Great salads, reasonable prices however they run out of seats quickly since there are only some 10 tables available. Well worth the wait for the table though.

Capriccios' is right next to Univision, right behind the McDonald's in a small shopping center. It's been a while since I had some Capriccio's. I was once addicted to their paninis - especially the dipping sauce they put on the side which leaves you with garlic breath, but when it's this good who really cares?? Today I decided to treat myself to a delicious panini. I ordered the Capri which has prosciutto, mozzarella, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil. I was running late so I ordered it to go. My car was immediately filled with the aroma of rosemary and herbs. My first bite was exactly as I remembered... The focaccia was crunchy but soft on the inside and all of the flavors blended perfectly. Half was enough for me, I'll save the other half for later. Wishing I would've had an espresso or a cappuccino. They make the best cappuccino's!!!

I stumbled upon Capriccio based on a recommendation & it did not disappoint. I had to order lunch for a corporate meeting in Doral & did not know where to start. I asked several friends who worked in the area & Capriccio was always among the list. I ordered a variety of salads which all looked beautiful and very colorful. The medium size salad is enough to fill you up. I personally had the Quattro Formaggi Panini which had 4 different cheeses. Very good just make sure to eat it while its hot. The Panini does not come with a side so you might stay a bit hungry. Nothing a dessert can't fix. I had a nutella dessert which was great! The staff was very friendly over the phone and delivery. My order arrived on time and everything was correct. I will definitely continue to use Capriccio for meetings.

I love this place the food is always awesome, today I got the lasagna and it was really great. Another great dish is the chicken caprese which is really good if you are looking for something lighter. Also don't forget the desert they have great tiramisu or guava dessert.

I went to Capriccio's because of the build your own salad option. When I arrived I was sadly disappointed. There where so few options that I basically had mixed greens with dressing. There was no fruits, vegetables (i.e. Cucumber, carrots, edamame), basically no typical salad options. Though I'm not a vegan, I was on a cleanse so I was not eating meat. Needless to say I got back to the office after my lunch break hungrier than when I left. I cannot say anything about the quality of the meats but my bf was not impressed. Most if not all of the meats were well done. Sadly, don't think I'll be back.

Great lunch spot! Homemade food, real italian taste. Best soups! Lasagna is incredible, the paninis are delicious and always fresh and if you're up for dessert the marquesa de nutella is beyond belief! We cater with them for corporate lunches frequently (and I do so personally for dinner parties) and we have gotten great feedback every time. Only con (for me) is if you want to eat there you have to arrive early its very small and has few tables.

I must say this place was an awesome find and i owe my thanks to fellow yelper Suzanne P. After reading her review, I bookmarked it vowing to try it asap and i finally made my way over!!! At first, I thought what's the big deal...small unassuming spot in a shopping strip...meh. It was packed and I realized that I may likely end up taking my meal to go since tables were such a hot commodity. The idea turned me off but I figured since I made the trek I might as well suffer the consequences. Its a little confusing since you must order at the counter and sometimes the line seems to take on its own life so there seems to be a little bit of a huh??? moment. We ordered and were ready to pay and I immediately take note of an available table to snag...it was the only one. We sat and shortly after (about 5 min in) were asked to move to a smaller corner table that became available in order to give up our table to a larger group that came after. This small sacrifice was not an issue to me only because I understood the need and felt it was a reasonable request. The lady waiting on the tables somewhat manages the area and tries to accommodate. This is all great when everyone is considerate and polite but I noticed two girls walk in and save a table prior to ordering which is obviously not following the "first come first served" rule and although it caused a tiff between another lunchgoer it seemed to go unnoticed by the staff which is why I'm knocking off a star...she seemed embarassed to address it. Foodwise....phenomenal! I've been craving my panini since and literally cannot wait to go back even if I have to sit on the floor. I loved it!

Can get crowded but it has great panini and salads at a reasonable price. Get their early as the parking lot is always packed.

Amaaaaaaazing salads!!! My all time favorite is the volcano with grilled chicken :D absolutely delicious!!! They also have great panini's, soups, dessert, and Italian coffees and treats :p It's a great lunch place but its also a good meeting point for an after-work drink with a friend or quick business talk as it's quiet and perfect for conversing!

