Perfect for lunch! Try to be before 12:30pm or after 1:30pm because it gets very crowded. You will spend $1 or $2 more than in a Subway, and believe me, the difference is enormous! These sandwiches are great, the ingredients are fresh and top quality. The breads are delicious. I haven't tried their other dishes but they look very good too. If you order an entree, you can add a pastrie for 99 cents, and they are also delicious. Get a Panera reward card and you will earb points toward free drinks and discounts. Remember, weekdays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm are their most busy hours. Have a great lunch! (Or dinner, braekfast, or whatever else)

Yuk! If you like this place, you must have very low standards. Seriously, no matter how hungry u are you can treat yourself better than this. The crowded line was extra long, the tight registers make it so that you have to be shoulder to shoulder when placing your order and the food is nasty (I am adding pics). That's enough reason for me not to come back. I ordered the Roasted Turkey avocado BLT on sour bread. Yum right? Wrong!!! My avocado was old with dry brown areas, only one piece that looked like it was just thrown on the sandwich without much thought as to where or how. It also had tomato seeds and was wet in the back of it, even though there was no tomato on my sandwich!!! (Although there should have been a tomato because its a BLT) I had no tomato. SO I wonder, did they just take this avocado off another sandwich and put it in mine?!!!! Yuk!!!! The Mayo was also not spread but just a chunk on the edge of the slice. Don't subject yourself to such treatment no matter how desperate you are for lunch. You can make a fresher sandwich yourself at home. Instead, I reccomend you try Einstein Bagel thintastic Chicken BLT and you will notice a huge difference in both service and quality. Even the chicken kitchen is better than this. I will be adding pictures of my meal which I will be returning including the receipt.

I have been going here for three years and I can say my experience has been mediocre at best. I order the same thing every time a Greek salad, with chicken and extra peperoncinis. I can count on my hand how many times they have actually remembered the extra peperoncinis. The last two times I have gone they have hit an all time low and forgot my salad dressing as well. Also, I ordered a french onion soup with no cheese and gave it to me with cheese. I had to throw the soup away as I can not eat cheese. After I spoke to the cashier about this she did her due diligence and went to the food prep area and explain this to them, which I really appreciated. Before leaving I checked my salad and sure enough no extra peperoncini's! Instead of an apology I got a derogatory statement in Spanish (which they didn't know I spoke) and an eye roll as they opened my salad and threw in two extra peperoncini's.

I worked on a big production and I had a big and complicated order and the guys from Panera helped me out big time! They were amazing! Great food! Good to know Miami still has good customer service! Thank you guys from the Miss Universe people!

Let me start by saying that I love Panera Bread! I love their bagels , muffins, sandwiches, soups and salads! Their food is good!. Now what I hate about this particular location is the staff, THEY SUCK!!! They have no idea what they are doing and the manager seems to be lost in the sauce. The employees taking the orders have no manners and have no idea what is on the menu. They also have a big MESS in the area where people pick up their orders. And they sometimes give you the wrong items..... The sad part is that this happens EVERY TIME I go to that location. I won't be making that mistake again!!!!

Panera Bread is a great restaurant concept. I greatly enjoy this company. However, this location is below average in food standards. The last 3 times I have visited, something unacceptable would occur. The staff does not follow proper food and safety standards. I used to work in the restaurant and food industry, so please take my word for it. They are about fast paced control only over quality and customer satisfaction. The last time I purchased any food or beverages here, each one was left inconsiderably undone. Hot chocolate would be overflowing all on the cup, with no under surface, staining their tables. The cake I bought from them for a friend, was also expired by at least a few days. How could I tell? Well, from previously working in the food industry, you are supposed to label each item by the expired date from when it was first shipped in and even after a day past it's expiration date, you can feel the texture becoming stale. Not only that, but later that day, my friend reported he had become ill and couldn't digest the cake they sold to us. Food poisoning on top of a bad attitude after being served overflowing beverages? The only reason why this place is still in business, is the large amount of clientele. Otherwise, keep accepting these unsanitary mistakes and be warned that they are still around because the name of the restaurant is primarily in demand to it's consumers.

Common guys. Been here a lot lately. You are slacking. No low fat cream cheese since Saturday. How can that happen???

  • Natalie L.

This Panera is just like any other one. The staff is usually pretty friendly. The food is always good. Love the new flatbreads and corn chowder. They get REALLY backed up during lunch, so if you go between 12 and 2, you're going to end up waiting a while for your food to be ready. Besides that, great lunch spot (just go after 2).

