Went in on a Tuesday night at 7:00. Awful customer service. There were only 2 people in front of us and we were there for 20 minutes. There were only 2 people working, 1 at the register (Savannah) and 1 idiot up on the counter stocking the shelves while customers were waiting so the girl working had to work the counter and the drive thru. Out of bagels except for plain and everything, no croissants, and stale donuts. Don't waste your time.

Their webpage clearly advertises 24 hour service, however, that is not the case. After a slow evening of being cramped up in my dorm I could not take it any longer and decided to indulge my sweet tooth around 10:30. Now this is no simple process for a freshman on campus. I dedicated an hour of my time to find the proper bus route to get to the route that actually took me to the nearest stop (which happened to be a very sketchy area). From there I walked a quarter mile to the beckoning sign, fueled by my love for donuts. The neon "open" sign above the door offered nothing but false hope. I pulled at the door and sadly it was locked. After my initial moments of rage I calmed myself enough to realize that an employee was inside. I knocked on the door and gave her my best puppy dog eyes only to be shut down with a harsh motion of her hand crossing her throat. My dreams were crushed and my confidence in an otherwise reputable chain dashed. After pulling myself together from the harsh blow I made the walk of shame across the street to CVS to buy a "family sized" box of Oreos and an Arizona iced tea to drown my sorrows.

Pretty busy location that does not have the best options to sit inside or out. I have come here for a long time and prefer the coffee to other options and this location specifically is good, despite having poor seating options.

This Dunkin Donuts is a joke. I have NEVER witnessed such a lack of customer service. The donuts aren't that great, and drive thru is kind of difficult to miniver. The gas station that it's connected to is terrible as well, I try to avoid shopping there. It's just overall not up to oar with other Dunkin Donuts I've been to.

This Dunkin Donuts is horrific. It was about 11 pm and I called to see if they were still open since Google said they were 24/7. An employee picks up and says "what?" so I'm like "......is this Dunkin Donuts........" and she says "yes" so I ask "are you still open?" and she says "we close at midnight" then hangs up the phone! So we go, and she fails to mention only the drive thru was open. My bf and I go a few days later, and he gets a plain bagel with butter and I order a caramel coolatta. I've had this before so I know what it should taste like. Halfway home, I finally was able to figure out it tasted weird because it was mocha! NOT caramel. My bf says not to make a big deal, but when he opens his bagel, NO butter, ONLY cream cheese. So we go back and they fix his bagel but then the manager tells me that my coolatta IS caramel, and I'm telling her it's honestly mocha, so they give me another one and we both try it, and it tastes TOTALLY different. Goddamn! I'm sorry, but the lack of customer service in Gainesville is horrific.

We went to pick up some breakfast on a Tuesday morning around 11. They were out of all bagels except for onion and cinnamon raison so when I tried to order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel I was disappointed. The iced coffee was not great either. I had to settle for a croisaint which was tasty but not what I was looking for. The lady at the window was not really paying us any attention and definitely did not want to be there. Go to Starbucks if you have the time.
