Hands down, the best pizza in Miami. You can obviously tell these are true New Yorkers. I have been coming here for 5 years, and haven't been disappointed. Garlic rolls are great and I also recommend the chicken francese.

I love a restaurateur who stands his ground. Jodi asked if she could have the chicken scarpariello without the peperoncini, and the proprietor said, "But it wouldn't be chicken scarpariello without peperoncini!". She trusted him and didn't regret it; not only were the peppers made milder by the cooking, but it was so delicious that she ate her fill happily and then ate the rest as leftovers later that night. As for me, I was wise enough to choose the 'bruschetta' pizza, made with olive oil, fresh tomatoes, and fresh garlic, on a crust that was charred and chewy underneath the toppings and flatbread-crisp at the edges. This, too, was both delicious enough to eat plenty of, and plentiful enough to survive in the form of leftovers. Di Piazza pizza is so yummy that you'll be sad when you poop.

This place has been around for as long as I could remember! It was my go to lunch place in my HML days and beyond. Love their pizza!! I will admit I don't really venture to their other menu items...beyond appetizers. Their pasta can get a bit pricey but years ago I did order a lasgna and it was tasty. By far my favorite pizza joint in good o Hialeah! Crust is always crispy, sauce recipe is on point and just the amount of cheesy goodness!! The simple cheese pizza is delicious but the bruscutta pizza is amazing. Family owned & operated, friendly staff

Been here twice and will never return. The pizza is ok but the service is horrendous! When we were done with our meal the server refused to take the dirty dishes since she claimed it wasn't her job. Very poor customer service. Also the garlic rolls are about the size of a quarter. I don't recommend this place.

Our only pizza place!! My family has been coming here since it opened yearssssss ago!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The restaurant could use a little interior updates but as far as the food is concerned, this is the best pizzeria in Hialeah. The reason this is a 4 star instead of is because of the side salad's lack of freshness. The ingredients were bland and did not seem very fresh Overall I think everyone should give Di Piazza a chance.

By far the Best pizza in Hialeah. Feels like your're in moms house. Nothing fancy just awesome pizza must be the reason they've been here for over 40 years. Will be back ASAP!

The best talian restaurant in Hialeah. It's warm, cozy and family oriented. The food is great and the service is amazing. You have to have the white pizza, it's amazing! They make the food really fast so the wait is minimal.

So I love Italian food, and I was recommended to go to Di Piazzas by a friend that told me it was the best Italian restaurant around! Let me tell you he was not wrong! Delicious pizza and pasta that didn't feel too heavy on the stomach. Definitely recommended!

5 just isn't enough stars. Honestly thankful for this place, its the only italian restaurant that tastes and feels authentic like if you're eating at an italian grandmother's house in jersey.

This place is a little hidden gem in the middle of Hialeah. It's been there for as long as I can remember. If you haven't tried the pizza here.... you are missing out. The crust on the pizza and the sauce is perfect. It has a classic italian motif. The staff is friendly and the service is always great. It's a great family spot but also good for a date. They offer all your classic italian dishes but the pizza is my favorite. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and the portions are large.

The look to this restaurant can throw you off. It's very old & a bit worn down. But i do have to say the pizza was tasty!! We had the white pizza which comes with ricotta, and i was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We also had the cheese ravioli with alfredo... that was not so great. The ravioli was a little bit TOO al dente & the sauce was watered down. They charged me $15.50 for a dish of 6 ravoli. Was not worth it one bit. They are a bit overpriced for the quality they serve, I would go back only for the pizza.

  • Tom M.

First - the food was AWESOME! I had the alfredo with Shrimp, which were as big as my fist! The service was GREAT - typical big, loud italian family place - Loved it! A big shout to our servers Bridget and Kim - they did a great job taking care of us and explaining the rich history of this place. Note..its tucked away in a shopping strip, but WELL worth stopping in.

Can't believe this was my first time here. Pizza was great. Good crust and sauce. Only complaint their was the mushrooms were canned. The peppers however were fresh. Ordered a lentil soup and it was probably the best lentil I've ever had. Side salad came with more goodies on it than I expected. Cute inside too. Definitely will make a trip back.

