if it was busy, but that was not the case, when we did place our usual order the wings showed up in less than 5 minutes, not fresh. And the dip that followed had a HAIR in it. So after we brought it to the attention of our waitress who by the way was too busy socializing instead of paying attention to her customers, without even so much as an apology for serving us food with HAIR she simply takes the dip and asks if we want another. As much as much as I enjoy that dish we were a bit grossed out, by the way did I mention that the manager (if that's what you want to call him) was just a stool away entertaining his friends? Well he was, do you think that he even bothered to say anything to us? Of course not! Not even when he was called away to look at the dish and the HAIR, and to remove it from our tab in which he took his time because apparently the conversation he was having with his friend was far more important than the a customer service issue. Despite the HORRIBLE service we still tipped our waitress, since I figured that with that attitude she is going to need all the help she can get. I can honestly tell you that after this experience I'm extremely disappointed. AND GROSSED OUT!

Man this place is the bomb! It was my second time going to hooters, first time for this location. My last experience was at Bayside Miami and it was very unpleasant. The Hooters server was very pushy and the food that we received had no flavor. It was bad. Coming here I was skeptical and the nightmare from my last visit is still haunting me. Fortunately not with this place. Reason for coming here was just to drink and see our Bartender friend. But me and my buddy decided to try some of their bar snacks. First my friend ordered the steak fajita, that was ok. Realizing I was still hungry I ordered ten Wings: breaded, hot, and with Thai chilli on the side. OMG... wings were so gooood! The best hooters wings I ever touched. Now every time I try other wings, I will always regard this as a standard of how wings should be. Any who, I also got a dessert. Chocolate moose cake. So huge. Everything here is on point. From the girls, service, cleanliness, organization, kitchen staff to food. I don't know about other locations but this one is a win. 6 stars if I could give an extra one I would. Ask for Laura she's nice!

Came here with my girlfriend for some drinks and had the best time. Totally recommend Laura Mili as a waitress. She's super attentive and has a great personality. My first time at hooters and I'm hooked! The food was amazing as well.

Very nice location. Its brand new so everything is clean. Staff is friendly and service is good. Lots of large tvs throughout. Seats are very comfortable, not the regular stools in other locations, chairs and stools have cushions and backrests. The bar has cushioned armrests as well.

Eh? What can I say about this place? I had to get up twice and walk to the bar to get refills from my table. Seems like the waitresses were too concerned with flirting with the cop at the door than trying to give me refill or service. I couldn't even finish my chicken sandwich that was hard as a rock. I thought if kept eating it I would loose my teeth.

Sip, sip, Hootray! A hooters in la 49? Si. Located perfectly across my workplace they have decided that a hooters in hialeah was an entirely good idea. Meanwhile, establishing myself as a local there the gals are nice, attentive and lively. Plenty of screens everywhere to catch a game or few. There is an indoor and outdoor seating with high tops and booths. The food? Well, who comes to hooters for food? But if you do the wings are never the lesser and the Quesadillas should do you justice. Drinks are still a bit pricey for my taste but I guess you're getting what you pay for here.

Went last night and was served by Kristine. The service was terrible which is a shame because the last time we came we received great service. When we asked her what kind of light beers they had on draft her response was "corona"??? That wouldn't be a big deal if she was nice but she wasn't. She looked annoyed by the tables she was serving which I'm surprised because the only thing she did was take our order. She didn't come by once to see if we needed anything the entire time, only when it was time to bring the check. Other than that the food was great. Also the seats are very comfortable, unlike other Hooter locations, and plenty of tv screens. We'll be back.

I really like this new Hooters location in Hialeah because it's way better than the one in Pembroke Pines. The staff is friendly and food is great

We went on a Monday night, during a football double header. Not as trashy as the cesspool of Flannigans down by the other side of town, but enough to impress and one to have a great time. Selection of alcohol was a bit sub-par for what franchise restaurants in the Hialeah area are normally to carry. Your traditional drafts beers are in place. Wings were great. Service by our waitress was phenomenal, and here I was thinking the ratchet and informal view of the city would reflect here and it didn't disappoint. Granted, it is a tad bit smaller In terms of space (larger Hooters at Doral) so I wouldn't come here on a weekend when a big Boxing/UFC fight here, but Dolphin, Hurricane, and Heat games sound like fun here with all the specials they have going for sports on tv. Will recommend to all my friends and even family! 4/5

Aside from hot waitresses, hooters is overrated. The food is not that great and they are a bit expensive for such crappy food. The wings are their best asset. The other items on the menu are whatever. I do like that my kids get to eat on a Frisbee that they can keep and the waitresses are always super nice, even to a single mom with 3 hyper kids lol but as far as eating there, I'm not a fan. It's better for hanging at the bar, drinking, eating wings and watching a game while being served by a hottie. :)

Definitely a fun environment when sporting events are on-- caught a couple games there, soccer and basketball, and both were a hit to enjoy with my friends. The interior furniture is great; much more comfortable than other Hooters' restaurants I've visited. And the staff are friendly and helpful-- though at times it seemed a bit tough to get our waitress to assist since it was packed. Definitely do the wings, but the hot version-- the best ones!

