Greek chipotle...they need to bring this to Virginia and put it next to a Menchies.

Gyroville is cheap, fresh, quick, and tasty! I only wish there was one in the Miami downtown area.

The original Gyros are amazing!! They pack em with tons of MEAT!! I also tried the chicken gyro not a fan. Chicken was dry. Stick with the original... also check in for free fries or Hummus!

Came here twice while I visited Florida and both time I enjoyed my food. First time there the hostess wasn't too friendly but got my order pretty fast. I had the Zeus, it was juicy and flavorful and I couldn't finish it. Second time there, they were friendly and I had the Skirt Steak platter with the jalapeno spinach sauce (didn't care too much for the sauce) but the rice and steak were really good.

By far, the best gyro I've had. They prepare it to perfection. Two thumbs up.

1st visit was a good one. Always wanted to stop here for lunch but the line was always out the door and around the corner and now I know why. Very good and affordable.

Great quality and variety. Mucho food for the price. Very friendly staff. I work in the area and have tried every food serving establishment in the area.(Except the golden arches-never!) Whenever we want to split a sandwich we go here as a gyro is too much for one person. Meals have always been fresh with generous servings. A great deal of variety. Many healthy options to select from. Pricey compared to a boring burger or sub but the taste is just on another higher level. More than makes up for the added cost. It is a lunch place in my opinion. Nothing fancy or memorable regarding atmosphere. Enter, order, retrieve meal and either go back to work or to the awesome park across Galloway or save a few minutes by eating there. Recommend as a great place to go to lunch to split a meal. Nothing like sharing a meal with that cutie in the office to signal her she is yours.

I don't know how I didn't find this greek treasure before! It's hidden in the same plaza as the Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza so I don't think this place gets the credit they deserve! My friend and I came here for lunch and the line was quick. We got the "Build Your Own" option - pita bread, gyro, and tzatziki sauce! Pita bread was warm, gyro was flavorful and fresh, and the sauce topped everything off. They put SOO much meat! You can also add whatever toppings you'd like. There is other choices if you don't want to build your own. You can ask for sandwiches, platters, salads, etc. They have a sandwich called the Zeus and it has 3 meats in it. I can't imagine how full and packed that pita bread would be because with just my gyro meat, I couldn't finish it. I also ordered a side of fries! They drop them in the fryer upon ordering so they're fresh. Crispy, not too heavy either. It was a good price for my gyro-filled pita, but the only thing I'd wish they had was combos. Best of all, even though I didn't finish my meal because I got full, I didn't hate myself lol! It was filling but it didn't make me want to nap after ;D

I've never been a fan of Gyros...apparently I've never had the real thing. LOVE this place. Everything is fresh and the Gyros are stuffed to capacity. You can have it in a pita or as a salad and they even have 3 diffrent types of tzatziki sauce. The line can get long but the service is pretty fast. I can't wait for the location in Kendall to open.

Amazing, I always get the Athena Gyro with extra bar-b-que sauce. Apart from the food being so fresh and tasty, one of the cooks; Alex even remembered me. I always order the Athena. I've always wanted to walk into a place and have them say "The Usual?" YES! Love this place and their customer service.

OMG, I have been looking for a Gyro Place for a long time, and the best I found was always back to MiamiSubs... well those days are gone.... My wife and I ordered two Gyro Sandwiches and they were Delicious, Delicious, Delicious, and did i say Delicious !!! Give it a try and prepare for a party in your mouth :-)

If you want fast Greek food this is your place to go. Nice, clean location, fast employees and delicious gyros. I'm vegan so I order the Falafel with hummus (YUM). Tasty and huge. Will fill up hungry tummies and keep them happy.

BEST. GYRO. EVER. This place is it. If you have had a gyro (pronounced: "euro") before and liked it, then you'll love this place. The lamb is so tender and juicy, and the pita bread is soft, warm, and virtually melts in your mouth as you bite into it. This location is only a few weeks old, and I've already been there several times. I just can't get enough, it's seriously delicious. The tzatziki sauce is awesome. For first-timers, I'd recommend getting a plain gyro, or the Zeus (in addition to lamb, it has chicken & pork as well), with maybe some lettuce and tomato (and don't forget the tzatziki sauce!). Don't be "that guy" (or girl) who shows up to try the place out and gets the Aphrodite (vegetarian's delight). This place has awesome lamb. Try the freakin' lamb. While I love the concept of the Zeus for its meat combo, I much prefer just a plain gyro. One of my friends put it best (regarding the Zeus): "The lamb here is so good, that when you end up biting into the chicken or the pork, you're disappointed." It's true. I've had the Zeus twice, and while the other meats are tasty, THEY'RE NOT LAMB. This really is the selling point of Gyroville. I can't stress this enough. It's amazing. The lunch rush is pretty intense, so the three available parking spaces in front go quickly. I'd suggest going when they open at 11am, or waiting until after 1pm, but you'll still have to park around the back, or along the sides (I don't even know if that's legal, but people do it anyway). If you're in the area, or if you just want a really good gyro, come visit. Don't miss out on the best gyro around.

Amazing gyro! Try it with some feta. The gyro is so big I always think I won't finish it, but its so good I always do. Everything is fresh. I checked in through yelp and got a free hummus with a pita. I also ordered the fries because I couldn't resist. They were also delicious. Located next to anthonys coal fire pizza.