Let me touch on something I mentioned in my last review: They no longer deliver. It's a shame, they used to. Here's my issue with Di Piazza. They are charging you South Beach prices for things that they don't make themselves. For example, for these prices in Hialeah, at least have someone back there making your own pasta. Charging the diner an exorbitant price for a dish of pasta to make-up the cost of ordering it from Italy, just doesn't cut it in my book. The least you could do for these ridiculous prices is have a shirtless Italian Stud come out on a horse to bring the food to the table. I paid $13.95, one of their specials of the day, for a heaping bowl of Pasta Florentine. That price is "cute" if you're dining in Brickell or South Beach not in Hialeah. If you want to charge those prices at least tell us you're back there making your own pasta. Oh yeah, they forgot to include one key ingredient in this special, spinach. I'm issuing two stars instead of one because if you know me, you know very well I have never said the food is bad here. Au contraire, it's very tasty. Thing is, for half your prices I would've gotten a better dish not too far from here. Even Olive Garden down the street serves a better dish for much less. By the way, the broccoli in my pasta was not as "fresh" as you claim for your produce to be. Check the temperature on your freezer. My suggestion to the owners of this restaurant, go to the back of your menu and reread your Family History. What you are serving today is not what is stated in your story. This wasn't always the case, though. You were known for a very long time around here as "THE BEST" at par with Figaro's down the street. Figaro's closed, you remained. Learn something from that and go back to what you were doing. Things to note and blah, blah, blahs: * This isn't a joke, it's been on the news and NOT their fault. If you dine here, sit away from the windows. People have driven into this restaurant before. Not just once, neither. Again, NOT THEIR FAULT! * This restaurant has been here since 1975. Take some time to walk around and look at the pictures on the wall of when Di Piazza was Di Piazza. You know? * Languages - italiano, español/English. Italian owned and operated. You will have no problem if you don't speak italiano. * Make sure you order your pizza "well-done" to get the best flavor. * Garlic rolls have always been superb here. You have the option of ordering them with or without garlic. Get them with garlic. * Try their Tiramisu. I tried several times to find-out what is actually homemade here. I was told the bread and the desserts. I was starting to make her uncomfortable with all my questions. I'll let someone else Yelp that for you. Will I be back here? Absolutely not with Olive Garden walking distance from here and other restaurants that do make their own food. Get your act together Di Piazza, people are noticing and you've been in my neighborhood too long and would hate to see you leave.

I loved the cheese pizza!! I'm definitely coming back to this place!! The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is bc of the service. The waitress was a bit unfriendly and looked like she didn't want to work at all.

  • Amanda F.

The three stars is because I love this place so much. Or should I say, used to love it. Their ziti a la vodka used to be amazing. What I can only chock up to new ownership, is their below average waitresses. Friendly Carol who had been here for years hasn't been seen in a while. As a replacement, we have a handful of millennials who are as unenthusiastic to wait on tables as they are talking about strip clubs and casinos to their tables. Not to mention the neighboring waitress who was wearing a very unflattering tank top and asking across the room if someone wanted their check. This place is sadly going down quickly and it's incredibly unfortunate, seeing as how much it's loved by locals.

  • Anthony V.

Been coming here for about four decades, thinking they should know how to treat their loyal customers, obviously they don't care anymore since its owned by three of their family members. Their lunch special changes depending which owner is there (not a good idea). Not to mention they are expensive with mediocre food. The waitress looked unhappy as if she don't want to work there. Bottom line bad vibe, unfriendly ambiance and bad service!!!

