The BEST new hot spot in Doral. The food is amazingly deliscious, the staff is great and management will truly go out of their way to make sure you are pleased!!! My drink was not even on the menu, I asked the server if he could make it, and the Manager Cesar, came over and personally made sure they got it right... Since then, this has been our new favorite spot. The loaded chili nachos is off the charts, the buffalo chicken tenders are delicious, and the chicken wings are hotttttt. If you're looking for a sweet treat: the banana split is to die for!!! Banana tempura with potato chip crums, DON'T KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT. Check out Thurs ladies night or any night just to chill in a great atmosphere and hang with your friends to watch sports or hear great tunes. Definately 5 STARS!!! My friends and I hang out here atleast once a week and sometimes, even 3 times a week!! This place is a must!!!

I love the fact that everything from the Carolina Ale house is made from SCRATCH! Yep! Nothing is frozen! They even make their dressings from scratch!! I Love the prices and portions!! They have over 100 kinds of draft beers for you beer lovers!! Not to mention the 60 plasma TVS that they have everywhere. If you have a child you can take them to eat for free every Tuesday!! Ladies night on Thursday is also amazing! Ladies drink for $1. I personally don't like ale houses and the Carlolina Ale house in Doral is the ONLY Ale house that I will everrr go too!!!!

By far the worst service ever received. Thursday night outing, away from mommy duties, and having to deal with waitress attitude. We order a few drinks at the bar and the fact that they have $1 drink for ladies I was really happy. The bartenders were nice and prompt and the vodka and cranberry was good. We lucked out and got a table by the bar. The waitress came after we had been sitting there for like 15 min, another 10 to clear it, another 30 to get our food order...oh and after getting the food we had to flag her to get utensils and napkins 10 min after. We asked her for the bill and to be honest I didn't leave her anything. I understand that it's ladies night and the bar is busy but if I'm going to tip you for service, you should be attentive. I'm not going to tip you for bringing out my food, which is your job to do. So we get up to leave, others in our party stayed behind and she came by to pick up the plates she looked at the tab and says "oh don't expect me to wait on you again. This is the third time you've done this." Mind you this was the first time I set foot in this place. Better luck next time. By the way the waitress name was Laura. Although the food was pretty good. Spiced chicken wings - good flavor. Not spicy. Bacon Cheese Fríes - yummy. I would go back but make sure I don't get her again.

The food is pretty awful. I had a turkey wrap and a french onion soup. The guac in the turkey wrap was already brown, nothing tasted fresh, and the tortilla was stale. The soup tasted like salt water and grease. Their beer selection is pretty good... if they even had any in stock. They didn't carry many of the beers on the list. Our waitress was nice enough, I guess. Food was really gross and poor quality. I spent 12 bucks on my meal and couldn't even finish it. I'd rather eat at Wendy's and save myself 9 bucks. If you're simply going to dine, don't do it. Bar wise, seems like it'd be aiight. Me personally, I'll pass.

I have had nothing but negative experiences at this Ale House, and do not recommend this place to anyone. For all the cons of this restaurant, I only have one pro and its their beer selection...but let me tell you why. The service is extremely slow. Even for being quite empty and the middle of the day on Sundays when I have come-- so sluggish. The first time I came was a few months ago and the bartender took almost 15 minutes to take my drink order. When I sat with an empty glass for another 15 minutes, I waited impatiently for another glass and had to call for attention. I would have stayed and had a few more beers, but I did not want to wait-- considering I had to call for attention AGAIN to receive my bill. The second time, I came with my partner and we were hungry, but the food selection seemed basic and not to our liking. Again, we waited a while, but not as long as the first time to order our beers. We owed $12 and gave the bartender $20 expecting change. After almost 20 minutes, still no change. My partner was getting upset about her not giving our change and wondered if she just took the $8 as her tip. Thankfully, that wasn't the case, she began yelling at another employee that she had no cash to give change. How ridiculous is that?! It wasn't a packed bar, so why did she wait so long to get change? Not sure, but we still tipped after my partner, feeling embarrassed, had to ask if she was going to give us change and she informed of us the mishap. We left immediately after and didn't order another drink. The only good thing I can say is that they do have a large beer selection, but...thats basically it.

So here for an extended happy hour, and decided to order some wings, or so I thought. These birds must have been anorexic models, as all there can be seen is bone. At least there probably isn't any hormones injected, just Botox.

They're lunch menu is good. I've had the Greek chicken pita and the South Beach fish tacos which were both very good. I tried one of their burgers - wasn't a huge fan. I would definitely recommend them for lunch if you haven't been here.

  • Amy L.

This place used to be fun. Now it's become the Refiest happy hour in Doral. Loud Merengue, bachata and salsa 75% of the time. The more lubricated patrons salsa dancing around the bar. Actually heard fifty cent mixed with salsa music...WHY??!! Also, half the beers listed on the menu were unavailable. (Even items that were not marked.) Only giving it three stars because they serve ok bar food, have plenty of TV's and our server was friendly.

Weeeeeellll, it's poppin. However you need to have a lot of friends or be prepared to be pushed around and spilled on. Ladies, don't wear heels, this is definitely a wedge, sandal , or sneaker place with rubbersoles on the bottom. Guys, don't wear your good shoes, and everyone wear dark colors cause again... You will get spilled on. Anyhow, it's cool if you are up for a night of waiting for drinks with little alcohol, good music, and being pushed around and spilled on, and bumping and grinding.

Came here to watch the basketball game as this is the only place open past 10pm around this area. In all honesty, this place has so much potential, but the service here is horrible and the waiters don't assist you if you are sitting elsewhere and walk up. Our waitress tried hard, but the drinks we had to ask every time for a refill, and when we couldn't wait, i walked up to the bar to ask the bartender, and he looked at me and walked away. Later asked why, he said i needed to ask for my server. WOW. The food is overpriced for what you get. The servers disappear quite often. We even asked our server if she was booked, and she said the other server decided to "not take any more tables" so she was stuck with them. Thats horrible for her and this establishment. Staff up and treat your servers kind. I wont be coming back and we expressed this to the staff that night.

Awesome place .. I love the music and the food is great !!!! I have met all sorts of local there and it's my favorite bar..

  • Alex F.

I give them 4 stars because the burger macaroni and dry rub wings were great service was a 20 minute wait before we even got a server to come to our table

    (4)
  • Daniel G.

Terrible service they don't have half the beers the list says.. The waitress (Lucy) was very rude like insulting rude. Food is terrible... Drive 3 more minutes and go to millers ale house on 87th ave or chilis or Wendy's anywhere is better than here

Just a great place with 75 different beers on tap. Decent bar food and fun people, not quite as many TVs as a BDubs, but it's local and it's fun. Don't get a fancy drink here, cause they may not know what a cubalibre is or how to make a manhattan, but they pour a full pint of 10% which is not common for us in CA. I came here frequently and always left with a smile on my face. Busy on the weekends, feels like a place where people start to go to when they're in college, and after they get real jobs, but remain single, they come here for comfort and a great beer. A decent place and lots of seating. enjoy.

