It's good quality food. The prices are ok for lunch in Doral. You can keep it healthy or eat fat. It's your choice. Lol. They also have a variety of Hispanic choices like.. Arepas!! Near the checkout counter they also have juice bar.. Haven't tried any but I see a lot of customers asking for them.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE Natural Chicken Grill Restaurant. This location is the reason i will never eat chicken grill ever again in my life. ALL the employees are rude, including the manager. They always get my order wrong, and all the times I've ordered something and they "ran out" or "don't have anymore" they never tell me over the phone. They put whatever they want to substitute it and don't even warn you and just charge you. I've had to physically go and return the food twice, and just recently i'm still waiting for them to give me my money back. I do not recommend this chicken grill location to ANYONE. Don't get me wrong, the food is great but the environment itself has me completely disgusted.

Visited this location for a Groupon offer that expires December of this year but they refused to accept the Groupon. Their exact words were "Groupon needs to remove the promotion from their website." Fine, not that big of a deal. Everything was alright till it came to pay for the food. According to the cashier the first 4 sauces are free and every additional sauce is $0.69. I have never been to a Chicken Grill that charges additional for sauces. In fact most have a station for you to fill as many sauces as you would like on your own. Also, the most expensive chop (came out to $10.44) the South of the border chop included no beans as the picture shows it was supposed to as well as the description of the chop and they made it with yellow rice when I asked for brown rice.

I have been a loyal customer for over 6 months now & will never step foot inside of This Chicken Grill again thanks to the older man cutting chicken who was rude. I've also noticed recently that the lady who charges at the register, charges a different amount everytime for the same food. I'm done with this place.

As another reviewer had mentioned, wasting your hard earned money on poor quality food leaves a bad taste in your mouth,. This place is a joke, from the terrible service, to the dry chicken... Chicken Kitchen has much better prices and quality, will not be coming back to this Chicken Grill and definitely would not let anyone I know eat there.

I purchased a groupon to visit this place I never been to Natural Chicken Grill in Doral, FL. The groupon was 5.00 and the difference of what I paid after I presented my voucher was 5.60, in total I paid 10.60 for alot of food that was not even tasty. I think they charge you extra for topping on your rice bowl, like for every topping its a surcharge. I was not aware of this, since its not posted on the menu and they didn't let me know, or its possible that they charged me for beans because I was using a groupon deal. I am prettty sure that the beans are included in the price on the menu. They charged me twice. They do provide you with a large quantity of food, however, the quality of food is terrible. The vegetables are okay at best, the churrasco was dry, the tomatoes were not firm, and it didn't taste like anything; the food was lacking in salt and pepper. I felt completed cheated out of my groupon deal and wasted my time driving here to buy lunch. I will never come here again.

I'm so upset. & I rarely write reviews of restaurants. I went there today cause I usually am pleased with there food but today I was beyond upset. First off, due to the construction in the area the traffic was atrocious. Then, when I get inside I was standing in line and was completed ignored by one of the staff. She didn't even tell me that she would be with me in a minute or anything. She just pretty much chose to ignore me. I was waiting about 5 minutes until she finally took my order. I specifically asked for a South of the Border no sour cream, no lettuce. She wrote some 'chicken scratch' on the container and the gentleman asked me to move down the line and that he will bring it to the register. I was in a rush so I was already frustrated because the place was very crowded and I had a feeling they were going to get my order wrong. However, I was patient and I waited in the line, when I got to the register the cashier proceeded to charge me and give me my food. I rushed out and when I got to work to eat, my order was wrong :( There was sour cream all over and no guacamole (which is included in the meal). What made me more upset was that when I checked my receipt I was charge $10.89 for this plate. I was charged $7.99 (when the menu says its $7.19) & and I was charged an extra $1.49 for Guacamole & $0.70 for extra lettuce! I mean WTF! I will be uploading a picture shortly. I'm beyond pissed and I will be uploading a picture so you can see. Avoid this piece of crap place at all cost!!!!!!!!!

I visit this place one a week, or every two weeks. My order is always the same: Boneless breast platter + extra tomato and no pita = perfect no carb meal. Total price comes less than $10 with cup of water... not the cheapest lunch, but a tasty and healthy alternative to other 'fast food' chains in the area.