Did the Bergin Hunt & Fish Club move to Hialeah? You have the pictures on the wall, you have the string lights and the stuffed fish on the wall courtesy of "Sal The Italian Fisherman". At least when I went, you also had the uncrowded ambiance and who looked to be the owner chatting at a table with someone else. I love flicks about "The Family" so if it were for the ambiance alone I'd give them 5 stars. The chicken parm would also rank in the 5 star category. HUGE chicken steak, fresh and with nice helpings of pasta and a rich marinara sauce (here's looking at you chain competitor next door with your smaller chicken and extra charge for added marinara). I hungrily devoured my plate and had just enough space for the crispy and sweet canoli. Why am I being like Sammy Gravano and betraying it down to 3 stars? The pasta fagioli , while generously apportioned, seemed to lack seasoning in the broth. It didn't have the rich taste I'm used to from other Italian restaurants. Also, what Italian restaurant doesn't have the only vegetarian dish I eat (caprese salad)? While my waitress was friendly and did check up on me a.couple of times, the owner sitting in the table next to mine couldn't be bothered for a simple hello when I was complementing the main course and dessert.

After so many years of coming to this family restaurant Service used to be better, I did not see Carol she was the heart of that place. The new young ladies are not very experienced and not very helpful. Found out no small pizza for dinner time.

Pizza is great, Garlic rolls are great but the one thing I found weird was why the heck do they charge 25cents for the pizza box if you take your left over pizza home?!?! Are you really charging to take home your leftovers? Left a bad Taste in my mouth

I've previously have come here and have always had a good experience. We also do a lot of take out for my job, at least once of week. The pizza is great to a certain extent, it's VERY greasy. You have to use a napkin to pay down the oil. But aside from that it's pretty good. The fettuccini with shrimp is awesome and so is the fried calamari. The ambiance of the place throws you off a little, slightly old and messy with its decorations. Last time I dinned at this place I tried to change it up a little. We decided to get Chicken Milanese and my partner got Chicken Parmesan. First off, the waiter didn't know what was even on the menu. My partner asked for a Chicken Parmesan sandwich and she brought out just the chicken and some spaghetti with sauce over it. We honestly decided not to even hesitate and just take it how it was. My chicken Milanese with pasta on the side wasn't as advertised on the menu. Both pastas were dry and so were the chickens. Aside from the food being a disaster, our waiter MARIA was never to be found. We saw her at the beginning when she offered us drinks, when she got our order, and when she gave us our bill. We tried to get someone's attention and nothing. We ran out of water before we got our food and she never offered to give us some or pass by to ask if everything was okay. Its a pricey restaurant to be in the middle of Hialeah, definitely not worth 50 bucks for two people. We left giving a slight tip and to end it all, we had to file a dispute for an over charge on our card. This place isn't that bad, but it is pricey. Just for this experience, I will not be returning unfortunately.

We order a take out .. 2 large pizza aand our bill was 48... I like them both ...Is not my favorite type of pizza but it was ok the size was huge... the place is not the prettiest is ok....the deco has pictures of the family owner and famous personalities..

In my top 5 of pizza places in this area. Very well managed, very nice people, very good food, and man do they get busy!!!!! Whenever myself and my family are in the mood for pizza, and we dont mind leaving the house, our first choice is always Di Piazza. Their pizza is delicious, it actually feels healthy which i know may not be true and their garlic rolls, YUMMY!!!!!! Keep up the great work, dont ever change your ways.

Great Italian Pasta/Pizza place. Clams, Mussels with Pasta are just awesome. Not the prettiest from the outside but inside it's like a great family restaurant from Italy. And the food is just plain and simply great. If you want a true italian experience, music, ambience, etc. do not miss it. All the waiters are friendly but Carol is a Rock Star.

Really good food in a home cooked atmosphere. Rolls are awesome. Best Margarita pizza in town. The tomato sauce is always the best. The chicken Marsala - yum! Really. Everything is good.

One of my favorite hole in the wall Italian places. I love the food, the setting, looking at sea of family pictures on the wall, the Italian music, and more importantly my favorite part is the service we receive from this one particular waitress. I am sure the rest of the staff is also good, but this lady always makes us feel as if she is truly happy to serve us. I don't know her name, but you will know who she is when she calls you "baby". She calls everyone baby and I love it. She connects with her customers. The pizza is hands down the best in this part of town. Its authentic, freshly made, cheesy, and delicious. My second choice is either the tortellini or the gnocchi baked. The garlic rolls are equally delicious. Great for sopping up some of the left over sauce. Mmm!! The house salad is a reasonable portion and I always enjoy it with some creamy italian.

