Healthy Meal suggestions for China Buffet

Surprised to see such low ratings on my favorite Chinese buffet but Oh well more for me HEHE..... This place really hits the spot and is generous on my pockets. Feeds my family of 5 for under 30 bucks. If you want variety they've got it from fruits, salads, soups, sushi deserts and of course the normal Chinese food served fresh and hot, unlike other buffets where the food looks like it's been there all day and your staring it..... and it's staring at you lol now your debating whether or not to even put it on your plate. Decor is nice and clean with the exception of the bathroom which could use a little remodeling but hey you came to eat not bath so focus on the food which is delicious. Not noisy at all, you can enjoy your food in peace. Waiters are average not to sociable but courteous. Good for families( just a lil tip) bring something to keep warm sometimes this place can be a little nippy.Today I tackled down 3 hefty plates was about to go for 4 when the BGs kicked in and you know what to much Chinese can do to you so I headed straight for the exit. China buffet will keep my business I know what my stomach likes : ) still in shock about the ratings but hey people talk about McDonald's but that doesn't stop us from eating there now does it.

Excellent restaurant. Clean, efficient and great food. Makes other china buffets look trashy. Certainly coming back again!

Tried this place despite other reviews..big mistake.I killed a fly on our table as we sat down. (should have left them bu tI tried to be fair and give it a chance) Nasty cold food.I asked for fresh fried sushi rolls and was told the only make them in the morning and serve them cold.We got there at 4:00 just as the dinner price began. Most of the food looked like it was lunch leftovers and had been sitting there for a while. Management doesn't seem to care. The only good thing I can say is the ice cream was served cold.

I don't know where all the bad reviews come from, but i think for the price you r getting very good foods! They have a lot of choices, and good is fresh as long as you r not coming right before they close. I usually only tip $2, cuz it is buffet, but if the waiter come to refill my water and take away used plates, then i'll tip more. I love their food! But gosh the sushi is beyond bad.

I didn't leave a tip because I don't think bringing me a drink warrants one.... its a buffet, its all the servers do is bring your drink. My server had the nerve to say "What, no tip?" Seriously? Never coming here again.

The price is good - I guess you get what you pay for. I walked around the food TRYING to pick something to eat because the food did not look appetizing (but I went with family for dinner so I had to stay). Food did not look fresh, everything looked really greasy and messy. The place is disgusting. Bathrooms did not have soap to wash hands (good thing I had sanitizer in my purse). Will never return here again or recommend it to anyone. I do not know how they have not been closed down.

I could say almost all the Chinese buffet restaurants are similar, same items, same flavor, same service. This one has better quality, the location is clean and light, fresh food, and good price(6.99 lunch all you can eat) Decor is nice and clean too. They also have sushi bar.Good deal when you are in the Miami Lakes area

Good as far as Chinese buffets go. Good variety, sushi bar (limited), ice cream & fresh fruit. Not a 5-star restaurant, but then again, I don't know a Chinese buffet that is. :)

We had a retirement party 75 people, they gave us a large room, good food, Great people and the price was right...

The only reason I'm giving it two stars ONLY because of the price. Most of the food looks and tastes questionable, especially the chicken(all types of them). If you're looking for good food that you don't have to worry about, skip this one.

If I had the chance to give them a 0 star I would. For one, the waitress immediately told us to pay because she didn't have time to take everyone's order. And because we have yet been helped or served, we put 0 as her tip. She became RUDE and disgusting. Second of all, my friend asked for a refill on soda and when he said thanks, she said "don't thank me if you're not going to TIP me." I immediately became infuriated and told the manager. The manager didn't say a word, just a nod. NOT ONLY THAT, my other friend grabbed someone watermelon and guess what!? IT HAD MOLD!!!!!!! I am going to report this to someone because it is ridiculous how disgusting and rude they are.

For those of you that wonder why the bad reviews. Have you seen Chanel 10s dirty dining? This place has been shut down because of a rat and roach problem in the food!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
