The bar staff is great even when busy. My problem is this, I came for fight night and there was no cover which was great, however, they raised the prices on all the drinks and didn't tell their guests. I know this is to make up for no cover, but a heads up would have been appreciated.

Great outdoor atmosphere... Amazing cocktails. Food is... Meh. Nice to go with a group to just hang out, drink and chat. If you go during a big game...more pare to be waiting for service and drinks.

Finally! We were on the search for a good place having decent ribs. THAT'S the place. Had their famous ribs for $9.99 (full rack) instead of regular $16.99 because Wednesday is rib day. It was awsome! Tender to the bone and crisp handcut fries. My recommendation: go and get it!

We went just for food (no drinks) and I have to agree with some other reviewers - overpriced mediocre bar food. It's a great location, very nice inside and there's lots of TVs, but that's all I can really give this place. Service wasn't bad, but we ordered wings as an appetizer and asked if half of the wings could be one flavor and half another, but were informed that we'd have to make another separate order. Hurricane Grill (25 feet away) doesn't seem to have any problem doing this. Steak tacos were mediocre and the Philly cheesesteak was one of the worst I've had. Both very overpriced in my opinion. I really wanted to like this place, but I think there's just far to many other options in this category for me to consider returning.

We had been wanting to come here since it opened so combined it with a shopping trip to Coconut. Sat at the bar and even though it was happy hour they only had boring domestics on special. Not such a happy happy hour for us. We ordered 10 wings at $11.99. They were burnt. The bartender had them taken back but returned with all but one and said the manager said the rest were OK. We tried to eat but ended up giving the rest back (see pic - the one on the left was the ONE replacement LOL). The bartender was great and was actually embarrassed at the food and I thank her for taking care of us. If it had been handled any different by her I would be writing a SCATHING review and vow to never returnm . I will watch for new management or better reviews before I return though.

Came in for lunch and had a chicken sandwich. The chicken was raw, not slightly undercooked, raw. The manager was super responsive when I brought it to the servers attention. She was quick to offer us a gift card for another visit, as surprisingly, I was no longer hungry. She also bought me a beer, which the server brought in a broken glass, not a chipped glass. Needless to say, our many good experiences at Bokampers leave us questioning if we'll be back.

Worst experience here. Too bad I can't give 0 stars. The front staff told us it was no wait and if the next party arrived it would be 10 minutes. .... Well it was more like 1 HOUR!!!! I can understand that the place gets busy and it's first come first seated but give me a freaking break. Don't tell me it won't be a wait and then switch and bait. So then cover you ass front staff says it wasn't them who truly lied. The manager comes and says they are not able to do anything about it. Come on. Take some responsibility, dude. Your staff totally lies and then the customer is wrong. Not even a drink or anything. I've been at Bokampers before. This was hands down the worst experience ever! And this is not as much of a rant than saying that if this happens, then management doesn't really care.

We went here for drinks and wings. Great blueberry monitor and good wings. Our server Daniel was awesome!! Great service!

Nothing special about this place. It's like every other sports bar in existence these days. Overkill with TV screens. They are everywhere. I don't need to watch golf while I'm peeing. But that's just me. Burger was ok, Cobb salad ditto. Wine pour was neither generous not stingy. Good beer selection. We were visiting friends in that area and they picked the place. That's why we were there--can't figure why the rest of the crowd was there though. There have to be better places to eat and/or drink around.

Food was sub par. Wings could've been good but they were burnt. Food- Started off with some nachos that surprisingly came with some great pico de gallo and guacamole. The cheese was a mix of shredded craft and nacho cheese which was disappointing. No lettuce or tomato on the chos either. Had the wing trio for dinner. All of the wings were burnt and filled with tendon. Not a lot of meat per wing. At least the ranch wasn't hidden valley, I can't stand when that comes to the table. Service- It was average. I would recommend this place to watch a big game but otherwise it's not worth it.

Went last night. Paige our server was great She was sat 3 tables at once including us and handled it like a pro. The food came out lightning fast and was cold and awful Not worth the high prices Never again. Paige find a better place to work. You are better than Bokampers

Turkey club was great. Pulled pork wonderful. Lobster and crab bisque was outstanding. Loaded tater tots were loaded with cheese and bacon. Great starter enough to share. Guiness on tap. Tons of TVs. Srvice was excellent. Great food but noisy with all the TVs.

Jalapeño crab dip was ok. Not a terrible beer selection. Be sure to try the grilled wings, they were great.

UPDATE: went in here tonight with some friends. The busboy spilled beer on my white pants while bussing the table. Then one of the "girls" knew a friend of mine and insisted she wasn't 21. We waited 24 minutes for them to come out and tell us that. All in all, we left after 27 minutes and no drinks, some stained pants and an aggrevated friend. I live in coconut point and come here often. The bartenders are fairly rude and negligent of patrons, as far as I'm concerned. They don't acknowledge you when you sit, and I normally have to request a drink because no one asks if I'd like another. I do look young but I think three of them examining my ID with a flashlight is a little much. Overall, meh.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE. $45.00 for 2 . food over cooked, cold, and first delivery, not even close to what we ordered. That price did not include cocktails or beer. Fries are ALACARTE.

A whole bunch of us were waiting for service and not one of the 5 server/bartenders attended to us until we went to the bar ourselves. The bartender outside did not know her bar or her menu. I asked what she had on draft and she literally only named 4 out of the probably 10 drafts that I could see from afar. One of the beers that was mentioned was Shock Top. I went for that beer but she didn't share with me that it was the pumpkin ale version. After having a few sips, I realized what I was drinking. I didn't complain or send it back but it was the lack of knowledge that urked me. Hopefully Bokampers can work out the kinks with their new location.