Having lived in Chicago for quite some time, I know what a good gyro should taste like. Gyroville hit it out of the park! Employees working were super nice and knowledgable! Super sweet to my 3 year old (even offered free baklava!-delicious as well) I do wish the tzatziki had smaller diced cucumbers-but that's me being picky! Will definitely return!

  • Romy V.

It was DELICIOUS and worth the money!

It's like a Greek Chipotle! SOOO good!! I had the Poseidon and my bf had a chicken souvlaki rice bowl and they were both EXCELLENT! Try it!

  • Sergio M.

Not a Greek diner, but not pretending to be one either. The build your own gyro is the way to go - with plenty of meat, warm fresh pita, and the veggies of your choice. I always get the tzatziki sauce on the side to complement and not overwhelm the gyro ( also because I've stained pants and shirts before!). Always filling. Casual place to grab a quick bite ( if there are chairs) or get it to go. I tried the hummus his time and not a big fan - saltier than I would prefer. I'll stick to my regular order next time....

  • Sasha L.

You gotta try the Zeus, its mind blowing, with extra sauce, can't go wrong.

Gyroville definitely has a fan in me. I've gone there twice for lunch and have enjoyed it both times. This is definitely the only place to get this type of food in the Doral area. The lamb is very juicy, tender, and incredibly tasty. The hummus is also very tasty but it's not the traditional sort of hummus that you might be used to. The pita bread they serve is also very good. It's soft, warm, and perfect for dipping into the hummus. My only issue here is the lack of flexibility when ordering. I always order the gyro meat, Greek salad, and substitute the side of rice for hummus. For some reason they kind of freak out and say they "can't" substitute the fries and have to charge me for the side of hummus. I don't mind paying extra but it really bothers me when places can't accommodate specific orders more easily. Am I the only person that doesn't want the rice or the fries? The first time I went they charged me for a side of meat, side salad, and side of hummus. It just seems overly complicated for something that seems all too simple. Overall, I definitely enjoy eating here. It's a great new option for people looking for a good casual eatery in the Doral area.

Great place. Tonight was my first time here. I got a Zeus, along with hand cut fries. Everything was super fresh and delicious. I work right around the corner so this will be come a regular lunch spot.

  • John S.

Great flavor and variety. I recommend the Zeus.

  • Gean T.

Real, fast, and fresh...I went to the one in doral, but I heard they have one closer to my house in Miami lakes....trueeeee...a real nice change from the same old rice and beans The.Zeus is loaded with meat and fresh veggies and the pita bread is nice and soft. Nothing like the gyro you get at the youth fair or Miami subs.very fresh ....already planning my next visit to see what else I can try.

Terrific fast-food Greek food! Menu is clear with great options. Staff is friendly and offers to explain the best way to order. I'm glad they have whole wheat tortillas and was impressed by the varieties of tzatziki flavors. They have many choices of what to add to your wrap/tort/pita/salad. Be sure to grab a fork if you get a pita because the ingredients overflow; it's probably easier to eat in wrap-form than pita. I had the gyro and will get falafel next time. So glad to have a casual Greek place around! I'll be back for eat-in and to-go meals at reasonable prices.

  • Andrea G.

SERVICE was AMAZING! the guys were so nice! Treated us really nice! I pulled out my phone and they immdiately knew i wanted my FREE pita and hummus! The food was good too! Try the Zeus!Vgreat staff

I've been waiting for a close place to work that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a bite of good healthy food. The food was reasonably priced, great full flavors, and a decent portion for lunch. I got the Aphrodite, which was a mistake of my fault. I wanted something a little extra healthy without having a good idea of what falafal tasted like. Nonetheless, I was still impressed with the staff, the other flavors aside from the meat substitute, and the price. I will definately be back.

  • Ryan H.

Quite decent for a fast-food place. Souvlaki was better than at some fancier Greek restaurants I've been to.

  • Andrea R.

Gyroville has become one of my favorite places in Doral! All ingredients are so fresh and healthy and you can pick among a variety of deliciously natural toppings. You can build your own or select from the menu. Their pitas and salads are just great! I can't believe how they put all those things inside and still wrap the pita. They guys serving are very friendly and chill. You can get your food right away, no need to wait for food here! Plus, if you check-in with Yelp, you will get a free hummus and pita chips. And they'll also send coupons to your email! I received 2x1 pita last week and was so happy! I always order falafel since I prefer vegetarian options :)

  • Jc G.

Great spot for gyros! They give military discounts. I love this spot for gyros they also have other Mediterranean Fare. Excellent location in Doral. Parking is a little challenging, but if you like fresh food, it's worth it.

  • Ricky R.

Average Gyro. I had a lamb Gyro w/ spicy jalapeño spinach tazicki sauce. It was good. They offer a variety of Gyros with different types of sauces. Ok if your are a true Gyro lover and Gyroville is the closest place around then you can get a quick gyro. They are the fast food of Gyros. I have had a better more authentic Gyro at Greek restaurants. Again if you want a quick on the fly Gyro try Gyroville, if you want a authentic Gyro then skip Gyroville. Have a nice day :).

Huge quantities of food for very little money. Pretty standard gyros and salads served by a super friendly staff in a bright, welcoming restaurant.