Good bar food, good service & great bar atmosphere, what more do you want in a tavern? If you are looking for seven course Russian service go somewhere else. If you are looking for a good friendly tavern come to Carolina Ale House.

  • Jeff H.

Everytime I go to this place their is always a hic cup. The main reason, I go here is that it is very relaxing and casual. The eye candy is always nice. They have a lot of TVs which is great. However, the servers always spend more time apologizing for the beers being sold out, which they were not informed about when you place your order, the last time I was there all the CO2 was out for the drafts! They are apologize for the cold food and lack of flavor. The main problem here at this location is that the management staff is sitting in an office somewhere and not addressing the issues with their Food & Service. They seem to never be proactive in addressing problems.

3 stars for the nachos and pool tables .. Other than that..bye! I thought the Long Island would be better than Flanigans but more or less the same. I did enjoy the apple cider though. Ordering straight from the bar is easier than with the waiters.. The were packed and I didn't understand why.. Another mediocre bar/restaurant in Doral. Nothing crazy. (PS I was pronouncing it Calorina instead of Carolina lmao)!

  • John G.

The Beer curds are better than anything you can find in Wisconsin; If they can prepare them right! I make a journey across town weekly for them but here lately it's become a gamble on whether they will be undercooked or the portion cut in half, buyer beware.

  • Matthew P.

Bad experience. The waitress was overly sarcastic, even when we made it clear she took the jokes too far. The food was average for a bar; we all ordered the recommended pub burgers except for me, I tried the south beach burger, which ironically is referred to as a Texas or Mexican burger elsewhere (pepper jack cheese, jalapeños and his alone). Will not be going back.

I've often come to the Carolina Ale House since my office building is right across the street. There right off the corner of 87th Ave which is a prime location in the city of Doral. I typically come and visit for drinks after work or for lunch. They have really good lunch specials starting as low as $7. For the most part they have average to above average pub food. You can find common options such as french fries, onion rings, burgers and of course chicken wings. They have really good alternative dishes such as fresh salmon and dolphin with tasty greens. They also have a order of fish tacos that are really good for the price. There burgers are also average to above average. There BBQ burger is very filling and tasty. In addition they have great happy hours with two-for-one drinks and specials on pitchers and buckets. The waiters will take care of you if you take care of them if you know what I mean as there always floating around, you won't have to struggle find your waiter. You can sit inside or out either way the ambiance is always pleasant with several TV's and music playing. It's a great spot to hang out with a group of co-workers after work, have a good meal, or simply just grab a drink. All in all, thumbs up for me.

Came in for lunch... ordered fish n chips... parents had the Philly... food was ok... Just another ale house type food. Didn't have their beer but they sure had a large selection and TVs everywhere. Waitress could've been more polite but overall decent place.

Honestly this is my favorite Bar in town. They're grilled chicken wings are what I keep coming back for. That and a nice cold blue moon. I have tried their quesadilla and its also really good but I have a real difficult time not ordering the chicken wings when I go there.

I came here on Friday during Happy Hour. They have some really good specials like Patron Silver shots for $4 and Bud/Bud Light for $2.75. I went with a friend from work. They have plenty of parking and great seating outside and in. The atmosphere is very relaxed, as people are coming from work to chillax there. This was my first visit here and I will be back again.

  • Maylin G.

We just wanted to have a couple of drinks before our movie so we went there because is near the dolphin .. they have a huge selection of draft beer I think 75 different types! I like the ambiance if you are in the mod of a loud place. They have a lot of tv screens, they are very famous for it...and crowded when the heat plays :) service is fair.. when is packed you have to beg for attention.. but today was good :) oh and the restroom was clean and the parking is big enough.

Been here on several occasions and will say that depending on when you go will depend on the service you get. Went there today for lunch with a few co-workers and ordered a drink. About 15 minutes later, we had to go on a witch hunt looking for the server because he went MIA. (Mind you, there is only 5 tables with people in them) Then he finally brought the drinks out and took our order. I always ask for the grilled wings with Chipotle ranch on the side, it's the best. So I ordered my usual order and our waiter told me that there was no such sauce as Chipotle ranch. When I commented that it was weird because that's the sauce I always order, he told me that it was a Chipotle Mayo (eww, who would dunk chicken wings in that) so I told him to check but I'm pretty sure it's Chipotle ranch and he came back to tell me that I was right and then he mentions that for the whole time he has worked there, he has told everyone it was mayo.... I'm pretty sure Carolina Ale House makes plenty of money to send their server's to TRAININGS so that we the customers don't have to tell the people who are paid to work there what they have and what they dont!

I ordered wings with high expectations and crossing my fingers. I felt that it was breaded and too greasy. Some areas of these steroid wings were soft and not crispy. An order of 12 in which I consumed about 4 and a half stated that it just was not good. A miss for sure after reading the reviews. I had eaten some of my coworkers chicken quesadilla that was quite tasty. The smoky sauce that accompanied the meal was on point. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars.

While driving to a well known pizza chain, I asked my mom how she felt about trying somewhere we hadn't dined together before. So we ended up here... And ordered a whole lot of food that barely got half-finished, and it was SO worth it. Unlike most bars, the space between seating is comfortable AND the music is high enough to hear, but not so high that one can't hear their company. I felt right at home there, observing companions taking shots after work and salsa dancing, or kids and their parents gathering around the table after work (this bar is surprisingly family friendly during the day). And the food? Some of the best bar food I've sampled. Small personal pepperoni pizza with shredded mozzarella and extra sauce flavored with basil? Fresh and creamy spinach dip?? Yeah, I'll be returning ;)

CAH place is ok for happy hours here and there. We enjoy the ambiance; the venue is clean and has a nice flow. The beer selection is vast. Sometimes they run out of the 'good' stuff but I expect that as a sign of 'freshness'. I haven't tried their food (yet). I wish there were more special offers/incentives during happy hour. The lack of specials does not make it an attractive venue for recurring team HHs. This aside, CAH is a fun place to enjoy a brew after work and catch up on current events. There is also plenty of parking which is very convenient for a large group with multiple vehicles.

  • Mauricio V.

I'm not a drunk nor am I into sports but they got great appetizers which is all I wish to eat their which makes their entrees without saying mediocre. Good beer with great service..sometimes as some waitresses were just talking as I requested service and ask for the check and so on..finding myself waiting 30 minutes for them to take my payment. Not much into drinks and loud music in cars but that's what a bar Is I guess.

  • Javier S.