This restaurant is my go to Italian joint seriously, it does not matter where in dade or Broward I'm located I will always go here. I have been a customer size I could remember; my parents used to take me when I was a little girl. It does not fail what day, time or years their food flavor is always the same, perfect and delicious. A must have for me is the baked ziti, the white pizza is to DIE for and if you ask for the garlic oil on the side...OMG. Even thou I love this place I'm scarred for them as now there's an Olive Garden steps away "/ Really crossing my fingers this small amazing joint stays around so my son can enjoy it as an adult as well.

Everything here is amazing. The best nights to go are when Ana and her husband are making the pizzas, Monday through Thursday after 4. Any time is great but when Ana and her husband are there the pizza is beyond magical. Their garlic rolls are so crispy and warm. The calamari and fried mozzarella are also amazing. I love to call and just pass by and pick up the order and enjoy it at home.

Tried Di Piazza for the first time this evening. Even tough the restaurant was quite busy our server, Judy, was prompt, attentive, and the pizza was tasty. . . we'll definitely be back to try other menu items in the future.

A taste of little Italy in Hialeah. Who knew this could be possible... Well it is!!!! This place rocks. The garlic knots are great and the bruschetta pizza was delicious. Oh and the service was outstanding.

Best pizza in town, without a doubt, Hidden the middle of Hialeah. The pizza is amazing but some reason the COKE always sucks they really should fix the machine. Service depends who is the waitress some are great and some rather keep the comment to myself. Garlic bread is amazing as well...

The best hole in the wall PIZZERIA...New York Style.... I love this place and yes the waitress calls you "Baby" and remembers you after a couple of visits... Ive been going to this place for over ten years.... is really good, not expensive...is a must if you love NY style pizza. FYI, The best Pizza in Miami... Love this place. Does not get any better than this..

Be careful listening to Nick's review. He also reviewed Thai Rama in Miami Springs with this gem: "The Yum Talay could only have been better if my dick was in it." I'm not sure I would trust his palate. The chicken Marsala is to die for and the garlic rolls are AMAZING. The "gourmet" pizza is also stellar. It is by far the best Italian food in Hialeah / Doral / Miami Lakes. Try it and you'll see. ...and the waitress Nick is talking about? I imagine he's talking about Carol who has worked there for 20 years. She is a sweetheart. She gives the place character. But I wouldn't expect every Miami Beach self-adoring trash mouth who "slums it" once in a while by visiting Hialeah to understand character.

Oh mai gawd, garlic rolls and bruschetta pizza. F@%*ing amazing. That is all.

The place is a throwback in time to the point the decor is original from opening day! The pizza is always good! The wait staff is good in my opinion ask for Carol she's the best waitress they have and knows the menu better than anyone in there!

I must say this is a great place for NY style pizza, great food and you feel you are not in Miami . As for service Carol is my favorite ! A great person ,I go to this place at least once a month ,love the garlic rolls.love this place !

The waitress spoke little English. The pizza crust was a bit hard to cut or chew, but it was still good. The garlic rolls were very authentic. The atmosphere is good.

I ordered a large ham & pepperoni pizza with garlic rolls, and it was delicious! I have been looking for a pizzeria that reminded me of New York, and I found it. The crust was crunchy, good amount of toppings, and great flavor. This will be my new favorite pizzeria, and I can't wait to try more menu items.

Its like a teletransporter hub to New Jersey, the decor and experience is not Hialeah at all, pizzas are good, but average, I havent tried anything else in the menu.

  • Gina P.

I've been dining here since I was a kid. You gotta love their garlic rolls, best in all of South Florida. The pizza is good too but I really love ordering take out for groups which is when you get the best pricing. A tray of baked ziti along with salad and enough garlic rolls to feed a small village (unless your guests fight for them like my family does) is extremely inexpensive (wont quote prices since I dont recall exactly) and will get you rave reviews. People are always excited when they walk through my front door to the site of the huge aluminum pans and the smell of garlis in the air.