    (3)
  • Rosario P.

This panera is particulary close to my job, so I visit it often. The service is always great, but parking is terrible! However, their lunch options are amazing, so I'll endure the torture of trying to find a parking spot during lunch hour.

  • Gerry C.

I love Panera..however I have to say that this particular location did not please. We moved to Doral and this is the closest location. The quality of food that is being served and prep service needs improvement. I ordered a pick 2 -Italian combo and classic salad (my usual for lunch). I get to section where food is being picked up and I observed 3 workers just chatting behind the counter while people are standing around waiting for food. This was during the lunch hour. I just feel they need to work on time management. When I got home I noticed the lettuce on the salad was old. I am not at all impressed by this location.

  • Jacob S.

This is just like any other Panera. The layout is long and narrow. There were not many outlets, so if you are going to be there for a while with a laptop, make sure you bring a charged battery. The service here was fast considering the amount of people placing orders.

  • Lazaro R.

These guys are the best! No matter which PB i go to, they never mess up my order even during lunch time!

I work right across the street from Panera and they are my go-to for catering! They make breakfasts and lunch for big groups a breeze! Their breakfast pastries and fruits are fresh and tasty, and their sandwich boxes with a cookie and chips are so good and conveniently packed! Serving and distributing these makes it easy and clean! Specially when serving in small conference rooms with limited space. I definitely recommend panera catering!

I am not a fan of their prices ($$). I am true believer you should get what you pay for. I don't think a simple grilled cheese and turkey sandwich be anywhere near $10.00. I used to come biweekly for their Asiago bread and chocolate-chip and Asiago bagels. But I saw Einstein Bros. had better deals--Mondays you can get 12 bagels for $6.00. I do, however, love their broccoli cheese soup and I recently tried their pasta primavera which is toppled with delicious greens. If you don't care about their prices, it is a nice place to come to for business meetings, a quick catch-up with friends!

  • Jose S.

I like it here, I like the food, I dislike their speed and process of ordering and picking up. Sometimes they give you pagers, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the staff doesn't even keep up with the pagers, then when they do, they mix the soups and get the wrong orders. Then again, during lunch time this place gets packed, busy, and sometimes hard to find an open table. You're probably better off ordering online and picking it up. Faster, convenient and already payed. I also believe the price is a little high for the amount of food you get, i believe the original stores at St. louis you get more for the amount you pay. Can't remember clearly though... If it's your first time here, try the YP2 (You Pick 2). Choose 2 between a soup, sandwich, salad or pasta bowl. All are good choices, taste is exactly what you order, but like I said everything else is what brings this place down... I'm running out of words. They accept apply pay. Ipso facto, not everyone has an iPhone 6.

Highly overpriced for the quality they offer. There are other options with better quality and prices than the infamous Panera. Props on their Napoleon/Miloja though - credit where it goes

Busy location in Doral but it's a convenient location and a good study spot. Food is good. I like their new broth bowls and I like their chicken salad sandwich. The BBQ chicken salad is good and so is the Chicken Alfredo Tortellini but the portion for the tortellini is kinda small. Their toffee nut cookie is my favorite since high school. Other things I like there: bagels, coffee, chai tea lattes, muffins, broccoli cheddar soup, turkey cranberry flatbread and Chipotle Chicken sandwich. Their green tea is sweet but good and unlimited refills while you're studying is super nice. The only cons are that the back corner is especially drafty/cold and plugs are hard to come by. But for the occasional study session, it'll suffice.

Just had lunch here and my Sandwhich was cold and mushy on the inside and burnt on the outside. Wasn't sure if I should eat it but was on a time crunch and ate some of it. I completely regret that decision.

you can't go wrong with panera... good soups good salad good sandwiches you can order online for rapid pick up. the line is pretty long for lunch.

  • Mauricio V.

Great food but small quantity at a fair price but yet still find it high. Don't get the salad but they sure know their "ramen". Way to many laptops in this place for sure with a incredible two people on a 5 person curved booth and the laptop charger going across the aisle due to the comfortable group convenient seats to be so far from a outlet. Recommendation: Pick two! Mac n cheese is a need. Broccoli and cheese bread bowl.

    good options for fast dinning

Some of the customers were either on their laptops or having meetings - not necessarily eating. So it's clear that this is a meeting spot in Doral especially since the Starbucks next door is usually full. Anyway I was sent here on a mission for Cinnamon Crunch bagels. I went up to the counter and ordered and was told they were sold out so I asked Tony the Manager if the Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake is similar in flavor to the Cinnamon Crunch Bagels. He said, "No because the coffee cake tastes like coffee." What the...???? It's obvious that the Manager has not received the proper training and has not tasted the items on their menu. What a shame.