THE WINGS. PERIOD. I only go there to have the wings, because I'm addicted to those and those only. I am not a drinker, so I can't talk about beers or drinks. Also, since I have not ordered anything else but the wings, I can't comment on other food either. I've never had a complaint about service, although I have to say I usually go in the mid-afternoon, where it's really slow, and my food comes in somewhat quick. Just writing this review made me want to plan to go there. Enjoy.

Just one of those pricey restaurant but has a better quality of boneless chicken wings. Also tried their Jumbo chicken wings and its also good. Large portion every cuts of wings, it comes along with the find tasting sauce. A good place for boneless chicken but not good when it comes to the wings cost.

  • Mark L.

Decent selection of beer if you can get served (only one bar tender). I waited 20 minutes and only after I flagged him down to get served a brew. This type of service may be the norm for this area as I've seen in other places near by. They have a Iarge; but incredibly noisy and somewhat dirty outside bar. The food was Ok as far as bar food goes. Pleasant mixed crowd.... Sunday afternoon. Not sure if I'm going to give them another chance. I may.

Dinner with a party of eight tonite; high expectations were demolished by atmosphere, food and service. Allow me to explain; Atmosphere: really? An Ale House (Carolina no less) blaring salsa and Pit Bull? With a dozen children in the place they were playing inappropriate songs (unless lyrics ranting about "culo" are now acceptable to play in a restaurant). Music was way too loud. Food: asked our server (Priscilla) for half rack of ribs for my daughter. She said they didn't have half racks, only full racks (although menu lists them). But when I asked about the combo platter (which comes with a half rack of ribs) it was ok and available. Really? Nachos too spicy (it's in the cheese, not the sauce ), fish and chips made with frozen fillets. Overall, food was below average. Service: don't get me started! Five servers, including one in a light blue shirt, spent most of the 2 hours we were there sitting and chatting with friends At a nearby table; dancing, texting, and generally ignoring the tables. I have the pics to prove it below! I have dined at the CAH in Weston and had a wonderful experience; this was definitely a let down. Not worth the $140 check for my party! Doral has a lot to leArn, and should begin by driving to Weston and taking notes! Will most likely never be back, nor recommend!

This placed used to be great for bike nights. Plenty of bike parking, decent food and average drunk prices. They started doing ladies night now on Thursday nights. Brought in a ton of people but half of them are not even 21. So now it's a bunch of little kids who can't get in but hang out in the Parking lot as their friends get them drinks inside and they drink outside. They brought in a private security company now that basically looks like airport security as they patrol the place. I was there last night and they were making people including myself take off our HATS!!!! This is the Ale House, not some upscale lounge or restraunt

Two stars for having good music BLARING (good luck carrying on a conversation) and for the tvs all over the place. The food here was beyond terrible. I had a $15 steak that I sent back twice because I ordered it medium rare and it came raw ... Twice. When I say raw, I don't even mean rare. I mean what is sometimes referred to as 'blue' or raw. Though the steak was covered in bacon and marinaded, there was zero taste and it was full of fat and gristle which made it impossible to eat. It was like chewing on bland rubber. Everyone's burgers were served on soggy buns, they were dried out and tasteless. Nobody liked them. The fries seemed bagged and nothing special. The beer selection is huge ... Beer fans will like that. But ... I have never seen a bar with ZERO happy hour selections. We went on Tuesday and there was not one drink special. On Weds. Its $4 draft night. But the prices of the drafts are in the $8 range for some of the decent ones. They don't even list the prices for mixed drinks on the menu because the prices are sky high. Skip this place ... The food is not good. The drinks are way too pricey and the music is so loud, you can't even talk.

I love that our waitress Marilyn had a sense of humor because we were being extra picky this evening. Our food was filling and service was great. It was average pub grub with interesting names. South Beach burger was tasty but spicyyy! I give Carolina Ale House a 4th star because they had cool coasters.

  • Laura M.

Worst customer service ever!! The waitress doesn't acknowledge you unless she sees cash in your hand. I know because that's what she told me. I waiting for like 15 minutes, she was going back and forth, with a terrible attitude that stated how much she hates her job. When I finally got her to look at me, I told her I've been waiting, she told me that unless she sees cash in my hand she won't got to me. What kind of place is this?? When she finally gave me my drink it was so water down it might as we been water. I left, and never been back. Don't go there for beer selections, go to the World of beer or The butcher shop.

Lets start with the good: I enjoy the the atmosphere and the food. Relaxing and casual. Bad: Service! Each time I've been its been a horrible experience. The people were always nice. The first time i went, I ordered boneless wings and a salad. Not only did I have to remind my server of the salad i ordered, but it didn't arrive at my table until i had already paid for my check. I very kindly sent it back. The 2nd time, I met up with 4 friends for happy hour and sat at a booth. My friends had placed an order of food and a round of drinks before I arrived, and then the waitress never came to the table to follow up (only to say that she was leaving and asked the girls to pay for their check)! Whoever was supposed to take over the table, never came either!! We even asked the hostess for some menus and if our server could come, i was hungry and thirsty and ready to order, and she never came back either. I ended up having to walk up to the bar for a menu, and to order my drinks and food, and then return to pick it up. I pretty much serviced myself. Its sad to say, but i don't plan on ever going back, and anytime anyone suggests that place, I will quickly suggest someplace else. The only way they will get my business, is if i order to go. The frustration of sub-par service (that you're expected to tip on) ruins the whole experience. Might I add, I worked in the service industry as a server and bartender for over 7 years, I try to be understanding when people are overwhelmed, but both times, service was just bad. No excuses.

One of my favorite lunch spots. They have a great selection of beers on tap. The food is very good. My personal favorites are the boneless chicken tenders (thai chilli) and the Turkey Guacamole wrap. There are plenty of TVs to watch whatever game is on. I have never had bad service. I usually sit out on the patio.

It was so horrible I spent my whole lunch break there which was an hour and a half. The waitress took our order at 12:50 and waited til 1:38 We spoke with a manager and he said he was sorry and that it was nothing he could do because she just put the order so the manager and the waitress was horrible and he was nonchalant I never received service this horrible. Don't ever go there

I visited on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries. The experience was less than stellar. The "stench" in the air was heavy, accompanied by floors that were swept in a hurry, the previous night --food particles under all of the high tops were very visible. Although our waitress, Leslie, was friendly and courteous, the burger was rather tasteless. The fries were slightly warm at best. Don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

Come here regularly on Thursdays for ladies night. The food isn't amazing but its a good place to just relax with friends. The music can be obnoxious and the service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good waiter and other times you get someone that shouldn't even be working in a restaurant. And just the waiters, some people here are also a hit or miss. Don't eat the nachos! I had them on 2 different occasions and have felt sick after.

Service was terrible. Place was half empty and waitress came 25 min after served food to see if we needed anything. Wings were dry. Next time I'll go to MIA brewing Co. in Doral

  • Marla V.

