Gotta say.....this place was great! The wings were good, the stuffed clams were out of control! I would go back just for them. Drafts were excellent and frosty. The salads were fresh and big. They seemed to go on forever. Friend loved his burger and husband very happy with the fish tacos. We were gabbing and the woman at the table next to us would answer our questions about fish etc. turns out she was the owner. Super friendly and a fount of information on local seafood, fishing etc. Do not miss this one! Right on the intracoastal and outdoor dining but too damn hot today!!

Our perfect type of place to dine..... Kind of on the dive side but the food is great. We've been here twice and both times has different things and all were excellent! Waterfront place with indoor and outdoor seating.

I've been here several times and this place is great! They describe themselves as a 5 star drive bar and the food and atmosphere lives up to that description. The restaurant is located right on the water in Grant and while it doesn't look like much it offers fresh from Florida seafood. The shrimp we had were fresh and plump and were cooked perfectly. The fried clams were HUGE and not chewy like in some places. The burger is a hand formed patty and was chargrilled to perfection. If they have it on the specials menu order the smoked fish dip, You wont regret it. They also post a specials board on their Facebook page every day at 2pm that lists their fresh catch and other daily specials. The only negative (and the reason for the 4 star rating) is that everything is served on plastic plates and such. This is definitely a great place for good Florida seafood.

This is a nice casual restaurant on the water. The atmosphere is great for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The staff is very friendly and always make sure everyone feels welcome. And, the food is good too!

I had a great time here a few weekends ago. I moved here a few years ago and this place was exactly what I was looking for. The place was nice, live band was good, people were friendly, food was good and the bathrooms were clean. My boyfriend and I will be back!

The world's first and only 5 star dive bar. Great food and drinks in a relaxing atmosphere. We are located directly on the water on Hwy US1 in Grant at the Treasure Coast Marina. Come see us by car or by boat for fresh seafood, great steaks, cold beer, cocktails, or a frozen drink on our outdoor deck.

We have been here for breakfast lunch and dinner and love this place. It is quaint and right on the river so the view and ambiance is great. Breakfast is fast and good. We usually stop in on our way south riding our motorcycles so we have about 8-10 people and service is accommodating Lunch we have had the fresh fish sandwiches and burgers and have not been disappointed. Dinners we have their fresh catch fish and it taste like they caught it that day. We have been there when they have bands and it's always a good time. Would recommend you stop in if your in Grant. It's only about 10 min south of Malabar Road near Palm Bay.

Everyone greater me with a Smile and s hello Hun. Then I say waiting for over ten minutes. So I left. They all thank me on the way out. Plenty of staff but they are unaware of their surrounding

Substandard service and mediocre food. Conveniently located near several trailer parks.

I'm 48 hours in to the worst bout of food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I had the Ahi Tuna Tacos with black beans and rice. Two hours after leaving I was violently sick. To try and prevent sickness in other patrons I called three times the day after and once two days after I ate there asking to speak with a manager. Manager John thought it was too unimportant to return my call, and manager Steve who "heard someone got sick" was "too busy to deal with this." I'm not looking for any handouts, because honestly they could offer me free food for life and I would never go back anyway. Come to find out after a little research they had 15 code violations for food handling and storage in August 2014. I went with three other people who all ordered other things and are all fine, so I guess it's as simple as a roll of the dice. It might be a good place to hang out and drink. I probably would have gone back had I not gotten sick. Cute neighborhood style with great entertainment. However the lack of empathy and care for a patrons well being is appalling. I can only wonder how many other people got sick.

My girlfriend and I first came here on vacation, we ended up moving to the area and this was the first restaurant we returned to. She recommends the fish tacos, I recommend the burgers.

Food may be great but service is not. We're locals and i am tired of getting passed by for the snow birds. 15 minutes and all we got were menus while high toters were addressed as soon as they got there. You'll miss our money this summer.

Thick juicy 16oz ribeye, best steak I've had at a seafood joint. Perfect medium rare. Homemade guava butter served with Cuban bread. Grilled mussels with smoked paprika. Fried oysters were great with the homemade Tatar sauce. Would not expect such quality food from this dive. Service needs improvement and the plasticware was lame, otherwise was a great surprise.

A great place to eat, drink and enjoy the view! The best kind of dive bar...amazingly fresh food! You honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu...

We tried this place 3 times hoping to get a different result since we live 10 minutes away, we really wanted to love this place but NOT!. -Service was poor, wait time after we were seated was extremely long for drinks and food. We were disappointed in the frog legs as they were not hot when served. The waitress attempted to do nothing about it... was like "oh well." and actually sort of rude. We asked to speak to a manager and she told us that there was not one on duty. Our final bill was 230.00 for 6 people and 4 of the people were not happy with their meal. Great view is about all I can say.

Excellent seafood! Good portions. Good prices. I had the redfish tacos with black beans and rice. Super fresh! The wings were also yummy. My buddy had a burger - he said was great. Ice cold beer. Only place I know that has Yuengling on tap. The service was great. Nice view of the Intracoastal waterway. Will definitely go again.

This place definitely deserves a 5. Was looking for authentic sea food when I landed in Florida and this place was a lucky find. From the outside it looked like a dive but as soon as I tasted their really fresh fish as I was in love. I had the shrimp dog and my friend had the scallops with hush puppies and fries. The restaurant is located right next to the water and they are a true sea to plate restaurant. The open air atmosphere was amazing with sea gulls and manatees in view. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great. I'll be back.

As a New Englander it's hard to be impressed with seafood anywhere else! They impressed! Their clam strips are amazing!!! Definitely worth a visit. Loved the seating area outside..directly on the water. We also loved our sassy Long Island server(didn't get his name). The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was my bad Margarita. Tasted like all lime juice even after they added more tequila. I'd suggest asking for top shelf for a better taste. Other then that..great spot!

Ate at the Fish House last night and the food was fantastic. I had homemade crabcakes ($20) Hubby had Fisherman's Sampler with fresh snapper, oysters & what looked to be homemade clam strips. ($20) Sis had coconut shrimp basket ($12) of about 6 huge butterfly shrimp and a unique dipping sauce that had horseradish in it. Ended with homemade keylime pie, that was really good. Pros - great food - great live music - great waiter Cons - I think it's somewhat overpriced for plastic plates, cups and flatware that won't even cut the keylime pie Overall, we had a wonderful time, on the deck with live music, even with the rain. The food was really first rate.

Awesome food! Inexpensive! Great, friendly service, very divey but kinda cool that way. No out of the package stuff here! Fresh, fast and hot! Quite a find in a touristy area like Cocoa Beach!