  • Bernardette S.

I truly love the food at Gyroville and my first review was for another location which I had an amazing experience. So to say the least this review is not based on the food but the ambiance and the service. The service wasn't bad however, it wasn't friendly either. We walked in to absolute dead silence which made you afraid to have a conversation. Everything was very dull. Take your order, ready, go, thank you; systematic and robotic. Hopefully they can work on improving that so that it matches the quality of their good food.

Best place ever !!!!!! Great people and the food rocks ! They always have fresh gyro and if they don't you ask them and they'll make it

This gyro shop is middle of the road in the world scheme of gryo shops. If you're in Doral and bitten by the gryo bug there are few other choices. I had the Zeus and a side order of rice. Time was after 1 pm Pros: Fast & efficient service Generous portions Best Gryo shop in Doral? Cons Unclean. At the time of my visit the dining area looked like it was left to the customers to clean. No employees were observed wiping down tables or picking trash up off floor. I could only find one clean table to sit down. The front end matches what health inspectors found behind the counter on their last inspection on 19 September, when they found six deficiencies. Considering the small size and simplicity of their operation, this is significant. Pita Chips? I went to order pita chips thinking I was going to have the pita wedges, but was shown pita chips in a bag! This the same slippery slope that humanity has traveled before with potato chips and plantain chips. Rice? The side of rice represented the blandest imitation of wild rice I have ever tasted. Not shaved directly from spit. The meat is shaved in a batch a placed in a metal bin on the serving counter. Pitas not fresh baked. The pitas appear to be factory made and then heated up on a tortilla press. I prefer pitas fresh from the oven.

Love this place! Whenever I'm in the mood for some fast food Mediterranean, this is my place. Food is flavorful, prices good , and portion is on point (I like my hefty portions)! So far I recommend the traditional gyro, the poseidon(fish), and the Zeus. Their falafel is pretty good, too! If you're uncertain of what sauce to add, ask to try and they will gladly give you a sample.

  • Angela P.

I got a falafel pita. Probably the worst falafel I've ever eaten. It was Very tough and dry. The staff was very rude. Specially the two girls by the cashier. One of them rang me up while they were engaged in their conversation about their highschool-like personal matters. Excuse me I said... Sorry to interrupt, I asked for a cup for ice, and they gave me one of the tiny 4oz cups for water... Even though I bought a soda. And when I asked that I preferred a bigger cup for my ice... One of them rolled her eyes and basically raised her voice and said... "Exactly! You bought a soda from our fridge not a Fountain drink!" I was astonished, I don't know why she thought it was ok to talk to a customer in that tone... The drinks are the same price! What difference does it make? Rude rude rude. No customers service skills, and mediocre food... No thanks. I will spend my money elsewhere.

  • Diana R.

These gyros stack high on my list and on the plate! I've come here for lunch several times and love it more with each visit. The gyros are very well seasoned and the Mediterranean salads are amazing. For being in Doral, the service is fairly quick. You don't get table service, but I don't mind--hope you don't either and you get your butt over here quick!

    (4)
  • Anam K.

The food was overpriced and nothing spectacular. I personally don't think I'd go there again even though it's right down the street from my house. Staff wasn't too welcoming either

    (2)
  • Vanessa J.

It's all about the Zeus gyro here! I don't think I could ever order differently. The tzatziki sauce is perfection. The pita was SO soft and fresh. Make sure you check in for the free small hummus and pita. The guys behind the counter were super nice and patient. Can't believe it took me so long to finally try this place.

    (5)
  • Nicole C.

I'm giving them 3.5 stars (so far) as I have only tried the basic gyro pita & my rating is based on that only. I will be back to try some other items on the menu. I think they have good gyros since they really pile on the gyro meat (I appreciate that) but I wasn't blown away, I was satisfied. They have some pretty interesting options I still want to try. I'll be back.

    (3)
  • Daisy S.

Thank the gods!!! I love Gyroville! Try the Zues Gyro!!! By far the best gyro the have. They also have all types of different flavored hummus! This place is a gyro lovers paradise! You can practically build your own Gyro! Phenomenal ! Did I mention they offer groupons once in a while!

    (5)
  • Phuong O.

Not a bad Gyro place, I got the zeus and that was loaded with goodies, on top of that I added jalapenos, chick peas, cucumbers, yeah it was a mess. Nice employees, clean looking place to eat at, got free pita with hummus for checking in with Yelp. The Zeus came with grilled chicken and pork and of course the meat they used for gyros. The chicken looked and tasted fresh, so i'm happy with that. Portion size is pretty average to big, I had semi food coma after I ate that. Overall I would come in again ;]

    (5)
  • Linbo Z.

Fast food style Greek food. No surprise for the food quality. They will stop selling food at least 15 min before closing.

  • Jessica A.

Yum! I quickly became a fan of Gyroville after my first visit. I came here on my lunch break (before the insane rush) and the service was extremely friendly & welcoming. I told the kid behind the counter it was my first time there, and he walked me through it. I got a gyro on pita with their honey mustard dip and it was pretty delicious, not gonna lie. Extremely filling too! Flavorful and fresh. I'll definitely be coming back again soon!

Great people and amazing food. If you're hungry and looking for something filling, but light, come here

  • Aracelly C.