Came here on a Saturday at lunchtime to kill time waiting for family members to arrive at MIA. First of all, upon entering the restaurant, there was a funny odor. Once we entered the dining area, it seemed to go away. The restaurant was not crowded at all; we were one of two tables occupied at the restaurant. Secondly, the music was much too loud for a lunchtime atmosphere. I could barely very on a conversation. On top of that, the music contained explicit versions of songs. In my opinion, that is fine for nighttime but not daytime. Would definitely make me think twice about bringing my child here for lunch. We ordered two beers, a picky platter combo and grilled chicken harvest salad. It took 10 minutes to receive our beers, another 15 to get the picky platter and another 15 to receive our salad. The picky platter had absolutely no flavor. We had to ask for additional sauce to try and add flavor to the food. After waiting for our salad, it ended up being the best choice we made. The grilled chicken was hot and fresh. This is what warranted the two star review on my part. Our server tried to be helpful (when she was at our table) but being that we were her only table, she neglected us quite a bit. Don't come to this place is you expect speedy service. I would recommend coming for drinks only as they seem to offer a large selection of beer and liquor at good prices.

Great place for lunch! Just had the new Jerk Chicken tacos for $8.99 with a side of beans and rice. Awesome! The jerk chicken is tasty and they added bacon to make it. Need I say more?

Horrible service. Waitress Ana M came to take our order after we had already eaten our appetizer. An hour later we received part of our order. The food was cold. We asked for ketchup for our burger and fries. Took forever and the. Brought an empty bottle and dashed. We requested the manager. He didn't care much to hear our troubles.

I use to be obsessed with this place until it got way to overcrowded and for some reason the environment is not as pleasent. Ladies nights use to be pretry fun, bow they are just very chaotic and annoying. Service experince really does depend on the waiter or waitress you get. But most of the time they are very nice. The grilled spicy bbq wings are definitely my favorite and their fries are pretty great. Their cocktail drinks are pretty good as well.

The place tends to get busy during the heat games. I think they do a good job "trying" to please everybody but nobody is perfect

Fod and service just keeps going down hill. Too bad, this was a great place when it opened. I guess they depend on the one time tourist traffic and the kids that dont know any better.

Happy hours is great. Food not so appetizing. Then again is bar food not so good. Bartenders are awesome and very nice but not so much when it's really pack which is understandable

I haven't even left the place and I am already writing a review. It was that bad. Besides it being RIDICULOUSLY loud, I just had my food practically thrown at me, my order was wrong, when I politely mentioned that my order included fries, the waiter gave me attitude and shrugged. When someone came with the fries, she launched them at me from like a foot in the air. I have never been so upset at a restaurant. Im usually ok with mediocre service but this was just horrible. Avoid this place like the plague.

Staff is super friendly. Sat down at the bar immediately greeted and served my frosty beverage. Got the menu looked it over and they have a decent selection of offerings. I could not decide so I started off with some wings. Oh my freakin whatever. The wings are probably some of the best I've ever had. I got them plain with honey BBQ on the side. I could have eaten them plain. That good. They came with celery, carrots and probably the best house made blue cheese dressing. Well I tore them up. Needless to say. After a while I got the pub burger. Again omg baddest burger ever in a good way. Staff was very attentive and still friendly as ever. I will be a regular here when in miami for sure.

Make sure to have Lucy as a server!! shes awesome. Food is delicious. I'm having the pub burger as recommended by Lucy. It's amazing. I love the baked beans. Ricky's having the baby back ribs and he loves them. I'm having a Bloody Mary and rick's having a drink that Lucy recommended. He says it sweet and delicious. I will definitely be back and I will definitely look for LUCY!!!

My girlfriend and I ordered the tropical mojito bucket and turned out getting a 7oz beer mug... We looked at the waiter confused and she said "it's the same oz'a to the bucket. We didn't want to challenge her knowledge so we just drank it. The drink barely had rum by the way. Anyways once we dranked it we decided to test how much oz's it was. We got our 14oz water cup and poured it on the mug... Like I said it was 7oz. We asked the waiter and she acted like she knew nothing. I quickly asked for the manager. I explained my situation and it was so disturbing to hear that she claims the beer mug is 22oz! I told her she's trying to rip me off and disregarded her claim. I was very upset how the manager didn't know basic math and obvious volume of shapes. Nevertheless, she gave us the free drink. That's the reason there's 2 stars instead of one. The place should really stop with there false advertisement in their menus. I wish I had taken pictures so you guys could witness this failure with me.

I would never come here, but the co-workers go here for happy hour out of convenience. It is fitting it is in the middle of Doral, where it is surrounded by corporate america; Carolina Ale is exactly that to me. It has no personality unless counting insanely loud music having personality. The music is so deafening loud, it is nearly impossible to hold a conversation. Overall, it is mediocre food with value propositions for happy hour, otherwise, it has no appeal unless one counts the proximity to corporate Doral. I would rather drive somewhere, anywhere, other than here.

If you're looking for one of the biggest selections and variety of draft beer in South Florida, this is the place to go. If you want a pleasant experience regarding ANY other aspect of hospitality, stay away. Had to work on a Saturday, and I usually avoid the place during the week because the service is so bad. I decided to give it another try today. Mistake. Sat down at the outside bar (about a 1/2 dozen other patrons in the room) waited near 10 minutes before the bartender even appeared. I am not sure why, but my drink order of a Bud Lite bottle got a big sigh from the bartender. He disappeared for another 10 minutes before returning and taking my lunch order. There was another worker there, but her job seemed to be just to stand around. Ordered the Reuben and a cup of chicken corn chowder. Soup came without crackers (???). I realize that's nitty, but I've eaten here before, and I know they come with it. I wanted a little hot sauce, but the bartender disappeared again. Oh, and he was the one who waited a few minutes (just standing there) and then went and got my soup. Of course, the sandwich came just as I started eating the soup. I am not familiar with ANY other restaurant that serves a Reuben sandwich without 1000 Island dressing, but apparently this one does. Went inside to use the restroom, and I really don't know what that smell was (in the restaurant, not the bathroom), but I am glad I sat outside. I have been to the CAH in Weston, and I know that this chain is usually pretty good. WTF Doral Carolina Ale House?

Great spot for a couple cold ones after work.plenty of tv's to catch the game. It does get loud and crowded later in the evening specially on college and ladies night. Spinach dip is amazing along with their dry rub wings. Dozens of beers on tap.

I love their dry rub wings! Good place to catch the game or meet for HH. Outside patio is rather nice. Parking during week or busy hours could be an issue.

I'm OK with Carolina having a beer or two with some friends and watching 2, 3 or 14 games at once. It's not my typical bar, but it could be since it's closer to home and I like the vibe better than other places around. Although, agreeing with other yelper's reviews the crowd could get a little over the limit. Then again, it could happen to me with a bigger group of friends and 5, 6, 14 beers. Biggest advantage here = TV's everywhere!! Disadvantage, you only hear one. Advantage = Huge outside area and lots of tables. Disadvantage = they get taken quite quickly. Advantage = Great and lots of beers on tap. Disadvantage = some might be a little over priced. and to end it on a good note, they have my favorite beer, Weihenstephan! Food isn't anything wow, but it get's to your belly well. Chicken quesadillas are my favorite so far. Mozzarella sticks are also good.