This place is great! Their pizza to me is the best! I drive all the way from Pembroke Pines to Hialeah because it's that good! Service is great as well. Must eat here!

in the mood for pizza in a whole in the wall joint - this is it! decor makes you feel like you are in a soprano's episode. walls are filled with cool pictures... there are no fancy frills here just serious good pizza!!! not in the mood for pizza, try one of their scrumptious sandwiches!! want more than a slice or sandwich, try one of their meals!!! i agree meals are ok, but the portion is good enough to share with someone... pizza is truly new york style - greasy big slices!!! yummy to the tummy!! and the garlic rolls- these are hmm hmm good!!! finger licking greasy good!! do not go to gym and then here cause it will defeat the purpose of all you did at gym!!! go on a diet free day!!!

Been eating here for many years. Authentic italian cuisine in the middle of Hialeah! Amazing! Everything on the menu is excellent. Im partial to the eggplant parmesan. Also the gourmet pizza is fantastic with basil and fresh tomato. Carol the waitress is the best!

Gave this place a second try after reading so many rave reviews. Same man on the phone, same gruff attitude. Ordered a pizza and garlic rolls with the girls in the office. Food came in about 40 minutes. The pizza was awesome! Thin NY style slices, super flavorful and cheesy. My only suggestion would be for them to use one of those hot-bags to transport, as it wasn't hot at all. The garlic rolls were also really good. Fluffy and covered in minced garlic, perfect. Glad I gave this place another shot.

  • Andy B.

Hands down, the best small pizzeria in town. You won't get a better slice of New York style pizza in Miami than at Di Piazza in Hialeah. They make it just as good there as they do in NYC. The crust is very light and crunchy, the tomato sauce is fresh, and, here's the most important aspect of judging a quality pizza...the grease comes right off and falls on the plate as you eat it. It's quite unhealthy, but very good! The other entrees are just okay though. They have a veal pizziola that's really good, but I would just stick to the pizza. Service is prompt and friendly. They've had the same wait staff and chef in the back making the pizza for a really long time. I

This place was bad. Overpriced generic italian food and flavorless pizza. The garlic rolls looked and tasted as if they had been previously frozen. The place was no where near busy and our order was still brought to us wrong. If your dying for pizza and you can't get to ken and mikes in Miami Lakes just order from Dominoes the pizza is superior.

Im a native New Yorker and when I moved to Miami steady since 2000 i made it a point to try and find the best pizza in Miami....I've been eating here for a year and a half now and this is hands down the best in Miami that I personally have ever tasted. The prices are alittle high but it is well worth it for the taste and their stromboli's are great as well great crust, excellent ingredients and the staff is really friendly. They are Italians from Brooklyn. Spoke to the owner many times. Really down to earth. He told me back when he opened up years back he used to have NY water shipped from up north to Hialeah, FL just to get the most authentic taste. But he stopped doing that cause it was too much cost wise to do but the taste is still there. HIGHY recommend, a must try. I go out of my way to get a pie from here as appose to the pizza chains.

Was their recently on a week day. I asked for a refill and was told they had to charge me extra. When I question the waitress she said, it depends on which owner is working. Rules change daily. Where is Carol !

Everything about this place is amazing. The food, the service, the environment just everything never have I had a complaint and I've been coming here for 6 years now. Where do I start? One word to describe this place is amazing. Have you ever been to New York? Have you ever really ate in a family setting with real Italians? If you have then you will definitely enjoy this place. Started off with the calamari tonight, a whole cheese pizza pie for my party and a chicken parm as an entree. Everything I ate tonight along with all the food I've ever ate at this place has been A+. I never leave here disappointed. Finished off with a cappuccino before I headed out. This place is a gem in Hialeah filled with Italian memorabilia that'll make you feel like you're in the movie Goodfellas.

  • Miguel S.

Definitely a diamond in the rough. This is the best pizza I've had outside of New York City. The staff was friendly and attentive. The garlic knots are awesome. Make it a point to check this place out, the best reason to go to Hialeah.