It's my first time in this hooters the one In Hialeah. I been to a few and they always had good services. But this one my waiter was to busy flirting with a guy by the bathroom while the other seat down in a table next to me chatting how who has more tips I didn't leave not even a dollar. Worst place I rather go to another location than go back to this one Never will go back here again!! Horrible service !! Non good waitresses

Great service, food was on par with other hooters. What really got me to like this location especially was I had asked for a black and tan and they didn't have it and moments later a manager stopped by and introduced me to a black and blue (Guiness and Blue Moon) which was awesome. The bartender didn't settle with a guest not being able to get what he wanted and wasn't afraid to ask for help. Great Job!

Coming from San Diego, I'm used to the Hooters girls being easy to converse with and exuding an inviting feel. Unfortunately, the same vibe is not here in Miami Hooters.

I really like this hooters. The girls are friendly and efficient and provide good overall service. Of course there are a few who could do better. The location is great, and the wait time is usually decent. They also do their very best to accommodate you were you prefer to sit, which is a big for me since I prefer either booths or sitting outside. The wings are delicious and so is there chocolate cake! Yum :) Hialeah did good with this one.

Before I write this review, allow me take a brief moment to thank God, all of Them, for bad fathers that paved the way for waitresses like this at Hooters. (does The Tebow) I was a bit shocked with the service. Even not basing it on Hialeah standards, all the ladies working there made it a point to turn and smile at me even if they weren't attending my table. At first I thought it was just towards me because I think I'm all sexy. But no, to my dismay it was to every customer that was there. They weren't busy at all and even the manager came by my table. Good job Hooters! Here is what you really have to keep in mind if you choose to come here: * There are many entrances to this stretch of Palm Springs Mile. However, only two legal ways to get out. You will see people doing it but, please don't. You cannot go back south on west eighth avenue. If you want to go west on forty ninth street, you would have to drive inside the parking lot to the traffic light in the center. If you are familiar with the area, there are other options. * There is a busy movie theater and gym just walking distance from the restaurant, among other popular businesses. If you come here while all three are open, especially on the weekend, you will want to kill people trying to find a spot to park. That is, if you didn't already run over hordes of people just standing around. That's why I went today at noon. There was nobody there. * In comparison to other Hooters I have been to, it is indeed smaller. However, much larger on the inside than what it appears to be at first glance from the street. Do you really expect me to write a review on the food of a well known chain of restaurants? Luckily for the customers, it's the same as any other Hooters. You were blindly issued the fourth star because once, you were just one restaurant in Florida.

I happened to be in the Hialeah area yesterday for an appointment. Since I had time and was a little hungry, my friend and I decided to make a stop at Hooters. The service was good and the food was good. I don't visit Hialeah very often but will visit this location again if ever in the area.

Only one reason I come is for those breast...I mean wings. Lemon pepper is where it's at. Doesn't have to be a game day. Just has to be a growling stomach moment that'll bring me here for those lemon pepper wings with curly fries and cheese sauce.

So skeptic about this place because it was in Hialeah. I was like what were they thinking? I just pictured nobody speaking a lick of English and terrible service. I was wrong ALL THE WAY. The managers Pete, David, and Mike are all great. The woman are beyond beautiful without the funky attitude. Gigi, Diana, Kathy, Michelle, Dayana, and Marlene are the best. Great service with a smile. The best Hooters because they have huge screen TV's throughout the place. I don't believe any Hooters has this besides this one in South FL. The crazy thing is that this location isn't even on their website! I highly recommend this place.

A unique Hooters!!! The place has an enthusiastic, polite, and friendly staff, who are always nice to all customers. Its display of technology with all the wide screen TVs, in which you can watch many sporting events and the news all at once is awesome for sports fans. This Hooters is comfortably designed. The atmosphere is filled with high levels of energy. Obviously, the chicken wings, chicken quesadillas, burgers, seafood, wraps, sandwiches, French fries, salads, soups, beer, wine, and all drinks are amazing. For those eating lunch from Monday through Friday, don't forget to select from their lunch specials which are on a separate menu. From there, you'll find a lot of meals at an excellent price. It attracts people of all ages, and the parking is excellent for everybody. This is an excellent 21st century styled Hooters combined with the original classic Hooters. They're organized, and they always keep the place neat, orderly and fun. You'll love that the music transports you to different times. The seating is excellent. You can enjoy your lunch and dinner outside, inside, and at the bar. This Hooters is a free thinking environment, in which many hard working people can relax and converse and potentially come up with great ideas.