Amazing REAL ITALIAN food ! I love the penne pink Bologna ! The people who work there are very nice and keep the line running . I wish they would open later so we could eat dinner there too ! Totally recommend.

Their salads are fantastic. Here is what I've tried here to date: Del Bosco Salad: greens, strawberries, pear, apricots, candied walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese with creamy balsamic berry vinaigrette. (A+) Asiana Salad: greens, mandarin segments, crispy noodles, tomatoes, red cabbage, carrots, sliced almonds and grilled chicken. (A) Gamberetti Salad: greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, soy beans, cabbage, cashews and shrimp with sweet chilli vinaigrette. (C) Their salad dressings are excellent! They charge a delivery fee of: $2.10

Great find in Doral. Had this place bookmarked for a while and took advantage I was on the area to have lunch. Very cool italian bistro vibe. It was packed for lunch and everything on the menu looked delicious. I had the grill calamari and shrimp salad and a small Italian wedding soup. Both delicious. The salad had tons of calamari and shrimp. I ahve to come back to try the paninis which looked amazing.

This is one of the best places to eat in Doral!! It's a family owned restaurant. Food taste homemade from their pastas, savory soups, fish entrees and healthy satisfying salads. I discovered it with my dad, and we have lunch here around 3 times a week when he is town. Its perfect for those on a time crunch for lunchtime since they serve fairly quickly. However if you go between 12-12:45pm it is packed and you might have some difficulty finding a seat, but don't fret because the owners and other workers try their best to organize seating at the best of their abilities. No joking I have enjoyed every dish I've tried thus far. One of my favorites is Pink Penne Bolognese or Chicken Capressa and I always get their pumpkin soup or Italian wedding. And like any good Italian restaurant their cappuccinos and espressos are a great. Plan on spending between $14-$20 per meal.

This place is a winner! Yummy paninis and excellent customer service. I discovered this little gem while running errands during my lunch break. You order at the counter and it is then brought to your table. They also offer delivery and takeout. Although we've moved our offices and are quite far from them now, they are still willing to deliver to us for a small fee. Soooo happy I can still enjoy my Capriccio! The soups here are all wonderful. Italian wedding and Pumpkin are my favorites. Everyone in our office goes nuts over their pumpkin soup. The salads are huge and gourmet. The paninis are perfection. My repeat is the Capri with prosciutto, mozzarella, basil, tomato and a pesto sauce. Yum, writing this review and thinking of that Panini is making me which I hadn't brought my own lunch today...

Great Italian food! For lunch is the best. Quick great tasting italian food and back to work in an hour, plus the coffee has to be the best coffee in Doral. I dare anybody to proof me wrong. The owners are always present and working hard to make sure you smile no matter how stressed out you are from work. The also deliver to your door.

I have no words to express excellence for this restaurant. I just love everything. I will give 5 stars on food and service. the delivery guy was so kind and nice! I will defiantly recommend this place with my eyes closed. I ordered chicken caprese and it was delicious! A little pricey place but it's worth it. (That's why I'm giving 4 stars)

Great quick little sandwich/salad shop. I stopped in at 12:30 on a Friday to get a panini to go and was in and out of there in 6 minutes tops. The staff was very friendly and the sandwich was great. Beware of the sauce with the sandwich, it will leave you with garlic breath! :) Also note that the parking lot gets PACKED during lunch time. I had to park at the Walgreens in the shopping center next door because there were no spots.

Excellent lunch spot in Doral, great Italian food, great Panini's, and great salads. Its very small so you need to get here early to get a seat, the lasagna is excellent and so are all the pasta dishes and the soups. It may be a little pricey for lunch but it's worth it even if it's only once in a while. I would've given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the owner, has a bit of a bad attitude some days.

  • Enrique M.

Everything I have tried there is excellent! The salads are amazing, love the desserts and the lunch specials...best lasagna I've ever had. Without a doubt the best restaurant in Doral...its a shame the place is so small and parking is not the best if not I'll be eating there more often... Would recommend 100%

The volcano salad is amaaaazing! I could eat at Capriccio everyday, the only salad I would not recommend at all would be the capriccio salad (very bland) other than that it's a great spot for lunch around doral!

  • Melanie C.