  • Viviana M.

First of all this is NOT NY style pizza! Which is the main reason I decided to try this location.... With that said the pizza was ok. Anthony's is much better for this style of pizza. Second the service was terrible. Haven't had service this bad in a long time. Never got a refill on our drinks... Not once ... Tried to call over the lady ten times and she would just breeze by us... Never got more parm cheese to put on my pizza (which for me is an absolute must). At some point I said screw it and ate it just so the pizza wouldn't be totally cold. Also something worth mentioning is that you shouldn't come here if u suffer from allergies... My boyfriend is allergic to dust and was sniffling and sneezing all through dinner but was fine before and after... The Place is noticeably dingy... Usually not really something I care too much about but it really affected him. The only thing I though was good was the garlic bread. Too bad the dinner went downhill from there... Overall - Not worth the carbs!

This place has great Old School Italian. It's like the places I went to when I was growing up and visited my family in New York. The chicken parm is the best ever. I have had it three times-always exceptional. It's good quality, tender, wonderful sauce and cheese-perfection, the garlic rolls are killer with fresh garlic. Pizza is wonderful. Others is in our party had chicken Marsala, chicken francese, eggplant parm. All terrific. Cannoli-soooooo good. This is my new favorite place and worth the drive. Yum!!!!

Sure, another place you have to venture into the heart of my beloved Hialeah for, but it's totally worth it. Di Piazza makes the best Pizza I've ever had, even if you include the countless, delicious pies I had when I lived in the Italian Hill in Pittsburgh. My god, this is good pizza! Everything about it is perfect, from the golden, crispy crust to the gooey mountains of melting cheese. Their ingredients must be extremely high-quality, because I'm a notorious hater of pepperoni, but I'll eat theirs. The dough is made fresh by an adorably cranky, old-school Italian grandpa and his grandsons. Carol the waitress reminds me of my grandma and gives me a hard time when I order diet soda. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. Everything about this place says family and comfort. The marinara sauce is also to die for. So much, I had to hide my left-overs from my brother. Don't forget to order extra garlic rolls. If you're picking up your food to take away, don't expect the small order to make it home. ;)

First off, the most important thing - the garlic bread. All I need to say is I want to swim in the oil and garlic chunks of the garlic bread dish. I think I don't need to elaborate any more on that. Now, moving on... The pizzas are great and the pasta dishes has always been delish. Prices a little high, but it's worth it - you can taste the authenticity of the food in this mom and pop shop. I imagine a little 90 year old woman in the back making fresh pasta and running around with a little rolling pin - so cute! I'm not crazy about the fettuccine alfredo, though. Daleeee!

Ok...so I've been sitting in Hialeah for a day and a half (the freakin joys of truck driving). Needless to say, the contents of my fridge are not appealing and I wanted a decent hot meal. I almost passed this place up because of some of the reviews posted here...but decided to ignore the negative reviews and give it a try. I'm glad I did. I ordered the manicotti (a favorite Italian dish of mine) and was not disappointed. I really enjoyed every bite. I passed on the salad and opted for soup...ok, I would think if you order chicken soup that it would come with chicken...but this one didn't...a little hinky there. What it did have was broccoli, potatoes, carrots, celery, cabbage, and onions...and it was pretty daggone good. Finally...I didn't order, but did receive a bag full of little garlic bread rolls....AMAZING!! I still have half a bag...and can already see myself munching on them in a few hours...very tasty. I liked the way I was treated...when I called and asked if I could bring a rig in the parking lot (without a trailer) I was told to come on down. I doubt I'd try it in the busy day time, but I had no problems at 21:00. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and within minutes had exchanged cash for food and was on my way out. I have to admit, I was surprised to find a restaurant that wasn't Cuban or Chinese in the area, and doubly surprised that the food was this good. I'm sure I'll be back since I load out of this area too often...that I wish could be different, but that's another topic altogether. At least next time I'm headed down here to get dicked around with by the asparagus loading jerks at Gourmet Trading, I can look forward to a decent Italian meal...and for that, I am grateful! So...it's the next day and I'm still waiting for a load and decided to get a nice lunch. As I pull in, I get notification that my load is ready...so I decided to make them wait while I had lunch. (evil grin here) Today I tried the fried zucchini appetizer and the cheese tortellini pasta dish. OMG...it was so delicious!!! I had a cappuccino and can honestly say, it's the best I've ever had at a restaurant EVER. I'm actually looking forward to coming back to this area (I know...said no truck driver ever)...but I know where to get a good meal with great service!