My family and I loved going here. We like how the food was always warm and our veggies grilled. The last time we went there my husband and I got a stomach virus and assumed ok no big deal maybe it was a one time thing and after 1 year of staying away we decided to go back this past Friday .mu chicken was cold and the staff serves very sloppy. My entire family and I spend Mother's Day weekend in the hospital due to the food poising this place gave us. I am 4 months pregnant and this has scared the hell out of me . I will never go back and will never encourage anyone to go eat here .

    (1)
  • Brittany J.

Really great Greek "fast food" . Love the different sauces they give, especially the jalapeño tzatziki! The portions are large. Great spot for lunch

    (4)
  • Irma H.

Love this place!! Food was fresh and the quality was amazing. We had the pita with gyro and a side of greek salad. I liked that you can add toppings to your pita/platter. The employees are very nice and helpful. The place is small, but good. It looks clean and tidy. We did the check in and got our free pita and hummus, which was a nice portion and the hummus was very tasty. Overall we enjoyed our food. We will be coming back for more.

  • Antonio G.

Good place for lunch. Fast service and reasonably priced. I had the Poseidon (mahi on a pita with veggies and greek sauce); healthy and fresh infrdinets, though nothing special.. Next time I will try the falafel and update my review. Staff is friendly and explain to you the options if you have questions. In my opinion, there should be a person making sure the tables are clean; I didn't see anybody and I had to seat a table which was not spotless. Gee, they even have employees than ensure tables are clean in places like McDonald's !

    (3)
  • Mishelle R.

Good lunch :) ingredients seemed pretty fresh. You can choose what ingredients go in your entree by "Creating Your Own" or you have different choices available. The different sauce choices are also good. The employees were polite and helpful. Good alternative to other fast food options

  • Melissa R.

I've been to this Gyroville a few times. They have pretty large servings, though the salad is sized about right. The service here borders on unfriendly (maybe this is just me?), but there are 1 or 2 guys that are really nice and courteous. Their hummus is great, their ingredients are fresh and I keep going back for more because hell if a couple of unfriendly employees are going to stop me from enjoying the food. I definitely recommend this place. Also a note that the parking situation kind of sucks because this particular real estate is...odd.

  • Giovanni T.

Went here while on vacation due to the glorious reviews and craving to eat Greek food. This place just fell really short for me, have had much better Greek food. Ordered the veggie platter and grape leaves, both were just okay at best. Everything tasted of typical fast food Greek like I expect to have at a mall food court, not the fresh homemade taste I was expecting. Falafel looked and tasted like it was previously frozen, grape leaves were not super fresh or tasty, and the spinach pie pie I'm pretty sure was frozen too. The rice and pita were bland, and I was disappointed in the tzatziki sauce, it was borderline sour, not fresh. The only positive is that the staff was friendly and the good is prepared quickly (well I know why the food is prepared quickly now so it's not really a positive). I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, keep looking if you want good Greek food.

  • Katy S.

I was really looking forward to giving this place a great review. Unfortunately, no can do. The food was mediocre at best. The falafel tasted extremely funky and the lamb from the gyro was cold and lacked flavor. I've definitely had better of both elsewhere! The only thing that really stood out for me was, ironically, the free pita and hummus. Hummus was spot on and tasted great and the pita bread was hot and didn't seem stale or old. Good job on that, Gyroville. I must note, however, that the employees are really nice there and made my visit pleasurable. If only the food was better I'd return. As for now, I will skip this place from now on.

So, i used to work on the beach many years ago and there, i tried my first gyro. It was amazing. That place closed down a couple years later and i haven't been able to find a great tasting gyro....until now!!! I had a simple pita, gyro, lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce. It was freaking amazing. Theres was a good amount of meat to veggie ratio. The only thing that threw me off was the guy who put the tzatziki sauce just piled up a big spoonful of it right in the middle of the gyro. When i opened it, it had thankfully spread but half of the gyro was drenched and dripping the tzatziki sauce. Next time i'l be asking for a little less sauce. I also got a small order of hummus and pita for checking in with yelp. The pita was soft and a little warm and delicious. The hummus was even better!! Both of them together, made my belly feel so warm and fuzzy. Other than that, the gyro was amazing. The service was fast considering there was quite a line when we got there and the seating area was packed. (It was 1230 on a monday afternoon) Def will be going back!

Better get there early if your thinking about eating. 40 mins before closing, they have no food and are just turning people out. How about we wait to close before cleaning up.

Love the chicken platter fresh , quick, and cheap. Every Time I go I order same platter love it. And it's filling

I really wanted to like this place but it fell short on several points. We usually eat at Anthony's next door or Rice which is also nearby but wanted to give a new business a chance and change it up a bit. We went for lunch last weekend. Lamb was extremely salty and dry . Salad was very small for the price and the lady squirted so much tzatziki in my gyro I had more sauce than anything else. The day we went it was so freezing cold in the restaurant area our food got cold very quickly and we ate fast so we could leave and defrost. Not what you would call a pleasant dining experience. Also, their menu on the wall is very confusing and hard to follow. They have one section that says sandwiches but they don't serve sandwiches so I have no idea why they would call it that. I will give them props for friendly staff, good quality pita bread, and a nice serving as far as how much meat they give you. I just can't get over how salty it was and both meals ordered were mediocre at best so we won't be back. Even though Rice is not Mediterranean I would choose their wraps and food any day over this place. For a good gyro you have to get the lamb right and this place doesn't!