  • Alex R.

Friendly staff but isn't the whole point of online ordering for the food to be ready on the shelf once you arrive? Got stuck making the line anyway. Other than that the food was yummy as always!

I frequent this particular Panera for lunch once to twice a week due to its location as I work right down the street. If you go for lunch do yourself a favor and get there before noon because soon thereafter it gets quite hectic. So hectic in fact that sometimes there really are no more tables left. This has happened to me on many an occasion resulting in frustration and sore fingers/hand/forearm stemming from the balancing act one must do with their heavy soup and/or or salad plates. i really like the "you pick two" specials...(half a sandwich with soup and/or salad). My favorite is the creamy tomato along with the greek salad. Parking is a b*tch, so again do yourself a favor and park behind the shopping plaza where there is always parking available even though you may have to walk a few extra yards. Even with that though, with the time it takes to find a spot, it all balances out and the extra calorie or two burned is an added bonus!! When I am feeling really overindulgent, I like to get myself an iced triple grande latte with three pumps of classic right down the way at Starbucks....ha!

For just under 10$ you can get a pretty decent lunch. I come here frequently for lunches durning my work week. Today I had french oinion soup and a cob salad. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Free wifi, very clean and a friendly staff.

So I thought it was great..that it wasn't super crowded since everywhere in Miami is crowded at lunch time... Somewhat near FIU..so I figured, why not? Ordered a caesar salad and a soup (cream of Chicken and Wild Rice) and girl friend had the similar combo. They gave us a bag of chips for free tho! :) I love croutons on my salad...and the ones I got were...STALE! :( I was greatly disappointed. Tip-bits: Parking was tricky! Definitely got busy with the work crowd when it got closer to lunch time!

After reading both reviews on this particular location, I have to agree with Gustavo, it has no personality. Everything is pretty much average. It's good, just not great. Although, you can probably count on always getting consistently ok food.

    (2)
  • Carlos R.

I feel like they try to pretend everything is fresh, but it all tastes so non fresh to me. Forced to go here by coworkers. Parking is impossible, I don't know how the city allows this parking lot to exist. Your car will get dinged, guaranteed.

Love the Frontega Chicken sandwich and the mac-and-cheese...great for lunch yet really busy during the week so kinda hard to look for seating. Thankfully the lines and food moves out pretty quick.

Great sandwiches for lunch, and bagels and souffles for breakfast. Lots of different pastries - nothing amazing though.

I love the environment of this place for breakfast, as that is the earliest that I have been there. Very comfy, it's kind of like eating at home with the colored plates of sorts. The service hasn't been the best since they try to attend the next customer as quickly as possible. Understandable, but not how I would like to be treated. I love the convenience of the WI-FI. Their bagels are outstanding, cheaper than the sandwiches, which are tiny and cost more than $3! Try the cinnamon crunch bagel, it's my personal fave.

  • Alex R.

I really like this place for lunch. I go all the time. When you go, make sure you get the Panera card so you can get free stuff sometimes. The only thing I don't like on their menu is the salads... Not a fan! Everything else is delicious and freshly made, sort of ;)

    (4)
  • Denisse M.

Great place to go for breakfast or lunch. I've tried almost everything in their menu and is all good, I like that they have a lot of healthy options, even vegetarian items. last time I went to pick up a delicious yogurt parfait they gave me a Panera member card, and the next day I got a free strawberry smoothie with my order. Awesome place to go solo ( free wi-fi) or with a large group. The staff is very nice. their Cinnamon crunch bagel is to die for.

I can't even count how many times I've been to this Panera. Broccoli cheese soup & chicken caesar salad is my go-to when I'm being indecisive. This one is always packed for lunch but the managers are attentive and don't mind jumping on the registers to help when the line is long. Especially since its by lots of businesses. Waiting for the food has been both quick and long for me, so I'm in the middle about that. It's not cheap but it's also not fast food, so I'm okay with the price. This would be a 3.5 if I had the option, lol.

  • Christine P.