The great thing about Carolina's is the amount of tv's that are mounted to catch your favorite game. Literally there is not a bad seat on the patio. On Wednesday's they feature Wine Down Wednesday's, where the bottles are 1/2 price on selected wines. Already I had been anticipating an after work Happy Hour with co-workers and friends. How quickly things changed..... I grabbed a seat at the bar, where someone had previously been seated. There were several glasses in front of me. I waited, thinking one of the several bartenders or bar backs would come and clean my area. I watched as they walked by me several times. I even caught eye contact. Finally about 8 minutes later, I was noticed. She apologized and moved the glasses, but left the water residue and soaking wet glass holder. When I brought this to her attention, she tried to wipe it up with a bar napkin before just getting a towel and doing it properly.... (Now they are definitely at 2 stars, but they can always comeback on the second half).... I order a glass of Pinot Noir. Glass is cloudy and unappealing. I ask for a clean glass. I follow her recommendation and order the chilli and Greek Farmers Salad. The Chilli arrives luke warm and no flat wear. BUT Had it been hot, the seasoning and spices in the chilli could've elevated them back to 3 stars. No I did not send it back!!! Too many horror stories about what happens in the kitchen were swirling through my head. Still at this point, no one has come to even check on me..... Tip is definitely dwindling at this point. Think I will tell them to pack up my salad and take it with me. Right now the Chili is the ONLY reason Catolina's is at 2 Stars!!! My Greek Salad arrived and the Chicken Breast was cold as ice!!!! 1 STAR I QUIT!!!! NEVER COMING BACK FOR THE FOOD!!!!

Had an awesome first time experience here. Walked in around 12am with a large group and our server Lucy was great! The food was good, I had a bacon cheeseburger. Definitely want to visit this place again sometime

I've been here for previous occasions and it honestly depends on what day you're there. Service is a hit or miss. I went during ladies night and it was a mess. I ordered a pitcher of beer and it a quarter of it was foam. We tried send it back twice but it was useless. Aside from that it was very packed but overall okay. The chicken nachos were superb! Very cheesy, lots of chicken bits, and a good sharing size. For drinks, the ale house is your best bet.

First time coming here. Asked for 2 pitchers of Amstel light. They were $17.99 each. My waiter told they would probably be around $9 each but the bill came out to $17.99 each. I don't blame the waiter. I blame shady management.

There was a good ambience and I bet the staff is polite. However, it seems there are not enough people working on the bar. We sat down around the bar area and it took forever to get assisted. We needed to ask for help different times until someone came. We finally order a beer bucket and they just put it in front of us; no napkins, no limes... And the ice melting down made a lake in our area. No one cared. I can give it another chance because the environment was entertaining.

Food is as good as its service.... which is dreadful. They do have some decent deals and some craft beers. Will come here to get a beer and watch a game or gather with friends (if this is where they desire) but would not eat here. Better options in the area.

  • Jamie S.

CAH was recommended to us by friends. The location is hidden which in a way I like. I've never had to wait for a table and food/drinks come out pretty fast too. While I've yet to find something yummy on the menu, this place definitely makes up for it in ambiance. The music is on point plus they have TONS of TVs and TONS of beer. Perfect place to watch a game but not necessarily for lunch/dinner.

I hesitate to even give this place one star. The food was bland and not cooked as ordered, service was terrible, and even the drinks were not good. I ordered a BBQ burger, medium, and it came out tasting very dry and bland. The fries were decent. I also had a frozen drink (forget the name but it was a mix of piña colada and strawberry daiquiri), and there were giant chunks of ice throughout. It was not very tasty either. My friends also had burgers that were not cooked as they ordered- all overdone. The BBQ burgers came with the smallest drizzle of BBQ- you couldn't even tell it was there, so we had to order extra BBQ. The waitress acted like we were a burden to her, and she didn't even provide us with silverware. When we realized we had none, we waited for about 10 minutes before we got up to ask the bartender for some. When she brought back our credit cards after we paid, she just placed them all together on the table for us to distribute. We all thought it was weird and not a great place.

Event: Pacquiao vs Marquez fight 12/8/12 What I liked: TV's everywhere Great atmosphere for sporting events Lovin the boneless buffalo wings Service was good What I didn't like: Long wait Mediocre cocktails Nachos were weak Music in the patio could blow your eardrums out Mainly Spanish music being jammed and people actually dancing - not my idea of a good time All in all fun for a sporting event but once the event is over, I'm out the door...

I've got to chime in and say that this place was a pretty good ale house. Service was friendly, personal and attentive. They have great drink specials and the atmosphere is better and more relaxed then most ale houses. If you're in Doral I would suggest coming here for a typical night out especially compared to your other options in the area.

    (4)
  • Lacey C.

The only half-way decent bar in Doral, unfortunately. If they did SOMETHING about how ridiculously loud the patio music is I would consider giving it a third star since we've always had pretty good service. But it's like a full-on, standing-next-to-the-base-speaker concert out there.

OK, I'm kinda biased to this place due to the fact that is literally behind my home...so is quite convenient. Now...the crowd...not so much my style...but, If you just wanna grab a drink , which on Fridays are super cheap, then you might just overlook that and enjoy it. What I mean by that...I saw a girl booty shaking on top of the bar last Friday...so...yeah...be careful out there. Now...talking will also be hard, I am warning you...you might need to scream if you happen to snatch a seat in the patio, so I strongly suggest you seat inside; which is much more calm. Menu is quite extensive. So far I've tried the spinach dip and the cheese quesadillas. Who can go wrong with that right? Service can be a bit slow on busy nights, but for the most part the staff is courteous and friendly.

Terrible. Food was almost inedible because of the absurd quantities of salt it had. I would really recommend to whomever selects the waiters that they seek to employ professionals and not unprofessional people with an attitude. Very nice location with plenty of potential, but doubtful about the restaurant's future with the current staff.