Their salads are fresh and are made with high quality ingredients. You can easily just order the small and it is more than enough. I'm not talking about a good girl portion, NO its large enough to fill a grown man. This is a little diamond in the middle of Doral. You would never think that this place even exist because it is a small venue hidden in a obscure shopping center. The owner is usually around during lunch making sure that his clients experiences are up to par. Everyday they change their specials with different pasta and fish dishes which are never disappointing and to die for. I must say, I always come to Capriccio with the intention of sticking to my diet with a great salad, but once I see the specials I just completely fall off the rails. Don't get me wrong, the salads are huge and delicious, but who can say no to Quattro Chesse Ravoli with lobster.... HELLO!!! Come check out this place and be glad that you broke your diet with some extra carbs with nicely prepared pastas.

Great place to stop by and have your self a salad or coffee, kind of small but food is excellent. The service is exceptional. And the coffee is amazing. If your going for lunch I suggest you get there quick this place gets packed

Healthy sandwiches, exquisite flavors and cute little popular place. A must have lunch place once a week. My boss from work LOVES coming to this place and for the 5th time, and now using yelp, I check-in to review. If you're looking for an out of the ordinary sandwich, and would love to try something italian that's not only pasta. You'll here about the Big Bang Theory of orgasmic, gourmet lunches right here. Every time I come here, I eat something different and I can't remember their name because I'm curious more about the next sandwich I'll be eating. So, for lack of better explanation, eat/order anything! You'll love it! People are great, price is great for the amount and taste. I give 5 BOOMs out of 5!

Good place; well-run business. The owner is always present and very hands-on. I admit, I've only ever had the Capriccio Panini, but I love it. I go for lunches... Get there before 12:30 as seating is limited.

Love to enjoy my healthy lunch at this stop... it gets PACKED during lunch and the soups are pretty good. salads are big and a little over priced they are opening a new location in brickell!

  • Priscilla G.

I love their hot pressed sandwiches! They are most delicious sandwich I have tasted in a while. I love the little sauce that comes with all the sandwiches. This place is great, I love coming here for lunch! The place is small with only about 9 tables, so if you get there in the middle of the lunch rush hour, it might be difficult to find a place to sit. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that since the place is so small, I have been asked by the wait staff to change tables in the middle of my lunch to a smaller one to accommodate for larger parties. While I see the reasoning behind this, it doesn't make for the best dining experience.

Excellent food. I have been enjoying this Doral treat for awhile. Prices have gotten a bit pricey especially for an informal semi self serve restaurant that provides plastic forks and knives. Lasagna priced at about $15 for lunch, however it is a very ample portion and man is it good

Menu Choices: Paninis, Salads, and AMAZING Italian entrees (like Cannelloni di Spinaci e Ricotta pictured). For the coffee lovers among us, they serve Segafredo coffee. Score! Food: Worth trying something new every time. Extremely fresh and authentic. This is not Olive Garden kids. Service: Personable, attentive. The owner is right there and you can tell he loves the place. Environment: Very small venue. If you go at the wrong time of the day you will be standing with your food waiting for a table to open. I heaaaard they are opening a new location in Brickell. I am definitely looking forward to that. What to Wear: No dress code. It services the local businesses in the area, so most people are in business casual. Overall: Super Strong 4 Would I go again?: Ummm of course. I have been there 3 times this week A couple of tips: 1. Beware the lunch time rush, this place is VERY popular it seems and very small. The owner is really good about rotating people in and out but try to get there a little before 1 or a little before 2 (in between is CRAZY). 2. Tell them how you feel. They constantly watch their twitter feed (like literally Tweetdeck is right next to the cashier) which is awesome. Not saying they don't show love to everyone, but if they can pick you out of the crowd that can't hurt.

non vedo l'ora di rivedervi (I can't wait to see you again) Capriccio is what is up for italian in doral! Daily specials, consistently delicious sandwiches and tasty dessert. This is what I call una vita bella! I pronounce that this perhaps and possibly is a perfect Prosciutto Panino (singular for panini...my lady taught me that) No need for me to say more than this: I used to work at Norman Brothers and the prosciutto panini (plural for panino, therefore incorrect) was the most popular sandwich. Capriccio's blows it out of the water...on to a gondola and takes it across Venice to show it what's up. Point is, come here and try it now.