Terrible service! We put in our take out delivery at 7:45 pm on Sunday and they took out order only to call back in 5 mins to say that the kitchen is closed! Sundays they close at 8pm! Horrible!

Place is awesome. I go every week since the food quality is so fresh. Salads are made to order as are the gyros. Everything is very tasty. The euros are prepared with all the ingredients that you would want. They are priced very reasonably

Always great sad to see that they removed pork from the menu.

  • Terry D.

First time here and the customer service could not have been any better! The guy was VERY helpful in helping me make my decision. Although they ran out of rice he recommended the wrap to me which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had the wheat wrap with gyro meat with the spinach jalapeño tzatziki, which was the bomb dot com, and mediterranean mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and roasted red peppers. He also gave me some sauces to go with my order. There was an explosion in my mouth as I took the first bite. The spinach jalapeño tzatziki gives it just the right amount of kick but not too spicy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something quick and cheap!

Came here based on reading reviews on yelp. This is the Chipotle of Gyros. First time at the joint and it's pretty nice. Menus are displayed on digital screens and staff is nice. I had a Zeus!! OMG - gyro meat, chicken, and pork with the choice of topping wrapped in a warm pita. They even have many different sauced to choose from. the portions were huge!! You won't leave hungry. My partner had a Athena. Also recommended by other yelpers. THAT WAS REALLY GOOD TOO!!! Charr grilled chicken with a smoky BBQ sauce. Homemade red pepper Tzatziki sauce and melted cheese lettuce tomatoes pineapples cucumbers. Completely a munchie food in my opinion. All meats (gyro, chicken & pork) were juicy and tender and had great taste. Nothing was dry. Also tried the felafel - really good and crispy. Full of flavor 3 come per order and it cost 2.99. I also ordered hummus with pita won't disappoint. Ordered the large portion - hummus was a huge portion. (Almost like the hummus you buy at publix) Although I wish they added a lot more pitas to compliment the large quantity of hummus) but still good choice. Grape leaves were good as well. These are nice and tender with a great sauce accompanied by it. New favorite spot for a quick grub!

    (5)
  • Michael J.

The food was tasty and the hummus was 3.5, but the sauce was watery so it goes down to 3, the place was freezing cold inside so if you want to know what a Greek Eskimo feels like go in there, all kidding aside I might go back but I wasn't real impressed. I read about the size if the portions but ours were average sized, had the wraps.

  • Barbara M.

I would have given them a better rating but the service for my experience was disrespectful. Its my first time going to eat at a, gyroville, but in no way my first time eating greek/Mediterranean food (i am part lebanese). I go to order my food and ask for falafel, the man taking my order proceeds to give me a look as if I don't know what I'm ordering and asks me if I even know what a falafel is. Excuse me, but I don't think I would order something unless I didn't know what it is, and if I didn't I would ask him what it was before I orded it. He then proceeded to treat my boyfriend just fine and talk down to me. I was about to just walk out but I stayed only bc I wanted to try the food and my boyfriend had been meaning to try the food there for some time. Was the food bad? no it did its job but I will not be returing to this specific gyroville.

This is my go-to place when I want something filling and delicious! My wife and I frequent this place quite often as it is down the street from our house. The service is always on point and the food is just delicious. We typically get the gyro platter or one of their specialty gyros. You really cannot go wrong at this place! Everything is prepared right in front of you and you can add or remove a variety of toppings (to the specialty gyros). Also, the fries are out of this world! The place can get a little crowded during the weekday lunch rush, but that is everywhere in Doral so go after 2pm or be prepared to wait. Make sure that if you are taking your order togo that you double check and make sure everything is in the bag. On a few separate occasions i've had the gyro platter togo and they have forgotten to put in the tzatziki sauce or the the pita. They package everything separately so its easy to forget, but just give it a once over to make sure everything is there before you hit the road. Other than that, consistently good food and fast service. Definitely a great place for a quick bite.

OZ does it again. Great Staff always friendly attentive, and they keep the space immaculately clean. Because of this my entire office is now eating here. Fantastic fresh falafels. Love the weekly specials sent to my email such as free hummus and bogo sandwiches. nom.nom.nom.

This is a small cafeteria type restaurant where you have to order in line and then sit in a table. Forget about lamb or a good feta cheese. You will find here a basic falafel wrap or pita with meat shwarma type beef with different options of salads sub way style. The service is fast however the tables were not very clean at least not the one I seated. There is no manager around. If you want a falafel or meat with pita and salad it's a ok place. The sauces are no big deal.

Business traveler, was brought here for lunch with a clientl. The Zeus was super yummy but really big, couldn't finish it all. You get more meat in the pitia than the bowl, salad or wrap. Lunch rush was busy and tables were sparse, parking is challenging also. Did the check in for free pita and hummous. Every thing was tasty and found the workers to be as friendly as they could in the lunch rush and walk through line.