Look, I might be overgenerous here with the stars, but this place is brand new in Doral thus I'm giving it some slack. Here are my comments: - Service is lacking, as other reviewers noted. But this is expected at a new place, they are in a rush to hire wait staff and thus pick the first batch that barely qualifies. We sat outside, after asking a waiter (inside) if we needed to first talk to a hostess, but he said "just go out and seat anywhere". We did. And waited. Waited. Three times different waitresses walked by us, totally ignoring our presence. Not even "here are the menus, your waiter will come soon", or "can I take your drink order while you wait for your waiter?".. etc. Nope. Just abandoned. But suddenly our waitress showed up, smiling and very nice, so my irritation subdued 50%. - The food was good. I had a Reuben, my daughter had the ribs. I really liked the Reuben, but the ribs were just "ok", Tony's and Shorty's (both on 87th ave) do better. I had a huge glass of Michelob Ultra on tab, and it was awesome. - Price: moderate, this added one star to my rating. - Lot's of TVs everywhere, great for watching a game. Plenty of parking. In summary: place needs improvements in service and a bit of fine tuning in the food area. STTM (Suggestion to the Manager): Go to Tony Roma's on 87th (undercover) and watch how they treat customers there. They are A+. You are enthusiastically greeted at the door, a hostess will immediately take care of you, and a waiter shows up in a matter of seconds. Additionally, anything you do they say "thank you". They make you feel welcomed and valuable. DO THIS NOW! TRF (Tourist Ripoff Factor): very low, this place is for the locals. and it shows. Thanks God! I will come back and re-evaluate soon. Please make the changes, we really want to see you succeed in Doral.... I want to add stars, not remove them. Cheers!

Pretty damn nice for an Ale house. Came for the Spain vs Italy Eurocup final and they accommodated a lot of people. Their service wasn't awesome as we spent some time waiting on the lady to bring our drink or whatever while she hung out at the bar. Great place for watching games.

OK where to start the only reason I didn't give them a 1 star is because i they have a bar and I went before and it was decent. Today was horrible I can't believe it. Every order was messed up and took forever to get to the table and the restaurant was not even full....not to mention the food was cold when it came out (insert angry face here) I'm sure to believe that the waiter was new because he didn't know any of the happy hour price or specials for the day he had to keep leaving to find out the price and options. So where to begin. ...COLD FRIES I HATE COLD FOOD ESPECIALLY IF I HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR BAR FOOD. I was with a party of 5 so you imagine the unhappiness when all our food was wrong and it wasn't a language barrier. Again COLD FRIES FREAKING COLD GREASY FRIES. .....AND NOT TO MENTION WET SAGGY BREAD ON ON MY BURGER. ..... ( ANGRY FACE) LONG story short I wasn't a irate customer and still managed to tip 15% because it wasn't totally 5th waiter's fault even though he was new. They only have one more visit from me to change my opinion about their food and service. Have a wonderful day. P.S. I did even doggy bag.

It's an Ale House like any other Ale House...what do you really expect. This place seems to have a greater selection of craft beer on draft in comparison to some of the other Ale House's but everything else is pretty much the same. Same service, same food, same people. The only reason I make the schlep all the way out here when there is 3-4 other Ale Houses between me and this one, is because they do a bike night here and I come out with friends. Other than that, I would have no other reason to come all the way out here when I can get the same thing at another location.

A great place to watch our Miami HEAT games and now the NBA FINALS. Food is good. Given that the place gets beyond packed when the games are on expect a huge delay with your food and drinks. Get there early or you will not be seated. As with every overcrowded sports bar the bathrooms get nasty quickly. I love the rock and roll music they play pretty much all the time but i absolutely hate the bachata regueton crap that they play before the game and half time. But i guess they have to keep the people of Doral happy by playing latin music.

I am a sucker for casual dining sports bars/ale houses. Grilled wings, pitchers of craft beer and a Heat game...that's all a guy needs, right? Decent food, fair prices, friendly staff and 50 beers on tap....works for me.

Wonderful value from the Fish and Chips meal! The above is my favorite and what I always order for lunch when visiting. The best fish and chips I have ever had in South Florida to include those offered in local self-styled English Pubs. Large portions. Fresh oil has been used in every instance which is critical for deep fried battered foods. The amount of food provided is amazing. Great value and priced inexpensively for what one receives in the meal. One evening I departed from my regular routine because American style pot roast with mashed potatoes was offered as the Special. It was a massive portion and delicious. Have taken clients there on numerous occasions for lunch and all loved their meals- South Beach tacos, Philly Cheese Steak, a monster Pulp Fiction-like Kahuna Burger type of offering.. Great atmosphere and decor. I think they have the most televisions of any restaurant/sports bar in Miami! Highly recommend.

Things I like....food especially the ribs, atmosphere fun for crowds, watching sports..lots of tvs, restaurant appealing, Pool table, variety of beer. Things I dont like...gets very crowded that service becomes poor, noise level of music a bit too loud.

this place is super hidden, everyone from hialeah/miami lakes goes to "escape" here...in my opionion its ok, nothing to rave about. the stella pitchers were EXTREMELY over priced...the deals they have are on cheap beer & shots, not worth it. The food wasnt good. the place was rather warm the night we went. I wouldnt chose to go again.

The only place in Doral to get some decent beer on tap (dogfish head, tucher, etc.). What else do you need to know? Seriously, i don't know what people are expecting from an Ale house? It has beer, tons of TV and some mediocre food if you get hungry after drinking your beer. Thanks for filling the decent beer on tap in Doral void.

Food is a bit salty and lacks tastes however they have great bar menu and selection if beers.

Came here for the Heat season opener (WHICH WE KICKED BOSTON'S A$$!!) but ya. The place is like 2 minutes from the doral ale house, which is funny..This place has more of a sports feel with much more tvs and a bigger outside patio, which is pretty cool because they'll have a dj there for certain days. The inside has a pretty good size with half being booths and the other high tops. Food is a little pricey, but by the time you have alcohol in your system your fat self will order an appetizer or a burger.

I liked the experience much more than the regular Miller Ale House just down the road. The vibe is definitely more upbeat, and service is a lot better too. Food was good as well. The bar area looks cool and the drinks were on point.

Sat down at the bar in the outside patio with a friend. We sat there for about 15-20 minutes with a female bartender walking back and forth in front of us without even a glance in our direction. She was on top of all of the other patrons... just not us. We looked at each other, shrugged, and watched her go back & forth some more. Finally she acknowledges us. "Have you girls been helped?" No. Her response was "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought the other bartender was taking care of you". What other bartender??? She was the only one behind the bar. Even after realizing that we were waiting for service, another 5 minutes go by. She still hasn't taken our order. Wow. I finally spot the other bartender who came back behind the bar. (No clue where he had been.) I lean over the bar and say "Excuse me? Could we please see a beer menu?" I finally get the beer list and service improves from there. But, still. Great beer selection. Problem is, they're out of most of the good ones. Whatever. We make our selections, get our beers and proceed with girl chat. The weather in Doral was crazy. The rain had flooded most of the streets. Luckily for us, the rain had let up and we were able to make our way over to this place. But sure enough, the rain started up again while we were there. They closed the shutters on the patio to keep the rain out. Cool. Then I start feeling droplets coming from the ceiling... YUP. A brand new location with a leaky patio roof? Really? Come on, Carolina Ale House... On another note, the bathrooms were impeccable but that is to be expected with a new place. Also, they have those powerful hand dryers in there rather than paper towel dispensers which helps keep the bathroom neat. Another plus. All in all, this place has several kinks to work out in terms of service and structure. The 2nd star was for the beer selection and the service that we received once we were actually acknowledged. Aside from that, it's not looking too great here. I'll probably be back to check this place out again & hope that it improves. As noted in my Quick Tip: This place has Ladies Night on Thursdays from 10pm - 2am. That may be worth checking out. Maybe.

