Food and service is amazing and the owner Ervin is always there and always willing to make your dining experience a great one. They have awesome lunch specials everyday and their carrot cake bread is to die for, also you HAVE to try their chicken pesto sandwich!

Great food but to expensive to go there again. $14 for a buffalo panini, ice tea and a chips is excessive. They need to drop their prices and then this would get 5 star rating by me. There was very little foot traffic into the store and right next to it both restaurants are filled at lunch time. I would need a coupon to go back again any time soon with all the other cheap good places to go in Doral.

I work around the area and was itching for a bagel, I remember this place when it was under construction and figured it'll be open. And to my luck, it was. Parking is scarce but there's a lot off to the side of the tiny plaza but that's no big deal. Went inside and it was three other customers and I placed my order for a chicken salad sandwich on a plain bagel with chips and a drink. For 9 bucks that's a steal in Doral. Most places will get you just a sandwich with no drink for 10-12 bucks. The older lady was polite, bilingual (a rare occurrence in this area) and the gentleman with the New York dialect was also very kind, straight to the point with options, and bilingual. I agree with the other review that it is a bit difficult to see the options of bagels and that they should move it toward the front. But from the register, it is clear as day. Where most of the demographic for bagel buyers go straight to the register and pick what they want from there. The chicken salad on plain was awesome. With the right amount of sweet raisins it was great. It's perfect. It doesn't need to be altered or touched. Understanding that they just started up, they seem to be on the right track. What I did want was a more crowded atmosphere like other bagel delis. There's nothing like enjoying good food in a bustling restaurant. Will definitely be going back.

I came in on a Sunday around 11:15am. The place only had one other set of customers in. The cafe is clean and nicely decorated. I had a hard time reading the menu on the wall. The low contrast between the type and background color makes it very difficult to read. It must be a commonly voiced problem because they have a stack of photocopies available. Also, the bagel bins are tucked into the corner and makes it a little difficult to read the selection. I ordered the chicken salad on a toasted pumpernickel bagel and a cafe con leche. The chicken salad has a great deal of potential it just needed some salt and pepper. The bagel I'm not so sure about. It was missing that distinctive pumpernickel flavor. Also, it was either stale to start or was over toasted. The cafe con leche was nice and hot with good foam on top. While the restaurant is still young, I'll give them a few chances to get it right. The staff was wonderfully friendly and engaging. I'm in the areaquite often and they have the corner on this style of food in a predominantly Latin area. I'll be back and wish them luck!

This is just an awesome place I am from NYC and just wanted to say this is a little diamond here in Doral, their food is fresh and made on the spot. The staff is very friendly and on point.. This is my next eating joint.. Plus they have breakfast all day, so yes eggs at 3 pm awesome..

2 eggs, home fries, bacon, and orange juice was 9.63 Good food just pricey for a simple breakfast platter, which is why i took off one star. Service is fast enough to eat on a 30 min lunch break. May return in future, just the price is meh. Breakfast sandwich would have been a better deal in retrospect ( 4.85)

I know they're new to the area and the staff was extremely nice, so I'm going to try and not be too tough on them. I always love to try little mom and pop places, especially when they involve bagels. I love bagels, so I know a good place when I find one. This was not it. To reiterate, the woman that helped me behind the counter was very welcoming and kind. When I decided to place my order for a bagel sandwich with grilled chicken, I had to repeat the order numerous times and I still was not confident she got it right. The order took quite a while to come out, and it really was not that complicated. There also was only a handful of people in the joint. When I finally received my order, it was just as I expected. They didn't get it right at all. I had to wait for them to remake it, which was about a few extra minutes. The woman who placed my order never questioned me or rolled her eyes at me when I asked them to redo it, which was refreshing. I can tell the people who were putting the food together was new at this. When I finally had a chance to eat it, I was not impressed at all. The bagel seemed stale and a few days old. The chicken had a fake and plastic taste to it. Nothing impressive. I am a sucker for bagels/delis and this is the only one in the near vicinity that I'm aware of. I'm willing to give them one more try in the hopes that the kinks have been worked out. Stay tuned!

First expression was descent. Place looked nice and looking forward to eating lunch. Noticed six people sitting and waiting for their food and one person in front placing an order. Here it goes. Lady at register was pretty slow, another employee standing next to her doing nothing. I'm being completely honest in regards to my next comment. An 8 to 9 year old boy cutting a bagel with a big freakin knife, I was so scared for that child. The child was working. I think that's got to be illegal. One person cooking. That's it I knew I was not going to have my lunch. I get an hour break. I left and eat at firehouse subs. In and out in 15 minutes. Got back to work 10 minutes early.

There were four people in our party and there were no other customers in the restaurant when we placed our order. One of the two employees could have started cooking our food as the new customers came in but they did not! Three other customers with smaller orders were filled before they even went into the kitchen to cook our food. The potatoes were greasy, the eggs were over cooked and dry. It took over 25 minutes to get our food which is unacceptable. We received an attitude when we pointed out an error in our order even though it was corrected. We also notice one employee touched the food without gloves several different times after dealing with customers/money. We will not be returning.

A very nice staff, however, the meal was overpriced. The chicken salad wrap was soggy. The bagel was definitely frozen and thawed. Not the best experience, so my family will not be going back. At $35 for a soggy chicken wrap, a hard bagel with little chicken, 2 espresso, and a slice of old cheesecake was not something we are going to repeat. As much as we wanted this place to be better "out the gate" we cannot support this establishment. The worst meal we've had since we got to Miami.

My husband and I have been waiting for months for this place to open. Coming from NJ we miss the morning bagel run on the weekends. We are excited to look it up and find out this location had opened. We arrived at 10 to a virtually empty store. It was disappointing that the bagels are tucked in a corner making it hard to see them or read the varieties available. The digital menu was very crowded with information and so it took some time to understand the pricing structure and what was available. In general are some major things that need to be addressed for this place to survive. #1 the counter staff should know their product and be confident in service. #2 on Sunday morning half of the bagel varieties were unavailable, no cinnamon raisin, asiago, mostly all of the more savory, stinky varieties were to be had in limited quantity. #3 when ordering half a dozen bagels to go, each bagel should not be individually wrapped, which takes time and wastes supplies. #4 When ordering cream cheese to go there should be prepackaged tubs ready to go, not take ten minutes to be packed and brought for us to take with us, thus defeating the point of picking up to go. Bagel should be in an out in 10 minutes but our entire order took 30+ minutes for us to get out the door with breakfast. #5 a half dozen bagels, a tub of cream cheese and a bottle of chocolate milk should not require 4 paper bags - 2 at the most. This is costing the establishment a lot of money in supplies. #6 a band new bagel place should have fresh, soft bagels, with that chew factor when you bite into them, not rock hard bagels that require a toasting when we get home to make them edible. #7 Bacon and scallion cream cheese should be executed well, not have soggy, under cooked bacon pieces making the cream cheese greasy and unpalatable. With Einstein bagels a mile away, I really think this location is going to have a very hard, upward battle to build a loyal customer base if they continue to operate in this fashion. I hope that there is a process in place to evaluate and adjust as needed to make sure operations and the delivery of service and products are at the highest level, otherwise their longevity will be questionable. I am not trying to be mean, but rather looking at all the bagel places I have eaten at him my life and recognition that this is not an acceptable experience.

Since owners are Dominican, they ought to consider Dominican food. At least Dominican breakfast! I've already shared this with Irvin and he's considering g it! Can't wait

This is the best bagel shop in all of Miami. The bagels are fresh and delicious. The service is wonderful and a joy to be with each morning. I hope this shop stays around for a long time.