I don't usually review chain places... because they're all supposed to be the same right?? Panera is the kind of place I visit when I want to feel less guilty about my meal. While the guilt is usually cancelled out by ordering too many things at once... (or that delish chocolate chip cookie!!)... I like to lie to myself that I ate "healthy." Lunch here on a weekday was packed. We made it just before the rush... and were able to get everything quickly. I was disappointed that two soup/salad combos and a drink came out to nearly $30. Just felt like a bit much... but it hit the spot.

    (3)
  • Mimi M.

I am consistently in search for the perfect Chocolate Croissant, my favorite of the breakfast treats. I must say although not a perfect 10, Panera's Choco Croissant is worth a try. They use a good consistent amount of Chocolate but I do believe it is Milk Chocolate and I like mine with Dark Chocolate, makes me feel a little healthier... :) The service is quick and the location is ideal, must warn you there is never parking during RUSH, which is basically anytime during M-F.

I love Panera bread, whether is this location or sunset...I love it! The salads are huge, even the portions for lunch and their service is good too. My coworker and I went last week and we even got a free cookie! which was amazing btw. Only takeback is the parking but try to get there bf 12:30 and you'll be fine. and my fav will have to be their tomato soup and greek salad. both A+. Try it!

I really love this place, very friendly people, i made a mistake with my order but was my fault, even the sandwich they gave me by mistake was good. I had the Smoked Turkey instead the Smokedhouse Turkey

    (5)
  • Dianna R.

My fav croissant is the toasted Cinnamon Crunch with plain cream cheese...delish! Has a good assortment of hot and cold items for breakfast and lunch. Open usually till 10...but beware if you're there close to closing time - they aren't so nice when asking you to leave. Another time I was there working with one of my employees on a project when suddenly one of the managers asked me to move so they could have "their" meeting!! It was an awful experience. Since then, I'm somewhat cautious about late night Panera meetings.

I have been here twice already and find myself anticipating a return visit. My first visit was on a Friday afternoon during the typical lunch hours, and the parking was atrocious. The parking lot is extremely unorganized with small spaces. I was forced to park in the back of building, in yet another small spot. Once inside, we were taken care of right away. The food was ready quickly, however, we did not have a place to sit due to the large crowd. We waited a few minutes and were able to sit at the large table with another group of people. The food was great and the place was clean. My second visit was later in the afternoon on a Saturday. Parking was not an issue at all. This time the group I was with was very indecisive, but the girl helping us was very patient and kind. She even offered us the Panera Card, which I gladly accepted. Our food was excellent and everyone in our group was very pleased with both the price and the amount of food on our plates. Seating was not an issue, and we found a clean table in no time. Definitely looking forward to another visit!

The beauty of chain places like this one is that USUALLY they are pretty consistent in looks, food, service. No different here... the bagels are delish, the bread fantastic and may l say the cobblestone muffin thing is decadent? The sandwiches and soups are good, prices moderate so the value for the food is def great. The plus, plus to all of this is FREE Wll-Fl.. Unlike Starbucks next door, so you will see all of the Starbucks patrons outside nipping the Internet. Parking not bad on off-peak hours.. which means that parking on peak hours is a b***h.

The food is great and served on time. Great variety and selection.

    (5)

Blah ... just another run of the mill franchises with no value added, this place has no personality or uniqueness. By the same token if you are looking for a simple solution to a quick bite, stop by with your laptop computer and cruise their free wireless network while you much on your sandwich and soup. Everything is OK ... and you might enjoy a dessert or a bagel.

LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEE it! I discovered Panera Bread back in my cosmo school days and as soon as I tried ther chicked salad with balsamic dressing and there tasty begets I was hooked like Captin Hook off of Peter Pan! Any Panera I see I have to stop and have. This one Friday evening after leaving the ups stope I wanted there lemonade ohh so bad so why not go and get a large. Thank goodness it was not busy as always so I slid right in and got helped right away. I ordered a large and the man gave me a medium but to my surprise the other young man that helped me check out noticed the guy gave me the wrong size for my money and I ended up walking out of there a happy camper with a large lemonade and a medium for freeeeeee! Like i said Love it.

I LOVE Panera Bread! they have the BEST broccoli cheddar soup and their sandwiches are great. I like to try something new every time. They also have an awesome point system if you sign up for their reward card. The employees are friendly and their service i fairly quick. The only negative side to it is the plaza its located in. Its almost impossible to find parking during the lunch rush.