Good beer selection, came here for the first time and was surprised to find so many people even drinking outside in the parking lot ! They have ladies night where you can drink free but there is a wait ... There was also a wait to get a table and to get some beer. Even though the service was not bad! I would deff recommend this place for anyone looking to have a good time for cheap

This place is ok. Good beer selection, lots of TV's. We came on a Saturday afternoon. It was not packed. We had no issues with the waitress. I feel like its cleaner then the other ale house down the street...yes I'm a bit of a clean snob. At the end of the day it's a sports bar not a steakhouse...I do not expect a 5 star restaurant experience. so will I go back and enjoy a beer or two..yeppers :)

The bar tenders in this place are extremely rude. I brought my friend from out of town here to have a drink or two and enjoy the game. we were standing by the bar minding our own business when a very intoxicated man started accusing us of taking his "spot" at the bar. We told him we didn't want any trouble and moved a bit to the side. He then kept talking about it to the bar tender and apparently his tab was bigger than ours clearly, due to his state, so the bar tender told us to move once again. we refused to move because we had done nothing wrong and had an open tab as well. The bar tender proceeded to insult my friend for being in this mans "spot". he was rude the rest of the night ignoring our drink orders and siding with his new friend with the big tab. great impression of Doral this left on my friend. second time around, same problem. Asked for a drink at the bar, different bar tender. this one took very long to get us our drinks , was very rude when we asked for the tab, tipped him a bad tip because thats what he deserved, then as we were leaving he threw the money at my friends saying he didn't need our money.. needless to say , the prices are not worth the trouble, nor is the food. i really hope no body goes there. Ive never been mistreated like this in any bar or restaurant. very unprofessional and ridiculous.

I'm not gonna lie, at first I thought this place was ok but I've grown to love it. They have a lot of big screen TV's inside and outside so you can watch any sport your little heart desires. Tuesday night is beer pong night and it's a lot of fun! Thursday night is ladies night from 10pm to 2am. Marco is an awesome server and always makes sure your being well taken care of! The music is great and so I the food. I've tried multiple things from the menu and have never been let down! I love this place and definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone!

This place is fairly new and some of the staff seems disoriented but it comes with part of the territory of being new. Disregarding that, they have over 72 beers (tons on tap). Their fries are perfectly crispy and tasty. I love their chicken Greek pita sandwich and fried pickles, which are unbelievably still incredibly juicy and come with a great sauce to accompany it. Their burgers are not bad, either!

Service here is both attentive and friendly. Our server Magin was great! The menu is somewhat overwhelming in size but two of their summer specials stood out - Watermelon Chicken Salad - sounds odd but was very tasty. Also the Loaded Sweet Potato Fries were good and really loaded - yes, heart-attack on a plate! Lots of beer options and good Mojitos.

Moved to Doral with the wife and went there to get a few beers. As you can see in a lot of reviews the Service goes from sub-par to terrible. A few had some good experiences but that's probably more the person that was serving them and their own personal integrity and performance than actual training. Sat down at the bar outside and called the male bartender over for a drink. He gave me the "ill be right there, I'm busy look". I asked again and he said, and i quote "Do we have a problem?". Turns out the guy is the manager of some sort. I'm a retired U.S. Marine, served 2 tours of nonstop combat in Iraq 2005-2010. This guy was blatantly disrespectful as I've seen from other customers complaints. Not only is it one thing to not give a damn, its another to harass your customers or to do, as i read in another post, sit there in plain sight and not care. Because of my deteriorating mental health and physical abilities, my wife has decided to quit her job in Brickell and tried to apply at the Ale House. She has 8 years as a bartender and is finishing her AA to move on to Nursing. I am typing this as she has literally told me that nothing has changed. She had to wait over 30 min for someone to get a manager. When the manager finally arrived he didn't even want to take her resume. Terrible service, food is whatever. Pro is the beer selection and the amazing array of TVs. But its getting pretty obvious with the nonstop OK reviews for a place that looks breathtaking and huge for a sports bar, that the management and training of the staff is piss-poor. Won't go there again and i live a block away. My neighbor said the same thing during dinner time waiting on food.

Food good, nice atmosphere. Gets loud at night. Lots of TV s for sports. Wait staff , well. I guess they took the name "wait" literally . Been there 4to 5 times. Lunch staff is good , dinner staff well let say I 'll keep it my lunch place. I have done less flagging people down getting a cab in new York. If you don't want to serve don't get into food industry. On the flip, bartenders are great, Sit at the bar .

Had lunch there. the fish sandwich was a bit light on the fish. Not a great sandwich. I paid for lunch with $100 bill and the waitress returned 28 one dollar bills and the rest in fives. What was that all about?!? I asked the hostess who said she would send someone over, but they never came. Not sure I will be back there soon

