This is the second Brass Tap I have been to and I must say the experience was a lot less than what I was used to. I am a member of the Brew Crew at the Mesa, Phoenix location and it was the friendly knowledgable staff that made me want to become a member in the first place. This location however, the staff was not knowledgable and not very good at recommending beers based on your individual taste. Not attentive to when you needed another drink. And forgot one of the thee food items we ordered. It wasn't even a busy day, it was the four in my party and two other couples and there were two people working. Also they had very basic beers on tap and a lot missing. Brass Tap Mesa prides themselves on not putting run in the mill beers like Miller or Bud on tap and keeping their taps full, something I think makes them stand out from other bars!

This is my first review! I wanted to write something just because I had quite a different experience compared to all the awful reviews that had been posted. I was nervous to come here as all the prior reviews are pretty terrible, but my mom said it was a cool spot with lots of beers on tap and TVs to watch the basketball game. I came with 6 other people on a Thursday night and we all sat right at the bar so we could watch the game. The atmosphere is great. It is very open and there is outdoor seating. There are lots of TVs and beers on tap just as my mom mentioned. They also have some classic board games and an oversized version of Jenga and connect four, which I thought was cool. My mom and I split the bacon cheeseburger medium well and it was good! The only downfalls were: 1. No liquor, but I also get that goes against the whole vibe of the place given its name so I didn't dock any points for that. 2. Fries were soggy. 3. The air conditioner continually leaked on three of us and kept getting the bar all wet. Our bartender Mariah knew her stuff and was very attentive. We will definitely come back!

I came to the brass tap on Labor day to grab a quick bite and a beer before going shopping and I wasn't impressed. I guess I compared it to the service I get back at the brass tap in Pembroke Gardens. Safe to say I wasn't impressed. It took forever to get the waitress to take our food order even though she took our drink order pretty quick. Then when the food arrived we didn't have any napkins or silverware so we had to wait until she came back to ask for some and then it took her a few minutes to bring them to us. Finally when we asked for the check I wanted to pay with cash but I needed change but since she was taking to long to come back I just left what I had and didn't bother waiting any longer for the change because we were so tired of waiting. I wish I would have had better service because I really love this place.

Gave one star for the beer (though the selection is very good for craft beer). This is the worst food in coconut point. Such potential. So disappointing. Menu needs a 21st century update. Service was responsive to our dismay over the food, which helped. I hope they get their act together in the kitchen.

Didn't bother to order food so I can really only comment on beer and service. Service was pretty much nonexistent so I don't think food would have happened anyway. Came on trivia night and they definitely seemed to have a pretty good number of people. Despite this, there was ONE server and just a couple of bartenders. We sat at one of the outside tables and were told we would need to come to the bar to order and even then it took forever! It was happy hour, but I don't think they even gave us the minimal discount that we should have gotten, but we were too hungry to stick around and try to get it fixed.

A good selection of regional, national and international draught. The service was very good, with multiple free tasters to help my wife and I home in on a pint to pour.

I was there for trivia night on Wednesday. The trivia was although my team did not do well. We sat at the bar and ordered fish tacos and nachos. Both were terrible. I'm not if it was because they had one girl working behind the bar and it took her about ten minutes to free herself up to get them and they got stale or the were just bad. My inclination nation is a little of both. The staffing was atrocious. At one point there was a little girl about 9 years old mopping the floor. Finally, be careful with ordering off the draught side. Those little beers are expensive.

Worst place on the planet. I am a resident of Coconut Point and my friends and I returned a couple times after time thinking we would get a different result. They don't acknowledge their patrons, employees and managers alike are either really stoned or just looking at you with blank stares. Its like your in the twilight zone or something. Beer is over priced and house wines are $7/8... ha. Last and final time we were there, sat at a table for 10 minutes, then walked up to the bar, where there were actual bartenders so we could get served, and didn't get served until i asked them if I could actually get a beverage. They put my bfs yuengling in goblet glass not the 16oz glass, we walked out shortly after. Seriously, they just need to just start over. I took the loss of my groupon. YUCK

Friendly bar with upscale food and 59 beers on tap in the middle of a shopping mall--count me in. Enjoyed a nice dinner with beer pretzels appetizer and chicken tacos. Definitely worth a stop.