I work fairly close to Capriccio and have been here a couple of times for lunch. Its a very small location and its usually crowded, but the food is worth the hassle. They have amazing salads and incredible paninis, in particular the "Capri" which has prosciutto, mozzerella, and tomato on ciabatta bread. The bread was delicious and it came with a garlic sauce that is to die for! I would highly recommend it for anyone trying to get a quick lunch but does not want to sacrifice quality.

Beeeest salad ever: Del Bosco!! Everything i've ever eaten here is delicious. The family who owns the place are always hands on, working, and they are super friendly. I go there at least a couple of times a month. It's worth what you pay, portions are great and the quality of the food is just amazing.

The food is ok, it's doral, what can you expect? The prices are a little too pricey for lunch, but it's ok when you feel like splurging and getting a good sandwich. The staff though, man they're rude. I'm only giving this place 3 stars because they had nutella, and chocolate usually gives everything a nice rose colored tint. :)

Just found out you're not getting fired after for that stupid remark you said to your boss? Come here to celebrate. It's got fresh tasty sandwiches, and they ooze quality. I've had their capri and bisteca sandwiches, and they are both are real escape from what you're used to getting in Doral. I've also had their ravioli, and though it was good, there's better taste and value in the sandwiches.

Cmae for dinner wih my bestie before Zumba class and it was amazing. The owner and staff are so friendly and fun. We both had sandwiches I had the chicken pesto and she had the quatro with added tomato and prosciutto. They give you a dipping sauce which is to die for..cant believe ive passed by here so many times and had never eatne here hopefully i will be going very soon again.. The decor is really cute too.

I stumbled across this deli on my recent business trip in Miami. Pretty cool spot for lunch. They have several sandwiches and a wide variety of salad options. When I first went, I ordered the Pesto Chicken sandwich and it was great. I also ordered one of their salads that had mixed greens, strawberries, walnuts, apricots, feta crumbles and a berry vinnegarette dressing. It was a very good salad. I liked it so much that I decided to go back the next day to try another sandwich, which was named Manwich. It was a turkey & sundried tomato pesto sandwich which I did not care for at all. The chicken pesto was much better.

This place was so good, I went two days in a row while on a business trip. The first day I had the capri sandwich (I think that was the name) which was prosciutto, mozzerella, and tomato on ciabatta bread. The bread was so delicious and fresh I had to ask the owner if they made it in-house (they don't). The second day I had a salad with romaine, chicken, walnuts, gorgonzola, grapes. It was great, but I would have chosen a different lettuce if I had made it myself - spinach maybe. It came with two small pieces of toasted grain bread that were also delicious. When I say toasted, don't think "toast," think "cracker." Two reasons why Capriccio doesn't get all five stars: 1 - It's very cramped inside and you could find yourself with a tray full of food and no place to sit. However, tables turn over quickly so you won't have to wait long. 2 - The drink selection is cans or bottles, no fountain drinks, i.e. no free refills. I like two sodas with lunch - one to drink there and one to take with me. You might not care about that. Or, I guess I could just buy two cans next time. :-)

This little restaurant is endearing. The food is delicious and the staff are extremely courteous with the patrons. We spent a good amount of time talking to the owner whom is very proud of his little restaurant. I tried the lasagna and it was SUPERB. I mean, downright the best darn lasagna I've ever had (and no, I'm NOT exaggerating)! The Mediterranean salad was delicious (and I'm not a salad lover--so that says a lot). I tried the chocolate mousse dessert as well and I absolutely loved it! So delicious and creamy.

Who knew this little place was here? I sure didn't. When I asked they said they have been here over a year. Goes to show you how I pay attention right? In all honesty I was surprising my daughter with her favorite meal which is Sushi and was driving by so I decided to stop at Sushi Joe. When we parked she asked if we could go next door instead for a Panini so of course I said yes. It is a tiny little locale in the strip mall that offers "Create your own salad", other salads, Paninis and daily dishes such as Ravioli and Gnocchi. We ordered one of the soups of the day which was the Tortellini with broth, I had the Primavera Panini (grilled Eggplant, zucchini, squash, roasted peppers, swiss cheese topped with herb olive oil) and my daughter had the Ruspante (Grilled Chicken, mozzarella, tomato, bacon, avocados with homemade herb spread on piadine bread). The soup was fantastic, a nice broth with delicious tortellini. Although I ordered it my daughter inhaled it! Little one was hungry! Both of our sandwiches were fantastic, the piadine bread was perfectly toasted and I am a sucker for grilled veggies. I really love the idea of having healthier options and am thrilled to have found this little place.