Today was the 2nd time I've been here. The beer selection is great. You won't find a better selection anywhere near Doral. The first time I came, I had the pub burger. It was greasy, but very good. The fries weren't bad either. Today I had the sweet chili calamari as an appetizer, and the grilled fish tacos as the entree. The calamari was very good, and I recommend them, but the true highlight here was the fish taco. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or what, but they were one of the best fish tacos I've ever had (and I've had them in California too). So.....good beer, good food, good times. Oh yeah. They also have a ton of high res tv's. Great place for a game or a happy hour. I will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I drove by the new location in Doral,FL tonight ( 5.11.12). We had plans but took note to come back and try it. Not much later we decided to come over and have coffee and dessert so we could check out the menu and see if it was somewhere we wanted to return. Unfortunately it was such a bad experience that I am not sure I can return anytime soon. We came in and told the hostess we just wanted coffee and dessert. She said she didn't know if you served coffee, but offered us a location at the bar, which was fine with us as we knew it was going to be a small check so we didn't want to take a valuable table away. We ordered two coffees and a mud pie and a slice of caramel cheesecake but my husband asked if the caramel and nuts could be served on the side. The bartender explained that there was some caramel in the actual cheesecake, and my husband said that was fine but would prefer the "extra" be served on the side. When the coffee came it was luke warm. It took 15 minutes for the caramel cheesecake to come out and it was flooded with caramel and walnuts, before my husband could say anything the server said this how we serve it, my husband said he wanted the extra sauce and nuts on the side, the server said it was how it comes out of the box and did he still want it, my husband pointed out that the dizzles of caramel and nuts was obviously put on after it was sliced but it was fine to leave the cake. We figured my mud pie would be coming out right after. Well 15 minutes later we were still waiting for it and the bartender rather than trying to find out what the delay way, just kept remarking as she walked by that "wow you don't have the mud pie yet." She had time to chat with the servers and play with her hairstyle but not once did she advocate for her guests and hunt down our mud pie. After a while I told my husband to go ahead and eat his cake and when he picked up one of the two spoons that was dropped off by the server, he saw it was covered in an orange sludge, he called the bartender over, showed her the spoon and said it was creeping him out to see a "clean" spoon come out like this, she grabbed it and asked one of the passing servers for a new spoon. When the new spoon came, from a different area of the kitchen, sadly it had lipstick marks on it. At that point, we still had no mud pie, dirty silver wear and were pretty much frustrated to see a simple coffee and dessert order go so badly. We asked the bartender to cancel the mud pie, get us a to-go box for the cheesecake and the bill, as she went to get the to-go box, someone showed up in front of us with a second caramel cheesecake with the caramel sauce and walnuts on the side. At this point we were flabberghasted! What was now 20-25 minutes after the first slice came out and we were told how it had to be served by an unapologetic server, a new slice came out the way my husband asked for it and yet still no mud pie! It is really disheartening to see a new eating option come to the Doral area and for them to have 1) staff who seem not to care at all about quality customer service 2) not know the menu or how to serve food as a customer orders it and most importantly 3) cannot serve food with utensils in a clean and sanitized manner. I can overlook shoddy service in a brand new restaurant but the unhygienic level of the serve wear, two pieces coming from two different areas of the kitchen and both being dirty, makes me question being able to return. I highly recommend whoever is in charge of quality control at this location review the health and safety practices before someone gets sick.

It's a good place to go and just hang out with friends or watch a game. It's very casual but loud. I usually go on Thursdays becasue it's ladies night, but it gets way too packed sometimes.

I initially wrote a 1-star review because the tv noise level for the game was deafening. But after bringing it up to my server he brought it down and now everyone looks to be having a better time. Good food, good prices, lotsa beer variety, and our server was on the ball. Ugly as sin 49ers outfit he has on, but no ones perfect.

So I walk in with a couple of schoolmates pretty much thinking it's going to be like every other Ale House in Miami (decent bar food and healthy portions of LIQUOR). I was mistaken shortly thereafter. We parked in their gigantic parking area and proceeded for the front door. We were greeted by the hostess, she was amazing and pretty. She asked us a serious of questions before leading us politely out to the patio where the Party BEGAN! Sitting at a table for six, while we were only four people was a treat, plenty of room for food, drinks and more drinks! The place was PACKED, and we weren't in any hurry (because of past experiences with Ale House, we figured patience was key). About a minute or two passed before we were greeted by this energetic server, Chris. He started to say his whole greeting, but we quickly cut him off, as we knew what we wanted "THE TOWER". The tower was particularly the main reason why we wanted to try this "NEW" Ale house (which is cleverly closely located to the Doral Ale House, we wont talk about how weird that is). So, the TOWER is 100oz of BEER! ANY BEER YOU WANT! We chose Magic Hat #9. Our server was on point from the time we sat down till the time we left. He even took the time out to walk one of my friends over to the bathroom so that she wouldn't get lost looking for it. He kept busy between tables most of the time being loud and inviting to pretty much everybody, they all seemed to be overwhelmed with the atmosphere and Music, (which was an interesting blend of spanish and older songs I haven't heard since the late 90s!!) He made some recommendations for the food after we had ordered our second round. The nachos were an amazing choice, hot/fresh/gigantic and no hot wing out of 50 was spared. Someone mentioned they have a game room with a Pool Table which we stayed and played a couple games of and a little air hockey was cool. Went back outside to finish our beer. Closed the tab and skedaddled. All in All, we had a pretty good time and will back very soon!!! p.s. Even though I loved the place, you're just not quite 5 STAR yet!!

My co-workers and I eat here for lunch because it's relatively close to our office. Food is what you'd expect from a sports chain, but they get one star for the way the manager handled an incident. Ordered a bowl of their chili, and was chewing on a piece of plastic wrap that was in the chili. Notified the server, and she brought me out another bowl of chili...uh, no thanks. So the manager comes over to speak to me, and cracks a joke about how the plastic is "good for you"...I'm having lunch with my boss, so I didn't want to cause a scene (Normally I would've raised hell). We get the final bill, and the $4.99 for the bowl of chili is still on there! Seriously? You can't comp a bowl of chili that has a 2" x 2" piece of plastic wrap that your kitchen staff failed to remove? That to me is just deplorable customer service...removing that from the bill should be an automatic instead of playing the "see if they'll pay for it" card. Since complaining about it won't do anything, we'll just protest with our wallets from now on...and go up the street to Hooters or the Doral Ale House.

Great place for a drink. We were staying across the street at Marriott vacation club and this place turned out to be a great place for a bite and drink. Open till late which is a bonus.

Uhh like a hundred different beers on tap, pretty good food. Outdoor bar plays loud music. $3 single shot drinks and $5 doubles. You can drink 10 captain&cokes and the bill is 30. Lots of TV's, quick service. Prefer this place over the overrated Hooters. The other day I came in to watch the Heat game, UFC was on too so we stayed til the last fight. Bill was like 100 for 2 peeps. Thank you I will come again.

Basically the same thing as the Miller Ale House, but they have way more TV so its awesome to watch a sporting event. The food is regular bar food, and the drink specials are good. The only bad thing is that the service is below average.

Odd experience. The beer and the food were good. The DJ spinning Latin music, couples dancing in the aisles combined with the televisions playing different games seemed pretty random. And what does this have to do with Carolina you might ask? I have no idea.

Walked in with a friend and took a seat at a table. The place wasn't crowded. After waiting 20 minutes without even a notice by a server we left.

My first visit to this place was anything but satisfactory it was a Sunday afternoon when this place was basically empty. First off we ordered mozzarella sticks which you really can't go wrong and yet they tasted as if it was missing salt. Then once i received my pepperoni pizza i found a HAIR on the top of it. When the waiter passed by i told him about the hair and took the pizza. At the same time my boyfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla but didn't notice it came with onions and peppers so to avoid returning it I took them out for him. While I was picking out the onions the manager passes by and was very awkward he said "so I heard what happened"" he saw I was picking out the veggies and said "next time you should order it without Veggies and instead order it with steak" how ridiculous!! Any other manager at any other restaurant would have asked if we wanted it exchanged for something else and didn't even say anything about not the hair in my pizza heck in my opinion they shouldnt have charged me for it! The whole conversation with the manager was very awkward with a lot of silence and umm's from his part. Then once when we get the bill they charged for 2 pizzas. At this point I just wanted to get the hell out of this place. Once they fixed and we paid the bill i was out of their like a bat out of hell. Never again I will go to this gawd awful place!