Great place for a good Gyro, usually stuffed with plenty of meat. I usually order the Zeus, it's so big you can't eat it without making a mess! The greens are very fresh, tomatoes are very red. I don't think anything has time to sit around as they get very busy for lunch. My only complaint is when it does get busy they don't seem to have a good system in place to handle the order efficiently, but that's pretty much the norm for most places around here. Don't let the rotating mystery meat scare you, it's tasty! Give it a try sometime.

Great gyro. I got the Zeus and it was plenty filling. None of the meat had any fat or grizzle (which could easily ruin a sandwich). The tzaziki is good, but I think the jalapeno spinach tzaziki was even better. I recommend getting it on the side so you can apply as much as you'd prefer. It can get quite hot. It's more of a chain-restaurant than a mom and pop place, so you can expect to see the standard customer-operated free refill soda station. Zeus + fries + soda = $10 flat. Good portion for the money.

During my last review of this Gyroville, I gave them a 3 but now I would like to give them a 4.5. I had one of their gyros garnished last night with peppers, pineapple, and feta cheese, and this gyro was just delicious! All flavors fused together to form the perfect meal. The only reason I did not give them a solid 5 was because I think the staff could have been friendlier. They could have been more welcoming, but they seemed kind of tired, but honestly that could have been because it was 9 p.m. at night.

Cute, fast, cheap, quality food, sometimes you gotta do it. I stopped by yesterday for a wrap and fries. The wrap was loaded with gyro meat, veggies and cheese. Mostly very good, a smidge salty for my taste, but nothing that more veggies next time around couldn't remedy. The fries were fresh cut and hot. My entire lunch was less than $10, a steal by Doral standards and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Yes, this was before the lunch rush. Tasty, quality, fast food at a reasonable price....I'll be back, Gyroville.

Came here a few weeks again and absolutely love this place, the food is great and the service is superb. The ingredients are really fresh and the sauces are awesome, glad this location is really close to my house.

I got stuck overnight in Miami and my employer put me in the LaQuinta across the street from Gyroville. My good fortune! I had a gyro on pita, minus red onion, added cucumber, with traditional tzatziki. The staff greeted me warmly when I walked in, were happy to take my picky special order, and got to work immediately on my meal. By the time I had paid, dinner was ready -- no waiting at all. My gyro was very good. The pita was soft and fresh, the lamb/beef hot and flavorful, and the tzatziki delicious. I've had tzatziki that was watery, but not here. Great flavor too, without being too garlicky. This was one of the biggest gyros I've had. If mine was typical, you won't leave hungry. Definitely recommended.

It's new, but it's the same delicious franchise we have grown accustomed to. Only now in Doral. Check on your yelp app for free stuff. Way better franchise than BK, wouldn't you say?

Went during lunch hours and the service was okay nothing special. I ordered the Zeus gyro and I checked in for the free small pita and hummus. Everything was extremely greasy. I wouldn't go back.

Delicious !!! The service was friendly and fast. The food was very impressive for a counter service. The gyro was huge and flavorful and the falafals were extra big & crispy balls of deliciousness. Also remember to check in for a free small hummus with yummy warm fluffy pita.

Just the best Gyro's I've ever had next to the fair Gyro's. It's always packed when we go. Tons of meat on the gyro's. The Jalapeño spinach sauce is to die for. Go... You won't be disappointed.

I've been coming to this Gyroville since I've been working in Doral. The food is always great. I've never been disappointed. I always get the Zeus which has chicken, pork, and gyro. I'm obsessed with the spinach jalapeño tzatziki.

Gross. Really nasty, not even close to fresh greek food; Salty, unauthentic, lacking flavor. I had the gyro platter: it came with a small helping of limp, barely warm gyro meat, a small pita round cut into four pieces, a freshly made salad made with not so fresh ingredients (think of funky refrigerator flavoring) - couldn't even taste the dressing on the iceberg lettuce and the only really good part of the meal? French fries...I mean, really good french fries. The carbonated beverage machine lines need to be flushed out as the beverage I had tasted all wrong. Temperature in the restaurant is adjusted to accommodate the staff rather than customer. Customer service was excellent. I walked out feeling and stinking of grease. I suppose if you are in a hurry for a quick lunch or bite to eat, then this would be a good place to go.

Time for an analogy... Subway is to sandwich as gyro is to _________________ . A) Mykonos B) Daily Bread C) Gyroville D) Talavera Opa And the answer is.... :: drumroll please :: .... C) Gyroville. Gyroville is the Subway of gyros. Service is straight and to the point, and all gyros are moderately priced and delicious. I have tried the Poseidon on several occasions and the mahi mahi is spiced to my liking, and the gyros taste fresh with their original tzatziki and heaping of lettuce and tomatoes. It is very healthy. I have also tried the baklava, and it is a little bit too sweet for my liking, but still good nonetheless. And the adventure continues...

Been twice now, as the fiance has been hooked for a while. First time I had the Gyro. Delicious, fresh, tasty, awesome. Had to go basic the first time, sure. But then I decided to get a rice bowl. WOW. What have I been missing all my life. First off all, it's huge. Picture a greek version of chicken kitchen but instead of chicken they use lamb and instead of curry sauce they use tzatziki. Then the brown rice is perfection. Todd in cucumbers, onions, and lettuce and dive in. I personally will ask for extra tzatziki next time - not that it needs it, but I like to drench my food in it. Checked in and got a nice sized hummus and pita - it was great! If Gyroville was a real city, I would move there. Luckily it's in Doral - not too far to visit for me!