So for my big 50th review, I decided to go low key. I was dropping off my fiancee at work around lunchtime. We Yelped it out and I found this place right near where we were going. Capriccio is this little Italian cafe, where the service is friendly and the food is simply well made. My girl, ordered a custom medium salad, she loaded it up with veggies and chicken and a light raspberry vinaigrette, I tried the salad and every bite was fantastic, I love that they didn't completely drench the salad in the dressing too. I asked the guy at the register (who I can assume was the owner, and was very friendly) what he would actually get and he quickly suggested the Pappardelle with pink sauce. Absolutely I said. The girl grabbed a couple of peach San Bennedetto Teas from the cooler and we sat down. One of the servers came and apologized beforehand because they didn't have the pappardelle and that they could make the dish with another kind of pasta and I said fine, no worries. It was delightful, pasta al-dente, the right balance of flavors, delicious. Next time, I will try the lasagna for sure! Nice people, good food, what else can you ask for?

I'm a big fan of this Doral lunch spot. Food is high quality and well-priced, and the ambience is that of an Italian cafe, even the satellite music is authentic old world Napoli. Don't hesitate to ask them to add (or subtract) anything from their standard salads, it's no problem. Pro-tip: The salads are huge. A medium salad will fill up the average hungry office drone, so if you're ordering soup and salad stick to a small.

I don't think I have enjoyed a sandwich so much than I did today. I usually rate places based on quality, taste and price, and all that is perfect here. The food is top quality, fresh and well made. The taste is fantastic, the soups are creamy and home made. The prices can't be beat. But that's not why I loved Capriccio. The reason I loved this place so much, was the owner. He wants to make sure you are taken care of. He walks around, asks you if you like the food, jokes around and makes a relationship with his cliental that urges you to return. You have no choice. You're hooked for life. I came across Capriccio today when Sushi Joe was closed, their loss. I walked in with my grandmother and they treated her like a queen. They let her try the chicken soup, which was perfect for her because she can't have anything with cream or cheese or added junk. Everyone that comes to this restaurant is friendly and happy. The great atmosphere immediately puts this place at the top of my list. Thank you.

My favorite lunch place EVAAAR! They have soups, salads, sandwiches and about 6-8 different daily dishes (warm foods such as pastas, carpaccio, etc) Fav salad: Del Bosco (Mixed leaves with cheese, fruits, nuts) Fav Sandwich: Capri (Tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto), Ruspante Fav Soups: CARROT!! and Pumpkin. I've tried them all, and they're addictive (even though I never liked soups before) Fav Daily Dish: Lasagne and anything Bolognese I think the thing that sets this place apart is the quality of ingredients, which is something that I often criticize in Miami. I don't know where they get their produce but it seems like it's freshly picked every morning. All dishes are very clean, healthy, home-made with a gourmet feel. Their Espresso is undoubtedly the best in town, it tastes like Italy. They deliver in the area. I'm getting hungry writing this review so I'll end it here.

Salads, I really don't like salads; but Capricio's salads are awesome and that's why I give them 5 stars! I'm hoping one day to go in there and try their other offerings, seems like they would have great paninis, pastas, soups... So, back to the salad. You start by choosing the size: small, med, large. The small is large enough for anyone. Then, choose your greens: lettuce, mixed greens, and my favorite - Spinach. On to the toppings, some 20 variety of fresh toppings, ranging from carrots to dry tomatoes, mushrooms, all kinds of nuts...top it off with a selection of crumbled cheeses. You can also add a select mix of cubed cut meats - turkey, ham, others. They will mix it up on a bowl for you while you attempt to select your favorite dressing - some 12 to choose from. I'm a purist in this sense and go with oil + balsamic vinegar. So, my salad look like this: small bowl, spinach, dried tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, turkey cubes, feta cheese + oil/vinegar. I love it!!! So, yes, go there and give them a try. You may just find yourself enjoying a salad after all.