Best homemade Italian food in town!!! To top it off the staff and owners make you you feel at home. We have been coming here for ever, and the service and quality of the food has not changed one bit.

Really people of Miami, what is wrong with you? I'm pretty sure you've all had your taste buds removed. I'm in town for 2 weeks a year on business and I always use yelp to try and find new local places to eat, traveling as much as I do I really _hate_ eating at big chain places. But yelp and the miami community have really let me down on finding good places to eat! I went in here expecting some great italian food, the first thing I always ask when ordering is "Is this frozen?". Here's a little snippet of my conversation today: M: "Are the stuffed shells fresh or frozen" W: "Frozen" M: "Are the raviolis fresh or frozen" W: "Frozen" M: "Are the gnocchi fresh or frozen" W: "Frozen" M: "Is there anything NOT frozen?" W: "The lasagna is fresh and very good" THANK GOD! Something that's made in house and the waitress says is good! So I order it and start getting my hopes up for some delicious lasagna, I mean really how hard can that be. I received my plate and it was just a soupy mess. I took my first bite and found nothing but cheese! (cold cheese!!!) I dug into the center of it to see what else was in there, finally finding some meat (just along the outside), I took a bit of that... Just plain old hamburger, no seasonings, no flavor, nothing. And to top it off, it was COLD. I sent it back and left. The one good thing is that the waitress was very friendly and honest about the food being frozen. I gave her a $5 tip for her helpfulness and friendliness.

The service was terrible. The pizza was horrible. They charged me six dollars for one ball of ice cream I am not exaggerating. I have had way better pizza. This is not New York style pizza how one expected. The waiter was extremely rude. They never refilled my water. I never got my tab I had to stand up and go pay because the waiter forgot about us.

  • Jennifer M.

I loved the cheese pizza!! I'm definitely coming back to this place!! The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is bc of the service. The waitress was a bit unfriendly and looked like she didn't want to work at all.

Yum!!!!

I ordered a large ham & pepperoni pizza with garlic rolls, and it was delicious! I have been looking for a pizzeria that reminded me of New York, and I found it.

Daleeee!

Definitely a diamond in the rough. This is the best pizza I've had outside of New York City. The staff was friendly and attentive. The garlic knots are awesome. Make it a point to check this place out, the best reason to go to Hialeah.

Been eating here for many years. Authentic italian cuisine in the middle of Hialeah! Amazing! Everything on the menu is excellent. Im partial to the eggplant parmesan. Also the gourmet pizza is fantastic with basil and fresh tomato. Carol the waitress is the best!

The service was terrible. The pizza was horrible. They charged me six dollars for one ball of ice cream I am not exaggerating. I have had way better pizza.

    (3)

Yum!!!!

Best pizza in town, without a doubt, Hidden the middle of Hialeah. The pizza is amazing but some reason the COKE always sucks they really should fix the machine. Service depends who is the waitress some are great and some rather keep the comment to myself. Garlic bread is amazing as well...

I loved the cheese pizza!! I'm definitely coming back to this place!! The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is bc of the service. The waitress was a bit unfriendly and looked like she didn't want to work at all.

Was their recently on a week day. I asked for a refill and was told they had to charge me extra. When I question the waitress she said, it depends on which owner is working. Rules change daily. Where is Carol !

Daleeee!

Definitely a diamond in the rough. This is the best pizza I've had outside of New York City. The staff was friendly and attentive. The garlic knots are awesome. Make it a point to check this place out, the best reason to go to Hialeah.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