Its good, not great. The sauces ruined the experience for me... they are water-down version of what they should be. Since when is humus flavored water humus? they are fast and its fresh, the prices are ok and there is parking.

I love gyros, geeros, heros, euro....well you know what I mean. I love them! I love them drenched in delicious tzatsiki sauce and oozing with fresh veggies. I finally had the chance to try this place out. I'm able to build my yummy concotion just how I like or pick from a menu of premade ones with coold names like Zeus and Aprohdite. The lamb is delicious. The sauces are wonderful. The hummus was different than the ones I am used to but super yummy too. I spread what I had left over on my already too full of a pita and it just added to the yumminess. The staff was soo helpful and friendly. (I went back two consecutive days and I want to go again.)

I LOVE this place. Come here a lot because of work, and the service is great. The guy at the register is very sweet and attentive, and always makes sure to help me out with my order (I usually just pick up). The girl at the register isnt as nice and helpful, but she isnt awful either. Their food is amazing! and the prices are low. Low prices + good food = Happiness. Definitely check this place out!

What is there not to like about a Gyro place? This place just opened up in the Doral area. It's fast, healthy, with a price that's just right (hovering at the $8 level) and a load of options for even the most discriminating/picky eater. You can build your on a pita, rice bowl, wheat wrap or salad or you can select one of their Greek God named concoctions. Go to the online menu to get more details but the Cheat Sheet is as follows: Zeus (triple Meat!!) Hermes (Grilled Cheese) Hera (Classic/ Chicken) Athena (bbq) Aphrodite (Vegeterian) Poseidon (Fish) When you build your own you select from about 4+ different Tzatziki options, original red pepper jalapeno spinach Mediterranean mustard. There is also a spicy feta and of course hummus. Then the standard veggie add-ons. Located next to Anthony Coal Fired Pizza, this place will definitely contribute to the already crazy parking limitation for the Plaza. So get there early. Chef/Founder Lambros Kokkinelis was in house making sure everything was running smoothly. He has 3 more in the works for SoFLa area. Place is great! Do it.

Best falafel I've had on this continent! Check-ins get you free stuff. Real deal french fries and four flavors of succulent tzatziki. I'd avoid the lunch rush though unless you're desperate.

i've been here a few times already and each time the food is actually pretty decent. The Zeus sandwich (gyro, pork & chicken soulvaki) (5/5) The meat is tender and the veggie is fresh. The Zeus platter (gyro, pork & chicken soulvaki) (3.5/5) The meat tender and good but i prefer the sandwich it just blend better in a pita. Falafel (3/5) good but i had better. Service was good the past two times but today the older gentleman behind the counter was rude...other then that i have no problem. Overall (4/5)

Yayyyy! I'm so so so happy that there is FINALLY something different for us worker-bees in the area! I had my first taste of this place at the Miami Lakes location and was hooked! I feel like the Gyros here are bigger than the other location. Not sure. The Pita Bread is soft & warm. The Gyro meat is soft & delicious! The vegetables are super fresh. The sauces are just the right consistency and are always tasty. The hand-cut fries, as always, are crispy and delicious! Picked up my order at lunch time and was there and back in 15 minutes! At least 4 other employees saw my food and I'm pretty sure this place is about to start being bombarded!! They just opened yesterday and already the employees here are planning to eat there ASAP. I highly recommend. I should apply for a part-time Promoter job at this place!

Had the chicken Gyro for lunch with my coworkers. We all came for the emailed special for $7 gyro with 1 fountain drink and 1 side. The tzatziki sauce is excellent and I made sure to get extra on the side for my hand cut French fries. They are usually very fast service, but with the special the line was extra long. Beware, but totally worth the wait.

Gyroville serves gyro sandwiches and salads. I frequent this location for our team lunch once every two weeks. The seating space is well distributed, clean, and organized. My usual choice is the Zeus. Gyro, grilled pork, and grilled chicken on a pita with tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, and tzatziki (which these people prepare beautifully). I really love tzatziki. The meat is well seasoned, explosion of flavors in your mouth and cooked perfectly - juicy. tender. This sandwich packs plenty of meat, guaranteed to make you happy for the rest of the day/evening. Word of advice: get there early during lunch hours. Peak hours seem to be between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. The area gets extremely busy and finding a parking spot can be problematic.

I absolutely hate working in Doral. To me, this area of Miami is just one of the most frustrating places to be in. If I can avoid leaving my office, I will. On the occasional day where I have to buy lunch, the only place I happily drive to in this forsaken neighborhood is Gyroville. Their food is consistently delicious, can easily be on the healthy side, and reasonably priced for people looking for a good lunch.

I recently went to Gyroville on a Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend and I have to say this is a great little place to grab a quick bite to eat. My boyfriend ordered the Zeus (triple meat) after he read all the reviews on Yelp... he loved it! He says he would order it again. I had a bite of his and thought it was very tasty with lots of flavor. I ordered the Hermes (chicken) which was pretty yummy and I would order again. I was also pleased that they honored our free hummus and pita with our Yelp check in. I would recommend this place to friends and would come here again.