First time here, decided to stop by based on the great reviews. Let's begin; the place is a bit tricky to find right behind McDonalds on 41st Street and 97th Ave, next to Univision, other restaurants and a dry cleaning. The staff was friendly right from start, a bit different of a set up for a restaurant, you have to go to the back and order your food first, pay and then seat. So technically not a typical restaurant. I ordered the salmon with sweet potatoes and vegetables. I also ordered the lentil soup, which was phenomenal. The salmon was not all that seasoned, but it was moist and fully cooked. The sauce used for the vegetables and sweet potatoes compliment the salmon well, so the lack of flavor was not a turn off. The prices are well balanced considering its Doral. The decor was perfect and the place kept very clean although I did not go to the back or the bathroom. The service was okay once at the table, the waitress neves really stop by once to check if I needed anything else, so I left and no one even noticed. I left her a 18% tip though. Although I was not impressed with the food, the pictures and other reviews are fascinating. I believe there is potential here, so I will return one or two more times. Thanks to other Yelp buddies for the great pictures!!

Are you looking for a well elaborated salad creation in a place with a vibrant Italo-Venezuelan atmosphere? This is Cappricio. However, take into account that your average ticket here will be in the 15 to 20 dlls. range. Place is small, seating is limited, and at lunch it is always full, so supply and demand laws here work at its best. There is a fixed salad menu of around 10 options, and you can also create your own salad. Options are creative, well balanced and appealing to different palate styles or tastes. In addition to salads, you will find soups, creams and also panninis and sandwiches. System is simple, you select your items, order at the counter, get a number, pay and try to find a seat. Preferably make your mind about getting a seat before you order, unless you want to wait standing up for around 10 to 15 minutes. In week days, there is a lady who is so kind and polite and always tries to help to get you a table and to assure you have everything you need, even though this is a self-service kind of place. It is worth the price and waiting time if you really are into healthy food places.

Even though its a small restaurant in a plaza, the food is amazing tastes so homemade food. I ordered mushrooms risotto they don't have it on the menu but i asked them to do it for me and they did with no problems, it was delicious I usually when I order risotto from any restaurant I ask them to have extra mushrooms but today I haven't and they made it just the way I wanted it to be without asking. I highly recommend it for lunch break.

We had the Salmon Risotto and Fried Calamari/Shrimp salad -- both were equally delicious. The staff was extremely friendly, and we are definitely coming back.

I read about this place on yelp, and with so many great reviews I had to go try it. I passed by there probably everyday, so Why not? I went with my coworker for lunch, it was packed. but iwas expecting that after reading the reviews, we ordered to go, the owner took our order, very nice men. I was exited to try the pumpkin soup, and I also order a medium size salad with shrimp. after waiting for about 15 min, We learned that they were out of the pumpkin soup, change my order for the tortellini soup (tortellini pasta on vegetable broth). it was like $13 for both the soup and salad. I was not impress, don't get me wrong, cute place with nice people working there. But me and my friend had a whatever lunch that day, very bland, it was one of those meals that you don't even remember after you had it, because it was very forgettable. I have to say though I want to give it another try. But for two different people to go and order different dishes and have the same whatever experience, I don't know. I just wasn't tickled by this place like everyone else...

There has not been one time I have come to this place when it is not packed with people, and that says something. This place has to have some of the tastiest salads I have ever tried in my life. The salads are not like at most places in which they are mostly leafy greens with a few extras here and there. These salads are filled with vegetables, fruits, almonds, you name it. My favorite is the Volcano Salad. They also have other dishes with their signature grilled chicken and pasta too. There has not been one dish I have had here that I have not liked. The only downside to this place is that it can get pretty pricy. However, like I said, their salads are soooooo tasty they are worth it.

the sandwiches they make at this place are pretty good. they have a selection of like 10 different types at any given moment and they also have 4 soups a day. they make entrees that range from pasta to fish and chicken with fresh vegetables. i usually stand there like some kind of mental patient in a bathrobe looking at the selection of tasty sandwiches and i always end up getting the same one. it's just good. i don't know. it's a flatbread with chicken, avocado and bacon. it's called a rasputin or something like that. it's a tiny little place and it usually gets packed right at 12:30, so try and get there at 12:25.

This place is tiny but the food makes up for it. I've been there twice and so far the food was good. The service is acceptable, people are attentive and friendly, but it becomes a bit disorganized when the place gets full. Good place to go for a quick lunch.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