If you can find the place, not bad, plenty of seating. Hard to find and a maze to get in to the outside bar. Plenty of TV'S for sports. A Friday night not too much action in the place. That could because of lack of immediate parking and drink prices. Outside of specials, domestic beers $4.29 a bottle. I thought that was California, Miami S. Beach, New York prices. Food typical sports bar food. The boneless wings too much breading for me. Didn't try their signature wings, but smelled great. The craft beer is all the big breweries, no local or regional flavors. If you stumble upon not your worse choice.

Omg ... Had a philly cheese steak with the works which came recommended by the waitress. A few hours later I was awakened by cramps and the revenge of montazuma . Yes food poisoning!!! Thank you !!!

The entire staff rocks! Consider yourself extra lucky if you get Lauren, Jessica or Sawyer. Amazing food, Great play lists and over 70 television screens showing the latest sports programs. You cannot go wrong with the night at Bokampers!!!

Oh how I wanted to enjoy this place, but they'll never see me again. How you treat people goes a long way. The clue should have been the crowd of people leaving when we arrived. I figured a game was over which is why there seemed to be a mass exodus. Nope, but I think I know why. It was a Saturday night, and a fight night on top of that. When we found the entrance we were asked if we were there for the fight, which we said no. We were seated and began looking at the menu. We ordered drinks and two apps. This was about 10:20pm. Our drinks arrived and we waited for our food. At about 10:25 our server came over to tell us that there was a $10 cover charge beginning at 10:30 b/c of the fight. WTF? I told her that we weren't there for the fight to which she replied that she would ask "her manager" if the cover could be waved. NOPE! You gotta pay! Now I'm pissed. I asked her to send the manager over. I watched her, she talked to him and she left. He stood there. I'm waiting. And waiting. It wasn't like he was dealing with something else, he just stood at the hostess stand and did nothing. We left and will NOT return. Shouldn't we have been told when we entered about the cover? Should our server have told us about it when she first greeted us? Either way, yes is the answer. They would have saved two customers who will now never return. And we live right across the street!!! Now I know why everyone was leaving when we got there. Had a bad experience at the Naples one a few years ago. Should have known better.

Bokampers is somewhere between mediocre and terrible. The only consistency you'll uncover are the slow and rude bartenders, cold food and warm beers. If you're looking for a delicious meal this is not the place for you. Looking for a headache and judgement? You'll love Bokampers.

A few friends and I went here for a drink after dinner. Nothing irks me more than bar tenders who treat their customers as if they're an inconvenience. Our bar tender had a bad attitude and made our experience a very uncomfortable one. We didn't have any out of the ordinary requests, just one round of drinks but it felt like we were in the wrong for coming in an hour before they closed. I work in the service industry and when your business is open you treat your paying customers with the respect they deserve. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. By far the worst dinning experience I have ever had, I will never go back! How they are still in business is beyond me. I simply sat at the outside bar and not even ten minutes into conversation the male bartender, Sawyer, managed to insult the amount of food I ordered (I ordered a sandwich and split the appetizer with a friend). He insulted my work place and said our bar would soon go out of business because both my friend and I were hired with minimal experience. I would never eat here again.

Sat at the outside bar, and had great service! Sawyer was our bartender and he always kept our drinks full, and delivered a great experience overall! We both had burgers and they were great! I would highly recommend this establishment, and would also recommend sitting with Sawyer at the bar!

If this is the one at Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, this is an excellent establishment. Well run, great service, great food. We were there on a Saturday night and the place was packed. The bartender was extremely professional and delivered a perfect gin and tonic. The wings were awesome (order them extra crispy). The table service was great. And the crowd was great ... middle-class Americans have a great effing time, drinking and talking and laughing and watching sports on TV. Of course, it could've been the G&Ts talking. ;-)

Atmosphere is fun and family friendly. The prices are right for the area and we loved our server John. It was very busy and he did great managing all the tables. Thanks for the great service and food!!

Great happy hour specials. My server, Caylin, was an absolute delight and was on top of everything. I may have found my new after work drink/dinner spot. It definitely seems as though they are getting through the kinks of being a new establishment. Keep up the good work, Bokamper's!

We had Sherry B as a server. She was very good. The food was average. Sure not worth the price we paid. The bar area is loud. The other workers seemed to be lazy and noticed them taking care of a kid in the dining area. Several of the staff were milling around even when I saw the Manager coming by several times. It was more of a baby sitting service than a place to eat/drink. Would not recommend for those reasons and the food is not to write home about. Drinks are very pricey.

    (2)
  • Joe S.

Wow, have they jacked up their prices. Dishes and drinks are 20% higher than needed. Good atmosphere and location, but too much competition around SW Fl to keep those prices that high. Food is ok, not worth the cost.

Overpriced bar food! $85 for three people for dinner, one dessert. I would not recommend.

I was excited to finally have a casual sports bar in Coconut Point. The first few times I dined here, I was satisfied enough to come back. The problem is inconsistency. 2 weeks ago, the nacho's were loaded with toppings, we couldn't finish them. Today, they were nothing more than chips with a little cheese on them. I tried the chicken sandwich today. I didn't know you could slice chicken so thin. There couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 oz. of chicken. Someone needs to watch what is coming out of the kitchen. And lose the country music, it is terribly annoying

Short review. Went Sat. night and waited 30+ minutes and still never saw our waitress. Lots of people like us left without ordering. Told the hostess and she said "we're busy tonight". Yep...that made me feel better. Will never darken their door again. $15 burger is gouging anyway.