PLEASE read these reviews before wasting your whole night getting awful service. Went here last night for their trivia night and, after seating ourselves, waited 15 minutes to even get a menu. Another 30 for two beers, and another 20 for food. Definitely don't go here if you're not prepared to wait over an hour for something to eat. This was the second time I've been here. I gave it another shot since the first time I went it was only open a couple weeks. The first time, my friend and I left after not even being approached by a server after 30 minutes. The food isn't bad, just overpriced. I won't be returning.

We just stopped in to try the food. It was just okay. I would say if you are there drinking then the food would be okay. But I would never go back just to eat. The beer selection looks great but we didn't try it. Tables were all dirty when we walked in and service was nice but slow. Pretzels were good Buffalo dip tasted canned Chicken salad was plain and I wouldn't order it again. Ice tea was not fresh brewed

Great service at bar. Friendly and knowledgable. Let you taste before you buy to narrow down your choices. Lots of Florida craft brews.

One star because that's the requirement. Service was beyond slow on their "Grand opening" "Ribbon Cutting" weekend. Wasn't very busy and a supervisor came over to help, except he wasn't working that day and ultimately just walked away. Our server came back and let us know the last round of beer was taken off. I asked if it was the one we ordered 15 minutes ago and didn't receive and she replied yes. Skip it and head to Bo Kampers or Hurricanes for better food, much better service and similar craft beer.

Great craft beer selection but food was not good. My wife. Ordered a wrap that didn't even resemble a wrap. I ordered the prime rib sandwich which was dry and the bread was hard. Food is definitely better at Hurricanes or Bokampers in the same shopping center. Service was extremely slow.

The food was comparable to that of my George Foreman, the beer was stale and beer menu, although appeared to have a lot of options, very limited in flavor, type and style. I had high expectations after following them on social and finally getting a chance to visit; very disappointed. Will not go back after seeing the very expensive bill we paid.

Took over an hour to receive our entries of flatbread and sandwiches and it wasn't even crowded, were late for our movie :(

I don't understand the bad reviews, I really don't. Let's start with the service. It's very friendly and the bartenders are very knowledgeable about their beer. Speaking of the beer, it's an amazing selection of drafts. Craft beer and major brands. You can order flights at a very reasonable price. The food is good. The prime rib sandwich is excellent. A very nice roll and the beef was tender. The burgers are not as good, but still good for the price. I recommend the wedge salad. It's very fresh and comes with a tasty dressing. All they need for a 5th star is to get better fries.

Good selection of beers. That is where it ends. Food was beyond bad. I had a chicken nacho plate, my wife had a chicken panini, both were made withe the same dried out, no flavor cubes of some type of chicken( I think). Service was slow even though there were only about 10 customers at the time. There was a gnat problem also, I had them flying all around me and even found one coming off my food, no excuse for a brand new restaurant. Even though it was ladies day and my wife's beer was half price, we were charged full price for it. When I mentionedit to server, she said that she thought that the price was automatically charged for happy hour, so beware and check your bills before you pay. Will never goback.

Completely disappointing. Our waitress was very polite but the time that it took to receive drinks was displeasing ( there was 4 others tables in the bar). Food wasn't great, the bacon sampler was 9 pieces of uncooked all fatty part bacon. The prices of beer are overpriced. Most craft beer drafts are around 6 to 7, Brass taps are around 8-9. Unfortunately not worth your time or money. Better of to visit the local breweries or World of Beer.

Best craft beer selection near Bonita springs area. I rarely find more than 2-3 beers I have not had before but I found over 20 I have not had. Bartender Mariah knows her beer. Loved it and will be returning.

Great selection of quality craft beers. Plus a fun and casual atmosphere to play games and watch sports with friends.

The buffalo chicken wrap was good. Small pretzels bits and sausage platter was small and over priced. Good selection of beer and friendly service.