Love it. It's fresh. Great selections. Very good fresh food. Really recommend the Zeus if your really hungry, the salad is a great choice too. Great deserts. All though I liked it more when they had the chocolate baklava better. The almond is ok but that one was much better.

  • Tess M.

Delicious quick-stop for your Greek food fix! Food priced well for the portion. I ordered the chicken platter for $10 that came with, not one but, two chicken breasts, rice or fries, Greek salad and pita with hummus. The pita was soft and warm.. Soo good! I tried the red pepper tzatziki sauce and it was yummy. Order the "Zeus" if you're hungry! 3 different meats packed into a giant sandwich! Don't forget to check in for free pita and hummus! Great customer service to top it off! I will be back!

  • Butch G.

For a fast food style restaurant ... Absolute top notch. We wondered into the place more by accident and good fortune. We both had the "Zeus" and my only complaint was that it was too big! I was surprised at the ability to decide what ingredients to add too my gyro. Not only delicious ingredients but I was able to have it my way.

Affordable prices and pretty quick service. I came with my coworkers for lunch and the gyros were delicious. If you sign up for the VIP you can have a gyro combo for only $7 on certain weekdays. I recommend it for a fast and filling Greek lunch.

Never been to Doral. Ate there two nights ago, fast, very fresh and the staff was interested in the customers. $12 for a fresh salad, gyro and a water. High garlic content in the Tsatsiki but aside from that, all was fresh. Something about eating Greek food and loud Latin music took some getting used to. I like it. Next trip, I get the Zeus. Great clean hole in the wall. Thanks.

I was so eager to try this place out but was disappointed when I tried the falafel! They were the worst I have ever had. They were extremely overseasoned. I gave them 2 stars because they were very nice and once I removed the falafel from my wrap it was quite tasty! I might give them another try some other day when feeling nice and to get my free hummus and pita.

Awesome awesome awesome lunch spot! Drop in for a quick salad or gyro for lunch. I usually get a chicken or gyro salad. Super Delicious and filling. Check in and get a free hummus and pita too! The food is AMAZING!!! I have had the athena and the fries multiple times. I can't order anything else because the Athena is so good. The chicken at this place is of very good quality. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is too small for the amount of people that want to have lunch there. Doral lunch gets very busy.

Having to run an errand in Doral...we decided to go for a quick bite. We had visited Gyroville when they first opened doors. That first visit was as expected of a new food spot. New employees learning a new set-up. I'm okay with that. Communication was great as was the service. The food, on the other hand, could have used some improving. Here we are several months later, and I figured it wouldn't be as bad. I have never been more wrong. Fortunately, we went way after the lunch rush (about 4:30p)...place is empty and clean. Unlike that first visit which apparently had everyone in doral doing the gryo-wiggle. Pleasantly greeted and attended but that wasn't the issue. I was disappointed to see the gyro meat being pulled from a container next to the toppings instead of being sliced directly from the slowly turning meat on a stick. While this doesn't seem like a biggie...it is to me. More so when it isn't even warm to the touch. Portions were beyond plentiful, but what good is having A LOT of food especially when it's crap? Two platters, a wrap, three fountain drinks and a $45 slap in the face. After the initial price shock, I figured I may as well make the best of it. Everything looked as should but I couldn't get passed the room temp meat. That's when I almost shit a frisbee. I brought it to the attention of the employee and this is where it gets gritty. He apologizes to me as I'm handing him my dish. "I'll take care of that for you." then proceeds to walk away with it and place it in a FUCKING MICROWAVE!!!! Can you believe that?! I asked him what his intentions were upon nuking and was graciously told he was "warming it up" for me. "Ting" the nuke box rings, and he proceeds to hand me the dish with a smile and a "here you go". I replied, "really?" "$45 and you want to hand me a micro-waved dish, AND expect me to enjoy it with a smile on my face?" Naturally, no reply. I may as well have been speaking a foreign language. I took the dish from his hand...walked over to the garbage can, and with the fury of a Lebron James dunk, I slammed that shit into the garbage...right where it belongs. Needless to say, this got his and my girl and son's attention. She's too nice to complain...where as I believe in being just. There is NO way I'm going to pay that much for sub-mediocre food and then have it re-heated in a micro-wave. This may be alright for those with absolutely no sense or care of quality, but for someone who works hard and appreciates a good meal to the fullest...this is an absolute NO GO. I couldn't possibly be more disappointed with an eating establishment. I mean c'mon! The "Yeeros" at the fair kick some major ass compared to this slop. Never again will I make the mistake of entering this place. For those that do like it...a serious re-evaluation of your food choices is in order. You could probably find a better gyro at publix (if they offered one). Save your money and your stomach.

I got the gyro platter. Food is fresh and really good. I like how you can customize your own gyro. When he put a heap of meat on my plate and then decided it needed more and then added more meat, I was surprised. Most places try to give you less meat and more fillers like rice and beans. I will definitely be coming here often.

The food is delicious and moderately priced and the staff is polite and accurate. Parking and seating can be difficult to come by during the lunch rush. Only thing is, every time I go I can't help but feel sorry for the guys working in front of the rotisserie which is constantly blasting heat directly onto their face and upper torso. They always look so drained. I hope they get the majority of the tip share. Conversely, the girls working the cash register couldn't have it easier (of course).