BE WARNED: their advertised menu prices are NOT the actual prices. When I informed management, they hid behind some supposed disclaimer on the menus that states "prices are subject to change". WTF?! I understand inflation and increase in food costs but how about updating your menu prices! I guess deceiving their customers is more important that attempting to rectify the situation. I wasn't going to demand my 60 cents back but their lack of customer service is enough for me to never eat here again, despite how good and healthy the food is. What a disappointment!!!

I have to start this review off by saying I hate being cheated out of my hard earned money. I went to this place for lunch today after purchasing a $10 groupon. I thought they may have a few salads on the menu, but my fault they did not. They did have a caesar salad, but there was no parmesan cheese or croutons and I wasn't given caesar dressing so im not sure why it was called a caesar, strange. The salad was lettuce with grilled chicken. I asked him to add tomatoes while I looked for other toppings to spiff up my salad, there weren't any but onions. I guess I pushed it by adding the onions because i found out on the bill later that a scoop of onions is an extra $.39. Well, that was not on the menu or anywhere posted. Then comes the real kicker. The girl rung us up and after paying and looking at the receipt I see that there is also a $.99 charge for guacamole. Neither of us ordered guacamole so I go tell the girl she made a mistake on our receipt. In her limited english she attempted to explain that it was a tax, but when I asked a tax for what, she called the manager over who also could not explain to me what the charge was for. After going back and forth with them for 5 minutes (while our food got cold) my friend told them that what they were doing was illegal and that she would call the county and report them if they didn't take it off. That finally got us our $1 back, but then they tried to keep the receipt showing the charge! It took a minute to get it back. They were trying to say that they had to charge an extra $1 to groupon customers because of tax (basically it made no sense, guacamole is not tax, tax was already listed on the receipt, and groupon doesn't allow extra fluff charges that are not previously disclosed on the groupon). It was only $1 but I'll be doggone if I add $1 to some dirty fast food restaurant owners pocket "just because". They are taking advantage of busy customers who may not notice an extra $1 pimp fee on their bills. There are a thousand "chicken grills" with various names in Miami/Doral. Eat someplace else. It's just not right.

A spot where geographical convenience is the only 5 star attribute. I've stopped for lunch a couple of times, and there has always been something missing. Whether it's a soda machine where there's more gas than syrup, or ice running out..or a surly kitchen staff.. or syrup that is slightly congealed. The chops usually have more rice - a little dry for my taste - than chicken. I know the old adage of getting what you pay for, but how about just a little more pleasant customer service (and faster moving line.)

Better than Chicken Kitchen Better quality and lower prices. Friendlier service too and the place is clean. Good option off the Palmettto, on 25th St. for healthy food near Doral

This place is quick, easy, and not greasy. I love the variety, and their chicken Fricassee was super good. Much better option in Doral than the same old Chicken Kitchen or Pollo Tropical (where you wait forever, and sometimes the chicken is sooo dry). I can only comment on the Asian chicken and the Fricassee, but they were great. You have the option of brown, yellow, or white rice. The staff there is very laid back and friendly. The homemade brownie was good also. Prices were cheap, and I had a groupon, which even made it even better. The portions were huge, and I was able to make 2 and a half meals out of one.

Only because I frequent this "Chicken Kitchen" style locale about twice a week during my lunch break for a hearty portion of grilled chicken on a bed of rice! For me there is nothing like carbs and protein; especially chicken! It satisfies my hunger like no other, and it provides me energy to tackle the post-lunch lull at work. The place is low frills. There is usually a line if you go between 12:15-12:45 during the work week. What you will encounter is a lot of people on their lunch break from whatever corporate office is located nearby. The chicken does have a lot of flavor however! I personally order a Natural Chop with brown rice. Simple. Nothing extravagant. My one gripe is the shopping plaza itself. To get in and out of this plaza is a nightmare. There tends to be a bottleneck effect on the entrance on 25th street that can become quite treacherous at times. Every 10th order is free by the way! In fact, I've gone so much to this place that I have cycled through my free meal more than I can count on my hand! Who says there is no such thing as a free lunch!!
